热声发动机驱动的脉管制冷机是一种完全无运动部件的低温制冷机,具有非常好的应用前景,本文介绍了本实验室在这方面取得的最新进展。首先我们对驻波热声发动机进行了改进设计,提高了其驱动压比,用氦气作为工质最大压比达到了1.15。在此基础上我们用其驱动同轴双向进气小孔型脉管制冷机,通过调整热声发动机的振荡频率,使之与脉管达到匹配,最终达到了84.3K的最低制冷温度,这也是目前用驻波热声发动机驱动脉管所达到的最低制冷温度。同时,在此实验过程中,一些抑制跳频的方法也得到了实验验证。 相似文献

脉管制冷机是小型低温制冷机中的研究热点, 调相机构对其制冷性能有重要影响. 室温排出器型调相机构既可以回收声功, 又能够增强调相能力, 逐渐受到了重视, 然而由于排出器活塞间隙的存在, 系统中形成了闭合气流环路, 带来Gedeon 声直流的影响. 本文基于阶梯室温排出器调相的液氢温区两级脉管制冷机, 考察直流量对于系统性能的影响. 模拟结果表明: 一定量的正向直流可提升20 K 制冷量高达80%以上; 然而排出器活塞间隙引入了负向直流, 增加活塞长度、减小活塞间隙, 可以一定程度抑制直流. 相似文献

调制激光作用牙齿组织发生散射形成光子密度波, 而由于光热效应产生热波, 基于一维介质辐射传输漫射近似方程与一维热传导方程建立了调制激光作用牙齿组织半透明混合介质的一维热波数学模型. 利用该模型仿真分析了牙齿龋损特性参数(牙釉质龋损层光吸收系数、散射系数、热扩散系数及龋损深度)对光热辐射动态响应特性的影响与规律. 利用红外探测器(HgCdTe, 2–12 μm)记录808 nm半导体激光激发牙齿组织产生的热波信号, 由锁相放大器计算热波信号的幅值与相位. 通过频率扫描试验获得了牙齿组织的光热动态响应, 利用多参数最佳统计拟合方法得到了牙齿组织特性参数. 结果表明光热辐射测量对牙齿组织不均匀性和龋损特性均具有较高敏感性与特异性. 相似文献

光热折变体光栅是在光敏玻璃材料中利用光热折变效应记录的折射率型体全息光栅,具有波长和角度选择性好、衍射效率高、热稳定性好和抗损伤阈值高等特点,在激光器技术领域中具有独特的优势。在自行制备的光敏玻璃材料中,用325nm波长的紫外光曝光记录透射型体全息光栅,基于变波长读出的原理设计实验,对热显影后的光热折变体光栅在532nm波长的激光照射下的衍射读出特性以及其在恒定光功率密度的激光照射下的稳定性进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,热显影后的光热折变体光栅在激光辐照下具有光致饱和效应。根据实验结果定量计算出了光热折变体光栅的选择角和描述光致饱和效应的特征时间常数。 相似文献

In this paper we present results of noncontact measurements of the thermal diffusivity of infrared semi-transparent n-CdMgSe mixed semiconductor crystals by means of the photothermal radiometry (PTR) in a transmission configuration. In order to overcome an influence of the infrared semi-transparency and plasma waves on the PTR signal from n-CdMgSe mixed crystals the samples were covered by thin aluminum foils on both sides. The thermal diffusivities of n-CdMgSe mixed crystals were estimated from PTR phase frequency characteristics using a well-known formula. It was found that the obtained results are underestimated in comparison to thermal diffusivities estimated from the PPE (photopyro-electric) measurements. A three layer model of a PTR signal was applied in order to estimate an error in determination of the thermal diffusivity of a sample caused by aluminum foils. 相似文献

Minority recombination lifetimes of n-type CdMgSe mixed crystals were estimated by using infrared photothermal radiometry (PTR) amplitude and phase frequency spectra. The results obtained by the PTR method indicate that the lifetimes of optically generated carriers in CdSe and CdxMg1?xSe crystals are about 0.1 μs. The diffusion length of minority carrier in n-type CdSe single crystal was found to be 4.42 μm and it is in a good agreement with the literature value. It was found that with the increasing thermal-to-plasma component coefficient A the carrier concentration increases as expected from PTR theory. 相似文献

Process-induced damage in epitaxial InP films following CH4/H2 reactive ion etching has been studied using a noncontact photothermal radiometric (PTR) probe. A significant shift in measured PTR amplitude as a function of applied bias voltage has been observed. Results are correlated with both Raman and photoluminescence measurements. 相似文献

In this paper we develop a model system to describe some of the effects of a turbulent astrophysical plasma, in particular, its interaction with relativistic electrons and their radiation. This system is called a plasma turbulent reactor (PTR). We consider first of all the theory of an infinite PTR and show that in such a PTR the relativistic electrons will have a power-law energy distribution. We discuss the analogy between this power-law distribution and the Kolmogrov spectrum in hydrodynamic turbulence. We then discuss the parameter constraints on PTR theory and the applicability of the theory to astrophysical systems, such as galactic nuclei, pulsars, collapsing protostars, and solar flares. 相似文献

Laser action of the photo-thermo-refractive (PTR) glass, which is the photosensitive material for holographic recording of volume Bragg gratings (VBGs), was demonstrated for the first time by introducing Nd3?. Nd:PTR glass has a bandwidth of 27.8 nm and 16.0 nm for luminescence and absorption, respectively. An uncoated 2 mm thick Nd:PTR element generated cw laser output of 124 mW, with a slope efficiency of 25%, by laser diode pumping. This Nd:PTR glass also performed wide bandwidth laser action at 1053.9-1063.3 nm, where the decrease of the pump-absorption efficiency was held off below 30%, even under a 3.5 nm shift of pump wavelength from its absorption center. 相似文献
