Abstract

Ammonium oxalate is largely used to extract the trace elements bound to Mn-oxides, amorphous compounds and crystalline Fe-oxides. The objective of this work was to evaluate the selectivity and the efficiency of ammonium oxalate for extracting Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn by sequential extraction of soils. For this purpose, three schemes were selected and applied to three different soil samples of the Swiss Jura. Each extraction scheme consisted of six steps, where different reagents were used to extract Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn bound to the Mn and Fe compounds. The results showed that metallic trace elements extraction with ammonium oxalate are very dependant on the metal studied. The reason could be the capability of oxalate to form stable complexes with the metals considered which sometimes are only slightly soluble.  相似文献

考察了海水养殖区域缺氧沉积物中重金属形态连续萃取法萃取过程中溶液pH值、温度变化和胶体形成对形态分离结果的影响。结果表明,连续萃取法Step1萃取酸溶态时,萃取液pH值的轻微升高使Pb和Zn的萃取结果明显降低;Step2萃取还原态时,萃取液pH值明显升高对重金属的萃取结果影响很小;Step3萃取有机质结合态时,萃取液pH值的降低对重金属萃取结果影响较小(除Pb外)。由于连续萃取法中各步萃取反应的热力学过程不同,Step1和Step2萃取后溶液温度轻微升高而在Step3中溶液温度稍微降低,溶液温度变化(<2.5℃)对重金属形态的影响很小。在Step1、Step2和Step4萃取过程中胶体的形成和存在,对萃取液Cd、Zn和Cu有明显的吸附影响;而在Step3萃取中萃取剂的分散作用有效控制了溶液中胶体的形成。因此采用连续萃取方法评价沉积物中的重金属形态时,控制萃取液pH值和胶体形成有利于提高萃取结果的稳定性和准确性。  相似文献

Abstract

In order to precise the origin and behaviour of trace metals associated with coastal marine sediments, marine geochemists frequently utilize various methods of sequential extraction. The main objective is to test the potential mobility / stability of particulate metals in the natural environments. Several examples are presented in the article, namely: i/ Exchangeable Pb from podzolic soils of the drainage basin of a lagoon which sediments and phreatic waters are for a large part inherited from the surrounding soils; ii/ Evolution of particulate metals in an estuary; iii/ Mobility of metals at the sea bottom interface; iv/ Role of amorphous components of estuarine sediments and suspended matter; v/ Effects of dredging activities on solubility of metals in an estuary; vi/ Behaviour of heavy metals in lagoons.

Main results obtained from the extraction procedures are described, as well as particular difficulties encountered when applying some classical methods.  相似文献

Abstract

The determination of extractable trace metal contents in soils and sediments is currently performed in many laboratories to assess the bioavailable metal fraction (and related potential phyto-toxic effects) and the importance and possibility of mobilization of trace metals from polluted soil, sludge and sediment upon landfill application. Single and sequential extraction schemes are used for the assessment of the different “forms” of trace metals (e.g. “mobile/bioavailable”, “carbonate-bound” etc.). The lack of uniformity in the different extraction procedures used throughout the world does not allow the results to be compared or the procedures to be validated which has led to many criticisms in the past few years. Moreover, the lack of suitable reference materials for this type of operationally defined determinations did not enable the quality of the measurements to be controlled. Owing to the need for establishing common schemes for single and sequential extractions as well as for the improvement of the quality of extractable trace metal determinations in soil and sediments, the Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) has organised a project which results along with the state of the art of extractable trace metal determinations, use and applicability of extraction schemes and analytical limitations were decided to be thoroughly discussed in a workshop. Abstract

The main aspects of sampling and sample pretreatment in metal speciation studies of soils and sediments are discussed. The risks of sample contamination by the use of inappropriate materials, containers and tools as well as the possibilities of losses of analyte during sample handling are pointed out. Field sampling methods are described and minimum sample weight criteria for representative sampling of dry soils are presented. Sampling by traps and continuous flow centrifugation methods for suspended sediments and of bottom sediments by grabs or corers are compared. To avoid significant changes in some metal species drying and storage temperatures may need to be controlled and preservation in an inert atmosphere or by irradiation is discussed. The difficulties of establishing definitive protocols for sampling and sample pretreatment are emphasized as well as the need for selecting the appropriate technique in each particular case.  相似文献

为建立一种简单的方法鉴定污染土壤中的铅在消化系统中被人体消化吸收的潜力(即生物可消化性或生物可接受性),采用连续提取法和7种单一化学提取法比较研究了13个污染土壤中铅的化学形态及其可提取性,以模拟胃液提取法为参比,选择和比较了7种化学提取剂,包括:CaCl2稀盐、NH4OAc、DTPA—TEA、Mehlich Ⅰ、Mehlich Ⅲ、草酸铵缓冲液和盐酸羟铵溶液。结果表明,土壤中铅的平均提取率由高至低依次为:草酸铵缓冲液,盐酸羟铵溶液,MehlichⅠ、MehlichⅢ,DTPA—TEA,NH4OAc,CaCl2相关分析表明,氧化物结合态铅是污染土壤中生物可消化铅的主要组分,用盐酸羟铵溶液提取的铅可很好地表征污染土壤中铅的生物可消化性,其提取量与模拟胃液提取的铅接近,两者之间具有显著的相关性。  相似文献

以连续萃取法研究海湾养殖区沉积物中重金属(Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn)的形态,将重金属分离为酸溶态、还原态、有机质结合态、硫化物结合态和残渣态.分别采用基体匹配法和内标法消除高盐基体对电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)和质谱法(ICP-MS)分析结果的影响.对海洋沉积物标准物质分析结果表明,样品稀释后测定值与标准值一致.比较了本连续萃取法和BCR法对沉积物样品中重金属形态的提取结果,并考察了萃取剂的选择性.实验表明,本方法可用于有机质污染和富营养化环境沉积物中重金属形态分析,特别是有机质结合态和硫化物结合态的分析.  相似文献

采用单一萃取程序对建立的重金属形态连续萃取方法的萃取条件进行优化.分别以Ca和Mg、Fe、有机质(OM)和酸可挥发性硫(AVS)作为萃取剂释放酸溶态、还原态、有机质结合态和硫化物结合态等重金属目标形态的表征参量,考察萃取剂对相应目标形态的萃取能力和选择性.分别根据表征参量和重金属在萃取溶液中的含量变化确定最优萃取时间和萃取样液比.结果表明,优化萃取条件后,萃取剂对目标形态重金属均有很强的释放能力.酸溶态萃取剂对其它非残留态影响很小;还原态萃取剂除对酸溶态有少量提取外,对其它形态影响较小;有机质结合态萃取剂对硫化物结合态有少量萃取,对其它形态影响较小.硫化物结合态在酸溶态、还原态和有机质结合态之后萃取,避免了对这三种形态的影响.优化后的连续萃取方法对重金属形态有较好的选择性,可对海湾和河口表层沉积物中重金属的目标形态进行较为合理地分离和评价.  相似文献

Abstract

Two sequential extraction schemes (a modified Tessier procedure with five steps and a three steps protocol designed by BCR) are applied to four sediment samples with different heavy metal contents. The results obtained for Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn partitioning show that the metal distribution obtained with both procedures are significantly different. With the second procedure amounts of all the heavy metals are extracted with the oxidizing reagent (third fraction) whereas with the first one the non residual metals are distributed among the second, third and fourth fractions (acetic acid-acetate buffer (pH=5), reducing and oxidizing reagents respectively). The residual fraction obtained applying the three steps procedure is in general higher than that obtained using the five steps procedure, except for cadmium.  相似文献

稀土元素对土壤环境的影响不但与其总量有关,而且与其化学形态关系更为密切。分别采用酸法消解和形态连续提取法对土壤样品中稀土元素总量和稀土元素的形态进行提取分析,并利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了土壤样中稀土元素含量和稀土元素各形态含量。结果表明,采集土壤样品中稀土元素含量为200~1418 mg/kg,轻稀土元素含量远高于重稀土元素;稀土元素各结合形态总和相对于总量的回收率为88.2%~110%,表明采用的连续萃取法适合土壤样品中稀土元素的分析。土壤样品中稀土元素主要以残渣态存在,为33%~80%;晶体铁锰氢氧化物共沉淀态为10%~31%;腐殖质和无定形氧化物吸附态为5.0%~18%;可交换态和碳酸盐结合态为4.0%~23%;无定形铁锰氧化物共沉淀态低于3%。分析了采样点位置和稀土元素性质对稀土元素含量的影响,并讨论了土壤性质对形态分布的影响。  相似文献

Abstract

The binding forms of Co, Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn in an anoxic, sulfide-bearing sediment were investigated by performing both thermodynamic equilibrium calculations and sequential extractions. Care was taken to maintain oxygen-free conditions during the whole experiment. The calculations suggested that trace metals were bound to sulfidic minerals. Sequential extraction results, however, showed increased importance of exchangeable and reducible fractions in the order Cu < Cd < Pb < Zn < Co. Thermodynamic equilibrium calculations of the chemical reactions during extraction showed that Cd, Co, Pb, and Zn sulfides are to a significant extent soluble in the acetate-exchangeable (step 1 + 2) and oxalate-reducible (step 3) fractions. Neglecting the dissolution of sulfide minerals would lead to a misinterpretation of the experimental results.  相似文献

Abstract

A three-step sequential extraction protocol designed by Community Bureau of Reference (BCR) is applied to two types of soil (sandy and sandy-loam) which had been previously contaminated with a radionuclide aerosol containing 134Cs, 85Sr and 110mAg. This scheme is applied using both batch and column methods. The radionuclide distribution obtained with this scheme depends both on the method and on soil type. Compared with the batch method, column extraction is an inadvisable method. Kinetic aspects seem to be important, especially in the first and third fractions. The radionuclide distribution shows that radiostrontium has high mobility, radiocaesium is highly retained by clay minerals whereas Fe/Mn oxides and organic matter have an important role in radiosilver retention.  相似文献

Abstract

Trace metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Ni, Co, Mn) and iron concentration were determined in several sediments collected in the Antarctica (Terra Nova Bay—Ross Sea). Samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP-AES) after selective and total extraction. The results are in good agreement with the data previously collected in the same area.  相似文献

Abstract

Today it is generally recognized that the particular behaviour of trace metals in the environment is determined by their specific physicochemical forms rather than by their total concentration. Several chemical speciation and fractionation methods for heavy metal analysis in soils and sediments have been and are still being developed and applied. They primarily are intended to understand the particular environmental behaviour of metals, present in a variety of forms and in a variety of matrices.

Analytical developments, modifications of existing methods, and recent new approaches are reviewed and discussed. Techniques used include chemical extractions, ion-exchange/gel chromatography, filtration, centrifugation and sieving, selective solvent extraction.

Moreover, the application of these various techniques in different research fields over the last years is explored. The value and the limitations of speciation and fractionation techniques applied in specific experimental work is outlined. It is discussed to what extent these methods have, up to now, filled in the expectations or have been satisfactory in particular applications.  相似文献

采用微波辅助提取-液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(LC-HG-AFS)联用技术分析了太湖沉积物中砷的形态[亚砷酸(As(III))、二甲基砷酸钠(DMA)、一甲基砷酸二钠(MMA)和砷酸As(V)]。测得沉积物中以无机砷为主,且以As(V)居多。选定以1mol/L的磷酸和0.1mol/L抗坏血酸为提取液,在微波辅助萃取(功率为60W,时间12min)下,萃取率达79.84%~91.57%,回收率在94.78%~107.6%之间。4种砷的形态在0~160μg/L之间时线性良好,检测限为0.6~2.3μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为1.62%~2.20%。方法具有简便、快速、灵敏的特点。  相似文献

Trace element speciation has recently become one of the most important problems in water analysis. Proper combination of preconcentration techniques with instrumental determination methods is essential to speciation analysis, because sensitivity and selectivity of direct determination methods are generally lacking. The present paper describes such preconcentration techniques as filtration, centrifugation, flotation and sorption, which have been developed in the author's laboratory for the speciation of heavy metals in river and pond waters by electron microscopy, X-ray microanalysis and chemical analysis. The application of freeze concentration to the speciation of silica in high-purity waters is also discussed.  相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海洋沉积物中34种痕量元素,样品于聚四氟乙烯封闭坩埚中用氢氟酸和硝酸溶解,运用干扰方程校正光谱干扰,用内标校正消除基体影响。方法检出限(3s/k)在0.046~160 ng.g-1之间。通过分析4个海洋沉积物标准物质对所提出方法的准确度和精密度做了考核,所得测定结果与标准物质的认定值相吻合,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%。  相似文献

对中药全蝎中铜、锌、铁和镁4种微量元素存在的形态及含量进行了研究。文中叙述了全蝎样品中元素的各种形态(可溶态、悬浮态、无机态、有机态)的提取方法和分离,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了各试液中4种微量元素的含量。结果显示,全蝎中4种元素的总提取率在39.9%~63.2%之间,浸留比在73.6%~126.0%之间,悬浮态颗粒吸附率在10%左右,铜、锌、铁、镁的有机态与无机态的比例在250.0%~550.0%之间。  相似文献

依据化学仿生原理,将整体药物研究与分子药物研究法(以微量元素为指标)相结合,设计体外仿生消化法用于蕨类植物分析前处理。以单层脂质体为细胞膜模型,萃取分离食糜中微量元素形态(单层脂质体亲合态、水溶态);根据单层脂质体亲合态含量对微量元素的生物可给性和危险性进行评价。比较单层脂质体结合亲和态金属在胃、肠中浓度,可得金属主要吸收部位。沙椤茎、叶和蜈蚣草茎、叶成年人摄入安全剂量分别为210.4、153.5、828.2、367.5 g/day,最大摄入剂量分别为864.1、1208.8、2067.1、1977.3 g/day。  相似文献
