Abstract

Two sequential extraction schemes (a modified Tessier procedure with five steps and a three steps protocol designed by BCR) are applied to four sediment samples with different heavy metal contents. The results obtained for Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn partitioning show that the metal distribution obtained with both procedures are significantly different. With the second procedure amounts of all the heavy metals are extracted with the oxidizing reagent (third fraction) whereas with the first one the non residual metals are distributed among the second, third and fourth fractions (acetic acid-acetate buffer (pH=5), reducing and oxidizing reagents respectively). The residual fraction obtained applying the three steps procedure is in general higher than that obtained using the five steps procedure, except for cadmium.  相似文献

考察了海水养殖区域缺氧沉积物中重金属形态连续萃取法萃取过程中溶液pH值、温度变化和胶体形成对形态分离结果的影响。结果表明,连续萃取法Step1萃取酸溶态时,萃取液pH值的轻微升高使Pb和Zn的萃取结果明显降低;Step2萃取还原态时,萃取液pH值明显升高对重金属的萃取结果影响很小;Step3萃取有机质结合态时,萃取液pH值的降低对重金属萃取结果影响较小(除Pb外)。由于连续萃取法中各步萃取反应的热力学过程不同,Step1和Step2萃取后溶液温度轻微升高而在Step3中溶液温度稍微降低,溶液温度变化(<2.5℃)对重金属形态的影响很小。在Step1、Step2和Step4萃取过程中胶体的形成和存在,对萃取液Cd、Zn和Cu有明显的吸附影响;而在Step3萃取中萃取剂的分散作用有效控制了溶液中胶体的形成。因此采用连续萃取方法评价沉积物中的重金属形态时,控制萃取液pH值和胶体形成有利于提高萃取结果的稳定性和准确性。  相似文献

Abstract

Several commonly used sequential chemical extraction procedures of heavy metals in soils and sediments are compared, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed focusing on selected case studies. In particular, problems caused by handling of anoxic samples, and of specific phases (e.g. organic fractions and sulfides) are addressed.

Eventually, recommendations for the improvement of extraction selectivity as well as the reduction of readsorption effects are given.  相似文献

以连续萃取法研究海湾养殖区沉积物中重金属(Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn)的形态,将重金属分离为酸溶态、还原态、有机质结合态、硫化物结合态和残渣态.分别采用基体匹配法和内标法消除高盐基体对电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-OES)和质谱法(ICP-MS)分析结果的影响.对海洋沉积物标准物质分析结果表明,样品稀释后测定值与标准值一致.比较了本连续萃取法和BCR法对沉积物样品中重金属形态的提取结果,并考察了萃取剂的选择性.实验表明,本方法可用于有机质污染和富营养化环境沉积物中重金属形态分析,特别是有机质结合态和硫化物结合态的分析.  相似文献

铜、镉、钻在了丁二酮肟-氯化铵-柠檬酸钠-HAc-NaAc体系中有灵敏的极谱波。其峰电位分别为-0.24V、- 0.79V和-0.93V,线性范围分别为4 × 10~(-6)~ 4 × 10~(-3)、5 × 10~(-6)~ 5×10~(-3)、1×10~(-7)~1×10~(-4)g/L,检测限分别为2×10~(-6)、4 × 10~(-6)和5×10~(-8)g/L。方法无需预处理直接用于锌电解液中微量铜、镉、钴的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Abstract

Several parameters governing the extraction of metals from iron oxide rich sediments, using sequential extraction schemes were optimized. The mode of shaking, soil/extractant ratio and concentrations of MgCl2 and NH2OH·HCl, for samples collected in the Odiel Marshes Natural Park (SW Spain), were considered. The concentration of NH2OH·HCl deserved particular attention due to the nature of the studied sediments. A 0.4 M concentration of this extractant was needed to avoid readsorption of Cu and As in the samples. In addition, readsorption processes were studied using a candidate to reference material with a high organic matter content that was previously analyzed in an interlaboratory study.  相似文献

本文通过硝酸-硫酸混合酸消化脑样,在0.03mol/LHClO4底液中,采用悬汞电极2.5次微分阳极溶出伏安法同时测定人脑中铜、铅、镉、锌四种微量元素。在选定的实验条件下,所述元素的浓度在5~100ng/mL范围内与峰高成线性关系。用于人脑中铜、铅、镉和锌的分析,其相对标准偏差分别为6.5%、10.5%、12.7%和3.1%,其回收率为98.0%、94.0%、102.0%和104.0%。  相似文献

本文报道了连续测定人发中痕量锌、铜、铅、镉的微分电位溶出法。实验确定最佳支持电解质组成为1M HAc-0.4M KCl-1.5×10~(-2)M Hg(Ⅱ)。在此体系中测定上述四种元素的分辨率好,峰形好,灵敏度高,重现性好。试验了共存离子的影响,方法干扰少,回收率为96.7~105%,测试范围从ppb到ppm级。  相似文献

Abstract

A derivative pulse polarographic method is described for determining traces of copper, lead and cadmium in cobalt and its compounds without separation. In hydrochloric acid medium the detection limits are respectively about 0.02, 0.04 and 0.1 ppm in metallic cobalt when analysing 2 M cobalt solutions. The procedure was applied to the analyses of synthetic and commercially available cobalt samples and showed a satisfactory sensitivity and precision at various concentrations levels of the three impurities.  相似文献

建立了超声提取/气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法检测红树林沉积物中蒲公英萜醇的方法,对仪器测试、提取、皂化、衍生化、数据处理等多个参数进行了优化,保证了方法的有效性和实用性。选用HP-5MS毛细色谱柱快速分离测定红树林沉积物中的蒲公英萜醇,根据标准物质的保留时间、主要特征离子及其相对丰度和平均质谱图定性;在选择离子监测(SIM)模式下,根据蒲公英萜醇和内标衍生物定量离子的峰面积比值,以内标标准曲线法定量。实验结果表明,在5~100μg/L范围内,衍生物定量离子峰面积比值与蒲公英萜醇浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999,方法的定量下限为0.5μg/kg。当加标水平为5~80μg/L时,回收率为81.2%~108.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~4.2%。本方法具有良好的选择性、灵敏度,适用于红树林沉积物中蒲公英萜醇的测定,并成功应用于实际样品的分析,可为红树林海岸带的保护和管理提供技术支持。  相似文献

Abstract

In order to precise the origin and behaviour of trace metals associated with coastal marine sediments, marine geochemists frequently utilize various methods of sequential extraction. The main objective is to test the potential mobility / stability of particulate metals in the natural environments. Several examples are presented in the article, namely: i/ Exchangeable Pb from podzolic soils of the drainage basin of a lagoon which sediments and phreatic waters are for a large part inherited from the surrounding soils; ii/ Evolution of particulate metals in an estuary; iii/ Mobility of metals at the sea bottom interface; iv/ Role of amorphous components of estuarine sediments and suspended matter; v/ Effects of dredging activities on solubility of metals in an estuary; vi/ Behaviour of heavy metals in lagoons.

Main results obtained from the extraction procedures are described, as well as particular difficulties encountered when applying some classical methods.  相似文献

采用改进的Tessier连续萃取方法对从松花江中采集的生物膜中锰、 铁、 铜、 铅、 锌及镉的化学形态进行分析, 考察了生物膜上铁、 锰氧化物和有机质吸附重金属的相对作用, 同时讨论了在研究培养的生物膜吸附痕量重金属时所建立的选择性萃取方法对于采集的生物膜组分分离的适用性. 研究结果表明, 在采集的生物膜上痕量重金属以铁、 锰的氧化物为主要结合形态存在, 以此种形态存在的铜、 锌、 铅和镉分别占其总含量的62.9%, 58.3%, 53.8%和32.6%, 而以有机结合态存在的铜、 锌、 铅和镉, 分别占其总含量的1.1%, 0.6%, 9.9%和1.8%, 表明采集的生物膜上铁、 锰氧化物在吸附重金属的过程中起主要的控制作用, 而有机质的作用相对较小, 与以往利用选择性萃取技术研究培养的生物膜吸附重金属的规律一致. 进一步分析表明, 如扣除生物膜上铁的残渣态部分, 则选择性萃取分离技术可以有效地将采集的生物膜上的铁、 锰氧化物及有机质分离开.  相似文献

Abstract

Ammonium oxalate is largely used to extract the trace elements bound to Mn-oxides, amorphous compounds and crystalline Fe-oxides. The objective of this work was to evaluate the selectivity and the efficiency of ammonium oxalate for extracting Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn by sequential extraction of soils. For this purpose, three schemes were selected and applied to three different soil samples of the Swiss Jura. Each extraction scheme consisted of six steps, where different reagents were used to extract Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn bound to the Mn and Fe compounds. The results showed that metallic trace elements extraction with ammonium oxalate are very dependant on the metal studied. The reason could be the capability of oxalate to form stable complexes with the metals considered which sometimes are only slightly soluble.  相似文献

Abstract

Trace metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Ni, Co, Mn) and iron concentration were determined in several sediments collected in the Antarctica (Terra Nova Bay—Ross Sea). Samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP-AES) after selective and total extraction. The results are in good agreement with the data previously collected in the same area.  相似文献

The concentration and chemical speciation of Cd and Zn as well as total organic carbon (TOC) were studied in surface sediments from 21 stations along Klang River. Sequential extraction technique (SET) was applied to assess the four (exchangeable, acid-reducible, oxidisable-organic and residual) fractions in surface sediment. And also, to obtain an overall classification of cadmium and zinc pollution in this area. This investigation was the first study on the basis of the chemical speciation of Cd and Zn in surface sediments of the Klang River. The total concentrations of metals were ranged (0.60–2.26 µg g− 1) for Cd and (33.26–268.24 µg g− 1) for Zn. The chemical speciation of Cd and Zn in most sampling stations were in the order of residual > acid-reducible > oxidisable-organic > exchangeable, and it showed that the Zn in Klang River surface sediments existed in the nonresistant fractions, whilst Cd existed in the resistant fraction. The degree of surface sediments contamination was determined for individual contamination factors (ICF) and global contamination factor (GCF). The result of ICF and GCF values showed that those stations located vicinity of municipal area had high potential risk to fauna and flora of the Klang River. The relationship between the concentration of cadmium and zinc at the oxidation-organic fraction with TOC in surface sediment was identified. The results showed that TOC had a positive function to complex with Cd and Zn in the surface sediment of Klang River.  相似文献

研究了基于非离子表面活性剂TritonX-114和螯合剂二乙基氨基二硫代甲酸钠(DDTC)的浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铜的分析方法.考察了影响浊点萃取效率的参数,包括pH值、DDTC浓度、TritonX-114用量、平衡温度及时间等.在优化条件下,本法的检出限(3σ)为1.55μg/L,相对标准偏差RSD为3.4%(n=7,c=100μg/L),线性范围为0~250μg/L.将该法应用于茶叶标准样品(GBW07605)、奶粉和矿泉水等样品中痕量铜的测定,其回收率在96.7%~113.5%之间.  相似文献

对八种植物叶片 (糖胶树、榕树、红花羊蹄甲、银合欢、垂叶榕、白玉兰、蟛蜞菊、大花紫薇 )中Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn的测定方法进行了研究 ,采用炭化—灰化—硝酸溶解方法进行样品处理 ,火焰原子吸收法测定Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn四种重金属元素。结果表明 ,该法准确 ,回收率高。各元素的回收率分别为 :铅 88%~ 1 0 5 %、镉 90 %~ 1 0 3 %、铜 90 %~ 1 0 5 %、锌 91 %~ 1 0 5 %。  相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海洋沉积物中34种痕量元素,样品于聚四氟乙烯封闭坩埚中用氢氟酸和硝酸溶解,运用干扰方程校正光谱干扰,用内标校正消除基体影响。方法检出限(3s/k)在0.046~160 ng.g-1之间。通过分析4个海洋沉积物标准物质对所提出方法的准确度和精密度做了考核,所得测定结果与标准物质的认定值相吻合,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于10%。  相似文献

本文研究了钼与PV-CTMAB的显色反应,结果表明该体系灵敏度虽高,选择性却很差。为此,本文采用硅胶-TBP反相萃取层析法,使Mo、Sn与Ti、W、Ge、Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Mn、Fe等分离,提高了方法的选择性.并应用于含上述诸多离子的复杂试样——水系沉积物、岩矿中微量Mo、Sn的测定,取得满意的结果。  相似文献
