提出了一个讨论铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中的交换偏置及矫顽场温度特性的物理模型,该模型,假设铁磁层为具有单畴各向异性的单畴膜而反铁磁层由许多相互独立具有多晶各向异性的颗粒组成,其温度依赖性主要来源于系统态的热不稳定,包括反铁磁颗粒易轴取向的热涨落和相关磁学量的温度依赖性等。计算结果表明其交换偏置随温度的增加非线性地减少而其矫顽场在体阻截温度处达极大值,且其体阻截温度随反铁磁颗粒粒径的增加而增加。我们的计算结果和相关实验结果一致,通过本的讨论,我们建议通过铁磁膜耦合上大粒径硬反铁磁颗粒膜可获得高交换偏置、低矫顽场且近独立于温度的相关磁学器件。 相似文献

The exchange bias of bilayer magnetic films consisting offerromagnetic (FM) and antiferromagnetic (AFM) layers in anuncompensated case is studied by use of the many-body Green'sfunction method of quantum statistical theory. The effects ofthe layer thickness and temperature and the interfacial couplingstrength on the exchange bias HE are investigated. Thedependence of the exchange bias HE on the FM layerthickness and temperature is qualitatively in agreement withexperimental results. When temperature varies, both thecoercivity HC and HE decrease with thetemperature increasing. For each FM thickness, there exists aleast AFM thickness in which the exchange bias occurs, which iscalled pinning thickness. 相似文献

研究了外应力与易轴夹角为任意角度时铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中交换偏置对外磁场取向角0的的依赖关系,特别是矫顽力和偏置场曲线的中心偏移现象。由于斯通纳-沃尔法斯模型和能量极小原理只能给出0部分取值下的矫顽力解析表达式,将不满足能量极小原理的0取值部分的矫顽力用转换场近似,得到矫顽力的分段函数形式。数值计算显示,矫顽力和偏置场角度关系曲线是否发生中心偏移与取值有关:=/4时,应力造成等效各向异性场强度的改变,并造成矫顽力和偏置场曲线中心的偏移;=/2时,应力只改变等效各向异性场强度,而矫顽力和偏置场曲线不发生中心偏移。因此发生曲线中心偏移的条件是有效各向异性场对易轴的夹角*不为零。另外,只有*0时,才能发生交换偏置场的阶跃现象,说明该阶跃现象是转换场在*附近奇点造成的。 相似文献

研究了交换偏置双层膜中界面存在二次以及双二次交换耦合下反铁磁磁矩转动及其交换各向异性.结果表明,其反铁磁膜中的磁矩转动存在可逆“恢复行为”、不可逆“半转动行为”、不可逆“倒转行为”以及不可逆“半倒转行为”四种情形,四种情形的出现强烈地依赖于界面二次、双二次耦合以及反铁磁膜厚度.其中可逆恢复行为情况下,系统出现交换偏置,而不可逆的半转、半倒转以及倒转情形,系统不出现交换偏置.特别地,在界面处仅存在双二次耦合的情形下,其界面双二次耦合常数J2≤0.1 σ关键词:反铁磁自旋结构交换各向异性界面双二次耦合交换偏置 相似文献

采用了Monte-Carlo方法,讨论了反铁磁层中不同非磁性掺杂浓度下,铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中交换偏置的温度特性. 模拟结果显示:反铁磁层中非磁性掺杂能导致铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中交换偏置的增强. 同时,交换偏置随非磁性掺杂浓度的变化存在极大值,即同一温度下交换偏置随掺杂浓度的变化是非单调的. 并且,随着温度的升高交换偏置的最大值所对应的掺杂浓度向浓度低的方向移动. 它和Hong Jung-Il等人的实验结果完全一致. 究其原因在于反铁磁层相应的自旋排布、磁畴结构等随掺杂浓度的改变发生大的变化,当其正向磁畴和负向磁畴都形成连通的网络结构时,系统的交换偏置达最大. 比较了随机掺杂与规则掺杂的模拟结果. 模拟结果表明规则掺杂能够获得比随机掺杂更大的交换偏置,进一步表明了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中交换偏置的特性与铁磁/反铁磁界面磁畴结构密切相关. 相似文献

采用Monte Carlo方法,分别讨论了在铁磁/反铁磁双层膜和铁磁/反铁磁单层混合膜中,掺入非磁性物质后,掺杂浓度对交换偏置以及矫顽场的影响.计算结果表明:随着掺杂浓度的增大,双层膜和单层膜交换偏置都有先增大后减小的现象,而其矫顽场则先减小后增大.在相同掺杂浓度下,对随机掺杂和规则掺杂两种不同掺杂方式的结果比较发现:铁磁/反铁磁双层膜中,规则掺杂下产生的交换偏置和矫顽场都得到了增强;对于单层混合膜,随机掺杂下的交换偏置更强,规则掺杂下的矫顽场更大.研究发现对于双层膜规则掺杂可明显地导致其磁滞回线的不对称性,说明铁磁/反铁磁系统中磁滞回线的不对称性与界面自旋微结构密切相关. 相似文献

The exchange bias (EB) of the ferromagnetic (FM)/antiferromagnetic (AFM) bilayers in a compensated case is studied by use of the many-body Green's function method of quantum statistical theory. The so-called compensated case is that there is no net magnetization on the AFM side of the interface. Our conclusion is that the EB in this case is primarily from the asymmetry of the interracial exchange coupling strengths between the FM and the two sublattices of the AFM. The effects of the layer thickness, temperature and the interracial coupling strength oi2 the exchange bias HE are investigated. The dependence of HE on the FM layer thickness and temperature is qualitatively in agreement with experimental results. HE is nearly inversely proportional to FM thickness. When temperature varies, both HE and He decrease with temperature increasing. The anisotropy of the FM layer only slightly influence He, but does not influence HE. 相似文献

It is traditionally assumed in finance models that the fundamental value of assets is known with certainty. Although this is an appealing simplifying assumption it is by no means based on empirical evidence. A simple heterogeneous agent model of the exchange rate is presented. In the model, traders do not observe the true underlying fundamental exchange rate and as a consequence they base their trades on beliefs about this variable. We synthesize the perovskite compound Sm Cr0.9Fe0.1O3 by the sol–gel method and investigate its exchange bias properties through thermomagnetic and isothermal magnetization measurements. The sign reversals of the exchange bias field are observed at the magnetization compensation temperatures 29.6 K and 96.2 K. It is demonstrated that the occurrence of the exchange bias originates from the antiferromagnetic coupling between the Cr-rich and Fe–Cr regions, of which the net magnetization is temperature-dependent. These results imply that there are potential applications in single systems with sign reversals of both magnetization and exchange bias. 相似文献

The effect of the grain boundary microstructure on the anisotropy and coercivity was investigated in an HDDR Nd-Fe-B permanent
magnetic alloy. Considering the special microstructure of its magnetic powder grain, an anisotropic theoretical model influenced
simultaneously by the structure defect at the grain boundary and the exchange coupling interaction was put forward. The variations
of the structure defect factors based on the nucleation and pinning mechanism with 2r
0/lex (where r
0 and lex are the defect thickness and the length of exchange coupling, respectively) were calculated. The results show that the coercivity
mechanism of an HDDR Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic alloy is greatly related to its microstructure defect at the grain boundary.
For a fixed lex, when 2r
0/lex < 1.67, the coercivity is controlled by the pinning mechanism; when 2r
0/lex > 1.67, it is determined by the nucleation mechanism. The coercivity reaches the maximum when 2r
0/lex = 1.67. The calculation result is consistent well with the experimental result given by Morimoto et al.

Experimental and theoretical researches on nanostructured exchange coupled magnets have been carried out since about 1988. Here, we review the structure and magnetic properties of the anisotropic nanocomposite soft/hard multilayer magnets including some new results and phenomena from an experimental point of view. According to the different component of the oriented hard phase in the nanocomposite soft/hard multilayer magnets, three types of magnets will be discussed:1) anisotropic Nd_2Fe_(14)B based nanocomposite multilayer magnets, 2) anisotropic SmCo_5 based nanocomposite multilayer magnets, and 3) anisotropic rare-earth free based nanocomposite multilayer magnets. For each of them, the formation of the oriented hard phase, exchange coupling, coercivity mechanism, and magnetic properties of the corresponding anisotropic nanocomposite multilayer magnets are briefly reviewed, and then the prospect of realization of bulk magnets on new results of anisotropic nanocomposite multilayer magnets will be carried out. 相似文献
