在此前曾提出过一种新型二维折射率探测方法——并行扫描光谱表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance, SPR)成像方法。在这种方法中,使用线形光照明,CCD得到的图像包含SPR光谱信息和一维空间信息,进而通过计算可得到折射率的一维分布信息。通过一维扫描,就能够得到整个被扫描区域内的折射率二维分布信息。该方法具有高灵敏、高通量的优点,适合微阵列(microarray)的检测, 并完善了这种方法的数据处理过程,使用空气折射率作为参考,消除了无法精确控制入射角的难题。使用该方法对手工点制的军团菌mip DNA探针微阵列进行了检测,证明了这种方法高灵敏无标记地探测微阵列的可行性。我们得到的军团菌mip DNA探针制备浓度与其等效折射率的关系,这对基于SPR的微阵列技术的发展有着重要的参考意义。  相似文献

Optical surface plasmon resonance (SPR) excitation can be theoretically depicted and discussed using Fresnel’s equations. However, Fresnel’s equations cannot explicitly give expressions to reflect the characteristics of SPR systems, especially in SPR optical waveguide and fibre-optic sensors. In this paper a mathematical model based on the approximation proposed by Kretschmann in bulk optics is presented to describe the characteristics of SPR optical waveguide and fibre-optic sensors. The results show that the model keeps high accuracy when used in the area close to the minimum reflection, at which the resonance condition is achieved. This model can be used to analytically estimate the performance of SPR optical waveguide sensors, and SPR fibre-optic sensors in meridional rays approximation.  相似文献

为提高系统的测量范围、灵敏度与线性度,利用拉锥光纤替代均匀光纤,进行表面等离子共振光纤传感器性能优化研究.通过大功率激光熔融拉锥工艺,结合圆环靶磁控溅射制备了锥形光纤等离子共振探头;利用光纤光谱仪,在1.33-1.43RIU折射率变化范围内,以探头的表面等离子共振吸收谱对称性、吸收谱半高全宽的稳定性,以及探头共振吸收波长分辨率为指标,进行探头性能测试与筛选;利用筛选出的探头,基于调频光谱原理构建闭环检测系统;在相同检测对象与检测环境条件下,以阿贝折射率仪测量结果为参照,对均匀探头与锥形探头的检测结果进行比较.结果表明,在1.33-1.43RIU范围内,相对于均匀光纤探头0.00032RIU的测量准确度、2 600nm/RIU的波长分辨率,锥形探头可在较大折射率变化范围内,以较好的线性度,实现0.00003RIU测量灵敏度和约4 500nm/RIU的波长分辨率.  相似文献

使用表面等离子共振谱(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)检测葡萄糖浓度,引入D-半乳糖/D-葡萄糖结合蛋白(D-galactose/D-glucose binding protein,GGBP),该蛋白能够选择性吸附葡萄糖分子,实现特异性、高分辨率地检测葡萄糖分子的浓度。研究了在SPR传感器表面利用硫醇耦合绑定蛋白的方法,成功在SPR传感器表面绑定了GGBP蛋白并对不同浓度的葡萄糖进行了测量实验。实验结果显示,当葡萄糖浓度为0.1~10mg·dL-1时,采用硫醇耦合方法修饰蛋白的传感器具有良好的线性,同时也具有很好的重复性和稳定性,在SPR传感器表面绑定GGBP蛋白满足了组织液中低浓度葡萄糖检测的需求。  相似文献

In this work, we demonstrate a novel design to investigate interfacial reaction of optical activity materials, utilizing a Sagnac interferometer assisted with surface plasmon resonance based sensor technique. Upon application to interrogate optical activity, the type-2 optical configuration of close loop in this work can entirely encircle the interaction zone of surface plasmon resonance reacting with optical activity medium, while the type-1 optical configuration of close loop does partially. The greater the geometrical phase owing to the encircled interaction zone between optical activity medium and polarized light, the larger the phase shift of interference pattern modulated by the concentration of optical activity medium. The slope of phase shift in interference phase pattern of p-wave vs. concentration of dextrose solution determined with this method is greatly improved, 3000 times better than that with Lee's method, 18,600 times with Lin's method, and 222,000 times with Chou's method. Besides, the pinch point of phase shift vs. concentration indicates the ending of interference pattern phase shift as the concentration of each tested optical activity medium keeps climbing up, and can reflect the strong dependence of molecular shape during interfacial adsorption.  相似文献

We investigate the sensitivity enhancement of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors using planar metallic films closely coupled to nanogratings. The strong coupling between localized surface plasmon resonances (LSPRs) presenting in metallic nanostructures and surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) propagating at the metallic film surface leads to changes of resonance reflection properties, resulting in enhanced sensitivity of SPR sensors. The effects of thickness of the metallic films, grating period and metal materials on the refractive index sensitivity of the device are investigated. The refractive index sensitivity of nanograting-based SPR sensors is predicted to be about 543 nm/RIU (refractive index unit) using optimized structure parameters. Our study on SPR sensors using planar metallic films closely coupled to nanogratings demonstrates the potential for significant improvement in refractive index sensitivity.  相似文献

The tunable omnidirectional surface plasmon resonance in the optical range is theoretically demonstrated in a cylindrical plasmonic crystal by using rigorous coupled-wave analysis. The cylindrical plasmonic crystal consists of an infinite chain of two-dimensional cylindrical metal--dielectric-dielectric-metal structures. The dispersion relation of the cylindrical plasmonic crystal is obtained by calculating the absorptance as a function of a TM-polarized incident plane wave and its in-plane wave vector. The omnidirectional surface plasmon resonance can be tuned from UV region to visible region by adjusting the thickness of the cylindrical dielectric layers. The absorption spectrum of the infinite chain of nanocylinders is also investigated for comparison.  相似文献

CO主要由火焰或烤炉等碳的不完全燃烧所产生,是一种常温下为无色、无臭的有毒气体,人们受一氧化碳的污染在慢性中毒时完全意识不到它,有时甚至有舒适的感觉,这些特性更增加了它的危害性。因此,探索简便快速灵敏的CO检测方法具有重要意义。研究表明,在pH 7.2 磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,一氧化碳还原HAuCl4 生成近似球形的金纳米粒子(NG),其平均粒径为45 nm,在1.70, 2.20和9.70 keV处产生3个金元素的能谱峰,在540 nm处产生一个表面等离子体共振(SPR) 吸收峰。采用分光光度法优化了分析条件,选择磷酸盐缓冲缓冲溶液的pH为7.2,磷酸盐缓冲浓度为40 mmoL·L-1,HAuCl4浓度为40.0 μg·mL-1,反应时间为5 min。在选定条件下,CO浓度在0.2~8.75 μg·mL-1范围内与其SPR吸收峰峰值成线性关系,检出限为0.1 μg·mL-1 CO。考察了共存物质对测定1.0 μg·mL-1 CO的影响。结果表明, 当相对误差在±5%之内,200倍的SO2-3, PO3-4, SO2-4、CO2-3, NO-3;100倍的Zn2+, K+, BrO-3, Na2S, 乙醇, 甲醇;80倍的Ni2+,Cr3+,Co2+,Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, 葡萄糖, Pb2+, Al3+, SeO2-3, Na2S2O3,甲醛;50倍的Mn2+不干扰测定。这表明该SPR光度法具有较好的选择性。采用本法测定了空气样品中CO含量,结果与气相色谱法一致,相对误差在1.8%~4.2%之间。  相似文献

结合表面等离波子共振(SPR)技术与免疫检测技术,研究和建立了一种响应速度快、免标记、低成本的地表水微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)检测方法。基于SpreetaTM传感器构建了小型SPR免疫检测系统,采用共价偶联方法在传感器金膜表面修饰MC-LR-BSA抗原为生物敏感膜;开展了MC-LR的SPR免疫检测方法实验研究,结果表明该方法的相对标准偏差为1.0%(n=6),定量范围为2~32ng/mL,检测限为0.63ng/mL,半抑制浓度CI50为10.7ng/mL,空白加标回收率和样品加标回收率在90%~113%之间。实样检测实验中,管道末梢饮用自来水水样未能检测出MC-LR,而某湖水水样中MC-LR的质量浓度为2.46ng/mL。实验研究与结果表明,MC-LR的SPR免疫检测方法可以满足世界卫生组织(WHO)对于饮用水中MC-LR最低含量检测的需求。  相似文献

为了打破传统的表面等离子体共振(SPR)生物传感器灵敏度不高的限制,近年来纳米材料在SPR生物传感器中的运用得到广泛的研究。但是纳米材料的制备一般都比较困难而且费用高昂,这给研究带来了困难。笔者采用化学腐蚀法制备出一种纳米多孔金膜,利用扫描电子显微镜和光谱仪等测试手段对该金膜的结构和光学性质进行了分析,并将该金膜用于SPR生物传感器实验研究。结果表明,与传统的平面金膜相比,该纳米多孔金膜具有独特的局域表面等离子体共振效应。装配有该金膜的SPR生物传感器在对生物试剂的检测中灵敏度有了一定程度的提高,且该金膜的制备方法简单,成本低廉,完全可以替代传统的平面金膜使用。  相似文献

利用时域有限差分方法,研究了银纳米棒双体结构的散射光谱及其电场分布,并对其局域表面等离子体耦合共振特性进行了分析。研究表明随着银纳米棒之间的距离变大,其表面等离子共振峰的强度逐渐变弱,横向四极模式和横向偶极模式峰位基本不变。纳米棒半径的增加和夹角的变大,都会引起峰值强度明显增强。通过场分布计算发现,纳米棒半径的增加和夹角的变大都可以在颗粒的近场区域产生"热点",这种局域电磁场显著的增强对表面增强拉曼散射、荧光探针、纳米催化等方面的应用具有参考价值。  相似文献

Organic optoelectronic devices including organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) and polymer solar cells (PSCs) have many advantages, including low‐cost, mechanical flexibility, and amenability to large‐area fabrication based on printing techniques, and have therefore attracted attention as next‐generation flexible optoelectronic devices. Although almost 100% internal quantum efficiency of OLEDs has been achieved by using phosphorescent emitters and optimizing device structures, the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of OLEDs is still limited due to poor light extraction. Also, although intensive efforts to develop new conjugated polymers and device architectures have improved power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 8%–9%, device efficiency must be improved to >10% for commercialization of PSCs. The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect of metal nanoparticles (NPs) can be an effective way to improve the extraction of light produced by decay of excitons in the emission layer and by absorption of incident light energy within the active layer. Silver (Ag) NPs are promising plasmonic materials due to a strong SPR peak and light‐scattering effect. In this review, different SPR properties of Ag NPs are introduced as a function of size, shape, and surrounding matrix, and review recent progress on application of the SPR effect of AgNPs to OLEDs and PSCs.  相似文献

本实验利用实验室搭建的SPR-SERS显微拉曼光谱仪同时检测了吸附在40 nm银膜上的4-amin-othiophenol(4-ATP)自组装膜的表面等离子体共振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,简称SPR)消光谱及表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering,简称SERS)光谱,研究了两者之间的相关性。实验发现随着SPR吸收的增强,SERS强度也急剧增强,在SPR共振角附近SERS强度是远离共振角处的20多倍。因此在共振角附近能够极大的提高SERS的检测灵敏度并扩展SERS的应用。  相似文献

Extinction spectra, effective sizes, and aggregate stability of silver nanoparticles and nanocomplexes of silver nanoparticles with chymotrypsin obtained by the reactions of chemical reduction of silver nitrate using sodium borohydride as a reducing agent are studied. It is shown that silver nanoparticles obtained in the absence of chymotrypsin are aggregatively stable only at pH values immediately after synthesis. The placement of the synthesized silver nanoparticles in buffer solutions with pH values from 3.0 to 12.0 resulted in the appearance of a wide absorption band in the visible region of the spectrum, which is due to the agglomeration of silver nanoparticles, which appears to be the result of the destruction of the double electric layer formed by the ions making up sodium borohydride. The presence of chymotrypsin in the reaction medium resulted in significant spectral changes. Unlike silver nanoparticles synthesized in the absence of chymotrypsin, for nanocomplexes of silver nanoparticles with chymotrypsin with a change in pH, the shape of the extinction spectra and the position of the surface plasmon resonance band were preserved, while nanocomplexes of silver nanoparticles with chymotrypsin retained the aggregative stability in solutions in the pH range from 3.0 to 12.0 within a month. The observed stabilization effect of silver nanoparticles over a wide pH range induced by the presence of chymotrypsin in the reaction medium can be used further to develop methods for immobilizing enzymes on nanoparticles of biogenic elements and for creating polyfunctional pharmaceuticals, in which the components of nanocomplexes have different biological activity.  相似文献

We report Gold/Silica biochips for low cost biosensor devices. Firstly, the study of biochemical interactions on silica by means of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) is presented. Secondly, Gold/Silica biochips are employed to reduce the strong quenching that occurs when a fluorophore is close to the gold surface. Furthermore, the control of the Silica-like thickness allows optimizing the distance between the metallic surface and the fluorophore in order to enhance the fluorescent signal. These results represent the first steps towards highly sensitive, specific and low cost biosensors based, for example, on Surface Plasmon Coupled Emission (SPCE) techniques.  相似文献

提出一种基于表面等离子体共振的双芯光子晶体光纤温度传感器,其中双芯光子晶体光纤为折射率导光型,其中心圆孔表面镀氮化钛薄膜,内部填充具有较大热敏系数的乙醇和氯仿的混合液体,其纤芯模与表面等离子体激元耦合的共振波长偏移可反映液体混合物的温度或折射率.利用全矢量有限元法分析了不同因素对传输损耗谱及其共振波长的影响.仿真结果表明:外包层空气孔直径增大,以及最内层包层空气孔直径和空气孔间距减小可以提高耦合效率,从而增强共振峰.对比分析发现在-20℃~120℃温度范围内,氮化钛薄膜比传统金膜表现出更好的等离子传感特性,随着膜厚增加,其共振波长偏移量增加,温度灵敏度提高,灵敏度最高可以达到6.22 nm/K.  相似文献

利用溶胶凝胶法在玻璃衬底上制备了金-二氧化钛(Au-TiO2)复合纳米薄膜,研究了热处理温度对复合薄膜表面纳米颗粒沉积的影响。利用原子力显微镜对样品进行了形貌表征,结果显示:复合薄膜是由纳米微晶组成的致密膜,温度越高越有利于Au粒子的形成。在550℃的热处理温度下,薄膜表面沉积的纳米微晶的粒径约为100nm。利用紫外-可见分光光度计测量了反射谱线,结果表明:由于局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)的产生,在不同的热处理温度下,第一个反射峰(短波长处)不发生变化,第二个反射峰(长波长处)发生漂移(红移)。  相似文献

We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by the replacement reaction of Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCI4 aqueous solution. As the volume of HAuCl4 increases from OmL to 0.S mL, the SPR band of the Au/Ag alloyed nanoshells is tuned from 430nm to 780nm, and the third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility is enhanced nearly by an order of magnitude, which indicates a large enhancement of local field in the Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells with hole defects.  相似文献
