利用紫外光电子谱(UPS)对乙烯(C2H4)和乙炔(C2H2)气体在Ru(1010)表面的吸附及与K的共吸附进行了研究,实验结果表明:当衬底温度超过200K,乙烯即发生脱氢反应后,σCH和σCC能级均向高结合能方向移动.在室温下,σCH和σCC能级位置与乙炔在Ru(1010)表面的吸附时的分子能级完全一致.乙烯发生脱氢反应后的主要产 关键词: 乙烯 乙炔 钾 Ru(1010)表面  相似文献

二氧化碳作为温室气体中最重要的组成部分,其含量的变化将直接影响全球气候变化,在燃烧后气体中选择性捕获CO2,对减缓因CO2浓度过高引发的环境问题具有十分重要的意义.本文采用第一性原理计算的方法,研究了V2CO2 MXene材料对CO2的选择性吸附性能.首先研究了不同官能团V2CTX MXene材料的结构和性质,发现V2CO2具有良好的稳定性.后研究了V2CO2对CO2的吸附行为,结果表明,当CO2被水平吸附时,V2CO2对CO2气体分子的吸附能力较强且均满足在高性能吸附剂表面吸附CO2的理想值(-0.42 eV-0.82 eV),可以适用于探测/捕获CO2气体分子.此外,进一步研究了相同条件下V<...  相似文献

室温下采用射频磁控溅射法,在硅衬底上制备了Y2O3-TiO2氧化物复合薄膜.利用XRD(X-ray diffraction)和AFM( atomic force microscopy)分析观察了退火前后样品的物相、形貌等变化,讨论了致密薄膜的生长机理.实验发现,溅射功率越大,薄膜的平整度和致密度越好.对热处理前后样品的结晶结构和表面形貌的分析结果显示,在本实验参数范围内,随着溅射功率的增大,更多的Y2O3关键词: 2O3-TiO2薄膜')" href="#">Y2O3-TiO2薄膜 表面形貌 原子力显微镜 磁控溅射  相似文献

利用光致发光谱、X射线光电子谱和俄歇电子谱等技术研究了(NH_4)_2S_x和P_2S_5/(NH_4)_2S_5化学钝化GaAs(100)表面.结果表明,(NH_4)_2S_x中S钝化可以完全去除GaAs表面的氧化物.P_2S_5/(NH_4)_2S_x中P_2S_5对降低G_2A_5表面态密度,提高光致发光强度是有效的.钝化表面P氧化物存在对防止GaAs表面初期氧化起重要作用. 关键词:  相似文献

本文利用Ar+轰击正分的α-Fe2O3表面,证明了轰击后的表面呈类FeO性质,存在Fe++。提出了由于表面Fe++的3d电子的催化作用,Fe++能把吸附在它上面的H2O先分解成OH-和H+,因而有助于提高光解水的效率的看法。用UPS和XPS等技术证实了类FeO表面吸附水后存在OH-,确认Fe++关键词:  相似文献

测量了CCl4,CH2Cl2和CHCl3对生物膜中磷脂酰胆碱作用的紫外电子吸收光谱,实验结果表明,由于CCl4,CH2Cl2和CHCl3分子结构的差异,三种溶剂的极性依次递增,磷脂酰胆碱π-π*电子跃迁的吸收峰红移。磷脂酰胆碱在CCl4中光谱呈单吸收峰,在CH2Cl2和CHCl3中光谱特征呈双蜂结构,存在聚集体的激子态跃迁,由此给出了脂质分子聚集状态的光谱依据。 关键词:  相似文献

有机-无机杂化型比色湿度传感器可通过电学信号和颜色变化获取环境湿度,并因其特征颜色区分度高、稳定性好、制备工艺简单等优点,在湿度监测领域具有广阔的应用前景,但其通常响应恢复时间长,从而不利于湿度实时监测.本文在聚酰亚胺(PI)-碘化镍(NiI2)有机无机杂化材料中掺杂纳米SiO2微球制备得到PI-SiO2/NiI2复合薄膜及比色湿度传感器,对其表面形貌和湿敏特性进行了研究.结果显示, PI-SiO2/NiI2薄膜具有蜂巢状的表面形貌,传感器的特征颜色显著,湿度响应时间小于1.5 s,恢复时间小于18 s.研究表明,纳米SiO2微球掺杂能够较为显著地改善有机-无机杂化型比色湿度传感器的响应恢复特性,这对于传感器性能的提升具有一定参考意义.  相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射和后退火工艺在掺氟的SnO2(FTO)导电玻璃衬底上制备VO2薄膜, 研究了不同退火时间和不同比例的氮氧气氛对VO2薄膜性能的影响, 对VO2薄膜的结晶取向、表面形貌、表面元素的相对含量和透过率随波长变化进行了测试分析, 结果表明在最佳工艺条件下制备得到了组分相对单一的VO2薄膜. 基于FTO/VO2/FTO结构在VO2薄膜两侧的透明导电膜上施加电压并达到阈值电压时, 观察到了明显的电流突变. 当接触面积为3 mm×3 mm时, 阈值电压为1.7 V, 阈值电压随接触面积的增大而增大. 与不加电压的情况相比, FTO/VO2/FTO结构在电压作用下高低温的红外透过率差值可达28%, 经反复施加电压, 该结构仍保持性能稳定, 具有较强的电致调控能力.  相似文献

About one monolayer of Ti3+ species is detectable at the surface of reduced SrTiO3(111) single crystals by XPS and UPS. O2, H2 and H2O have been adsorbed in the dark and the decrease on the concentration of the Ti3+ species has been monitored as a function of the gas exposures. Subsequent band gap illumination partially restores the Ti3+ initial concentration in the cases of O2 and H2 exposures but not in the case of H2O. The Ti3+ photogeneration on the oxygen covered surface is associated with oxygen photodesorption as indicated by XPS and UPS. UPS measurements give evidence for surface hydroxylation resulting from water and hydrogen adsorption. The activity of the stoichiometric SrTiO3(111) crystal face for O2 and H2 adsorption is very low when compared with the reduced SrTiO3 samples.  相似文献

The effect of low pressure radio frequency (rf) plasma treatment on TiO2 surface states has been studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Three different oxidation states of oxygen in untreated TiO2 powder were observed, which suggests the existence of adsorbed water and carbon on the surface. The ratio of oxygen to titanium (O/Ti) was decreased for the low ion dose plasma treated samples due to desorption of water from the surface. In the case of Ti 2p about 20% of surface states were converted to Ti3+ 2p3/2 state after plasma treatment with a very good stability, whereas untreated TiO2 remained mostly as Ti4+ state. A rapid decrease in the ratio of carbon to titanium (C/Ti) at TiO2 surface was also observed after plasma treatment and more than 90% of carbon atoms were removed from the surface. Therefore, the plasma treatment of TiO2 has advantages to surface carbon cleaning, increasing O and Ti3+ surface states, hence improving the activity of TiO2 for different environmental, energy and biological applications.  相似文献

Photocatalytic experiment results under visible light demonstrate that both TiO2 and Cu2O have low activity for brilliant red X-3B degradation and neither can produce H2 from water splitting. In comparison, TiO2/Cu2O composite can do the both efficiently. Further investigation shows that the formation of Ti3+ under visible light has great contribution. The mechanism of photocatalytic reaction is proposed based on energy band theory and experimental results. The photogenerated electrons from Cu2O were captured by Ti4+ ions in TiO2 and Ti4+ ions were further reduced to Ti3+ ions. Thus, the photogenerated electrons were stored in Ti3+ ions as the form of energy. These electrons trapped in Ti3+ can be released if a suitable electron acceptor is present. So, the electrons can be transferred to the interface between the composite and solution to participate in photocatalytic reaction. XPS spectra of TiO2/Cu2O composite before and after visible light irradiation were carried out and provided evidence for the presence of Ti3+. The image of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy demonstrates that TiO2 combines with Cu2O tightly. So, the photogenerated electrons can be transferred from Cu2O to TiO2.  相似文献

Upon irradiation with 60Co γ-rays Cordierite glasses with added TiO2 display two dominant ESR resonances arising from (a) Ti3+ ions (b) holes trapped at non-bridging oxygen ions singly bonded to [SiO4]? tetrahedra. The Ti3+ ions appear to be in D4h octahedral sites with the evident distributions between the principal g values arising from an isotropic randomness at the titanium sites. However, the g parameter distributions of the hole resonance, and their changes during the addition of TiO2 indicate the development of Silicate structures in the glasses which are the precursors of the major low temperature crystalline phases. The invariance of the hole and electron resonance lines with pre-crystallization heat treatments indicates that neither the titanium associated structures or the basic silicate structure of the glass are changed by such treatments.  相似文献

The influence of La2O3 and Tm2O3 co-doping on the dielectric properties and the temperature stability of BaTiO3 was investigated. BaTiO3 ceramics were prepared with the compositional formula of (Ba1−xLax)(Ti1-x/4−yTmy)O3. La2O3 and Tm2O3 co-doping in BaTiO3 mainly had effects on an increase in the dielectric constant and the temperature stability, respectively. The increase of La2O3 concentration and the decrease of Tm2O3 concentration in BaTiO3 resulted in a decrease of lattice parameter and tetragonality because La3+ ion substituting for Ba site is smaller than Ba2+ ion and Tm3+ ion substituting for Ti site is larger than Ti4+ ion. With the increase of La2O3 and the decrease of Tm2O3, the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 was enhanced in spite of the reduction of tetragonality. P-E hysteresis measurements revealed that this phenomenon was based on the improvement of remanent polarization with the increase of La2O3 concentration. The introduction of excess Tm2O3 in BaTiO3 suppressed the grain growth and BaTiO3 ceramics showed higher temperature stability due to the stable tetragonal structure and the small grain size with the increase of Tm2O3 concentration.  相似文献

ZnO-ZnF2-B2O3 glasses containing small concentrations of TiO2 ranging from 0 to 0.6 mol% were prepared. Dielectric properties (constant ε′, loss tan δ, ac conductivity σac over a moderately wide range of frequency and temperature at room temperature in air medium) of these glasses have been studied. The results of these studies were analyzed with the aid of data on optical absorption, ESR and IR spectra of these glasses. The analysis suggests that when the concentration of TiO2>0.2 mol%, the titanium ions, in addition to Ti4+ state, co-exist in Ti3+ state, act as modifiers and reduce the breakdown strength.  相似文献

用射频/直流磁控溅射法制备了CeO2/Nb2O5双层氧敏薄膜,利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS),描述并解释了单层CeO2薄膜中氧随温度变化的动力学行为,以及CeO2/Nb2O5薄膜界面对氧敏特性的影响.通过对Ce3d XPS谱的高斯拟合,计算了Ce3+浓度并给出了判定Ce4+还原的标志.结果表明,界面效应可以提高CeO2/Nb2O5薄膜中Ce4+的还原能力,使之远远高于单层CeO2薄膜,这对薄膜的氧敏特性是极为有利的. 关键词:  相似文献

Neodymium doped bismuth layer structure ferroelectrics (BLSFs) ceramics CaBi4−xNdxTi4O15 (x=0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75) were prepared by solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction pattern showed that single phase was formed when x=0-0.75. The refined lattice parameters showed that a (b) axes decrease at x=0.25 and increase with more Nd3+ dopant. The effects of Nd3+ doping on the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramics are studied. Nd3+ dopant decreased the Curie temperature linearly, and the dielectric loss, tan δ, as well. The remnant polarization of Nd3+ doped CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramics was increased by 80% at x=0.25, while more Nd3+ dopant decreased the remnant polarization. CaBi3.75Nd0.25Ti4O15 ceramics had the largest piezoelectric constant d33. The structure and properties of CaBi4−xNdxTi4O15 ceramics showed that Nd3+ may occupy different crystal locations when Nd3+ content x is less than 0.25 and more than 0.50.  相似文献

MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2 glass-ceramics have been γ-irradiated and examined by electron spin resonance. The spectra observed arise from two principle sites; Ti4+ ions radiochemically reduced to Ti3+ and holes trapped at the π-type orbitals of oxygen ions bridging between SiO4 and AlO4 units. The Ti3+ line, although very similar to its form in the parent glasses, is in general a composite of two distinct lineshapes, each of which is associated with one of the two major crystalline phases Cordierite or Enstatite. The hole centre has a characteristic hyperfine interaction similar to that of the Boron Oxygen Hole Centre of Borate glasses. The Hamiltonian parameters of this centre are S = 12, I = 52, g1 = 2.0023, g2 = 2.0148, g3 = 2.035 and |A1| = |A2| = |A3| = 8.41 × 10-4cm-1.  相似文献

In this work, the complete matrix of optical spectral levels in trigonal symmetry of 3d2 (3d8) ions are established on basis of strong field coupling mechanism by using two spin–orbit coupling parameters model. The contribution of the spin–orbit coupling of ligand to the optical spectra has been included in these formulas. As an application, the optical spectra of Cr4+ in Y2Ti2O7 and Y2Sn2O7 have been studied by the complete diagonalization (energy matrix) method. The covalent effect has been studied and the difficulty about Dq parameter in explanation of optical spectra of Cr-doped Y2Ti2O7 and Y2Sn2O7 is removed. The theoretical results are in good agreement with observed data.  相似文献
