First synthesis of 2-[alkylamino(diethoxyphosphoryl)methyl]acrylic ethyl esters

The ethyl α-bromomethyl-β-(diethoxyphosphoryl)acrylic acid ester 9 has been prepared by addition of bromine to allylphosphonate 7 then dehydrobromination with DBU in acetonitrile. Reaction of allylic bromide 9 with primary amines in a bimolecular S_N2′-type mecanism in methanol at low temperature, gives rise to the 2-[alkylamino(diethoxyphosphoryl)methyl]acrylic acid ethyl esters 6.     

Photolysis of 2-dialkylamino-3-amino(or alkylamino)-1,4-naphthoquinones

Using¹H and¹³C NMR spectroscopy, naphthodihydroimidazolediols were identified as the primary products of photolysis of 2-dialkylamino-3-amino(alkylamino)-1,4-naphthoquinones. 1—间甲氧苯基—2—二甲胺甲基环己醇的合成与结构研究

通过间溴苯甲醚与２－二甲胺甲基环己酮反应制得１－间甲氧苯基－２－二胺甲基环己醇，对其分离得到相应的顺反异构体，对反应的立体化学进行了分析，并对＾１３Ｃ ＮＭＲ谱确定了顺反异构体的构型。     

(Z)-1-[2-(二苯基碘化锡基)乙烯基]-1-环己醇的合成、晶体结构和性质

报道了标题化合物的合成、晶体结构及性质。该晶体属于单斜晶系，空间群为P2~1，晶胞参数a=0.9255(3)nm，b=1.0504(3)nm，c=1.0217(3)nm，β=100.99(2)°，V=0.9750nm^3，Z=2，D~c=1.790g/cm^3，R=0.025，晶体结构由直接法解出。标题化合物分子中的锡原子被配体的三个碳、一个碘和一个氧原子配位；配位原子是畸变的三角双锥构型；标题化合物具有与卤素发生取代反应而不发生加成反应的性质。     

3,4-二氢-1-(4-哌啶基)-2(1H)-喹啉酮的合成

以苄胺为原料,经6步反应得到新型抗高血压药OPC-21268的中间体3,4-二氢-1-(4-哌啶基)-2(1H)-喹啉酮,总收率13．9％．     

1-(2-Quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-Di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, 1-(2-Carboxyphenyl)-, and 1-Ethoxycarbonyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles

The corresponding 1-(2-quinoxalyl)-, 1-[3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-, and 1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles have been obtained from reactions of 2-acetyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, its 5,5-dimethyl and 5-(2-furyl) derivatives, with 2-hydrazinoquinoxaline, 3,5-di(trifluoromethyl)phenylhydrazine, and ethoxycarbonylhydrazine. On interaction with ethoxycarbonylhydrazine the intermediate 2-[1-(-ethoxycarbonyl)hydrazino]ethylidene-1,3-cyclohexanediones were also isolated. From the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone and 2-carboxyphenylhydrazine hydrochloride, 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)hydrazinomethylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was obtained, the cyclization of which in ethanol in the presence of HCl led to 1-(2-carboxyphenyl)- and 1-(2-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole.     

Facile Synthesis of 6-Aryl-3-cyanopyridine-2-(1H)-thiones from Aryl Ketones

An improved synthesis of 6-aryl-3-cyanopyridine-2-(1H)-thiones utilizing enaminones as starting materials catalyzed by 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) was described. Moreover, a convenient one-pot conversion of aryl ketones to 6-aryl-3-cyanopyridine-2-(1H)-thiones was also developed in moderate to good yields (up to 80%).     

3-Cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones and 3-cyano-2-(methylthio)pyridines in the synthesis of substituted 3-(aminomethyl)pyridines

The reactions of substituted 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones and 3-cyano-2-(methylthio)pyridines with lithium aluminum hydride in anhydrous diethyl ether afforded the corresponding 3-aminomethyl derivatives, which were used in the synthesis of the corresponding amides.     

六(乙氧基吡咯烷酮)三聚磷腈的合成与表征

以N-羟乙基吡咯烷酮与氢化钠作用生成相应的钠盐,再将此钠盐与六氯三聚磷腈(HCCP)发生亲核取代反应,合成了六(乙氧基吡咯烷酮)三聚磷腈,用IR、31P NMR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、FABMS等现代谱学技术对其结构进行了表征。生物活性试验表明,此化合物1mg/mL时对腐生线虫Panagrellus redivivus的72h致死率为52·7%。     

邻羟基α-叠氮苯乙酮衍生物的合成

以邻羟基苯乙酮衍生物为原料,经溴化反应和叠氮化反应合成了一系列邻羟基α-叠氮苯乙酮衍生物,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR及HR-MS表征.     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。     

Synthesis of 1-(1-Aroyl-2-arylvinyl)-2-dicyanomethylen-1,2-dihydropyridines from 2-Chloropyridinium Salts and Unsaturated Nitriles

1-(1-Aroyl-2-arylvinyl)-2-dicyanomethylene-1,2-dihydropyridines are formed from 1-(aroylmethyl)-2-chloropyridinium bromides and arylmethylenemalonitriles in ethanol at room temperature in the presence of a twofold excess of triethylamine. The products are converted into 2-amino-3-aroyl-1-cyanoindolizines on boiling in acetic acid.     

Synthesis of 1-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)-2-(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-diazene-1-oxide

By reaction of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole with 1-nitroso-2,4,6-trichlorobenzene in the presence of excess dibromoisocyanurate the title compound was obtained.N. D. Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (1S)-1,1'-Bis{[N-ethyl-N-(1-methylethyl)-amino]-carbonyl}-2-(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)-ferrocene

The title complex, (1S)-1,1'-bis{[N-ethyl-N-(1-methylethyl)-amino]carbonyl}-2- (hydroxyldiphenylmethyl)-ferrocene ([Fe(C24H22NO2)(C11H16NO)]2·H2O, Mr = 1207.13), was synthesized via (-)-Sparteine-mediated enantioselective directed ortho-lithiation of 1,1'-bis{[N- ethyl-N-(1-methylethyl)-amino]carbonyl}-2-(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)-ferrocene. The structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 10.26...

1-(8-喹啉)-3-(2-苯并噻唑)三氮烯的合成及其与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应

合成了新的三氮烯试剂:1 (8 喹啉) 3 (2 苯并噻唑) 三氮烯(QBTT),并研究了该试剂与Cu2 的显色反应,建立了测定铜的灵敏度较高、选择性较好的光度分析新方法。在选定的实验条件下,Cu2 与QBTT在室温下迅速生成络合比为1∶1的紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.48×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2 的质量浓度在0～1.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,该方法可用于测定食品中的微量铜。     

1-烷基-4,6-二芳基四氢三嗪硫酮化合物的合成及其氧化反应

三芳基缩二胺与烷基硫脲在二氧六环回流条件下反应, 可生成1-烷基-4,6-二芳基四氢三嗪硫酮化合物3。利用芳香醛, 烷基硫脲和醋酸铵一锅法也能得到3, 而三芳基缩二胺与芳基硫脲反应, 则生成了咪唑啉的硫氰酸盐。室温下,在相转移催化剂TEBA存在时, 3可被高锰酸钾氧化, 得到1-烷基-4,6-二芳基-2(1H)三嗪酮化合物。     

Synthesis of 5-(Arylamino)-1-benzyluracils

The synthesis of novel 5-(phenylamino)-, 5-(benzylamino)-, and 5-(phenethylamino) derivatives of 1-benzyluracil-containing different substituents in the aromatic nucleus has been carried out.
