Three new phenolic glycosides, named oplopanphesides A-C (1-3), have been isolated from the root barks of Oplopanax horridus. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analyses, including 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques. These phenolic glycosides possess a novel feature in their sugar moieties that a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl moiety was connected with C-6 of the β-D-glucopyranosyl group. Those compounds showed no cytotoxic effects against human cancer cell lines (MDA-231 and MCF-7) by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method.  相似文献

Ten new glycosides, named dracunculifosides A-J, were isolated along with sixteen known glycosides from the aerial part of Baccharis dracunculifolia DC. (Compositae). The structures of these glycosides were determined on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. These new glycosides consisted of beta-D-glucopyranose or beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranose, and most possess an (E)-caffeoyl group.  相似文献

From the leaves of Breynia officinalis, collected on Okinawa Island, six terpenic glucosides and six phenolic glycosides were isolated. Two of the terpenic glucosides were found to be known, and they were identified as turpinionoside B and betulalbuside A. The structures of the remaining terpenic glucosides were elucidated to be megastigmane glucosides, named breyniaionosides A-D, using spectroscopic analyses. The absolute structure of breyniaionoside D was determined using the modifed Mosher's method. The absolute structure of the known compound betulalbuside A was determined for the first time in this study. Six phenolic glycosides were found to be arbutin and its derivatives. Two known compounds were found to be robustaside A and eximine. New compounds were named isorobustaside A, and breyniosides A and B, and their structures were elucidated from spectroscopic evidence.  相似文献

Eight new C21 steroidal glycosides, named wilfosides A–H ( 1 – 8 , resp.), along with one known compound wilfoside KIN ( 9 ), were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum wilfordii. Three new ellagitannins named balanophotannins A-C having a 1,1'-(3,3',4,4'-tetrahydroxy)dibenzofurandicarboxyl group in their molecules and four known lignan glycosides were isolated from the extracts of fresh aboveground and underground parts of a medicinal parasitic plant Balanophora japonica (Balanophoraceae). The reversed-phase preparative HPLC analysis of the methanol extract of the rhizomes of Eremostachys glabra (Lamiaceae) led to the isolation of two furanolabdane diterpene glycosides, phlomisoside II, and beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester of phlomisoic acid (named eremostachiin), the latter being a novel natural product. The structure of the new compound has been elucidated unambiguously by HRMS and a series of 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic techniques. In this paper, the new type ginsenosidase which hydrolyzing multi-glycosides of ginsenoside, named ginsenoside type I from Aspergillus sp.g48p strain was isolated, characterized and generally described. The enzyme molecular weight was about 80 kDa. Ginsenosidase type I can hydrolyze different glycoside of protopanaxadiol type ginsenosides (PPD); i.e., can hydrolyze the 3(carbon)-O-beta-glucoside of Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, Rc, Rd; can hydrolyze 20(carbon)-O-beta-glucoside of Rb1, 20-O-beta-xyloside of Rb3, 20-O-alpha-arabinoside(p) of Rb2 and 20-O-alpha-arabinoside(f) of Rc to produce mainly F2, compound-K (C-K) and small Rh2, but can not hydrolyze the glycosides of protopanaxatriol type ginsenoside (PPT) such as Re, Rf, Rg1. So, when the ginsenosidase type I hydrolyzed ginsenosides, the enzyme selected ginsenoside-aglycone type, can hydrolyze different glycosides of PPD type ginsenoside; however no selected glycoside type, can hydrolyze multi-glycosides of PPD type ginsenosides. These properties were novel properties, and differentiated with the other previously described glycosidases.  相似文献

A novel onoceranoid triterpene xyloside named methyl lansioside C (1) together with two known glycosides (2 and 3) were isolated from polar fraction of the fruit peels of Lansium parasiticum. The structure and absolute configuration of the new compound were established using extensive spectroscopic techniques as well as Mosher’s method. The antioxidant activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory effect of the isolated compounds were evaluated. Compounds 1 and 3 displayed moderate radical scavenging activity with SC50 values of 14.5 and 13.7?mM, respectively. However, all isolated compounds exhibited no inhibition against α-glucosidase.  相似文献

The MeOH extract of the fruits of Bupleurum rotundifolium showed inhibitory activity against human gastric adenocarcinoma (MK-1) cell growth. Bioactivity-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract led to the isolation of four new triglycosides of 13beta,28-epoxy oleanane-type triterpenes, named rotundiosides O, Q, S and T; 12 new glycosides of oleanane-type triterpenes, named rotundiosides J-N, P, R, U-Y, and others; echinocystic acid 3-O-sulfate; and three known oleanane-type triterpene glycosides, rotundiosides A, F and G. The structures of the new isolates were determined based on chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The GI(50) of isolates against MK-1, HeLa and B16F10 cell lines are reported.  相似文献

Fifteen individual proanthocyanidin aglycones and 19 glycosides, together with a complex mixture of chromatographically non-separated tetra- to octameric proanthocyanidin glycosides were detected--the non-separated glycosides being novel natural products--and characterised from dog rose hips using high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS). Along with these phenolics, a 50% aqueous ethanol extract of rose hips was found to contain high levels of Vitamin C. A simple and rapid HPLC method assisted by diode array detection for the estimation of the total concentration of proanthocyanidin aglycones and glycosides, as well as Vitamin C, in rose hip extracts was developed.  相似文献
