采用分区法数学模型,利用等价比热容法处理析蜡潜热问题,追踪停输相变过程中管道内原油最高温度点位置的变化轨迹,确定管道内原油最终凝固位置,提出管道内原油全凝的判断依据。基于最高温度点位置的变化规律将传热过程分为四个阶段,重点讨论了各阶段中自然对流、潜热释放、传热方式转化对最高温度位置点变化的影响,结合Ra数变化分析了自然对流换热影响从强到弱的变化过程。深入探讨了停输相变过程中管道内固相率的变化及不同位置处原油温降曲线的特点。  相似文献

Nanostructured silicon carbide films have been deposited on molybdenum substrates by hypersonic plasma particle deposition. In this process a thermal plasma with injected reactants (SiCl4 and CH4) is expanded through a nozzle leading to the nucleation of ultrafine particles. Particles entrained in the supersonic flow are then inertially deposited in vacuum onto a temperature-controlled substrate, leading to the formation of a consolidated film. In the experiments reported, the deposition substrate temperature Ts has ranged from 250°C to 700°C, and the effect of Ts on film morphology, composition, and mechanical properties has been studied. Examination of the films by scanning electron microscopy has shown that the grain sizes in the films did not vary significantly with Ts. Micro-X-ray diffraction analysis of the deposits has shown that amorphous films are deposited at low Ts, while crystalline films are formed at high Ts. Rutherford backscattering spectrometry has indicated that the films are largely stoichiometric silicon carbide with small amounts of chlorine. The chlorine content decreases from 8% to 1.5% when the deposition temperature is raised from 450°C to 700°C. Nanoindentation and microindentation tests have been performed on as-deposited films to measure hardness, Young's modulus and to evaluate adhesion strength. The tests show that film adhesion, hardness and Young's modulus increase with increasing Ts. These results taken together demonstrate that in HPPD, as in vapor deposition processes, the substrate temperature may be used to control film properties, and that better quality films are obtained at higher substrate temperatures, i.e. Ts700°C.  相似文献

Based on a modified-Darcy-Maxwell model, two-dimensional, incompressible and heat transfer flow of two bounded layers, through electrified Maxwell fluids in porous media is performed. The driving force for the instability under an electric field, is an electrostatic force exerted on the free charges accumulated at the dividing interface. Normal mode analysis is considered to study the linear stability of the disturbances layers. The solutions of thelinearized equations of motion with the boundary conditions lead to an implicit dispersion relation between the growth rate and wave number. These equations are parameterized by Weber number, Reynolds number, Marangoni number, dimensionless conductivities, and dimensionless electric potentials. The case of long waves interfacial stability has been studied. The stability criteria are performed theoretically in which stability diagrams are obtained. Inthe limiting cases, some previously published results can be considered as particular cases of our results. It is found that the Reynolds number plays a destabilizing role in the stability criteria, while the damping influence is observed for the increasing of Marangoni number and Maxwell relaxation time.  相似文献

利用高桥模型详细分析了多腔薄膜梳状滤波器的中心波长温度稳定性问题。发现由于多腔薄膜梳状滤波器的固体腔较厚而反射镜膜系的厚度相对较薄,因此膜系与固体腔之间的温度引起的弹性应力导致的膜系光学常数的变化已经不是主要影响因素,而固体腔材料的折射率温度系数引起的中心波长漂移对整个器件的影响较大。计算表明对于一个密集波分复用中使用的100 G信道间隔的三腔薄膜梳状滤波器而言,当固体腔材料(熔融石英)的折射率温度系数为1×10-5/℃时,器件的中心波长漂移在-40 ℃~85 ℃的温度范围内可达±1 nm。  相似文献

Occurrence of gear rattle in transmission systems can result in severe vibration and noise, which in applications such as automobiles is an important source of user discomfort. As a result , the reduction of the rattling noise has attracted lot of concerns. The rattling noise level is affected by several gearbox parameters, an understanding of which is essential to prevent the expensive design modifications at later stages of product development. To develop such understanding at the gearbox design stage, this paper analytically evaluates the gear parameters’ effect on the root mean square of the wheel gear acceleration under idling condition, which is known to be linearly correlated to the rattling noise level. Therefore, this evaluation allows for an investigation of the gear parameters’ influence on the rattling noise as well. This method is then verified by comparing the analytical results with the simulation results from a dynamic model built in SIMPACK as well as previously published experimental results. Thus, the proposed analytical evaluation method can optimize the gearbox specifications at the design stage to reduce the gear rattle noise level.  相似文献

本文基于井筒与地层间能量平衡原理, 将井筒钻井液划分成不同径向单元网格, 建立了考虑径向温度梯度条件下钻井液层间温度模型; 同时引入钻井液轴向导热项, 建立了钻井液轴向导热温度模型, 将数学模型应用隐式有限差分法离散与求解. 计算结果表明: 钻井液径向温度梯度对井筒径向与轴向温度产生的误差分别为0.15 ℃和0.2 ℃左右; 而钻井液轴向导热对井筒温度分布几乎不产生影响. 因此, 通过建立的数学模型进行系统分析表明, 在建立井筒-地层耦合瞬态传热模型时可忽略两者对井筒温度分布的影响. 基于数学建模方法验证了以前学者模型假设条件的正确性, 为油气井与地热井井下温度分布规律深入研究奠定了可靠的理论基础. 关键词: 径向温度梯度 轴向导热 井筒温度 瞬态传热模型  相似文献

We formulate a new method of performing high-temperature series expansions for the spin-half Heisenberg model or, more generally, for SU(n) Heisenberg model with arbitrary n. The new method is a novel extension of the well-established finite cluster method. Our method emphasizes hidden combinatorial aspects of the high-temperature series expansion, and solves the long-standing problem of how to efficiently calculate correlation functions of operators acting at widely separated sites. Series coefficients are expressed in terms of cumulants, which are shown to have the property that all deviations from the lowest-order nonzero cumulant can be expressed in terms of a particular kind of moment expansion. These quasi-moments can be written in terms of corresponding quasi-cumulants, which enable us to calculate higher-order terms in the high-temperature series expansion. We also present a new technique for obtaining the low-order contributions to specific heat from finite clusters.  相似文献

应用比例积分控制原理将瞬态传热模型预测结果与出口 温度实测数据逐步进行反馈可准确预测原始静态地层温度. 为此, 本文基于井下各控制组件质量、动量及能量守恒原理, 建立了实际井身结构与钻具组合条件下循环和停止循环期间井筒-地层温度分布全瞬态传热模型, 应用全隐式有限差分法进行求解, 并引入比例积分控制原理对比分析实测温度与预测温度的误差范围进而精确、 快速获取原始地层温度. 结合一口深井基础数据计算表明, 套管下入深度改变了井筒-地层间热交换效率, 进而影响了近井壁地层温度分布状况; 同时, 钻井过程中循环和停止循环作业过程改变了井下各控制组件的初始条件与边界条件, 致使近井壁原始地层温度分布距离产生变化. 建立的数学模型和研究方法可为石油钻井、地热井开采及地球深部原始地层温度信息准确、 经济、快速获取提供理论基础. 关键词: 原始地层温度 循环与停止循环 瞬态传热模型 比例积分控制原理  相似文献
