The reaction of pyrido[2,1-a]isoindole with maleimide derivatives has been investigated. A new rearrangement has been found, the products of which are 2-[2'-(1-R-2,5-dioxopyrrolidinidene)-2'-(1-R-2,5-dioxopyrrolidinyl)methyl]phenylpyridines. A probable mechanism for the rearrangement has been proposed. The existence of atropoisomerism for the compounds obtained has been demonstrated by 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

Abstract

2-Phenyl-2-oxazolin-5-one (3) has been used as an intermediate in the synthesis of α-amino acids1, derivatives of α-amino acids,2 and peptides.3 Procedures for the dehydration/cyclization of hippuric acid (1) leading to the isolation of azlactone 3, have been reported using acetic anhydride,4 phosphorus trihalides5, and N, N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide.6 We report herein an alternative, high yield procedure utilizing a water soluble carbodiimide.  相似文献

The reactivity of Δ3- and Δ2-3-bromomethylcephems toward carboxylate nucleophiles has been studied. The Δ3-bromomethylcephem 1 , less reactive than the Δ2-analogue 4 , is converted in high yields into 3-acyl-oxymethyl-3-cephems 2a-d , generally with no isomerization of the double bond, only within a narrow range of conditions. In particular, the Δ3-7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) derivative 2a has been obtained as the only product in 91% yield by treatment of 1 with triethylammonium acetate in acetic acid. The Δ2-bromomethyl-cephem 4 is easily converted into the Δ2-acyloxymethyl-cepheras 5a-d without double bond isomerization, in very high yields.  相似文献

Summary Formation of the complex species ML and ML 2 2– has been inferred from pH measurements on the interaction of Ni2+, Co2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ ions withN-(2-hydroxy-4-nitro)-benzylglycine in 12 metal: ligand mixtures in aqueous solution [25°C; I = 0.1 M NaClO4]. The stoichiometric equilibrium constants have been evaluated by a modified algebraic approach and by the Irving and Rossotti method in its original form. A treatment is also described which allows determination of the proportions of metal ion distributed among the various species as a function of pH.  相似文献

A new mixed oxaaza‐macrocyclic ligand, L1, has been obtained by direct synthesis between 1,4‐bis‐(2′‐formylphenyl)‐1,4‐dioxabutane and the diamine 2,2′‐ethylenedioxydiethylamine. The dialkylated ligand L2, bearing two nitrobenzyl pendant groups, has been prepared and transitional, post‐transitional and Ca2+, Sr2+, and Ba2+ metal complexes have been synthesized in order to elucidate the coordination preferences. The crystal structures of the ligands L1 and L2 and the complexes [SrL2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 and [BaL2(NCS)2(CH3CN)]·CH3CN have been determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structures reveal the presence of mononuclear endomacrocyclic complexes where the pendant arms radiate away from the ligand.  相似文献

On Heterocyclic Systems Containing Tin. VIII. 2-Chloro-2-phenyl-1,3,6-trithia-2-stannocane, Crystal Structure and Vibrational Spectra The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined and refined until R = 0.040. The coordination around tin is trigonal bipyramidal (equatorial ligands 2 × S and Ph; axial ligands Sn? Cl 245.3(2) and 1,5-transannular Sn…?S 280.6(2) pm). The eight-membered ring has boat-chair conformation. The vibrational spectra of the title compound and of five analogues with donor O or S and substitution Cl, Ph are given and discussed. The three compounds with donor S have nearly identical aliphatic ring modes (3 × boat-chair conformation), whereas these modes exhibit a conformational change for the case of donor O in the series Cl2, Ph2, ClPh substituted tin. The stretching vibrations of the coordination polyhedron ClnSnS2 are in the range 400 to 340 cm?1. The strong 1,5-transannular Sn…?O or Sn…?S interactions in the cases of Cl substituted Sn are correlated with strong and broad transitions in the range 330 to 280 cm?1; an extended distance of 5 pm is in correspondence with an approximate decrease of energy by 40 cm?1.  相似文献

The strained bridgehead olefins bicyclo [3.3.1]non-1-ene ( 1 ), bicyclo [4.2.1] non--1-(8) ( 2 ), and bicyclo [4.2.1]non-1-ene ( 3 ) react rapidly with 1,1-dichloro-2, 2--difluoroethene ( 5 ) to yield mixtures of regioisomeric dichlorodifluorocyclobutanes 8/9, 10/11 and 12/13 , respectively. On the contrary, the reaction of 5 with the model compound (E)-l-methylcyclooctene ( 4 ) is completely regioselective. The structure of the cycloadducts has been elucidated mainly by 19F-NMR. and 13C-NMR. spectroscopy.  相似文献

Na2 1 1At and2 1 1At–Te colloid injections were prepared. By comparison with tissue distribution of Na2 1 1At and2 1 1At–Te colloid injections it has been demonstrated that the2 1 1At–Te colloid is stable in vivo. It has been shown that the radiohalogen,2 1 1At, has huge and extensive radiobiological effects in studying on the changes in histopathology, enzyme histochemistry, chromosome aberration, micronucleus frequency of bone-marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and the injury effect of2 1 1At on experimental Ehrlich ascites cells.  相似文献

Diatomic antimony molecules have been produced in a heat-pipe oven at pressures from 10?2 to 10 Torr. Laser induced fluorescence of Sb2 has been studied in the spectral range 420–730 nm with various laser sources. In order to investigate different isotopic molecules and to enhance fluorescence intensity, intracavity measurements have been performed. For the isotopic molecules rotational and vibrational constants of the ground state X(1Σg+) and for the excited state B(Ou+) have been determined. RKR potential curves have been calculated and used to comput Franck—Condon factors.  相似文献

Phenyl-2-pyridyl ketone azine reacts with palladium(II) to produce a yellow 1:1 complex (λmax = 425 nm, ? = 10.4 × 103M?1 cm?1 in aqueous ethanolic solution) and a red-violet 3:1 complex (λmax = 530?540 and 380?390 nm). The yellow complex in aqueous ethanolic solution has been used for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of palladium. The method has been applied to the determination of palladium in some catalysts and one mineral.  相似文献

The stereochemistry of syn and anti-forms of bridged bicyclo[3.n.1]-2-ene, tricyclo[7.n.1.0]-2-ene (n=1-3) and bicyclo[4.3.1]dec-7-ene derivatives can be assigned from the 13C chemical shift difference of the double bond. Both syn-9-R-bicyclo[3.3.1]non-2-enes and syn-13-R-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes have a large shielding difference between sp2 carbons, while the corresponding anti-forms have a smaller one. In contrast, 8-R-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-enes and 12-R-tricyclo[7.2.1.02,7]dodec-2(7)-enes have an inverse correlation. The reason of this specificity is the influence of the γ-gauche effect on the chemical shift of C(2) atom. The GIAO theory has been applied to investigate the 13C chemical shifts. The conformational equilibrium in the formamide group of 13-formylamino-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes has been studied.  相似文献

It is well-known that a number of double-layered compounds such as [2. 2]paracyclophane show anomalous physical and chemical properties due to the transannular π-electronic interaction between the stacked aromatic rings.2) Moreover, the interaction significantly increases with an increase of the layers as observed in a series of multilayered [2. 2]paracyclophanes3) and thereby it is of great interest to search a possibility of an organic semiconductor or its suitable model in them or their derivatives. However, such a study has been severely limited by great difficulty on the syntheses of the layered cyclophanes. While a number of synthetic methods have been developed for cyclophanes,2) only 1,6-Hofmann elimination method has so far been adopted to the preparation of multilayered [2.2]paracyclophanes.3) In practice, however, the yield is very low and becomes markedly poor with the increasing layers. Now we have studied some practical improvements on the preparation of multilayered [2.2]paracyclophanes.  相似文献

The vibrational structure of the 2B12A1 system of NO2 has been assigned to a progression in ν′2. Vibrational analyses for three isotopic species have been made using a hamiltonian which allows explicitly for a large-amplitude bending vibration. The system origin for the normal isotopic species has been assigned an extrapolated value of 14743.5 cm?1. The bending potential function is expressed as a rapidly converging Taylor series expansion about the linear configuration. There is no evidence that the equilibrium configuration is nonlinear.  相似文献

The kinetics of the hydrogen abstraction from H2O2 by ?OH has been modeled with MP2/6‐31G*//MP2/6‐31G*, MP2‐SAC//MP2/6‐31G*, MP2/6‐31+G**//MP2/6‐31+G**, MP2‐SAC// MP2/6‐31+G**, MP4(SDTQ)/6‐311G**//MP2/6‐31G*, CCSD(T)/6‐31G*//CCSD(T)/6‐31G*, CCSD(T)/6‐31G**//CCSD(T)/6‐31G**, CCSD(T)/6‐311++G**//MP2/6‐31G* in the gas phase. MD simulations have been used to generate initial geometries for the stationary points along the potential energy surface for hydrogen abstraction from H2O2. The effective fragment potential (EFP) has been used to optimize the relevant structures in solution. Furthermore, the IEFPCM model has been used for the supermolecules generated via MD calculations. IEFPCM/MP2/6‐31G* and IEFPCM/CCSD(T)/6‐31G* calculations have also been performed for structures without explicit water molecules. Experimentally, the rate constant for hydrogen abstraction by ?OH drops from 1.75 × 10?12 cm3 molecule?1 s?1 in the gas phase to 4.48 × 10?14 cm3 molecule?1 s?1 in solution. The same trend has been reproduced best with MP4 (SDTQ)/6‐311G**//MP2/6‐31G* in the gas phase (0.415 × 10?12 cm3 molecule?1 s?1) and with EFP (UHF/6‐31G*) in solution (3.23 × 10?14 cm3 molecule?1 s?1). © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Spectra of 2, 3-Dimethyl-1-phenyl-6-X-quinoxlinium Perchlorates The synthesis of the title compounds ( 5 ) which have been useful as precursors for a lot of conventional and new-type dyes [2-8] has yet been limited to examples with X?H [2] [3] [11] [15] and with electron-donating [4] [12] or at best slightly electron-accepting [1] [6] substituents X and R. We now describe a method suitable even for compounds 5 with strongly electron-accepting substituents: N-monosubstituted o-phenylendiamines 4 , were condensed with 2, 3-butanedione and perchloric acid in mixed solvents containing an excess of diethyl ether. The products - mostly substituted at position 6 of the quinoxalinium ring - are chracterized by 1H-NMR. spectra, elemental analyses and in most cases by isolation of the corresponding bases 6 .     A new approach to the spectroscopy of highly excited vibrational states of polyatomic molecules has been elaborated. The molecules of CrO2Cl2 were prepared in states with a vibrational energy of the ground electronic term A1 of ≈ 19000 cm−1 by means of internal conversion of electronic energy from the electronic state B1 excited by laser radiation. The spectroscopy of the vibrationally excited molecules has been carried out in the region of the ν6 and ν1 bands with diode and CO2 lasers. The fwhm of the obtained spectrum was ≈ 15 cm−1. The intermode interaction in CrO2Cl2 has been theoretically analyzed, and the calculated spectrum compared with that measured experimentally. The time evolution of the spectrum of vibrationally excited CrO2Cl2 molecules has been studied. The average energy transferred per one collision with unexcited CrO2Cl2 molecules was equal to 〈δE〉 ≈ 1200 cm−1.  相似文献
