基于熵权的可变模糊集方法在水质污染评价中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
水质污染评价是水环境污染防治的重要基础,针对评价过程中评价指标的不确定性,将可变模糊集理论应用于水质污染评价中,首先,建立合理的指标体系与等级标准,然后,将熵值原理引入该方法中,利用指标实测数据的波动性来计算指标权重,最后,利用模糊可变评价模型对水质污染进行组合评价,并将均值作为最终评价结果,将此方法应用于泰州市新通扬运河水质污染评价中,结果表明,与模糊综合评价相比,基于熵权的可变模糊集方法评价结果合理、客观,具有更好的可靠性与稳定性,为水质污染评价工作提供了一种新的研究方法与思路.  相似文献

依据可变模糊集理论,构造了城市用地适用性评估的相对差异函数模型和相对隶属函数模型,建立了求解综合相对隶属度的可变模糊评估模型,并应用该模型对2组待开发利用用地适用性进行了评估.研究表明:可变模糊评估是依据对立相对隶属函数来描述模糊概念,通过参数的可变性,自我验证可变模糊评估方法的可靠性,并通过级别特征值表达了评估对象属于某级别的程度,使评估结果更为精细,从而为城市用地适用性评估提供了一种有效的新方法.  相似文献

This work presents the results of applying an advanced fault detection and isolation technique to centrifugal compressor; this advanced technique uses physics models of the centrifugal compressor with a fuzzy modeling and control solution method. The fuzzy fault detection and isolation has become an issue of primary importance in modern process engineering automation as it provides the prerequisites for the task of fault detection. In this work, we present an application of this approach in fault detection and isolation of surge in compression system. The ability to detect the surge is essential to improve reliability and security of the gas compressor plants. We describe and illustrate an alternative implementation to the compression systems supervision task using the basic principles of fuzzy fault detection and isolation associated with fuzzy modeling approach. In this supervision task, the residual generation is obtained from the real input-output data process and the residual evaluation is based on fuzzy logic method. The results of this application are very encouraging with relatively low levels of false alarms and obtaining a good limitation of surge in natural gas pipeline compressors.  相似文献

Based on the data obtained from a survey recently made in Shanghai, this paper presents the hybrid technique for risk analysis and evaluation of some diseases. After determination of main risk factors of these diseases by analysis of variance, the authors introduce a new concept ‘Illness Fuzzy Set‘ and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the risk of suffering from a disease for residents. Optimal technique is used to determinethe weights wi in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and a new method ‘Improved Information Distribution‘ is also introduced for the treatment of small sample problem. It is shown that the results obtained by using the hybrid technique are better than by using single fuzzy technique or single statistical method.  相似文献

Location planning for urban distribution centers is vital in saving distribution costs and minimizing traffic congestion arising from goods movement in urban areas. In this paper, we present a multi-criteria decision making approach for location planning for urban distribution centers under uncertainty. The proposed approach involves identification of potential locations, selection of evaluation criteria, use of fuzzy theory to quantify criteria values under uncertainty and application of fuzzy TOPSIS to evaluate and select the best location for implementing an urban distribution center. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine the influence of criteria weights on location planning decisions for urban distribution centers.The strength of the proposed work is the ability to deal with uncertainty arising due to a lack of real data in location planning for new urban distribution centers. The proposed approach can be practically applied by logistics operators in deciding on the location of new distribution centers considering the sustainable freight regulations proposed by municipal administrations. CMMI过程评估是一个典型的多属性决策问题,评估环节采用主任评估师负责制,已有的评估方法得到的结果受到企业的争议.论文从CMMI评估中多个专家参与,专家意见不一致等固有特征出发,在评估中引入犹豫模糊集的思想,将专家打分转换为犹豫模糊值进行计算.基于指标提取、专家打分、数据处理、数据补齐、数据集结等几个环节设计了CMMI过程评估,通过案例计算,得到了客观科学的评估结果.将犹豫模糊集引入到CMMI过程评估中,一方面为CMMI过程评估提供了新的思路和方法,另一方面也拓展了犹豫模糊集的应用领域.  相似文献

目前我国很多大学都致力于生态校园的建设,通过相关文献的学习,在综述了国内外生态校园的研究进展的基础上,构建了高等学校生态校园评价指标体系.将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法耦合形成一种新的方法模糊层次综合评判法(FAHP),运用层次分析法结合专家经验,借助于Expert Choice软件研究了生态校园指标体系的权重,并结合模糊综合评判法进行最后的评价定级.以河北工程大学东校园为例对本套指标体系和评价方法做了检验和分析,验证了其有效性.  相似文献

为了利用多属性决策方法科学地评价城市环境质量,弥补现有多属性评价矩阵中元素信息大量丢失的缺陷,首先对多属性评价矩阵进行规范和加权处理,然后进行按行(年代)归一化处理.借助黄金分割和直觉模糊集的思想,利用处理后的两个矩阵,分别给出了不同年代城市环境质量的支持集、反对集以及支持度、反对度的概念,以此集结出不同年代城市环境质量的直觉模糊评价信息.该评价结果的信息更加丰富,能同时反映出城市环境质量评价结果的满意度、不满意度和犹豫度.并利用直觉模糊集的得分函数和精确函数得到该评价的序关系,进而得到按年代划分的城市环境质量的序关系.最后通过湛江市环境质量综合评价实例,说明该方法的实用性和有效性.  相似文献

在模糊物元分析的基础上,结合熵值法和欧氏贴近度概念,构建用于城市生态安全评价的模糊物元模型,详细介绍了该模型的计算步骤,应用该模型对郑州市的生态安全进行了综合评价,并将评价结果与灰色关联法的评价结果进行了比较.结果表明,建立的模型评价方法简单.评价结果可靠,具有一定的实用性.  相似文献

如何细致识别出自然灾害下应急管理的关键因素,对于开展科学有效的应急管理具有重要的现实意义。本文提出一种新的应急管理关键因素的混合型识别方法,该方法通过构建三角模糊数为基本语言集、三角区间模糊数为补充语言集的评价尺度集,建立混合型初始直接关联矩阵并将之转化为区间数直接关联矩阵,进而实现中心度和原因度的综合排序,从而据此有效的识别出应急管理的关键因素,为制订高效科学的应急管理政策提供良好的方法论支持。同时,通过一个算例表明了本方法具有良好的识别效果。本混合型识别方法突破了已有研究单一性模糊评价尺度集的局限性,具有方法论创新价值,并在关键因素识别领域具有较好的应用普适性。  相似文献

Accurate real-time prediction of urban air quality is one of the most important problems in control and improve ambient air condition globally. Therefore, the modeling and applications of air pollutant forecasting and evaluation has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. Based on the method of fuzzy mathematical synthetic evaluation, this paper built a dynamic evaluation model for the purpose of mastering the future air quality immediately. A newly proposed computational intelligence optimization algorithm is improved to optimize the least square support vector machine, which can generate rolling forecasts of six air pollutants concentration. The information of future air quality status is built by the fuzzy synthetic assessment model based on entropy weighing method. The results and analysis of air quality monitoring show that accurate and reliable forecast of urban air pollutants concentration are possible and the air quality conditions can be evaluated objectively. Through the simulation design, it proves that the proposed dynamic evaluation model can provide a practical tool for ambient air ambient quality evaluation.  相似文献

Fuzzification of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is of great interest to researchers since it is a frequently used method for coping with complex decision making problems. There have been many attempts to fuzzify the AHP. We focus particularly on the construction of fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices and on obtaining fuzzy weights of objects from them subsequently. We review the fuzzification of the geometric mean method for obtaining fuzzy weights of objects from fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices. We illustrate here the usefulness of the fuzzified AHP on a real-life problem of the evaluation of quality of scientific monographs in university environment. The benefits of the presented evaluation methodology and its suitability for quality assessment of R&D results in general are discussed. When the task of quality assessment in R&D is considered, an important role is played by peer-review evaluation. Evaluations provided by experts in the peer-review process have a high level of subjectivity and can be expected in a linguistic form. New decision-support methods (or adaptations of classic methods) well suited to deal with such inputs, to capture the consistency of experts’ preferences and to restrict the subjectivity to an acceptable level are necessary. A new consistency condition is therefore defined here to be used for expertly defined fuzzy pairwise comparison matrices.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of testing a simple hypothesis about the mean of a fuzzy random variable. For this purpose, we take a distance between the sample mean and the mean in the null hypothesis as a test statistic. An asymptotic test about the fuzzy mean is obtained by using a central limit theorem. The asymptotical distribution is ω 2-distribution. The ω 2-distribution is only known for special cases, thus we have considered random LR-fuzzy numbers. In the fuzzy concept, in addition to the existence of several versions of the central limit theorem, there is another practical disadvantage: The limit law is, in most cases, difficult to handle. Therefore, the central limit theorem for fuzzy random variable does not seem to be a very useful tool to make inferences on the mean of fuzzy random variable. Thus we use the bootstrap technique. Finally, by means of a simulation study, we show that the bootstrap method is a powerful tool in the statistical hypothesis testing about the mean of fuzzy random variables.  相似文献

最近邻法是一种传统的基于实例的分类方法,将最近邻法应用到水质综合评价中,建立了最近邻模型,利用三峡库区城市江段13个监测断面的检测数据进行评价,评价结果表明,水体尚清洁,综合污染程度不严重.为验证最近邻法评价结果的有效性,对模糊综合评价法和最近邻法的评价结果进行比较,得到了较好的效果,具有推广价值.  相似文献

本文应用模糊综合评判方法对城区的土壤污染情况进行评估,根据土壤重金属污染等级标准,确定隶属度函数的类型,并把土壤污染分为低污染、中等污染和高污染三个级别。按照隶属度最大的原则,确定各功能区样本点的污染级别,进而对各功能区的污染情况进行分析。  相似文献
