The electrochemical properties of a glassy-carbon electrode modified with a polyvinylpyridine film with electrodeposited palladium were studied. Conditions were selected for preparing a composite film on a glassy-carbon surface. It was found that palladium particles deposited on the polyvinylpyridine film exhibited electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of H2C2O4. Compared to an unmodified electrode, the oxidation potential of oxalic acid decreased and the current of its oxidation multiply increased. The catalytic current of oxalic acid oxidation was a linear function of its concentration in the range from 1 × 10–2 to 1 × 10–6 M.  相似文献

采用循环伏安(CV)法制备了聚对苯二酚薄膜修饰玻碳电极,利用其电催化氧化作用建立了抗坏血酸的定量分析方法,探讨了其催化氧化机理。研究发现:在0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4(PBS,pH 7.0)缓冲溶液中,以0.1 mol/L KC l作支持电解质,聚对苯二酚修饰电极(PHQ/CME)对抗坏血酸(AA)存在灵敏的催化氧化作用,氧化峰电位负移177 mV。应用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对AA进行定量分析,其氧化峰电流与AA浓度在3.3×10-5~1.7×10-2mol/L和1.7×10-2~1.2×10-1mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.3×10-6mol/L。机理研究结果表明:PHQ/CME上带有的酚羟基与脱氢抗坏血酸自由基之间形成的氢键是电催化氧化的主要原因。  相似文献

铁氰化镍化学修饰电报对多巴胺电催化氧化及其测定   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
本文采用电化学方法在导电基体电极上制备出性能追定的铁氰化锌(NiHCF)修饰膜电极,对Ni-HCF膜电极的电化学行为进行了表征,并研究了其对神经传导物质,多巴胺(DA)的电催化氧化作用。结果表明对于在空白玻碳电报(GC)上氧化电位较高的DA,NiHCF在可通过媒介作用促其氧化电位降低约200mV,大大提高了其电子转移速率;而且在DA的浓度为1.0×10-6—1.0×10-2mol/L范围内,催化峰电流与DA浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限可达5.0×10-7mol/L。用于DA药物针剂的测定,结果良好。  相似文献

采用循环伏安法对羟喜树碱在4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)导电聚合膜修饰电极上的电催化性能及其电化学分析方法进行了研究.磷酸盐缓冲液中(pH3.0),在-0.2~ 0.4 V范围内羟喜树碱在PAR膜修饰电极表面受吸附控制,发生准可逆单电子转移电极反应过程,电子转移系数α=0.38;首次提出了以差示脉冲伏安法建立检测羟喜树碱含量的新方法.在聚合时间为40圈(100mV/s),富集电位 1.0V,富集时间240s条件下,利用差示脉冲伏安法测得其氧化峰电流Ip与浓度分别在0.01~1.0μmol/L和1.0~4.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0nmol/L.  相似文献

The electrocatalytic oxidation of sulfite has been studied on the cobalt pentacyanonitrosylferrate modified glassy carbon electrode (CoPCNF). The CoPCNF films on the glassy carbon electrodes show an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of sulfite in 0.5 M KNO3. The kinetics of the catalytic reaction was investigated by using cyclic voltammetry, rotating disk electrode (RDE) voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The average value of the rate constant, K, for the catalytic reaction and the diffusion coefficient, D, were evaluated by different approaches for sulfite and found to be 2.9×102 M?1s?1 and 4.6×10?6 cm2s?1, respectively. At a fixed potential under hydrodynamic conditions (stirred solutions), the oxidation current is proportional to the sulfite concentration and the calibration plot was linear over the concentration range 5×10?6–1×10?4 M. The detection limit of the method is 3×10?6 M., low enough for the trace sulfite determination.  相似文献

研究了L-半胱氨酸(L-cysteine,L-Cys)在乙酰二茂铁(acetylferrocene,Afc)修饰碳糊电极(Afc/CPE)上的电催化行为.研究结果表明,Afc/CPE对L-Cys的电化学氧化具有良好的催化作用.用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法(CA)测定了L-Cys在Afc/CPE上的电极过程动力学参数.测得Afc分散于液体石蜡中表观扩散系数Dapp=9.49×10-9 cm-2·s-1,电荷传递系数α=0.59,电催化氧化反应速率常数k=(3.76±0.10)×103(mol·L-1)-1·s-1.催化氧化峰电流与L-Cys在浓度8.0×10-6~1.5×10-3mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ipa(μA)=3.139 c(mmol·L-1) 4.068,r=0.999 7,检出限为2.5 μmol·L-1.该结果可用于对L-Cys的电化学定量测定.  相似文献

Cysteine monolayer has been assembled onto bare gold electrode (SAM/Au), and subsequently deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) has been successfully immobilized at the SAM/Au electrode. The thus modified electrode is assigned DNA/SAM/Au. Modification steps of the electrode were followed electrochemically using K4[Fe(CN6)] electrochemical marker. Also, the build‐up of the modified electrode composition is followed using EDX and the crystallographic orientation is inspected using XRD. The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol (PC) at DNA/SAM/Au electrode is investigated. Interestingly, the sluggish irreversible behavior of PC at the bare gold electrode is converted to a quasi‐reversible one at DNA/SAM/Au electrode pointing to some interaction between the immobilized DNA and PC. The enhanced electrochemical behavior of PC at modified DNA/SAM/Au electrode is successfully used for a sensitive electrochemical determination of PC. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) was used for this purpose. The concentration of PC was in linear relation with the peak current at the optimum conditions within the range 10.0–110.0 μg mL?1 with correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.998. Also, the standard deviation (SD) and relative standard deviation (RSD) were calculated and found to be 0.817 and 1.52, respectively, indicating the significance of the present method.  相似文献

通过3-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(METMS)将氧化石墨烯(GO)固载到玻碳电极(GCE)表面, 用电化学方法还原GO制备石墨烯修饰玻碳电极(rGO-METMS-GCE). 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、 拉曼光谱(Raman)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等技术对GO和rGO-METMS-GCE的结构和表面形貌进行表征. 采用循环伏安(CV)和差分脉冲溶出伏安(DPV)法研究了rGO-METMS-GCE对多巴胺(DA)的电催化氧化性能及反应机理. 结果表明, 与裸GCE相比, DA在rGO-METMS-GCE电极上的氧化还原峰电流(ipaipc) 增大4倍, 氧化峰电位负移106 mV, 氧化峰与还原峰电位差(ΔEp)从202 mV降低至66 mV, DA电化学氧化可逆性明显改善, 表明rGO-METMS-GCE对DA电化学氧化具有显著电催化作用. 抗坏血酸(AH_2)在玻碳和铂电极上的过电位较大,其电极反应不可逆.有关AH_2在碳及其它修饰电极上的电催化氧化已有一些报道,如减压热处理、Al_2O_3微粒研磨、普鲁士蓝修饰膜和聚乙烯二茂铁修饰膜等.本文研究了铁氰化镍修饰膜电极催化AH_2氧化的电化学行为.发现其阳极峰电流与AH_2浓度呈线性关系,可测定1×10~(-7)mol/L的AH_2,其灵敏度比聚乙烯二茂铁修饰电极提高一个数量级.用于蔬菜、水果中AH_2的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

应用循环伏安法研究了芦丁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(Rt-MWNT/GC)的电化学行为及其对肼的电催化氧化.实验表明,该修饰电极能使肼的氧化电位降至260 mV附近,表现出良好的电催化作用.安培法测得催化电流与肼浓度在2.5×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限5×10-7 mol.L-1.  相似文献

在含有Ag+、Ni2+的胶体混合溶液中,多次循环扫描在电极表面形成复合无机膜(Ag/NiCHF),此复合膜修饰电极对肼有显著的催化氧化作用。N2H4的浓度在5.0×10-6~6.0×10-3mol/L范围内与电流呈线性关系,检出限达到1.0×10-6mol/L。该电极已成功的用于水样中肼的测定。  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of ascorbic acid was developed. It was shown that a hydrated osmium complex‐containing redox polymer film can be electrodeposited at the gold electrode and it exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of ascorbic acid. In contrast to a bare gold electrode, the oxidation current of ascorbic acid increased greatly and the oxidation peak potential shifted negatively to about 0.01 V (vs. SCE) at the modified electrode. Amperometric measurements were performed at an applied potential of 0.01 V and a linear response was obtained in the range of 2–400 μM with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.6 μM (S/N=3). The interference studies showed that the modified electrode exhibits excellent selectivity in the presence of large excess of uric acid and dopamine. The proposed procedure was successfully applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in human urine samples.  相似文献

Fullerene was immobilized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode and reduced by an electrochemical method to form a partially reduced fullerene film. The films on the electrode showed stable electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of nitric oxide (NO). The catalytic current was proportional to the concentration of nitric oxide. Based on this property, a method for the detection of nitric oxide in aqueous solution is proposed. The detection conditions, such as supporting electrolyte, scan rate and thickness of the film were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the catalytic currents increase linearly with the concentration of NO in the range of 3×10–71.0×10–4M, and the detection limit is 7.4×10–8M. In addition, the modified electrode is very selective with respect to interferences including ascorbic acid, dopamine, and nitrite when further modified by a Nafion film on the surface of the electrode. The experimental results indicate that the partially reduced fullerene can act as an NO sensor featuring fast response and high stability.  相似文献

The chemically modified electrode constructed by chemically cross-linking of redox mediator thionin with toluene diisocyanate(TDI) directly at the surface of a spectrographic graphite electrode shows a significant electrocatalytic activity to the oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH) with oxidation overpotential reduced by 310mV.In the potential range from-0.1 to 0.3V,the adsorbed thionin -TDI behaves as a one electron and one proton reversible redox process. The modified electrode achieves a steady-state current of NADH within 20s and the detection limit is about 1.5μm.  相似文献

研究了N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸(N-acetyl-L-cysteine,NAC)在咖啡酸(CFA)修饰碳糊电极(CFA/CPE)上的电催化行为。结果表明,NAC在裸碳糊电极(CPE)上的直接电化学氧化过程十分迟缓,而CFA/CPE对NAC的电化学氧化具有良好的催化作用。用循环伏安法(CV)、计时电流法(CA)测定了NAC在CFA/CPE上的电极过程动力学参数。电荷传递系数α=0.79,电催化氧化反应速率常数k=(4.40±0.10)×10^3(mol.L^-1)^-1.s^-1。用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测得催化氧化峰电流与NAC浓度在1.0×10^-6~7.5×10^-4mol.L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Ipa(μA)=4.075c(mmol.L^-1)+2.671,r=0.9988,检出限为1.7×10^-7mol.L^-1。用该方法对市售药品富露施中的NAC含量进行测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

将多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)分散在疏水性表面活性剂双十六烷基磷酸(DHP)溶液中形成稳定、均相的分散液,然后制备多壁碳纳米管-DHP复合膜修饰玻碳电极(MWNT-DHP/GCE).应用方波伏安法研究了沙丁胺醇在修饰电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,碳纳米管复合膜修饰电极对沙丁胺醇的氧化有良好的电催化活性,其氧化反应为一电子一质子过程,氧化电位比裸玻碳电极负移40 mV,峰电流增加了4.5倍.在最佳测试条件下,氧化峰电流与沙丁胺醇浓度在8.3×10-7~3.3×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,开路富集2min,检出限达1.8×10-7mol/L.该修饰电极具有良好的重现性、稳定性.  相似文献
