One-pot synthesis of 2,2-dimethyl-4-R-1-oxa-4-aza-2-sila-5-benzocycloheptanones (R = Me, CH2SiMe2Cl) from the N-methylamide of salicylic acid and salicylamide, respectively, by treatment of these amides with a mixture of hexamethyldisilazane and dimethylchloromethylchlorosilane was developed. The hydrolysis and other nucleophilic substitution reactions of the resultant seven-membered silacyclanes were studied. In the case of the silacyclane with R = Me, hydrolysis leads to the corresponding disiloxane, while the silacyclane with R = CH2SiMe2Cl gives either 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2,6-disilamorpholine or its hydrochloride, depending on the reaction conditions. The chlorine atom was replaced by fluorine in the silacyclane with R = CH2SiMe2Cl. The structures of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2,6-disilamorpholine and its hydrochloride as well as 2,2-dimethyl-4-R-1-oxa-4-az! a-2-sila-5-benzocycloheptanones (R = CH2SiMe2Cl, CH2SiMe2F) were confirmed by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

By recyclization of 2-R-6-ethyl-7-hydroxy(methoxy)-3-(5-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)chromones when treated with hydrazine hydrate and phenylhydrazine, we synthesized 5-phenyl-2-(3-R-5-R1-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 2-(3-R-5-R1-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-phenyl-1H-1,3,4-thiadiazoles. Treatment of 1-R-2-oxo-4-hydroxyquinolin-3-ylamides of -halogen-substituted carboxylic acids with sodium methoxide leads to the formation of 2-R-3-oxomorpholino-[5,6-c]-6-R-quinolin-5-ones. 5-Nitropentan-2-one reacts with methylamine and formaldehyde according to the Mannich reaction pattern to give 5-hexahydropyrimidinylcarbonyl-substituted 1-nitro-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane in one experimental stage. When methyl 3-R-4-nitrobutanoates are used, the reaction stops after the formation of substituted 5-nitrohexahydropyrimidines in 40–98% yields. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A multicomponent synthetic approach for 5-aryl/heterylidene-2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)- and 2-(3-hydroxypropylamino)-thiazol-4-ones starting from 2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one or 2-methylsulfanylthiazol-4-one was developed. The proposed method involves simultaneous aminolysis of 2-thioxo- or 2-methylsulfanyl groups and Knoevenagel condensation with (hetero)aromatic aldehydes using 2-aminoethanol or 3-aminopropan-1-ol as catalysts. Side-chain prototropic amino–imino tautomerism was observed for target 5-ylidene-2-alkylaminothiazol-4-ones.  相似文献

A synthesis and study of the spatial structure of 3-acetyl-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline have been carried. 1-R-4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acids [1-(4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinolin-3-yl)ethylidene]hydrazides were prepared from this compound by two routes. The interaction of (Z)-1,3-diaryl-4-bromo-2-buten-1-ones with 1-substituted (benz)imidazoles in benzene gave (Z)-1-R-3-(2,4-diaryl-4-oxo-2-butenyl)-1H-imidazolium bromides and (Z)-1-R-3-(2,4-diaryl-4-oxo-2-butenyl)-1H-benzimidazolium bromides which readily cyclize in the presence of base to form derivatives of 7,9-diarylpyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazole and 6,8-diarylpyrimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine. The effects of the nature of substituents in the benzene ring of the diarylbutenones and the substituent at N(1) in the (benz)imidazoles on the alkylation and cyclization reactions has been studied. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of the 5-R-4-hydroxy-2,4-diphenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrido[1,2-a]benz-imidazol-10-ium, 5-R-2,4-diaryl-4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-10-ium, and 5-R-2,4-diaryl-5H-pyrido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-10-ium have been found.  相似文献

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

The ultrasound effect accelerates the Biginelli reaction 40 and more times. A sonochemical method for the synthesis of ethyl 4-R-6-methyl-2-oxo- and 4-R-6-methyl-2-thioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-carboxylates was developed.
