The scope and limitations of the Pd(OAc)2/DABCO (1,4-diaza-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane)-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions have been demonstrated. The results showed that the effect of solvent had a fundamental influence on the reaction. In the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and DABCO, both aryl bromides and aryl chlorides all worked well with arylboronic acids to form biaryls, heteroaryl-aryls, and biheteroaryls in moderate to excellent yields using DMF as the solvent. Additionally, the reactions of aryl bromides were conducted under relatively mild conditions.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A stable and efficient Pd(OAc)2/DABCO (triethylenediamine) catalytic system for Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction has been developed. In the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and DABCO, coupling of aryl halides with arylboronic acids was carried out smoothly to afford good to excellent yields and high turnover numbers (TONs) (the maximal TONs were up to 960,000 for the reaction of 1-iodo-4-nitrobenzene with phenylboronic acid) using PEG-400 as the solvent. Moreover, the Pd(OAc)2/DABCO/PEG-400 system could be recycled and reused five times without any loss of catalytic activity for aryl iodides and bromides.  相似文献

An efficient palladium-catalyzed Stille cross-coupling reaction has been developed. In the presence of 3 mol% of Pd(dba)2 and 6 mol% of DAB-Cy (1,4-dicyclohexyl-diazabutadiene), various aryl halides (iodides and bromides) were coupled with organotin compounds to afford the corresponding biaryls and alkyne in good to excellent yields. Furthermore, high TONs [turnover numbers, TONs up to 950,000 for the reaction of 1-iodo-4-nitrobenzene and tributyl(phenyl)stannane] for the Stille cross-coupling reaction were observed.  相似文献

A catalyst precursor prepared in situ from palladium acetate and a phosphine ligand was used for the Stille cross-coupling reaction of benzylic bromides and chlorides with aryltributyltin analogues. The reactions were performed at 80 °C using dppf as ligand in the presence of KF, or more conveniently using PPh3 in the absence of base, furnishing diarylmethane derivatives in high yields (86-99%). Using Pd(OAc)2/PPh3 as catalyst precursor competitive Stille and Suzuki cross-coupling reactions with benzyl chloride showed that in the absence of base or in the presence of KF the Stille product is the majority product, and only the Suzuki product was obtained in the presence of KOH as base.  相似文献

Fuberidazole has been successfully immobilized onto nano-Fe3O4 supported (3-chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane (3-CPTS) leading to a novel functionalized magnetic nanoparticle (FB/MNP). The Pd(0) complex, Pd-FB/MNP, was prepared by grafting Pd (OAc)2 on FB/MNP and subsequent reduction of a synthesized Pd (II) complex using NaBH4. Pd-FB/MNP has been characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TGA, XRD, ICP, EDS, BET and VSM. The Pd(0) complex proved to be an efficient phosphine- and halide-free recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for Suzuki as well as for Stille C-C coupling reactions showing high catalytic activity (up to 98%). Its catalytic activity in both reactions has been studied in PEG-400 as a green solvent. Besides, the selectivity of aryl iodide and aryl bromide over aryl chloride is observed during the C-C coupling reaction. The catalyst could be recovered easily from the reaction mixture using an external magnet device and recycled several times without considerable loss in activity. Additionally, the results of a palladium leaching test of the nano-catalyst demonstrate that no leaching of Pd took place during the C-C coupling process making the procedure environmentally friendly.  相似文献

An effective Heck-type cross-coupling reaction between halo-exo-glycals and endo-glycals to achieve C-glycosidic disaccharides has been developed. Using Pd(OAc)2 as the catalyst, dppp as ligand and K2CO3 as base, the reactions gave C-glycosidic products in good to excellent yields with exclusive stereochemistry.  相似文献

Concise and practical synthesis of 4-O-methylhonokiol was achieved in 34% overall yield. The key features of our synthesis include chemoselective ortho-mono bromination of phenol as well as biaryl formation via Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling, in which bromophenol was reacted with potassium aryltrifluoroborate using Pd(OAc)2 and RuPhos under microwave conditions.  相似文献

The activity of dimeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)-(OMe)2-3,4}(μ-Br)]2 and monomeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)-(OMe)2-3,4}Br(PPh3)] complexes as efficient, air, and moisture tolerant catalysts was investigated in Stille and Hiyama cross-coupling reactions of various aryl halides. Substituted biaryls were produced in excellent yields in short reaction times using these complexes. The monomeric complex had been demonstrated to be more active than the corresponding dimeric catalyst for the cross-coupling of some of aryl bromides and unreactive aryl chlorides. The combination of homogenous metal catalyst, microwave irradiation, and microwave-active polar solvents gave high yields of products in short reaction times.  相似文献

The novel palladium nanoparticles (Pd@POPs) were successfully prepared with controllable sizes and dispersity through the introduction of H2PdCl4 into urea-linked porous organic polymers (POPs) in an aqueous environment followed by reducing Pd(II) to Pd(0) by NaBH4. The newly prepared Pd@POPs were thoroughly characterized by FT-IR, ICP-AES, BET, XRD, SEM and TEM. Furthermore, the catalytic reactivities of this novel Pd@POPs were investigated via Heck, Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction and nitroarene reduction, and they exhibited superior catalytic performances in all these three reactions, producing the corresponding products in up to quantitative yields. Additionally, the Pd@POPs had excellent recyclability in both Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions with the repeating time up to four times and ten times, respectively, along with no obvious decrease of catalytic reactivities.  相似文献

A d-glucosamine-based phosphine/Pd(OAc)2 complex has been applied to the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids using the supported aqueous phase catalysis, SAPC, concept. DMAP was found to accelerate significantly the rate of Pd(OAc)2 catalyzed Barbier type allylation of carbonyl compounds by allylbromide using SnCl2·2H2O as reducing agent. Both aldehyde as well as ketones produced excellent yields within a short reaction time in the presence of 3 mol % of Pd(OAc)2 and 12 mol % of DMAP at room temperature. Aldehydes could be allylated within 5–10 min whereas, in case of ketones, the reaction completes in 45–120 min.  相似文献
