Continued investigation of the polar extracts of the marine sponge Latrunculia sp. has resulted in the discovery of callipeltins J-M. The new structures were determined by interpretation of their NMR and MS data. The stereochemistry of the unusual 3-methylglutamine residue in callipeltins J and K was secured by stereoselective synthesis and Marfey's LC-MS analysis.  相似文献

Computer-aided design of new guanidinium salts was explored and experimentally tested, en route to the discovery of new ionic liquids. Quantitative structure-property relationships were established to predict the mp of guanidinium salts of four different anionic families (Cl, BPh4, Br, and I). Models were built with a data set of 101 salts and counterpropagation neural networks. Predictions for an independent test set were obtained with R2=0.815, and a fivefold cross-validation procedure yielded R2=0.742. Assisted by the models, six new guanidinium salts were prepared, and the measured melting properties were reasonably in accordance with the predictions. One of the new chloride salts is liquid at room temperature, and three tetraphenylborate salts have mp values lower than those previously available in the data set for that anion.  相似文献

A new method has been developed for following the interaction between zinc ion and human serum albumin (HSA) by capillary electrophoresis-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Under optimized experimental conditions, the detection limit (3σ) for free Zn2+ ion was found to be 1.34 μM by running 11 replicates of the reagent blank. The RSD was less than 3% and the recovery was more than 98.13%. The linear range of zinc ion concentration was between 5.1 μM and 0.3 M. The measured Zn(II)-HSA combination values of n1 and K1 for primary binding of Zn2+ to HSA were 1.09 and 2.29 × 105 L mol−1, respectively. The measured values of n2 and K2 for the non-specific binding of Zn2+ to HSA were 8.96 and 6.65 × 103 L mol−1, respectively. This new method allows rapid analysis of a small amount of sample, simple operation, while avoiding long periods of dialysis and eliminating interference from other metal ions. This method provides a reliable and convenient new way for studying interactions between metal ions and biomolecules.  相似文献

The new lithium ionic conductors, thio-LISICON (LIthium SuperIonic CONductor), were found in the ternary Li2S-SiS2-Al2S3 and Li2S-SiS2-P2S5 systems. Their structures of new materials, Li4+xSi1−xAlxS4 and Li4−xSi1−xPxS4 were determined by X-ray Rietveld analysis, and the electric and electrochemical properties were studied by electronic conductivity, ac conductivity and cyclic voltammogram measurements. The structure of the host material, Li4SiS4 is related to the γ-Li3PO4-type structure, and when the Li+ interstitials or Li+ vacancies were created by the partial substitutions of Al3+ or P5+ for Si4+, large increases in conductivity occur. The solid solution member x=0.6 in Li4−xSi1−xPxS4 showed high conductivity of 6.4×10-4 S cm−1 at 27°C with negligible electronic conductivity. The new solid solution, Li4−xSi1−xPxS4, also has high electrochemical stability up to ∼5 V vs Li at room temperature. All-solid-state lithium cells were investigated using the Li3.4Si0.4P0.6S4 electrolyte, LiCoO2 cathode and In anode.  相似文献

Five new fluorescent indicators for Ca2+ were synthesized using the Stille reaction. They all consist of the tricarboxylate chelator APTRA (o-aminophenol-N,N,O-triacetic acid) linked to a (substituted) bithiophene or terthiophene fluorophore. The dissociation constants Kd measured via fluorimetric titrations at 21 °C in 100 mM KCl buffered solution, pH 7.05, for the Ca2+ complexes with the new probes are in the range between 10 and 40 μM.  相似文献

Three new α,α′-diimine ligands were synthesized based on condensation of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione with 1,2-phenylenediamine derivatives using different approaches. All compounds were fully characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, UV-visible, and MS spectroscopies. We report the first example of a dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]quinoxalino[2,3-b]quinoxaline, which exhibits a strong absorption at 430 nm and an interesting electrochemical behavior. These new molecules may have biological potential and are of synthetic and technological importance.  相似文献

N,N,N-Trisubstituted-cyclo-triglycines were synthesized. The major conformation of these compounds has C3 symmetry, and the carbonyl groups and substituents on the nitrogen are inclined in the same direction. Their response to various metal ions was estimated by constructing ion-selective electrodes. Two of them responded selectively to Ca2+ over other cations, demonstrating that N,N,N-trisubstituted-cyclo-triglycines provide a new scaffold to act as host molecules.  相似文献

The new phases Ba2LaMNb4O15: M=Mn, Fe were prepared by solid state reaction at 1100 °C. They have the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure, space group P4/mbm, at room temperature. The two octahedral sites show partial order of M and Nb with preferential occupancy of the smaller B(1) sites by M. Both phases have high permittivities 90±15 over the range 10-320 K. Ba2LaFeNb4O15 is highly insulating with bulk conductivity ?10−8 ohm−1 cm−1 at 25 °C and tan δ?0.001 over the range 100-320 K and at 105 Hz. Solid solutions between these new phases and the compositionally and structurally related relaxor ferroelectric Ba2LaTi2Nb3O15 show gradual loss of ferroelectric behaviour attributed to replacement of polarisable Ti4+ by a mixture of (Mn, Fe)3+ and Nb5+.  相似文献

We describe a new protocol for the challenging differentiation of the position 2 and 4 of l-iduronyl moieties located at the nonreducing end of various disaccharide building blocks. This methodology is based on the introduction of a 2,4-O-p-methoxybenzylidene group, followed by a totally regioselective reductive opening of this acetal by the PhBCl2/Et3SiH reagent system. l-Iduronyl moieties protected by a 4-O-p-methoxybenzyl group were thus obtained regioselectively and efficiently.  相似文献

A new bifunctional carborane ligand was prepared as a platform for the development of targeted molecular radioimaging and therapy agents. The carborane derivative was synthesized bearing a glucose substituent to increase the water solubility of the ligand and a benzoic acid group as a site for linking to amine containing targeting vectors. A convenient method to conjugate the ligand and the non-glycosylated analogue to amino groups was developed using simple active esters which were combined with a model amine generating two new N,N-diethyl(aminoethyl) benzamide derivatives. These were labelled with 125I in good yield and the log P values measured for [125I]-15 (log P = 0.82 ± 0.04) and [125I]-16 (log P = 1.53 ± 0.01). The benzamides were also evaluated for their capacity to bind to B16F10 melanoma cells where the hydrophilic compound showed low binding while [125I]-16 showed modest uptake (30.7 ± 2.2%) after 24 h.  相似文献

Four stereoisomeric monoether derivatives, based on axially chiral (R)- or (S)-BINOL bearing a chiral (+)- or (−)-neomenthyloxy group were synthesised and fully characterised by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The respective tris-monophosphites were thereof prepared and fully characterised. The coordination ability of the new bulky phosphites with Rh(CO)2(acac), was attested by 31P NMR, which presented a doublet in the range of δ = 120 ppm, with a 1J(103Rh-31P) coupling constant of 290 Hz. The new tris-binaphthyl phosphite ligands were further characterised by DFT computational methods, which allowed us to calculate an electronic (CEP) parameter of 2083.2 cm−1 and an extremely large cone angle of 345°, decreasing to 265° upon coordination with a metal atom. Furthermore, the monophosphites were applied as ligands in rhodium-catalysed hydroformylation of styrene, leading to complete conversions in 4 h, 100% chemoselectivity for aldehydes and up to 98% iso-regioselectivity. The Rh(I)/phosphite catalytic system was also highly active and selective in the hydroformylation of disubstituted olefins, including (E)-prop-1-en-1-ylbenzene and prop-1-en-2-ylbenzene.  相似文献

Series of new aromatic R2R2N+Br (R=benzyl, 4-methylbenzyl, 2-phenylethyl, 3-phenylpropyl; R′=ethyl, methyl, isopropyl) or RR2NH+Br-type (R=benzyl, R′=isopropyl) quaternary ammonium bromides were prepared by using novel synthetic route in which a formamide (N,N-diethylformamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-diisopropylformamide) is treated with aralkyl halide in presence of a weak base. The compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Structures of the crystalline compounds were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction, and in addition the powder diffraction method was used to study the structural similarities between the single crystal and microcrystalline bulk material. Three of the compounds crystallized in monoclinic, two in orthorhombic and one in triclinic crystal system, showing ion pairs, which are interconnected by weak hydrogen bonds and weak π-π interactions between the phenyl rings. Three of the compounds appeared as viscous oil or waxes. Finally, TG/DTA and DSC methods were used to analyze thermal properties of the prepared compounds. The lowest melting points were obtained for diethyldi-(2-phenylethyl)ammonium bromide (122.2 °C) and for diethyldi-(3-phenylpropyl)-ammonium bromide (109.1 °C). In general, decomposition of the compounds started at 170-190 °C without identifiable cleavages, thus liquid ranges of 30-70 °C were observed for some of the compounds.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of a novel bistriazene, 4,4′-bis(3-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)triazenyl)biphenyl (BPTTBP), and its highly sensitive color reaction with Hg2+. The new reagent was synthesized in good yield by coupling 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole with 4,4′-biphenyldiamine bisdiazonium salt. Using a blend of surfactants N-cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and polyethylene glycol n-octanoic phenyl ether (OP) as a micelle sensitizer, the red colored reagent assembles with Hg2+ in pH 9.8 borate buffer according to a 1:1 stoichiometry, forming a blue oligomeric/polymeric chelating complex with a high apparent stability constant (1.1 × 108 M−1). Whereas the maximum absorption of reagent occurs at 510 nm with an extinct coefficient of 1.35 × 104 M−1 cm−1, the complex absorbs at 611 nm, with an apparent extinct coefficient of 1.04 × 105 M−1 cm−1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-15 μg/25 mL Hg2+, and Sandell's sensitivity is 1.92 × 10−3 μg/cm2. In the presence of thiourea and Na4P2O7 as masking agents, the method was found free from interferences of foreign ions commonly occurring with mercury. The optimized protocol has been successfully applied to spectrophotometric determination of mercury in waste water samples. The features of the new reagent associated with its special structure were discussed, and an unprecedented “domino effect” was proposed to account for its unique chelating stoichiometry with Hg2+.  相似文献

Five nitrogenous sesquiterpenes having an isonitrile [(−)-axisonitrile-3], a formamide [(+)-axamide-3, axamide-2 and (3S*,5R*,6R*,9R*)-3-formamido-1(10)-cadinene], and an amine [(−)-halichamine] functionality were isolated from the Thai marine sponge Halichondria sp., together with two steroids, ergosterol and ergosterol peroxide. (−)-Axisonitrile-3 was isolated from the natural source for the first time, while (+)-axamide-3 and (−)-halichamine were new metabolites. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data and by chemical transformations. All sesquiterpenes were tested for their cytotoxic activity against six cancer cell lines (HeLa, HuCCA-1, A549, MOLT-3, HepG2, MDA-MB231). Only (−)-axisonitrile-3 showed strong activity to the HepG2 cell line with an IC50 value of 1.3 μM.  相似文献

The development of nanostructured conducting polymers based materials for electrochemical applications has attracted intense attention due to their environmental stability, unique reversible redox properties, abundant electron active sites, rapid electron transfer and tunable conductivity. Here, a phytic acid doped polyaniline nanofibers based nanocomposite was synthesized using a simple and green method, the properties of the resulting nanomaterial was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). A glassy carbon electrode modified by the nanocomposite was evaluated as a new platform for the simultaneous detection of trace amounts of Cd2+ and Pb2+ using differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV). The synergistic contribution from PANI nanofibers and phytic acid enhances the accumulation efficiency and the charge transfer rate of metal ions during the DPASV analysis. Under the optimal conditions, good linear relationships were obtained for Cd2+ in a range of 0.05–60 μg L−1, with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.02 μg L−1, and for Pb2+ in a range of 0.1–60 μg L−1, with the detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.05 μg L−1. The new electrode was successfully applied to real water samples for simultaneous detection of Cd2+ and Pb2+ with good recovery rates. Therefore, the new electrode material may be a capable candidate for the detection of trace levels of heavy metal ions.  相似文献

The syntheses and characterizations of new oligo-phenylene-ethynylene (OPE) bridged bis-Hamilton receptors 8-9 and their linear H-bonding behaviour with a new cyanuric acid modified tetraphenylporphyrin (TPP) 13 are reported. The resulting rigid complexes consisting of an oligo-phenylene-acetylene wire and two terminating TPPs were characterized by 1H NMR, UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopies. The 1:2 compositions of the supramolecular complexes, the association constants Kn and the cooperativity of binding expressed by Scatchard plots and Hill coefficients ηH were determined by 1H NMR titration experiments. The strength of the association constants Kn in CDCl3 at rt was found to be in a range of 105 and 106 mol−1 dm3 for the first complexation and 1010-1012 mol−1 dm3 for the second complexation, which is rather strong.  相似文献

Series of compositions Bi2(M′xM1−x)4O9 with x=0.0, 0.1,…, 1.0 and M′/M=Ga/Al, Fe/Al and Fe/Ga were synthesized by dissolving appropriate amounts of corresponding metal nitrate hydrates in glycerine, followed by gelation, calcination and final heating at 800 °C for 24 h. The new compositions with M′/M=Ga/Al form solid-solution series, which are isotypes to the two other series M′/M=Fe/Al and Fe/Ga. The XRD data analysis yielded in all cases a linear dependence of the lattice parameters related on x. Rietveld structure refinements of the XRD patterns of the new compounds, Bi2(GaxAl1−x)4O9 reveal a preferential occupation of Ga in tetrahedral site (4 h). The IR absorption spectra measured between 50 and 4000 cm−1 of all systems show systematic shifts in peak positions related to the degree of substitution. Samples treated in 18O2 atmosphere (16 h at 800 °C, 200 mbar, 95% 18O2) for 18O/16O isotope exchange experiments show a well-separated IR absorption peak related to the M-18Oc-M vibration, where Oc denotes the common oxygen of two tetrahedral type MO4 units. The intensity ratio of M-18Oc/M-16Oc IR absorption peaks and the average crystal sizes were used to estimate the tracer diffusion coefficients of polycrystalline Bi2Al4O9 (D=2×10−22 m2s−1), Bi2Fe4O9 (D=5×10−21 m2s−1), Bi2(Ga/Al)4O9 (D=2×10−21 m2s−1) and Bi2Ga4O9 (D=2×10−20 m2s−1).  相似文献

A new capillary electrophoresis (CE) method for the determination of quinolizidine alkaloids in Sophora medicinal plants was developed. A total of seven alkaloid components (cytisine, sophocarpine, matrine, lehmannine, sophoranol, oxymatrine and oxysophocarpine) were separated within 15 min. The running buffer was a 50 mM phosphate buffer containing 1%HP-β-CD and 3.3% isopropanol. The linear calibration ranges were 5.50-88.0 μg ml−1 for cytisine and lehmannine, 5.00-88.0 μg ml−1 for sophocarpine and sophoranol, 5.60-89.6 μg ml−1 for matrine and oxysophocarpine, and 24.0-384 μg ml−1 for oxymatrine. The recoveries of the seven alkaloids were 96.0-102.9% with relative standard deviations from 1.50 to 3.00% (n = 5). The method was successfully applied to different Sophora medicinal plants including Sophora flavescens, Sophora tonkinensis and Sophora alopecuroides.  相似文献
