本文采用电化学阳极氧化法以含氟的甘油和水混合溶液为电解液在纯钛表面制备了一层排列规整的TiO2纳米管阵列,研究了电解液中额外添加3种2价阴离子、不同的电解时间及不同的添加物浓度等因素对所获得的TiO2纳米管阵列形貌的影响。结果表明,在改性电解液中制备的TiO2纳米管阵列的长度均超过了未改性的电解液中制备的,并随着氧化时间的增长,纳米管管口直径增大,管壁变薄;同时添加的(NH4)2TiF6浓度在0.025~0.1 mol.L-1范围内均可获得管长更长且形貌较好的TiO2纳米管阵列。  相似文献

二氧化钛纳米管的制备与光催化活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
用阳极氧化法,室温条件下在含NH4F和H2O的电解液(丙三醇+NH4F+H2O;乙二醇+NH4F+H2O)中制备了TiO2纳米管阵列。用环境扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征二氧化钛纳米管阵列的微观形貌和物相结构。在丙三醇电解液中,电压为60 V,65 V,70 V,75 V制备的纳米管直径依次为160、170、190、220 nm。对甲基橙(10 mg/L)降解测试TiO2纳米管阵列的光催化性能。研究结果表明:在100 V阳极电压制备经过500℃退火处理后的TiO2纳米管阵列的光催化效果最好,其光催化降解率在光照时间120 min时达到89.2%。  相似文献

二氧化钛因其在光催化、染料敏化太阳电池、生物医药等应用领域表现出优异性能而成为材料科学领域重点研究的化合物之一。本文介绍了近年来阳极氧化法制备不同形貌的TiO2纳米管(TiO2NTs)阵列,探讨了电解液、阳极氧化时间、电压三个因素对TiO2纳米管形貌的影响,综述了掺杂、复合、表面修饰这三种能对TiO2纳米管进行化学或物理修饰的改性手段以及改性后的TiO2纳米管阵列在光催化、太阳能电池、生物医学、传感等领域的应用研究进展。最后,指出国内外针对二氧化钛纳米管阵列研究现状所存在的问题,并对今后的研究工作提出了展望。  相似文献

为使TiO2纳米管阵列电极更好地应用于太阳能电池中,通过恒压阳极氧化法以0.5%(w,质量分数)NH4F/甘油作为电解液,在钛基体上制备出了TiO2纳米管阵列.随后将TiO2纳米管阵列电极在水中进行不同温度淬火处理,通过x射线衍射(XRD)仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和循环伏安法(CV)研究经淬火处理的TiO2纳米管阵列的形貌、晶体结构和电化学性能.研究得出TiO2纳米管阵列经淬火处理其表面获得更多Ti3+缺陷点和TiO2纳米碎片.经0℃淬火处理的TiO2纳米管阵列电极出现了更多Ti3+缺陷点和OH基团,且有更多的纳米碎片出现,其光电化学性能得到了大幅度提高,其40 min光照对甲基橙的光催化降解率高达96.2%.  相似文献

采用电化学阳极氧化法在HF水溶液体系使纯钛表面形成一层结构规整有序的高密度TiO2纳米管阵列,考察了几种主要的实验参数(阳极氧化电压、温度、时间、电解液浓度)对TiO2纳米管阵列形貌和尺寸的影响.结果表明,阳极氧化电压是影响氧化钛形貌和纳米管尺寸的最主要因素,而温度和电解液浓度只影响TiO2纳米管阵列形成的时间.对TiO2纳米管阵列进行X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的分析,初步表征了TiO2纳米管阵列的电学性质.并讨论了TiO2纳米管的形成机理.  相似文献

采用NH4F-甘油-DMSO(二甲基亚砜)-H2O溶液体系的电化学阳极氧化法, 在金属钛基板上形成厚度为0.4-1.5 μm的有序TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜. 利用场发射电子扫描显微镜(FESEM)技术, 研究了电解液的组成及阳极氧化电压对TiO2纳米管阵列生长形貌的影响. 结果表明, 阳极氧化电压可以影响TiO2纳米管的径向尺寸和长度;通过改变电解液中DMSO/H2O的体积比, 能够调控纳米管的生成速率与形貌. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)对经过不同温度热处理的TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜的物相进行了分析. TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜的光电催化分解水过程的电压-电流特性测量显示, 光电流密度大于0.2 mA·cm-2.  相似文献

采用电化学阳极氧化法,将纯钛浸入HF酸水溶液,在钛基体表面原位构建高度有序的二氧化钛纳米管阵列,探讨阳极氧化电压、电解液浓度和电解液温度等对二氧化钛纳米管阵列尺寸和形貌的影响。通过SEM、XRD对二氧化钛纳米管阵列的结构特征进行表征,结果表明,不同的阳极氧化电压、电解液浓度和温度都将影响TiO2纳米管阵列的尺寸和形貌,在阳极氧化电压为20V,HF电解液浓度为0.5%t条件下,可制备出结构规整有序的TiO2纳米管阵列。  相似文献

采用阳极氧化法和电沉积法制备出具有可见光响应的ZnFe2O4/TiO2纳米管阵列电极.用环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对制备的ZnFe2O4/TiO2纳米管阵列电极的表面形貌和结构进行了表征.结果表明,该方法成功地将ZnFe2O4纳米颗粒均匀分散在TiO2纳米管中,分布在管口处的较少.同时,详细讨论了反应物浓度、沉积时间、循环次数、沉积电压对ZnFe2O4/TiO2纳米管阵列电极性能的影响.通过在可见光下降解苯酚评价了复合电极的光催化活性,实验结果表明:由于ZnFe2O4和TiO2之间的协同效应,复合电极的光响应范围扩展到了可见光区域,光电催化活性提高1.5~2倍.  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
