本文研究了二甲基硅二苯基硅共聚物(P(DMS-co-DPS))作为光敏引发剂,引发苯乙烯进行光聚合的过程。结果表明,聚合为自由基引发的链式反应,聚合速率与P(DMS-co-DPS)浓度的0.37次方成正比;本体聚合活化能为30.6KJ/mol,氧气对聚合无明显影响。 相似文献

采用原子转移自由基聚合反应(ATRP)经二步法合成了一种裘皮型羧酸酯基功能高分子.首先以氯化亚铜-联吡啶络合物(CuCl-bPy)为催化体系,以a-溴代丙酸乙酯(EBP)为引发剂、乙腈(AN)为溶剂在80℃进行甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的均相ATRP反应,合成得到带溴原子端基的线型聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA-Br),其分子量分布呈单分散性(Mn=7.5~8.6x 104,PDI≤1.08);利用所合成PMMA-Br为大分子引发荆、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为单体(交联剂)、氯化亚铜*五甲基二亚乙基三胺(CuCl·PMDETA)为催化剂,在110℃苯甲醚(PME)溶液中进行DVB的活性原子转移自由基聚合反应,合成得到了一种12臂,臂长为120nm~140nm的裘皮型羧酸酯基功能高分子.分析结果表明,所合成裘皮树脂的尺寸均一性良好(PDI≤1.54). 相似文献

A sequential photoinitiation. phenomenon was found in the benzophenone/triethylamine/ MMA radical photopolymerization system, which leads to increase of molecular weight, amine content of polymer formed with progressive irradiation time. The results, obtained demonstrate that the sequential photoinitiation originates from the photoreaction of active amine groups at the polymer chains with excited benzophenones producing a polymer radicals, which induce sequential polymerization. The effects of benzophenone and amine concentrations,oxygen co-ntent and chain requlator were studied. Reaction mechanism was also discussed. 相似文献

Since the reactivity of Me_2SiCl_2(Ⅰ) and ■(Ⅱ) are very different. it is difficult to cocondensate the above two monomers with sodium in general Wurtz reaction. We have proposed a modified method to prepare copolymer containing permethylpolysilane segments and cyclodisilazane units by reaction of (Ⅱ)with Na at first, then adding (Ⅰ) into the mixture to proceed with further reaction.The obtained copolysilanes are pale yellow elastic substance and soluble in common solvents. The amounts of N in the copolymers are influenced by the operating conditions of the synthetic method. The resultant products were characterized by IR, UV, NMR, and elementary analysis. The highest molecular weight determined by gel permeation chromatography is 60000. 相似文献

A new kind of monomers was successfully synthesized by the reaction between 2-chloro methyl cycloketal and trimethylsilyl cyanide, followed by ring closure and dehaiogenation. Polymerizations of the monomers were carried out in benzene solution at 80℃with benzoyl peroxide as initiator. Cyclic acrylates, 2,2- dimethyl-5-methylene-1 , 3-dioxolan-4 -one and 2- phenyl-5-methylene-1,3-dioxolan-4-one, were synthesized successfully. The monomers were characterized by ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR, IR and elemental analysis or HRMS. Polymerization of the monomers were carried out at 120℃with di-t-butylperoxide as initiator. The polymers were studied by ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR, UV and hydrolysis. The molecular weights of the resulting polymers were estimated by viscosity measurement and the extent of ring opening was estimated also by ~1H NMR and hydrolysis of the polymers and further confirmed by UV spectra. 相似文献

用气相色谱质谱联用仪 (GC MS) ,分析新型环状三过氧基团引发剂 (3,6 ,9 triethyl 3,6 ,9 trimethyl 1,4 ,7 triperoxonane ,简称TETMTPA)在乙苯和苯中的分解产物 .根据产物的分子结构 ,提出了涉及氧氧、碳碳和碳氧断键的分解机理 ;考察该引发剂引发苯乙烯本体聚合的速率和分子量 ,并与单过氧基团的过氧化二特丁基引发和热引发进行比较 ,发现用TETMTPA可以使分子量增加 ,对形成高分子量聚苯乙烯的原因作了解释 ;通过差示扫描量热仪 (DSC)和核磁共振仪 (NMR)聚合产物进行分析 ,验证了所提出的TETMTPA引发机理 相似文献
