The aminonitriles3a–f react with guanidine inDMF to yield the 5,5-resp. 5-subtituted imidazolidine-2,4-diimines2a–d resp.2f, whereas2e could not be isolated. 7,14-diazadispiro[5.1.5.2]-pentadecan-15-on (7)1, 4-imino-1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-2-one (8a)1 and the 2,4-diaminotriazine (9)1 were isolated as byproducts.1-Aminocyclohexancarbonitrile (3a) reacts with urea to the 4-imino-1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-2-one (8a)1;8a can be prepared from (1-cyancyclohexyl)urea (11a) as well. The structures of the new compounds are proved by NMR-, IR- and mass spectra and the mechanism of the reaction is discussed.

The reaction of 3-allylthio-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole with iodine to give a mixture of 5,6-dihydro-5-iodomethyl-3-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazole, 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-3-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine, 5,6-dihydro-6-iodomethyl-2-phenyl[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazole, and 6,7-dihydro-6-iodo-2-phenyl-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazine has been studied. The structure of the products obtained was established using 1H NMR spectroscopy of their dehydriodination products.  相似文献

Oxidation of (+)-sabinol, (1S,3R,5S)-1-isopropyl-4-methylidenebicyclo[3.1.0]hexan-3-ol, by active MnO2 afforded not the expected sabinone but only its [4+2]-cyclodimer. The molecular structure of the latter was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of this cyclodimer were interpreted using 2D NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The treatment of 5-aryl-4′,6′-dioxo-2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydrospiro-[benzothiophene-4,5′-1,3-dioxane] 1,1-dioxides with boron trifluoride etherate in dichloroethane leads to the formation of products of intramolecular acylation, namely, the corresponding 10-oxo-1H-5,5a,10a,10b-tetrahydrofluoreno-[2,1-b]thiophene dioxides. In all cases, 5-aryl-4-carboxyhexahydrobenzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxides were also isolated. The product ratio depends on the structure of the aromatic substituent at C(5) of the spiro- adducts. The structure of 4-carboxy-5-(2-methoxyphenyl)-7-methyl -2,3,3a,4,5,6-hexahydro-benzo[b]thiophene 1,1-dioxide was confirmed by X-ray diffraction structural analysis. *For Communication 9 see [1]. *2Dedicated to Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences B. Nitropyrazoles     
A method of synthesizing nitro derivatives of lH,4H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrazole is developed, and some of its transformations are studied. 3-Methyl-6-nitro-, 3-carboxy(methoxy-carbonyl, carbamoyl)-6-nitro-, 3-amino-6-nitro-, 3-nitro-, 3,6-dinitro-, 1,4-diacetonyl-3,6-dinitro-, and lH,4H-3-aminopyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrazoles were obtained from 1H,4H-3 -methylpyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrazole. Unsubstituted 1H,4H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrazole, the first member of this series, was obtained for the first time. The compounds prepared were characterized by1H,13C,14N, and15N NMR spectroscopy. NH-Acidity and basicity of the series of pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyrazoles synthesized is studied and the effect of the fused pyrazole ring on these properties is examined.Deceased March 18, 1989.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A novel two-step method was developed to prepare individual p-isopropenylcalix[n]arenes [n=4, 6, 8]. In the first step, linear phenolic oligomers were prepared in a basic medium from p-isopropenylphenol and paraformaldehyde. The second step, cyclization of the linear oligomers was carried out at higher temperatures. Ethylene glycol was used as medium, and sodium tetraborate-decahydrate as the catalyst. O-Acetylated derivatives were obtained by acetylation of the phenolic hydroxyl groups of p-isopropenylcalix[n]arenes [n=4, 6, 8]. The p-isopropenyl-calix[n]arenes and their acetylated derivatives were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and UV spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Their ability to extract metal cations from aqueous solutions was evaluated via metal picrate extraction experiments. A parallel investigation of the cation-binding ability of the p-tert-butylcalix[n]arenes [n=4, 6, 8] and their acetylated derivatives was also performed. The p-isopropenylcalix[6]arene hexaacetate is the most effective extracting agent for metal picrates, and shows strong affinity towards Rb cation.  相似文献

The intramolecular electrophilic substitution in 6-functionalized 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H,6H)-diones was used for the synthesis of pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline-8,10(7H,9H)-dione, pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,2,4]benzo-triazine-8,10(7H,9H)-dione, and 2H-pyrimido[4′,5′:3,4]pyrrolo[1,2-a]indole-2,4,11(1H, 3H)-trione derivatives. Summary 5H-Indolo[3,2-a]-6H-phenothiazin-6-one and its regioisomer 1H-Indolo[2,3-a]-6H-phenothiazin-6-one were prepared by the condensation of 2-aminobenzenethiol with carbazole-1, 4-dione or with isomeric mixture of bromo-carbazole-1,4-diones.

The reaction of substituted anthranilic acids and esters with o-bromomethylphenylacetonitrile give 2,3-R,R1-7,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-one hydrobromides. It was found that 7,12-dihydro-5H-isoquino[2,3-a]quinazolin-5-ones can exist in the two tautomeric imine and enamine forms. The tautomeric equilibrium position depends on the nature and position of the substituent in the quinazoline fragment. Summary A new series of thiophenic isosters of thioxanthones, namely: 2-substituted-4H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones and 5-substituted-2-nitro-8-methyl-4H-thieno[2,3-b][1]benzothiopyran-4-ones were synthesized as potential schistosomicidal agents. The synthesized compounds were characterized by their1H-NMR data.

1H-NMR spectroscopic analysis indicates that cucurbit[7]uril can form a stable inclusion complex with 1,6-hexanediamine, while cucurbit[5]uril cannot form pseudorotaxane with 1,6-hexanediamine under our experimental conditions. This was confirmed by the crystal structure of the complex. The cavity of cucurbit[8]uril seems to be large for binding 1,6-hexanediamine efficiently. And a simple, mild, high-yield (>80%) method has been described for the synthesis of rotaxanes through the self-assembly of pseudorotaxanes of cucurbit[n]uril (n=6, 7)/1, 6-hexanediamine and sodium tetraphenylborate. The obtained rotaxanes are held intact solely by noncovalent interactions, and are characterized by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, ESI-MS and MALDI-TOF MS.  相似文献

Summary The synthesis of 11-isopropyliden-1a,10b-dihydro-1H-1,6-methano-dibenzo[b,f]cyclopropa[d]azepine by phase-transfer catalysed reaction of 5H-dibenzo[b, f]azepine with 2-chloro-2-methyl-3-butyne is described. The structure is confirmed by X-ray diffraction.

1H NMR titration and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that [Ru(bipy)3]2+ forms an outer-sphere inclusion complex with p-sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene in a ratio of 1: 1 in both aqueous solutions and the solid state. According to cyclic voltammograms and fluorimetric data, the outer-sphere association of [Ru(bipy)3]2+ with p-sulfonatothiacalix[4]arene changes the reversible character of the electrochemical oxidation of [Ru(bipy)3]2+ and lowers its emission intensity. Summary A smooth method of synthesizing 3H, 6H-1,2-dithiolo[4,3-c]1,2-dithiole-3,6-dithione (3), and also its partial desulfuration to yield 3H, 6H-1,2-dithiolo[4,3-c]1,2-dithiole-3-one-6-thione (4) is presented. The ethylation product5 of the monothione4 reacts with various nucleophilic reagents to form remarkably stable adducts. The adducts of5 with methanol,tert-butyl mercaptan, and with aniline could be isolated and characterized by their1H-NMR spectra.

Das Ethylierungsprodukt5 des Monothions4 reagiert mit unterschiedlichen Nukleophilen zu bemerkenswert stabilen Addukten. Die Addukte mit Methanol,tert.-Butylmercaptan und mit Anilin wurden isoliert und durch ihr1H-NMR-Spektrum charakterisiert.

The acylation of benzo[b]furan-, benzo[b]thiophene, and indolyl-3-acetic acid arylamides using acetic anhydride in the presence of 70% perchloric acid occurs at the -position of the heterocycle to give 2-acetylbenzo[b]furan-, 2-acetylbenzo[b]thiophene, and 2-acetylindolyl-3-acetic acid arylamides. Depending on the amount of perchloric used in the reaction they undergo cyclodehydration to 3-arylamino-1-methylhetero[2,3-c]pyrilium salts and to N-aryl-1-methyl-3(2H)hetero[2,3-c]pyridones.  相似文献

Summary 2,3-Dihydro-3-oxo-benzo[b]thiophen-1,1-dioxide (1) reacts as CH-acidic component with amidines of orthoesters and anilines resp. to give the anilinomethylene derivates3, 4, and5. With triethyl orthoformiate the hydroxymethylene-compound7 is obtained. Anilino- and phenylhydrazino derivates8 and9 prove the carbonyl activity of1, azo-coupling leads to10, whereas treatment of1 with sulfur and malononitrile yields the benzo[b]thieno[2,3-d]thiophenes11. Introduction of substituents with active NH-functions in position 2 of the dicyanomethylene-product2, such as azocoupling, reaction with phenyl isocyanate and formation of enamines, leads to ring closure reactions between a nitrile and the NH-group. Thereby the phenyl-benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridazines12, the phenyl-1H-benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridines13 and the phenylamino-benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-c]pyridines14 are obtained.13C and15N-NMR spectroscopy was used as proof of the ring closure reactions.

Summary The reaction of 3-iodo-4-methoxy-2(1H)-quinolinone (1) and 3-iodo-4,6,8-trimethoxy-2(1H)-quinolinone (2) with 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol under modified Heck-conditions gave the 2-substituted derivatives 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4-methoxyfuro[2,3-b]-quinoline (3) and 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl-4,6,8-trimethoxyfuro[2,3-b]-quinoline (4). By a subsequent hydrogenation-reaction with a homogeneous catalyst (PtO2/Rh2O3), the furoquinoline-derivatives yielded the dihydrofuro-[2,3-b]quinolines, identified as 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl-4-methoxy-2,3-dihydrofuro[2,3-b]quinoline (5) (racemic platydesmine) and 2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-4,6,8-trimethoxy-2,3-dihydrofuro-[2,3-b]quinoline (6) (racemic precursor of O4-methylptelefolonium salt).

A reaction of 10-R-substituted tetrahydrobenzo[b][1,6]naphthyridines (R = CN, CONH2, Me) with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate, methyl and ethyl propiolates, and acetylacetylene has been studied. It was found that 1-acryloyl-10-cyanotetrahydrobenzo[b][1,6]naphthyridines are the major products of the reaction of alkyl propiolates with 10-cyano-substituted naphthyridines, whereas the reaction with 10-carbamoyl-substituted naphthyridines gives a mixture of 1-acryloyl-substituted naphthyridines and hexahydrobenzo[b]pyrido[3,4,5-d,e][1,6]naphthyridines. The latter are the only products in the reaction of 10-carbamoyl-substituted naphthyridines with acetylacetylene. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
