Hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with bbp and p-PDOAH2 at 140 ℃ yielded a novel 1D cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(bbp)(p-PDOA)]n (bbp=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine, p-PDOA=p-phenylenedioxydiacetate dianion), in which CdN3O4 pentagonal bipyramids were linked by p-PDOA ligands in a bis-bidentate mode to construct a zigzag chain with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.14(1) nm, There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by π-π stacking with a face-to-face distance of 0.35(1) nm between the 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine ligands and hydrogen-bonding interactions (0.27(4) nm). A 3D supramolecular network was further constructed by these non-covalent interactions between the zippers. The TG/DTG showed that its chain skeleton was thermally stable up to 389 ℃ and the blue fluorescent emission of the complex was determined at 428 nm in a solid state with its long decay lifetime of 7.24 ns.  相似文献

The rational design and synthesis of metal-directed supramolecular framework compounds have received much attention in coordination chemistry because of their potential applications in catalysis, molecular selection, nonlinear optics, ion exchange, and microelectronics. Many high-dimensional coordination complexes have been designed and prepared through molecular self-assembly processes. The open metal organic framework can be produced via two kinds of interactions, i. e. , coordinate covalent bonds and weaker intermolecular forces. The new cadmium(II) coordination polymer [Cd(bte)2(dca)2]n 1 (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4- triazol-1-yl)ethane, dca = dicyanamide) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.7148(15), b = 8.6142(17), c = 15.204(3) A, β = 92.100(10)o, V = 1140.6(4) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 572.87, Dc = 1.668 g/cm3, F(000) = 572, μ = 1.004 mm-1, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1429 for 1737 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The cadmium atom is coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four bte ligands and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two dca anions to adopt a distorted octahedral geometry. Each bte molecule bridges two cadmium(II) atoms. Two strands of bte molecules are wrapped around each other, and held together by cadmium(II) atoms. 1 Forms a double chain structure containing eighteen-membered Cd2(bte)2 rings.  相似文献

A new cadmium polymer [Cd(NBA)(μ3-OH)(4,4'-bipy)1/2]n 1 (NBA=m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4'-bipy=4,4-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=15.6912(9), b=25.9394(15), c=6.7332(4)(A), β=114.7700(10)°, V=2488.4(3)(A)3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr=373.61, Z=8, Dc=1.995 g/cm3,μ=1.776 mm-1, F(000)=1464, R=0.0411 and wR=0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4'-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd(μ3-OH)]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Pb(phen)(ANS)2]n (ANS = 2-ami- nonaphthalene-1-sulfonate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffrac- tion. The results determined by XRD reveal that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 16.8374(14), b = 16.9825(14), c = 9.9392 (8) , β = 95.9830(10)o, V = 2826.5(4) 3, Mr = 831.86, Dc = 1.955 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 6.173 mm-1, F(000) = 1624, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0694 for 4305 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex, the adjacent lead(II) ions are bridged through the oxygen atoms of sulfonate groups in a syn-syn conformation, yielding an infinite zigzag chain. And the intermolecular N–H···O hydrogen bonds link the chains into two-dimensional layered networks, which are further assembled into a separate two-layer-film-like packing structure.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N′-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1^- with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) A, α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19)A^3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm^-1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm^3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two N atoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1) A and Cd(1)...Cd(1B) of 5.852(1)/~. In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A new μ-chloro-bridged one-dimensional coordination polymer [Cd(dmbpy)Cl2]a (dmbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 17.745(4), b = 10.326(2), c = 7.3382(15)A, β = 106.85(3)°, V = 1286.9(4)A^3, Z = 4, C12H12N2Cl2Cd, Mr = 367.54, Dc = 1.897 g/cm^3, F(000) = 720, 2(MoKα) = 0.71073 A,μ= 2.089 mm^-1, R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.1048 for 1041 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Cadmium(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted octahedral coordination geometry and adjacent coordination chains are intercalated in a zipper-like fashion into 2D layers through the π-π stacking interactions between dmbpy. Fluorescent analyses show that it exhibits intense blue photoluminescence in both DMF and DMSO solutions at room temperature.  相似文献

The complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.981(5), b = 10.436(5), c = 21.104(10) , α = 94.640(7), β = 103.160(7), γ = 92.958(8)o, V = 2127.8(17) 3, C52H34Cd2Cl3N4O2, Mr = 1077.98, Dc = 1.682 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.237 mm-1, F(000) = 1074, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0757 for 7358 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).
