Antimony(III) sulfate is found to catalyze the imino Diels-Alder reaction of Schiff’s bases with N-vinylpyrrolidin-2-one to afford 2-aryl-4-(2′-oxopyrrolidinyl-1′)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines. One-pot synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines from 3-nitro benzaldehyde and aromatic amines with N-vinylpyrrolidin-2-one catalyzed by antimony(III) sulfate is also reported. This catalyst is inexpensive, easily available, and it was also found that catalyst could be recovered quantitatively and reused without much loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The sodium salt of N-(6-chloronicotinoyl)-γ-aminobutyric acid, a structural analog of the known nootropic and vasidilating drug picamilon, was synthesized via Schotten–Baumann acylation of γ-aminobutyric acid with 6-chloronicotinoyl chloride and subsequent neutralization of the N-(6-chloronicotinoyl)-γ-aminobutyric acid that was obtained in >60% yield.  相似文献

Nitration of N,N′-bis(trimethylsilyl)carbodiimide with N2O5 or (NO2)2SiF6 afforded N-nitro-N´-(trimethylsilyl)carbodiimide, the first representative of N-nitro carbodiimides. Its further nitration led to the release of CO2, which is presumably formed in the course of N,N´-dinitrocarbodiimide decomposition. The reactions of N-nitro-N´-(trimethylsilyl)carbodiimide with nucleophiles take place both at the tri methylsilyl group (for example, with NH3) to give nitrocyanamide salts and at the carbodiimide C atom (for example, with Et2NH) to give the corresponding nitroguan idines.  相似文献

Catalytic aminomethylation of pyrrole and indole with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylmethanediamine in the presence of 5 mol % of ZrOCl2·8H2O proceeds selectively at the positions 2, 5 of pyrrole and 1, 3 of indole. Carbazole under the same conditions affords 3-formyl-9-aminomethyl derivative. The reaction in the presence of 5 mol % of K2CO3 occurs as monoaminomethylation: for pyrrole at the position 2, for indole at the position 3, and for carbazole at the nitrogen atom of the substrate. Water-soluble 1,1′-(1H-pyrrole-2,5-diyl)bis(N,N-dimethylmethanamine) exhibits a fungistatic activity with respect to phytopathogenic fungi Rhizoctonia solani.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of azo dyes containing o,o′-dihydroxy groups and their azo-metal(II) [Cu, Co, Ni, Zn] chelates by 1H N.M.R., IR, AAS, UV–VIS, magnetic susceptibility and thin-layer chromatography techniques are reported. The stochiometry of the azo-metal chelates was determined by the spectroscopic titration method to be 1:2 (ML2). The synthesized azo dyes and azo-metal chelate dyes were applied on wool fabric. 20S-Protopanaxadiol (3β,12β,20S-trihydroxydammar-24-ene) 3-, 12-, and 20-O-β-D-galactopyranosides were synthesized for the first time. Condensation of 12β-acetoxy-3β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-ene (1) and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-galactopyranosylbromide (α-acetobromogalactose) (2) under Koenigs–Knorr conditions with subsequent removal of the protecting groups resulted in regio- and stereoselective formation of 20S-protopanaxadiol 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside, an analog of the natural ginsenoside Rh2. Glycosylation of 12β,20S-dihydroxydammar-24-en-3-one (5) by 2 with subsequent treatment of the reaction products with NaBH4 in isopropanol and deacetylation with NaOMe gave 20S-protopanaxadiol 12- and 20-O-β-Dgalactopyranosides.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of α-nitroacetophenone with aromatic aldehydes and urea in the presence of iron(III), cobalt(II), nickel(II), and copper(II) salts as catalyst led to the formation of 4,6-diaryl-5-nitro-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones and N-benzoyl-N′-(1-aryl-2-nitroethyl)ureas. The latter were formed as a result of retro-nitroaldol (retro-Henry) reaction of intermediate 4,6-diaryl-6-hydroxy-5-nitro-3,4,5,6-tetra-hydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones.  相似文献

Enzymatic regioselective acylation of 5-azacytidine with vinyl laurate was successfully conducted with an immobilized lipase from Candida antarctica type B (i.e., Novozym 435) for the first time. The acylation of 5-azacytidine took place at its primary hydroxyl group and the desired product 5′-O -lauroyl-5-azacytidine could be prepared with high reaction rate, high conversion, and excellent regioselectivity. The influences of several key variables on the enzymatic acylation were also systematically examined. Pyridine was found to be the best reaction medium. The optimum initial water activity, the molar ratio of vinyl laurate to 5-azacytidine and reaction temperature were 0.07, 30:1, and 50 °C, respectively. Under the optimized conditions described above, the initial reaction rate, the substrate conversion, and the regioselectivity were as high as 0.58 mM/min, 95.5%, and >99%, respectively, after a reaction time of around 5 h.  相似文献

The synthesis, IR spectroscopic study, and X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF file CCDC no. 1574078) are carried out for 1,3-diamino-2-hydroxypropane-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid (I). The structural units of a crystal of compound I are (H4.5HPdta)0.5– anions, (H5.5HPdta)0.5+ cations, and molecules of water of crystallization joined by a branched network of hydrogen bonds: strong intermolecular O–H…O and intramolecular N–H…O bonds.  相似文献

E-(4-β-D-Allopyranosyloxyphenyl)-1-(4-substituted phenyl)propenone derivatives (1a–g) have been synthesized by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of helicid with 4-substituted acetophenone using 10% NaOH aqueous solution as a catalyst. 6H-2-Amino-4-aryl-6-(4-β-D-allopyranosyloxyphenyl)-1,3-thiazine (2a–g) were synthesized by the 1,4-Michael reaction of 1a–g with thiourea. The structures of all the new products were established by 1H NMR, IR, and MS spectroscopy. Compound 2b (200 mg·kg–1) showed better sedative-hypnotic activity, so further modification of helicid should be worthwhile.  相似文献

A new complex, bis(triethylene glycol-O,O′,O′’,O?)manganese(II) dibromide [Mn(TEG)2]2+·2Br?, was prepared. Its structure was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex cation [Mn(TEG)2]2+ is of the host-guest type with two TEG ligands (podands) as hosts. Both TEG ligands are disordered and tetradentate, with all the four oxygen atoms of each ligand participating in the coordination. The Mn2+ cation has coordination number 8, and its coordination polyhedron is a distorted bisdisphenoid (trigonal dodecahedron). The geometric parameters (bond lengths, bond and torsion angles) of the complex were determined relatively accurately. In the crystal structure, the ions form infinite thick layers by interionic hydrogen bonds O-H···Br?.  相似文献

The structure of bis(N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylthiophosphoramidoyl)-methylamine 1 has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, with a space group P21/c, a = 11.836(2) Å, b = 11.659(2) Å, c = 12.796(5) Å and β = 95.28(3)°, V = 1758.3(5) Å3 and Z = 4. The X-ray crystallographic data have been assessed by semi-empirical and ab-initio density functional theory and by Hartree–Fock molecular orbital methods. A versatile method for the synthesis of 2′-amino-1,2-dihydrospiro[(3H)-indole-3,4′-(4′H)-pyran]-2-ones has been suggested consisting in the three-component reaction of isatins, cyanoacetic acid derivatives, and α-methylenecarbonyl compounds (β-dicarbonyl compounds, activated phenols, and OH-substituted heterocycles) in ethanol in the presence of triethylamine as a catalyst. A base-catalyzed reaction of 3,4-dichloro-5-methoxy- and 3,4-dichloro-5-ethoxy-2(5H)-furanones with 2,2´-oxydiethanethiol gave thiols and bis-thioethers of 2(5H)-furanone series. A new S,O-macroheterocyclic compound containing a 18-membered oxathiamacrocycle and two 2(5H)-furanone fragments was synthesized based on the thiols in an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide, which was characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Summary. N-Acyl--hydroxyglycinates were transformed into N-acyl--triphenylphosphonioglycinates by (i) phosphorylation with Ph 3PBr2 in the presence of Et 3N or (ii) in reaction with DCC and Ph 3P·HBF4 in the presence of catalytic amounts of Ph 3P as well as (iii) by a new kind of Mitsunobu reaction with Ph 3P·HBF4 as a nucleophile conjugated acid. The N-acyl--triphenylphosphonioglycinates can be effectively used without isolation for a nucleophilic displacement of the triphenylphosphonium group to obtain corresponding -substituted -amino acid derivatives.  相似文献

Three pseudo-polymorphs of N, N′-bis(4-nitrophenyl)-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide 1 were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The C–H ⋅s O hydrogen bond was found to contribute significantly to the assembly of this host. With the variation of the guest, the host changed the molecular conformation and the supramolecular synthons. In all three cases concerned, the solvent guests were bonded through direct host-guest interaction and accommodated in the voids formed by the assembly of the host.  相似文献
