硒是人体不可缺少的一种微量元素,其水平的高低影响着机体的肿瘤免疫反应,甲胎蛋白是癌胚蛋白,其浓度的高低反映了肝脏损害的程度(除胎儿期外),本文血硒水平与甲胎蛋白浓度相关性研究结果表明,两者呈负相关(相关系数-0.627),且血硒水平呈现慢乙肝>肝硬化>肝癌,提示硒对肝脏具有一定的潜在保护作用,补硒可以预防肝癌,在肝癌治疗中适量补硒,对增强患者免疫功能,延长生存期有着十分重要的临床意义。  相似文献

以催化极谱法测定了54例白血病患者血清硒含量。结果表明,急淋、急粒患者血清硒含量均低于正常对照组,慢粒及急、慢粒经治疗缓解者血清硒含量与正常对照组间均无显著性差异,提示低硒状态只存在于急性患者,且随病情缓解后血硒水平趋于正常,慢粒与血硒含量没有明显的相关关系。  相似文献

Selenium speciation from food source to metabolites: a critical review   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
Especially in the last decade, a vast number of papers on Se and its role in health issues have been published. This review gives a brief, critical overview of the main analytical findings reported in these papers. Of particular interest is the Se content in different food sources worldwide and the extent to which their consumption is reflected in the Se content of human tissues and body fluids. Several food sources, both natural (Brazil nuts, garlic, Brassica juncea) and Se-enriched (yeast-based supplements), are discussed as to origin, characteristics, Se metabolism and impact of their consumption on the human body. The continuous development of new and improvement of existing analytical techniques has provided different powerful tools to unravel the Se species and their function. An up-to-date literature study on Se speciation analysis is given, illustrating how analytical chemistry in its different facets aids in the identification of Se compounds and provides insight into the complete metabolic pathway of Se throughout the human body. This review includes a detailed image of the current state-of-the-art of Se speciation analysis in these food sources and in human tissues and body fluids.  相似文献

Summary Neutron activation analysis of toenails is often used to monitor body selenium in studies looking for an association between selenium deficiency and an increased cancer risk. In this study, 87 toenail samples were analyzed for Se four times, using neutron activation with 17.4-second 77mSe, to determine the possible systematic effects of long-term storage, the washing procedure, and irradiation in a nuclear reactor. The mean Se concentration found was 0.92 mg/g, standard deviation 0.14 mg/g. The results showed that the Se concentrations are unaffected by washing and neutron irradiation, but the samples lost moisture during storage causing a 2% increase in the mean Se concentration.  相似文献

The metabolic pathway for and metabolites of selenium (Se) administered intravenously to rats in the form of selenate at a dose of 0.3 mg Se kg-1 body weight were studied by speciating Se in the bloodstream, liver and urine by HPLC-inductively coupled argon plasma mass spectrometry. Selenate was not taken up by red blood cells (RBCs) and disappeared from the bloodstream much faster than selenite, without any change in its chemical form before it disappeared from the plasma. Selenium excreted into the urine after the administration of selenate showed different patterns from those of selenite in both amounts and chemical forms. With the selenate group, the concentration of Se in urine was highest at 0-6 h and the chemical species of Se was selenate at 0-6 h; thereafter a monomethylselenol-related Se compound (MMSe*) and trimethylselenonium ions (TMSe) appeared, selenate not being excreted after 6 h. On the other hand, in the selenite group, the concentration of Se peaked at 6-12 h, and the chemical species of Se were MMSe* and TMSe. Selenate was reduced in vitro on incubation in either a liver homogenate or supernatant fraction, although much more slowly than in the whole body. Selenate was not reduced by glutathione or dithiothreitol. The results suggest that in contrast to selenite, which is taken up by and reduced in RBCs, and then transferred to the liver, approximately 20% of the selenate administered to rats was excreted into the urine without any change in its chemical form with the present dose, and the major portion of selenate was taken up by the liver, reduced and then utilized for the synthesis of selenoproteins or excreted into the urine after being methylated.  相似文献

通过测定尿硒、尿羟脯氨酸含量,研究了大骨节病活跃严重病区和邻近非病区儿童尿硒含量和尿羟脯氨酸含量的变化及其相关性.结果表明,大骨节病活跃严重病区组儿童尿硒含量和尿羟脯氨酸含量均明显低于邻近非病区组(P<0.01),处于病区中较低水平.两组的尿硒含量与尿羟脯氨酸含量均显著正相关(r=0.582,P<0.01;r=0.383,P<0.05).这些结果提示,体硒水平是影响尿羟脯氨酸排泄量的原因之一,大骨节病活跃严重病区儿童的低硒状态,是导致其尿羟脯氨酸减少的一个重要因素.  相似文献

雷公藤是一种药效大、毒性也大的中药。研究了雷公藤的28种无机元素,发现其有益元素铁、锰、锌、硒含量较高.其有害元素铅、砷、镉含量也较高,与其药效和毒性一一相对应。雷公藤对风湿性关节炎、肾病、肝脏病、皮肤病的疗效.与铁、锰、锌、硒在人体中生物学机理一致。雷公藤对消比道、心血管、肝脏、泌尿系统、造血系统的毒害作用,与铅、砷、镉在人体中的生物学效应一致。所以在使用雷公藤时,应考虑到微量元素作用.可提高雷公藤的疗效,降低其毒性。  相似文献
