Reaction of 5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐pyrrolo[3,2,1‐ij]quinoline‐1,2‐dione ( 1 ) with two equivalents of some 6‐aminouracils (or 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil) generates spirocyclic tetrahydrobenzo[if]quinolizines ( 7 ). The one‐pot, three‐component reaction of amido ketone ( 1 ) with 6‐aminouracil (or 6‐amino‐2‐thiouracil) and a cyclic six‐membered 1,3‐diketone produces spirocyclic tetrahydropyrrolo[3,2,1‐ij]quinolinones ( 15 ).  相似文献

In both 2,5‐dimethyl‐6,7‐dihydrobenzo[h]pyrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazoline, C16H15N3, (I), and 2‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydrobenzo[h]pyrazolo[1,5‐a]quinazoline, C19H21N3, (II), which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P, the non‐aromatic carbocyclic rings adopt screw‐boat conformations. The molecules of (I) are linked into chains of rings by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds, while in (II) there are no hydrogen bonds of any kind.  相似文献

5′‐Mercapto‐1′H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3′‐yl‐isoquinolinium salts (6) were synthesised by the reaction of ortho‐acyl phenylacetones (2) or the corresponding pyrylium salts (3) and 5‐amino‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione (5) . Treatment of thioles 6 withα,ω‐dibromoalkanes led to type 15, 16 and 17 isoquinolinium salts condensed with thiazole, thiazine and thiazepine rings. When 6 are reacted with dibromomethane (10) 11 type dimeric structures are obtained.  相似文献

Benzo[b]thieno[2,3‐a]pyrrolo[3,4‐c]carbazoles and benzo[b]furano[2,3‐a]pyrrolo[3,4‐c]carbazoles were prepared from 2‐(2‐benzo[b]thieno)‐ (8) and 2‐(2‐benzo[b]furano)‐3‐[3‐(2,5‐dioxo‐lH‐pyrrolidinyl)]indole (9) by a palladium(II)acetate/tetrachloro‐1,4‐benzoquinone oxidative A‐E ring closure.  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of thiazole (benzothiazole), dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate, and isatinylidene malononitriles in toluene at 110–120°C in a sealed tube afforded a mixture of cis/trans‐isomers of functionalized diastereoisomeric spiro[indoline‐3,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridines] and spiro[benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine‐3,3′‐indolines] in good yields. Both cis‐isomers and trans‐isomers were successfully separated out and fully characterized with spectroscopy and single crystal determination. Under similar conditions, the three‐component reaction containing 2‐(1,3‐dioxo‐1H‐inden‐2(3H)‐ylidene)malononitrile resulted in spiro[indene‐2,7′‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyridine] derivatives.  相似文献

In the present investigation, the synthesis of a series of structurally new and interesting tert‐butyl‐ and bromo‐functionalized [1,2,4]triazino[5,6‐b ]indoles ( 6a – f ) and indolo[2,3‐b ]quinoxalines ( 8a – f ) has been achieved, involving the condensation reaction of 7‐bromo‐5‐tert‐butylisatins ( 4a – f ) with thiosemicarbazide ( 5 ) and benzene‐1,2‐diamine ( 7 ). The substrates 4a – f were prepared through bromination reaction of 5‐tert‐butylisatin ( 3 ) with NBS in PEG‐400 followed by alkylation reaction. The molecular structures of these newly synthesized compounds were elucidated on the basis of their elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

On irradiation (300 nm) in the solid state, the title compound 8 affords tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decan‐2‐one (=adamantan‐2‐one; 9 ) selectively via [4+2] cycloreversion. A similar result is obtained on photolysis in solution (MeCN or acetone), also in the presence of added alkenes. On irradiation in MeOH, a solvent adduct 11 is isolated in addition to 9 . From experiments in CD3OD, it can be inferred that 11 is formed via syn‐addition of MeOH to the ground‐state (E)‐heterocycle 16 .  相似文献

Several pyrido[2,3‐e]pyrimidine fused with other rings have been prepared by intramolecular cyclization of 5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐hydrazino‐benzo [6,7]cyclohepta‐[1,2‐b]pyrido[2,3‐e]pyrimidine‐4‐one ( 1 ) with acids, carbon disulfide to form triazole derivatives ( 2,4 ), halo‐ketones to give triazine derivative ( 5 ), β‐ketoesters, β‐cyanoesters, and β‐diketones to yield 2‐(1‐pyrazolyl) derivatives ( 7,9,10 ), and aldehydes to form arylhydrazone derivatives ( 11a,b ) which cyclized to form triazoles ( 12a,b ). Also, acyclic N‐nucleosides are prepared by heating under reflux 2‐hydrazino‐benzo[6,7]cyclohepta[1,2‐b]pyrido[2,3‐e] pyrimidin‐4‐one ( 1 ) with xylose and glucose to give the corresponding acyclic N‐nucleosides ( 13a,b ) which are cyclized to afford the corresponding protected tetra and penta–O‐acetate C‐nucleosides ( 14a,b ). The complexation‐induced critical aggregation concentrations of 1‐pyrenemethylaminium by mono‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes and bis‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes (n=4, 5) were systemically measured by fluorescence spectroscopy. In all cases, the complexation‐induced critical aggregation concentration decreases by about 3 times upon addition of p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes. However, the optimal molar ratios for the aggregation of 1‐pyrenemethylaminium by mono‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes and bis‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes are distinctly different: For mono‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes, the optimum mixing ratio for the aggregation of 1‐pyrenemethylaminium is 1:4 mono‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes/1‐pyrenemethylaminium, whereas only 2.5 molecules of 1‐pyrenemethylaminium can be bound by one cavity of bis‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes. The intermolecular complexation of mono‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes and bis‐p‐sulfonatocalix[n]arenes with 1‐pyrenemethylaminium led to the formation of two distinctly different nanoarchitectures, which were shown to be nanoscale vesicle and rod aggregates, respectively, by using dynamic laser scattering, TEM, and SEM. This behavior is also different from the fiber‐like aggregates with lengths of several micrometers that were formed by 1‐pyrenemethylaminium itself above its critical aggregation concentration. Furthermore, the obtained nanoaggregates exhibit benign water solubility, self‐labeled fluorescence, and, more importantly, temperature responsiveness.  相似文献

The crystal structure of catena‐poly­[[tri‐n‐butyl­tin]‐μ‐3‐(1‐naph­thyl­amino­carbonyl)­acrylato‐κ2O1:O3], [Sn(C4H9)3(C14H10NO3)]n, is composed of polymeric chains wherein the metal center exhibits a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with three n‐butyl groups defining the trigonal plane [mean Sn—C 2.133 (7) Å] and the axial positions being occupied by the carboxyl­ate O atoms of two different N‐(1‐naphthyl)­maleamate ligands with inequivalent Sn—O distances [2.167 (4) and 2.457 (4) Å]. The N‐(1‐naphthyl)­maleamate fragment forms an essentially planar seven‐membered ring involving an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The first synthesis of benzo[1,2‐c:3,4‐c']bis[1,2,5]selenadiazole has been developed starting from commercially available 4‐nitrobenzo‐2,1,3‐selenadiazole. Improved syntheses of the related heterocycles [1,2,5]selenadiazolo[3,4‐e]‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole, furazanobenzo‐2,1,3‐thiadiazole and furazanobenzo‐2,1,3‐selenadiazole are also reported.  相似文献

N‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl imidate type 1 reacts with thiourea, carbon disulfide, cyanamide, and hydrazide to give, respectively, [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐thione 2 , [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐thiadiazin‐2‐thione 3 , [1,2‐a] benzimidazolo‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐amine 4 , and [1,2‐a] benzimidazol‐2‐yl amidrazone 5 with good yields. A new synthesis to obtain eight novel derivatives of 1‐[(p‐substituted)phenyl]‐3a‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)‐phenyl]‐5‐chloro‐9‐methylthio‐10,3a‐dihydro‐[1,2,4]‐oxadiazolo[2,3‐b][1,4]benzodiazepines with possible biological and pharmacological activity as anxiolytics, hypnotics, anticonvulsants in the central nervous system. The final products were obtained by condensation between 2‐methylthio‐5‐[(o‐; p‐substituted)‐phenyl]‐3H‐7‐chloro‐[1,4]benzodiazepine with benzonitrile oxide generated in situ from benzohydroxamoyl chloride in triethylamine. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H‐nmr, 13C‐nmr, with experiments bidimensional and ms in low and high resolution.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C19H17N5O2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2}n, the ZnII cation is located at an inversion centre within a slightly distorted octahedron, ligated by four N atoms from four N2,N6‐bis[(pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl]pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxamide (L) ligands occupying a plane about the ZnII atom with the two water O atoms perpendicular to that. In the complex molecule, the bidentate bridging L ligands display helical R and S conformers, and link the ZnII cations into a one‐dimensional centrosymmetric double‐chain structure containing 32‐membered rings. The nitrate anions reside in these rings and are involved in multiple N—H...O hydrogen‐bond interactions. On excitation at 390 nm, the title compound displays a strong blue emission centred at 449 nm. Investigation of the thermal stability shows that the network structure is stable up to 420 K.  相似文献

The rigid organic linkers N‐(4‐bromophenylsulfonyl)dithiocarbimate(2−) and N‐(4‐iodophenylsulfonyl)dithiocarbimate(2−) crystallize with two potassium cations and two water molecules in their asymmetric units, forming the title coordination polymers, [K2(C7H4BrNO2S3)(H2O)2]n and [K2(C7H4INO2S3)(H2O)2]n. The anions and the water molecules link the potassium cations into broad two‐dimensional networks, which are further linked by K...halide interactions.  相似文献
