Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

The (4E)‐N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5‐(3‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐diazo‐3‐oxopent‐4‐enoic acid amides 5a˜j were synthesized with N‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐diazo‐3‐oxobutyramide 4 from p‐chloroaniline and various arylaldehydes. The yielded products 5a˜j were investigated with NMR, MS, IR, and X‐ray crystallographic techniques.  相似文献

The reaction of the hydrazide of pyridine‐4‐acetic acid with isothiocyanate gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives respectively. Further cyclization with 2% NaOH led to the formation of 4‐substituted 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione and 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione. The structures of all new products were confirmed by analytical and spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Systematic NMR characterization of 4‐thio‐5‐furan‐pyrimidine nucleosides or 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐pyrimidine nucleosides (ribonucleosides and 2′‐deoxynucleosides) was performed. All proton and carbon signals of 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐ribouridine and related analogues were unambiguously assigned. The orientations of the base (4‐thiouridine or its deoxy analogue) relative to the ring (furan or thiophene) are explored by a NMR approach and further supported by X‐ray crystallographic studies. The procedures presented here would be applicable to other modified nucleosides and nucleotides. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The structures of 4‐chloro‐3‐nitroaniline, C6H5ClN2O2, (I), and 4‐iodo‐3‐nitroaniline, C6H5IN2O2, (II), are isomorphs and both undergo continuous (second order) phase transitions at 237 and 200 K, respectively. The structures, as well as their phase transitions, have been studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and difference scanning calorimetry experiments. Both high‐temperature phases (293 K) show disorder of the nitro substituents, which are inclined towards the benzene‐ring planes at two different orientations. In the low‐temperature phases (120 K), both inclination angles are well maintained, while the disorder is removed. Concomitantly, the b axis doubles with respect to the room‐temperature cell. Each of the low‐temperature phases of (I) and (II) contains two pairs of independent molecules, where the molecules in each pair are related by noncrystallographic inversion centres. The molecules within each pair have the same absolute value of the inclination angle. The Flack parameter of the low‐temperature phases is very close to 0.5, indicating inversion twinning. This can be envisaged as stacking faults in the low‐temperature phases. It seems that competition between the primary amine–nitro N—H...O hydrogen bonds which form three‐centred hydrogen bonds is the reason for the disorder of the nitro groups, as well as for the phase transition in both (I) and (II). The backbones of the structures are formed by N—H...N hydrogen bonding of moderate strength which results in the graph‐set motif C(3). This graph‐set motif forms a zigzag chain parallel to the monoclinic b axis and is maintained in both the high‐ and the low‐temperature structures. The primary amine groups are pyramidal, with similar geometric values in all four determinations. The high‐temperature phase of (II) has been described previously [Garden et al. (2004). Acta Cryst. 4‐(5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 11 and 4‐(4‐arylamino‐5‐oxo‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐sydnones 13 have been obtained from a‐chloroformylarylhydrazine hydrochloride 2 . Moreover, the intermediates, including 3, 4 , 9 and 10 , in this study are synthetically informative and valuable. It is also noteworthy that three reactants, 1, 2 and sydnonecarbaldehydes, were prepared from sydnone derivatives and their fragments. The oxidative cyclizations of sydnonecarbaldehyde semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10 with two different oxidizing agents (Cu(ClO4)2 and Fe(ClO4)3) have been extensively examined. The reaction time and the yields of cyclizations were affected by the substituents of semicarbazones 9 and carbazones 10.  相似文献

Treatment of 3‐aryl‐2‐thioxo‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones 1 with CN? and NCO? effected the ring cleavage providing [(cyanocarbonothioyl)amino]benzenes 4 and arylisothiocyanates 5 , respectively. Similar treatment of 5‐(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethyl) derivatives 2 afforded 2,4‐bis(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethylidene)cyclobutane‐1,3‐diones 6 along with each of the preceding products. Treatment of the respective (E,Z)‐5‐(2‐aryl‐2‐oxoethylidene) analogues 3b and 3c with CN? gave 4b and 4c and 2‐(arylcarbonyl)‐2‐methoxy‐4‐oxopentanedinitriles 7b and 7c , in addition to 3,6‐bis[2‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1‐methoxy‐2‐oxoethylidene]‐1,4‐dithiane‐2,5‐dione 8c , which has been generated from 3c . Reactions of 3c or 3d with NCO? provided 5c or 5d , together with 8c or 8d as pure isomers. In the formation of the MeO products 7 and 8 , the solvent (MeOH) has participated. Structures of these products are based on microanalytical and spectroscopic data. Rationalizations for the above transformations are given.  相似文献

2‐Formylchromones and 3‐formylchromones as the first materials singly reacted with 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole to give the corresponding Schiff bases, which on cyclocondensation with mercapto‐acetic acid in 1,4‐dioxane yielded target compounds named 4‐oxo‐thiazolidines. The structures of all the synthetic compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, LC‐MS (ESI) spectral data.  相似文献

Electrochemical oxidation of 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoic acid ( 1 ) and 4‐tert‐butylcatechol ( 5 ) in the presence of 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐pyrone ( 2 ) as nucleophile in aqueous solution has been studied using cyclic voltammetry and controlled‐potential coulometry. The results indicate that 1 via Michael reaction under electro‐decarboxylation reaction converts to heterocyclic compound 4 , and the quinone derived from 4‐tert‐butylcatechol ( 5 ) participates in Michael reaction with 2 and through an ECE mechanism converts to the corresponding o‐quinone ( 6a ). The electrochemical synthesis of 4 and 6a has been successfully performed in an undivided cell.  相似文献

Chair, twist, and boat conformations of axial and equatorial 4‐fluoro‐4‐chloro‐ and 4‐fluoro‐4‐bromo‐4‐silathiacyclohexane S‐oxides have been calculated at the second‐order Møller–Plesset (MP2) and density functional theory (DFT) levels of theory. The 2,5‐twist and 1,4‐boat conformers of the axial sulfoxides are stabilized by transannular interaction between the sulfinyl oxygen and silicon to give trigonal bipyramidal geometry at silicon. The stability of conformers containing pentacoordinate silicon is governed by the balance of the transannular sulfinyl oxygen–silicon coordination, nonbonded H…H and O…Hlgax interactions, electronegativity of Hlgax and nucleofugality of Hlgeq, and may approach the stability of the lowest‐energy chair conformers. The effect of pentacoordination on the energy and geometry of Si‐halogenated 4‐silathiane S‐oxides is analyzed as a function of the halogen nature and position. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Crystals of poly[[aqua[μ3‐4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato‐κ5O1O1′:N3,O4:O5][μ4‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ7N3,O4:O4,O4′:O1,O1′:O1]cadmium(II)] monohydrate], {[Cd2(C15H14N2O4)(C16H14N2O6)(H2O)]·H2O}n or {[Cd2(Hcpimda)(cpima)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), were obtained from 1‐(4‐carboxybenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3cpimda) and cadmium(II) chloride under hydrothermal conditions. The structure indicates that in‐situ decarboxylation of H3cpimda occurred during the synthesis process. The asymmetric unit consists of two Cd2+ centres, one 4‐carboxy‐1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylate (Hcpimda2−) anion, one 1‐(4‐carboxylatobenzyl)‐2‐propyl‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylate (cpima2−) anion, one coordinated water molecule and one lattice water molecule. One Cd2+ centre, i.e. Cd1, is hexacoordinated and displays a slightly distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The other Cd centre, i.e. Cd2, is coordinated by seven O atoms originating from one Hcpimda2− ligand and three cpima2− ligands. This Cd2+ centre can be described as having a distorted capped octahedral coordination geometry. Two carboxylate groups of the benzoate moieties of two cpima2− ligands bridge between Cd2 centres to generate [Cd2O2] units, which are further linked by two cpima2− ligands to produce one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chains based around large 26‐membered rings. Meanwhile, adjacent Cd1 centres are linked by Hcpimda2− ligands to generate 1D zigzag chains. The two types of chains are linked through a μ2‐η2 bidentate bridging mode from an O atom of an imidazole carboxylate unit of cpima2− to give a two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymer. The simplified 2D net structure can be described as a 3,6‐coordinated net which has a (43)2(46.66.83) topology. Furthermore, the FT–IR spectroscopic properties, photoluminescence properties, powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern and thermogravimetric behaviour of the polymer have been investigated.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures and properties of the complexes [CdBr2( L )2·4H2O]n [ L = 2,6‐dimethyl‐3,5‐dicyano‐4‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1,4‐dihydropyridine], 1 and [Cd(SCN)2( L )2(H2O)]n, 2 , are reported. In polymeric complexes 1 — 2 , the L ligands bridge the metal centers through the pyrimidyl and cyano nitrogen atoms forming 1‐D double‐stranded chain and zigzag chain, respectively. The L ligands in complex 1 act as κ1, κ1‐bidentate bridging ligand, whereas the L ligands in complex 2 act as κ1‐monodentae and κ1, κ1‐bidentate bridging ligand. The molecules of these complexes are interlinked through various weak interactions that form the packed structure. All the complexes exhibit emissions which may be tentatively assigned as intraligand (IL) π→π* transitions.  相似文献

A bis(ether amine) containing the ortho‐substituted phenylene unit and pendant tert‐butyl group, 1,2‐bis(4‐aminophenoxy)‐4‐tert‐butylbenzene, was synthesized and used as a monomer to prepare polyimides with six commercial dianhydrides via a conventional two‐stage procedure. The intermediate poly(amic acid)s had inherent viscosities of 0.78–1.44 dL/g, and most of them could be thermally converted into transparent, flexible, and tough polyimide films. The inherent viscosities of the resulting polyimides were in the range of 0.46–0.87 dL/g. All polyimides were noncrystalline, and most of them showed excellent solubility in polar organic solvents. The glass‐transition temperatures of these polyimides were in the range of 222–259 °C in differential scanning calorimetry and 212–282 °C in thermomechanicl analysis. These polyimides showed no appreciable decomposition up to 500 °C in thermogravimetric analysis in air or nitrogen. A comparative study of the properties with the corresponding polyimides without pendant tert‐butyl groups derived from 1,2‐bis(4‐aminophenoxy)benzene is also presented. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The synthesis of some new S‐nucleosides of 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiols ( 4a‐n ) is described. Direct glycosylation of ( 4a‐n ) with tetra‐O‐acetyl‐α‐D‐glucopyranosyl bromide in the presence of potassium hydroxide followed by deacetylation using dry ammonia in methanol gave the corresponding 3‐S‐(ñ‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐aryl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazoles ( 6a‐n ) in good yields. All the compounds were fully characterized by means of 1HNMR, 13C NMR spectra and elemental analyses. To assist in the interpretation of the spectroscopic data, the crystal structure of 3‐S‐(2′,3′,4′,6′‐tetra‐O‐acetyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl)‐5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 5a ) was determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献
