橡胶弹簧非线性刚度的有限元解 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
本文探讨了用双重非线性有限元手段,求解橡胶弹簧的非线性刚度。橡胶的本构关系采用了广义虎克定律和基于应变能的超弹性材料的本构关系联合使用的方案,用单元内的静水压力p,来修正广义虎克定律的弹性常数E和G。还提出了带刚性域的超单元和波前凝聚法两种新的办法,获得橡胶弹簧的刚度,使内存用量和CPU时间大幅度下降。因而几何、物理双重非线性橡胶弹簧的计算,能在微机上实现。文内选用英国DUNLOP橡胶公司橡胶元件 相似文献

利用一种新的橡胶材料应变能函数,对橡胶楔体与刚性缺口接触大变形问题进行了分析。得到了接触尖点附近变形的奇异性特征,给出了奇异性指数与材料常数、橡胶楔体角度、刚性缺口角度之间的关系式。同时编制了大变形有限元程序,计算得到了与理论解一致的结论。 相似文献

提出一种画二维和主等参单元彩色云图的新方法。首先,根据单元覆盖象素的数量在正方形母元上均匀布置足够数量的点。第二,用单元的结点坐标、结点应力以及等参扦值函数,插值计算这些点的总体坐标及应力。第三,根据预先设立的颜色与应力之间的函数关系,求出每个点对应的象素的颜色。最后,逐个把单元覆盖的象素设置为求出的颜色。与消陷技术以及画家算法结合起来,这种方法可以清晰画出三维应力场的云图。实例表明,本文方法简单、准确,易于实现。 相似文献

Numerical examinations demonstrate its remarkable characteristic behavior in being free from spurious kinematic mode, capable of alleviating locking difficulties as the thin plate limit is approached and providing numerical results with remarkable accuracy and computational efficiency over Spilker's counterpart LH4. The system of Coupled Nonlinear Schrödinger's Equations (CNLSE) is solved numerically by means of a conservative difference scheme. Values of the cross-modulation parameter, α2, are chosen to induce repelling collisions. The resulting waveforms are fitted to soliton profiles and studied via internal parameters including phase velocity to gain insight into the dynamics of the repelling collisions. A decaying oscillation of the post-collision profiles is observed and investigated in terms of varying α2 and relative initial velocity of colliding profiles. 相似文献

We study a contact problem with friction for a hyperelastic long thin-walled tube. One end of the tube is placed over an immovable, rough, rigid cylinder and an axial force is applied to another end. We assume the deformation of the tube is finite and axisymmetric. The tube is modeled by a semi-infinity cylindrical membrane. The axial force tends to a constant value at large distances from the inclusion. The membrane is made of an incompressible, homogeneous, isotropic elastic material. A contact between the membrane and the rigid cylinder is with a dry friction. The membrane will not slide off the cylinder only by friction and at a sufficient contact area. The friction is described by Coulomb’s law. We study a minimum length of the membrane which is in contact with the rigid cylinder and is needed to hold the membrane on the rigid cylinder. We obtain an explicit solution for the Bartenev–Khazanovich (Varga) strain–energy function and numerical results for the Mooney–Rivlin and Fung models. 相似文献

通过引入接触间隙荷载,在荷载项中反映接触状态变化的影响,避免了重新形成接触刚度矩阵,构造了弹性接触问题的常刚度迭代格式。然后借助于不动点迭代的Steffensen加速技术给出了一种求解弹性接触问题的常刚度迭代加速算法。文中最后给出两个算例表明了本文方法的有效性。 相似文献

本文提出了一种新的弹性与弹塑性问题的对称耦合解法。根据分区广义变分原理,直接导出问题的求解方程式。通过典型算例,验证了该方法的有效性,本文建议的方法与超单元形式的耦合法相比,在理论上比较直接,在计算上更为经济。 相似文献
