研究了不同温度下几种结构的有机电致发光器件(OLED)的瞬态电致发光响应特性以及电流密度-电压-亮度特性。研究发现,启亮电压随温度升高而减小的加速度在200 K时出现拐点,且这一数值主要由电子传输层Alq3的迁移率决定。当温度为200 K时,延迟时间td最重要的影响因素是Mo O3空穴注入势垒,随着温度的升高,Δtd逐渐减小,到300 K时基本消失。Vf代表光衰减时间随温度增长的平均速率。Mo O3注入层和电致发光材料Ir(ppy)3都会对载流子的堆积起促进作用。由Mo O3注入层不同引起的ΔVf是0.52μs/K,由电致发光材料Ir(ppy)3不同引起的ΔVf是0.73μs/K。 相似文献

Changes in the relative quantum yield and polarization degree of steady-state fluorescence of daunomycin (DM) on its binding to six synthetic single- and double-stranded polynucleotides of various nucleotide compositions were measured over a wide range of molar polymer-to-dye ratios, in solutions of low ionic strength. Guanine base was found to be an effective quencher of DM fluorescence [in the DM–poly(G) complex the intensity of residual emission was ~0.5% of the free dye intensity]. The quenching of DM fluorescence by another purine base, i.e., adenine, was also revealed. But, unlike guanine, adenine exhibits quenching activity when it is in close contact with the DM chromophore, as realized in the complex with single-stranded poly(A). In intercalative complexes with double-stranded nucleic acids, where such contact is lacking, the quenching ability of adenine does not manifest itself, which has been demonstrated with the DM–poly(A) · poly(U) complex. It was found that the interaction with pyrimidine bases does not substantially change the DM quantum yield. The quenching feature of DM fluorescence is identical to that observed earlier by us for a glycoside phenazine dye containing, like DM, a neutral chromophore. 相似文献

Paramagnetic resonance of ZnSe: Fe single crystals was studied at 120 K. Parameters of the spin Hamiltonian were determined for the monoclinic dimer complex Fe3+–Cu+ and a second discovered Fe3+ center, which appears due to association of the iron ion with a K+ ion in a Zn2+ position or with a zinc vacancy. 无水乙醇中回流制得ZnCl_2和ZnSO_4与2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶(AMP)的1:2和1:1固态配合物,用化学分析和元素分析确定它们的组成分别为Zn(AMP)_2Cl_2(A)和Zn(AMP)SO_4(B);用IR,XPS和~1HNMR研究了它们的成键情况。IR光谱分析说明配合物中,配体通过氨基N原子及嘧啶环上一个N原子与Zn~(2 )双齿配位,配合物B中SO_4~(2-)参与了配位;XPS谱证明配合物A中和B中SO_4~(2-)均参与了配位,并且N→Zn~(2 )键中有不同程度的反馈键;~1H NMR说明配合物A中有2个配体参与配位,配合物B中只有1个配体参与了配位。由此推测了它们的可能结构。 相似文献

The dependence of the spectral position of the electroluminescence bands of epitaxial light-emitting diode n
+–n–p structures (GaAs0.15P0.85) on the density of a direct heterojunction current at different successive instants of time — before an acoustic emission and after it — has been revealed. The shifts of the electroluminescence bands accompanied by acoustic emission can be divided into three types according to the density of the current: (1) short-term shifts due to relaxation of the defect structure of a sample — at relatively low currents, (2) the magnitude of the reverse shift being determined by the current density — at large currents, and (3) formation of an IR band (1.5–1.1 eV) with irreversible degradation changing in the red (1.75 eV) and green (2.19 eV) bands of the electroluminescence spectrum — at ultrahigh currents (100–200 A/cm2). 相似文献

Two new zinc complexes, namely Zn(L1)ClCH2NO(1) and {Zn(L2)CH2NO}n?N(CH3)3?ClO4(2) (L1 = 3,5-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)pyridine L2 = 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl) benzene), have been synthesized, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis, and a single crystal X-ray diffraction. Fluorescence spectroscopy indicated that two complexes presented strong DNA binding affinity constants to fish sperm DNA (FS-DNA). Gel electrophoresis assay demonstrated the ability of the complex to cleave the HL-60 DNA. Apoptotic study showed the complex exhibited significant cancer cell(KB) inhibitory rate. 相似文献

有机电致发光显示器对水和氧气非常敏感,渗入器件后会和有机功能层及电极材料反应而影响器件的寿命及稳定性。本文提出了一种液体可涂覆干燥剂的制备方法,采用了氯化物干燥剂和价格低廉的阳离子成膜剂结合合成一种具有很好成膜性、且吸水效果很强的涂覆干燥剂。封装240 h后,使用薄膜干燥剂的器件的亮度分别为平均值的103.5%、83.3%以及119.8%,效率为平均值的130.7%、65.6%以及126.0%。与传统干燥剂相比,该薄膜干燥剂的吸湿效果更佳,且可延缓OLED的老化。 相似文献

A study was made of electroluminescence in ZnO-ZnSe: Cu, Cl type luminophors as a function of band-gap of the resultant host lattice. By altering relative proportions of the oxide and the selenide, a number of samples were prepared, giving electroluminescent emission covering a wide spectral range from green to red. The emission spectrum shifts toward the red due to successive reduction of band gap of the combined system as the percentage amount of ZnSe is increased. The effect of firing atmosphere in the preparation of these luminophors is also described. Taking (0.5 ZnO, 0.5 ZnSe): Cu, Cl as a specific sample, different emission bands were recorded when excited by A.C. field and the ultraviolett radiations. The electroluminescent brightness of the sample follows the relationB=B 0 e?b/√¯v at normal frequencies and voltages. 相似文献

We investigate the bipolaron channel B++ + B-- → BX. The dynamical evolutions and transition probabilities of this bipolaron luminescence channel are studied. It is found that this channel avoids the triplet and is able to enhance the efficiency. We suggest that choosing certain polymers and injection structures, in which B is easily formed, can improve the luminescence efficiency. It is believed that these results will motivate further experimental studies about the function of bipolarons in electroluminescence. 相似文献

The association of aminotoluenes with different proton acceptors in CCl4 was studied in the temperature range 290–330 K on the basis of IR absorption spectra in the region of the amino group stretching vibrations. It is found that the location of the maximum, halfwidth, and integrated intensity of the absorption bands (NH) of monomers and H-bonded complexes depend almost linearly on temperature. It is shown that in the 1:1 complexes the hydrogen bonding is more stable than in the 1:2 complexes. 相似文献
