Reaction of 2,2-dialkyl-3-(dimethylamino)-2H-azirines 1a and 1b with 2,3-pyridinedicarboximide ( 4 ) in MeCN or DMF at room temperature yielded two regioisomeric tricyclic 1:1 adducts, the azacyclols 11/12 and 16/17 , respectively (Schemes 3 and 4). The structure of 12 was established by X-ray crystallography. Methanolysis of 11/12 and 16/17 led to mixtures of methyl [4, 4-dialkyl-5-(dimethylamino)-4H-imidazol-2-yl] pyridine carboxylates 13/14 and 18/19 , respectively. The structure of compound 14 is closely related to that of the powerful herbicide 9 (Scheme 9), i.e. the described reactions offer a new synthetic approach to this class of compounds. A mechanistic interpretation for the formation of regioisomeric 1:1 adducts as well as methyl (imidazol-2-yl) pyridine carboxylates is depicted in Scheme 5.  相似文献

Series of new (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones and (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones have been efficiently prepared via the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of 2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde and 2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde, respectively, with aryl methyl ketones under conditions of ultrasound and microwave irradiation. Structures of the products have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analysis. Evaluation of the in vitro antibacterial activity against bacterial (Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli) and fungal (Aspergillus niger and Candida metapsilosis) strains has revealed good antimicrobial activity of some of the tested compounds.  相似文献

We have used semiempirical calculations (PM3, MNDOd) to show that the parabolic dependence of the rate constants (kobs, s−1) on the picryl iodide (PicI) concentration in the reaction of quaternization of 4-[4-(dimethylamino)styryl]pyridine (DASP) in acetonitrile is due to formation of an inactive σ1,3 adduct from DASP and PicI. It was established that the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-ones with tosylhydrazine leads to 3-[(E)-2-arylvinyl]-4-methyl-1-tosyl-1H-pyrazoles and 3-aryl-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl)-3-tosylpropan-1-ones. The latter are formed as a result of rearrangement of the intermediate hydrazino alcohols and/or addition of p-toluenesulfinic acid during reductive degradation of the tosylhydrazine. It was shown that the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-methyloxiran-2-yl)-3-tosylpropan-1-ones with an excess of tosylhydrazine leads to 3-(2-aryl-2-tosylethyl)-4-methyl-1-tosyl-1H-pyrazoles. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 10, pp. 1481–1489, October, 2005.  相似文献
