The reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with tetramethyltrifluoromethylcyclopentadiene at various ratios of the reagents was studied. Refluxing of Ru3(CO)12 with a sixfold excess of tetramethyltrifluoromethylcyclopentadiene in octane in an inert atmosphere gave a complex, which is, according to X-ray diffraction data, a dimer,trans-[Ru(η5-C5Me4CF3)(CO)2]2. The reaction under the same conditions but starting from Ru3(CO)12 and C5Me4CF3H in 2∶1 molar ratio gave a hexaruthenium cluster [Ru63-H)(η24-CO)2(μ-CO)(Co)125-C5Me4CF2)], which was characterized by IR as well as1H,13C, and19F NMR spectroscopy. According to X-ray diffraction data, an Ru4 tetrahedron, in which two edges are bound by additional “briding” Ru atoms, constitutes the frame of this compound. It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

2-(1-Alkoxyimino-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-5-trimethylsilylfurans were synthesized by the condensation of 2-(trifluoroacetyl)-5-trimethylsilylfuran with alkoxyamines. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopic data, the alkoxyimino group in the E-isomers descreens the H-3 and H-4 protons of the furan ring more strongly than in the Z-isomers, shifting their signals downfield. The synthesis and chemical transformations of 3-(2-cyanoethyl)-6-aryl- or 6-(trans-4-alkylcyclohexyl)cyclohex-2-enones into nematic and smectic liquid crystalline compounds are discussed. The synthesis and reactions of methyl 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate (1a) are described. Upon reaction with methyl iodide, benzyl chloride, or acetic anhydride, this compound gave N-substituted products 1b-d. By hydrolysis of compounds 1a-c, the corresponding acids 2a-c were formed, or by reaction with hydrazine-hydrate, the corresponding carbohydrazides 3a-c were formed. By heating 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenly]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylic acid (2a) in acetic anhydride, 4-acetyl-2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furo[3,2-b]pyrrole (4) was formed. By hydrolysis of 4, 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4H-furo[3,2-b]pyrrole (5a) was formed, and reactions with methyl iodide or benzyl chloride gave N-substituted products 5b-c. The reaction of 4 with dimethyl butynedioate gave substituted benzo[b]furan 6. Compound 3a reacted with triethyl orthoesters giving 7a-c, which afforded with phosphorus (V) sulphide the corresponding thiones 8a-c. The thiones 8a-c reacted with hydrazine hydrate to form hydrazine derivatives 9a-c. The reaction of triethyl orthoformiate with compounds 9a-c led to furo[2′,3′: 4,5]pyrrolo[1,2-d][1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-f][1,2,4]triazines 10a-c. Hydrazones 11a-c were formed from 3a-c and 5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]furan-2-carboxaldehyde. The effect of microwave irradiation on some condensation reactions was compared with “classical” conditions. The results showed that microwave irradiation shortens the reaction time while affording comparable yields.  相似文献

The reaction of o-iodobenzaldehyde, cyanothioacetamide, and N-acetoacetyl-o-toluidine in the presence of piperidine gave piperidinium 4,5-trans-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-4-(2-iodophenyl)-6-methyl-5-(2-methylphenyl)carbamoyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-thiolate used in the synthesis of substituted 4,5-trans-2-alkylthiotetrahydropyridines and 2-(2-thiazolyl)acrylonitriles. The structure of 3-(2-iodophenyl)-2-(4-phenyl-2-thiazolyl)acrylonitrile was studied using X-ray diffraction structural analysis.  相似文献

Ruthenium carbonyl triphenylphosphine complexes Ru2(CO)6−n (PPh3) n {μ-C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)} (n=1, 2) were obtained by the reaction of complex Ru2(CO)6{μ-C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)} containing the ruthenacyclopentadiene moiety with PPh3 in refluxing toluene. The complexes were characterized by IR and by1H,13C, and31P NMR spectroscopy, and by X-ray analysis. The monophosphine derivative is identical to the complex formed by fragmentation of the Ru3(CO)8(PPh3){μ-C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)C(CH=CHPh)C(Ph)} cluster and contains the PPh3 ligand at the ruthenium atom of the ruthenacyclopentadiene moiety. Reactions in an Al(OBus)3-(COOH)2 (OA)-tetrahydrofuran (THF)/(CD3)2SO (DMSO-d6) system (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6: OA = 1 : 5 : 5 : x, x = 0.01 –3) were studied, without the addition of water and the process was monitored by NMR. When x 0.3, homogeneous solutions were obtained, whereas white precipitates formed with x 0.7. The formation of sec-butyl alcohol was evident with x 0.6, indicating that oxalate groups coordinate to aluminum to release sec-butyl alcohol. 13C NMR spectra of the solutions after 1 day suggest the presence of polymeric species if 0.03 x 0.6. The addition of a small amount of water resulted in the formation of a white precipitate (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6 : OA : H2O = 1 : 5 : 5 : 0.3 : y,y = 0.03–0.3), indicating that water, possibly formed by esterification in the Al(OBus)3-OA-THF/DMSO-d6 system, does not take a major role in the present system.  相似文献

The reactions of 2-hydroxy-2-polyfluoroalkylchroman-4-ones with hydroxylamine yield, through 2-isoxazolines as intermediate products, 3-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles. Analogous reactions with 2-polyfluoroalkylchromones afford -diketone monooximes, which in an acidic medium undergo cyclodehydration into 5-(2-hydroxyaryl)-3-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles. The structures of regioisomeric 3- and 5-polyfluoroalkylisoxazoles were determined using 1H, 19F, and 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reaction of gaseous HCl with either the disodium or dilithium compound of the [nido-2,4-(SiMe3)2-2,4-C2B4H4]2− dianion (I) in 1:1 stoichiometry in THF produced the monoprotonated species 1-Na(THF)2-2,4-(SiMe3)2-2,4-C2B4H5 (II) or 1-Li(THF)2-2,4-(SiMe3)2-2,4-C2B4H5 (III), in 81% and 80% yields, respectively. This method proved superior to that involving the direct reduction of the closo-C2B4 carborane by metal hydrides. II and III were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H, 11B and 13C NMR and IR spectra. Compound II was recrystallized from a mixture THF, hexane and TMEDA (1:2:1) to isolate colorless crystals of the mixed solvated species, 1-(THF)-1-(TMEDA)-1-Na-2,4-(SiMe3)2-2,4-C2B4H5 (IV), which were subsequently used for X-ray diffraction studies. The structure of IV showed that the capping metal occupied the apical position above the open C2B3 face of the carborane and that a hydrogen atom was bridging the two adjacent boron atoms on that face. The 11B and 13C NMR spectra calculated by GIAO (gauge independent atomic orbital) methods at the 6-311G** level on the B3LYP/6-31G* optimized geometries of IIII, and a number of related nido- and closo-carboranes, gave excellent agreement with experiment, even in compounds where electron correlation effects are known to be important.  相似文献

Isomeric 4-acetyl-5-amino-3-methyl- and 4-acetyl-3-amino-5-methylpyrazoles (2, 3) were formed in the reaction of hydrazines with 3-[amino(methylthio)methylene]pentan-2,4-dione (1) (diacetylketeneN,S-acetal). Pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines (5a,b) were synthesized by condensation of 4-acetyl-5-amino-1,3-dimethylpyrazole (2a) with amide dimethylacetals followed by treatment with ammonium acetate. The reaction of 6-(tert-butyl)-3-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one with acetone and benzaldehyde yields the corresponding hydrazones. In the presence of thionyl chloride the benzaldehyde hydrazone is converted to 3-(tert-butyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]-1,2,4-triazin-2(1H)-one and this can also be formed via the acylation of the starting hydrazinotriazinone using benzoyl chloride.  相似文献

(S)-4-Chloro-2-fluorophenylalanine and (S)-(α-methy)-4-chloro-2-fluorophenylalanine were synthesized and labeled with no carrier added (n.c.a.) fluorine-18 through a radiochemical synthesis relying on the highly enantioselective reaction between 4-chloro-2-[18F]fluorobenzyl iodide and the lithium enolate of (2S)-1-(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)-2-(tert-butyl)-3-methyl-1,3-imidazolidine-4-one for (S)-4-chloro-2-[18F]fluorophenylalanine and (2S,5S)-1-(tert-butyloxycarbonyl)-2-(tert-butyl)-3,5-dimethyl-1,3-imidazolidine-4-one for (S)-(α-methyl) -4-chloro-2-[18F] fluorophenylalanine. Quantities of about 20–25 mCi were obtained at the end of sy nthesi s, ready for injection after hydrolysis and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) purification, with a radiochemical yield of 17%–20% corrected to the end of bombardment after a total synthesis time of 90–105 min from [18F] fluoride. The enantiomeric excesses were shown to be 97% or more for both molecules without chiral separation and the radiochemical and chemical purities were 98% or better.  相似文献

A one-step procedure was developed for the synthesis of 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-aryl-3-cyano-4H-pyrano[3,2-b]indoles involving the three-component reaction of 1-acetylindol-3(2H)-one with aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile in ethanol in the presence of triethylamine as the catalyst. The structure of 5-acetyl-2-amino-4-(4"-chloro-3"-nitrophenyl)-3-cyano-4H-pyrano[3,2-b]indole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The spatial structure of (Z)-(5R)-methyl-2-(4-phenylbenzylidene)cyclohexanone prepared by photochemical isomerization of the E-isomer was studied by analyzing the magnitudes and temperature dependence of the proton spin-spin coupling constants obtained by 1H NMR spectroscopy and the results of molecular modeling using semiempirical quantum chemical AM1 and PM3 methods and the density functional theory (DFT). Comparison of the results obtained for the Z-and E-isomers shows that in both cases the conformational equilibrium for both isomers is characterized by significant preference of the chair conformer having an equatorial methyl group, namely, − ΔH (chair a ⇌ chair e) = 1.98–2.12 and 1.36–1.54 kcal mole−1 for the Z-and E-isomers, respectively. Distinctions in the non-planarity of the enone fragment and cyclohexanone ring in the Z-and E-isomers under study following from the results of mathematical modeling were confirmed by the experimental values of the geminal spin-spin coupling constants of protons of the methylene groups in α,α ′-positions with respect to the enone group. Quantum chemical calculations of the Z-isomer revealed the existence of intramolecular hydrogen bond between the carbonyl oxygen and the nearest aromatic proton in ortho-position of the benzene ring. Possible reasons for different helical twisting power of (Z)-(5R)-methyl-2-(4-phenylbenzylidene)cyclohexanone and the E-and Z-arylidene derivatives of 1R, 4R-isomenthone in the mesophase are discussed based on the results of molecular structure studies for these compounds. In the text below the unsaturated ketones under study will be called “arylidene cyclohexanone derivatives” for convenience of comparing the characteristics of methylcyclohexanone and isomenthone derivatives. The behavior of different anilines H2NC6H4R (R = o-Me, p-Me, o-, m- and p? i Pr, p-OMe, p-CO2Et) and 2,6-Me2C6H3NH2 towards trihalophosphoranes was studied. 2,6-Me2C6H3NH2 failed to form the diaminophosphonium salt [Ph2PNH(2,6-Me2C6H3)2]Br, and the aminophosphine oxide Ph2(2,6-Me2C6H3NH)PO was the only isolated product. Both o- and p-toluidine gave the corresponding diaminophosphonium salts; however in the case of o-toluidine, the yield was low and a mixture with the respective aminophosphine oxide was observed. Anilines containing methoxy and ethoxycarbonyl groups in para-position form the diaminophosphonium salts in reasonable yields.  相似文献
