To understand the role of isospin effects on fragmentation due to the collisions of charge asymmetric nuclei, we have performed a complete systematical study using isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics model. Here simulations have been carried out for $^{124}{\rm X}_{n}+^{124}{\rm X}_{n}$ , where n varies from 47 to 59 and for $^{40}{\rm Y}_{m}+^{40}{\rm Y}_{m}$ , where m varies from 14 to 23. Our study shows that isospin-dependent cross-section shows its influence on fragmentation in the collision of neutron-rich nuclei.  相似文献

We have been performing Λ hypernuclear spectroscopic experiments by the (e,e′K +) reaction since 2000 at Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (JLab). The (e,e′K +) experiment can achieve a few 100 keV (FWHM) energy resolution compared to a few MeV (FWHM) by the (K ?, π ?) and (π +, K +) experiments. Therefore, more precise Λ hypernuclear structures can be investigated by the (e,e′K +) experiment. ${^{7}_{\Lambda}{\rm He}}$ , ${^{9}_{\Lambda}{\rm Li}}$ , ${^{10}_{\Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , ${^{12}_{\Lambda}{\rm B}}$ , ${^{28}_{\Lambda}{\rm Al}}$ , and ${^{52}_{\Lambda}{\rm V}}$ were measured in the experiment at JLab Hall-C. In addition, ${^{9}_{\Lambda}{\rm Li}}$ , ${^{12}_{\Lambda}{\rm B}}$ , and ${^{16}_{\Lambda}{\rm N}}$ were measured in the experiment at JLab Hall-A.  相似文献

We model the process of incoherent emission from \(\hbox {In}_{x}\hbox {Ga}_{1-x}\hbox {N/GaN}\) quantum wells in GaN core–shell nanorod arrays using finite-difference time-domain simulations. We find that high-intensity features in the emitted field correspond to guided resonance modes near the \(\varGamma \) -point of the photonic band structure. We identify one \(\varGamma \) -point mode whose electric field intensity profile is ideal for core–shell nanorod array geometries. Using this mode, we are able to simultaneously enhance the radiative recombination rate and extraction efficiency relative to an in-filled slab. We determine the conditions on radiative and nonradiative recombination rates for which the nanorod array has a higher internal and external quantum efficiency than a reference slab. We present one nanorod array geometry where the external quantum efficiency is enhanced up to a factor of 25.  相似文献

We discuss neutron-rich hypernuclei based on the first observation of \({^{10}_\Lambda{\rm Li}}\) in the KEK-E521 experiment as well as theoretical analyses. We also discuss recent experimental results on the production of an extremely neutron-rich hypernucleus, \({^{6}_\Lambda {\rm H}}\) .  相似文献

A full ligand-field energy matrix diagonalization treatment for 3d 1 ions in tetragonal symmetry is developed on the basis of the two spin?Corbit coupling parameter model, and the contributions of the spin?Corbit coupling of the ligand ions to the optical and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra are included. Spin Hamiltonian parameters of the tetragonal ${\rm V}^{4+}$ center in $\hbox{K}_2\hbox{SO}_4 {-} \hbox{Na}_2\hbox{SO}_4{-}\hbox{ZnSO}_4$ glass are calculated from the complete energy matrix diagonalization and the perturbation theory methods. The results calculated by both methods are not only close to each other but also in good agreement with the experimental values. Furthermore, the compressed defect structure of the ${\rm (VO_6)^{8-}}$ cluster is discussed.  相似文献

The abundances of FeII and FeIII environments within green rusts one, GR1s, that intercalate carbonate, oxalate and methanoate (formate) anions are found from Mössbauer spectra for compositions corresponding to [Fe $^{\rm II}_{6}$ Fe $^{\rm III}_{2}$ (OH)16]2?+??[CO $_{3}^{2-}$ ?5H2O]2???, [Fe $^{\rm II}_{4}$ Fe $^{\rm III}_{2}$ (OH)12]2?+??[CO $_{3}^{2-}$ ?3H2O]2???, [Fe $^{\rm II}_{6}$ Fe $^{\rm III}_{2}$ (OH)16]2?+??[C2O $_{4}^{2-}$ ?4H2O]2??? and [Fe $^{\rm II}_{5}$ Fe $^{\rm III}_{2}$ (OH)14]2?+??[2HCOO????3H2O]2???. These formulae correspond to orders α, β and γ where cation distances are (2 × a 0), ( $\surd 3$ × a 0) or a mixture of both leading to (7 × a 0), where ratio x = {[FeIII]/[Fetotal]} = 1/4, 1/3 and 2/7, respectively. Anion distributions within interlayers are also devised and long-range orders determined accordingly.  相似文献

Recent development in the study of the structure of light Λ and double Λ hypernuclei is reviewed from the view point of few-body problems and interactions between the constituent particles. In the study the present author and collaborators employed Gaussian expansion method for few-body calculations; the method has been applied to many kinds of few-body systems in the fields of nuclear physics and exotic atomic/molecular physics. We reviewed the following subjects studied using the method: (1) Precise three- and four-body calculations of ${^7_{\Lambda}{\rm He}}$ , ${^7_{\Lambda}{\rm Li}}$ , ${^7_{\Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , ${^8_{\Lambda}{\rm Li}}$ , ${^8_{\Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , ${^9_{\Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , ${^{10}_{\Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , ${^{10}_{\Lambda}{\rm B}}$ and ${^{13}_{\Lambda}{\rm C}}$ provide important information on the spin structure of the underlying Λ N interaction by comparing the calculated results with the recent experimental data by γ-ray hypernuclear spectroscopy. (2) The Λ-Σ coupling effect was investigated in ${^4_{\Lambda}{\rm H}}$ and ${^4_{\Lambda}{\rm He}}$ on the basis of the N?+?N?+?N?+?Λ (Σ) four-body model. (3) A systematic study of double-Λ hypernuclei and the Λ Λ interaction, based on the NAGARA event data ( ${^6_{\Lambda\Lambda}{\rm He}}$ ), was performed within the α +?x?+?Λ +?Λ cluster model (x = n, p, d, t,3He and α) and α +?α +?n?+?Λ +?Λ cluster model, (4) The Demachi-Yanagi event was interpreted as observation of the 2+ state of ${^{10}_{\Lambda \Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ , (5) The Hida event was interpreted as observation of the ground state of ${^{11}_{\Lambda \Lambda}{\rm Be}}$ .  相似文献

A few-body type computation is performed for a three-charge-particle collision with participation of a slow antiproton ${\bar{\rm{p}}}$ and a muonic muonium atom (true muonium), i.e. a bound state of two muons ${(\mu^{+}\mu^{-})}$ in its ground state. The total cross section of the following reaction ${\bar{\rm p}+(\mu^{+}\mu^{-}) \rightarrow \bar{\rm{H}}_{\mu} + \mu^{-}}$ , where muonic anti-hydrogen ${\bar{\rm{H}}_{\mu}=(\bar{\rm p}\mu^{+})}$ is a bound state of an antiproton and positive muon, is computed in the framework of a set of coupled two-component Faddeev-Hahn-type equation. A better known negative muon transfer low energy three-body reaction: ${{\rm t}^{+} + ({\rm d}^{+}\mu^{-})\rightarrow ({\rm t}^{+}\mu^{-}) + {\rm d}^{+}}$ is also computed as a test system. A simple analytical formula for three-dimensional Fermi surface (3D FS) of ${\rm Tl}_2{\rm Ba}_2{\rm CuO}_{6+\delta}$ is derived in the framework of LCAO approximation spanned over Cu 4s, Cu 3d $3d_{x^2 - y^2 }$ , O 2px and O 2py states. This analytical result can be used for fitting of experimental data for 3D FS such as polar angle magnetoresistance oscillation. The model takes into account effective copper-copper hopping amplitude tss between Cu 4s orbitals from neighbouring ${\textrm{CuO}_2}$ layers. The acceptable correspondence with the experimental data gives a hint that the tss amplitude dominates in formation of coherent 3D FS, and other oxygen-oxygen and copper-oxygen amplitudes are rather negligible. For absolute determination of the hopping parameters a simple electronic experiment with a field effect transistor type microstructure is suggested. The thin superconductor layer is the source-drain channel of the layered structure where an AC current is applied.  相似文献

We present a study of tunneling current and an investigation of the optical gain of ${{\rm GaAs/Al}_{x_c}{\rm Ga}_{1-x_c}{\rm As}}$ quantum cascade lasers. Current carrying states are obtained by assuming Robin boundary conditions. Our simulation results show that this approach gives a very good agreement with other calculations using the Tsu–Esaki model and with simulations based on nonequilibrium Green’s functions. By incorporating this method into optical gain calculations we establish good agreement with experimental results. Finally, the convergence of the solution of the Robin problem to the solution of the Dirichlet problem, as the energy tends to infinity, is investigated.  相似文献

FeII???III hydroxycarbonate Fe $^{\rm II}_{4}$ Fe $^{\rm III}_{2}$ (OH)12CO3, green rust GR(CO $_{3}^{2-})$ , reveals a ferrimagnetic behaviour. Moments that lie within two-dimensional cation layers are parallel for same species and antiparallel between FeII and FeIII. Respective ordering temperatures are 5.2 and 7 K. A sextet with distribution from 350 to 580 kOe for FeIII and an octet reflecting a mixture of states with field of 130 kOe and quadrupole splitting of ?3.0 mm s???1 for FeII are observed at 1.4 K. Ferric oxyhydroxycarbonate Fe $^{\rm III}_{6}$ O12H8CO3 is ferromagnetic and displays at 4 K a sextet with field between 400 and 500 kOe (maximum at 480 kOe) and transition at 80 K. GR(CO $_{3}^{2-})$ deprotonation gives magnetic domains with compositions at x?=?1/3, 2/3 and 1 due to long range order.  相似文献

A comprehensive study of the impact of new-physics operators with different Lorentz structures on decays involving the b ?? s ?? ?+? ?? ? transition is performed. The effects of new vector?Caxial vector (VA), scalar?Cpseudoscalar (SP) and tensor (T) interactions on the differential branching ratios, forward?Cbackward asymmetries (A FB??s), and direct CP asymmetries of ${\bar B}_{\rm s}^0 \to \mu^+ \mu^-$ , ${\bar B}_{\rm d}^0 \to$ $ X_{\rm s} \mu^+ \mu^-$ , ${\bar B}_{\rm s}^0 \to \mu^+ \mu^- \gamma$ , ${\bar B}_{\rm d}^0 \to {\bar K} \mu^+ \mu^-$ , and ${\bar B}_{\rm d}^0\to {\bar{K}^*} \mu^+ \mu^-$ are examined. In ${\bar B}_{\rm d}^0\to {\bar{K}^*} \mu^+ \mu^-$ , we also explore the longitudinal polarization fraction f L and the angular asymmetries $A_{\rm T}^{(2)}$ and A LT, the direct CP asymmetries in them, as well as the triple-product CP asymmetries $A_{\rm T}^{\rm (im)}$ and $A^{\rm (im)}_{\rm LT}$ . While the new VA operators can significantly enhance most of the observables beyond the Standard Model predictions, the SP and T operators can do this only for A FB in ${\bar B}_{\rm d}^0 \to {\bar K} \mu^+ \mu^-$ .  相似文献

Continuing studies into an all-diode laser-based 3.3 μm difference frequency generation cavity ring-down spectroscopy system are presented. Light from a 1,560 nm diode laser, amplified by an erbium-doped fibre amplifier, was mixed with 1,064 nm diode laser radiation in a bulk periodically poled lithium niobate crystal to generate 16 μW of mid-IR light at 3,346 nm with a conversion efficiency of $0.05\,\%\,{\text{W}}^{-1}\,{\text{cm}}^{-1}$ . This radiation was coupled into a 77 cm long linear cavity with average mirror reflectivities of 0.9996, and a measured baseline ring-down time of $6.07\pm 0.03\,\upmu{\rm s}$ . The potential of such a spectrometer was illustrated by investigating the $P(3)$ transition in the fundamental $\nu_{3}(F_{2})$ band of ${\text{CH}}_4$ both in a 7.5 ppmv calibrated mixture of ${\text{CH}}_4$ in air and in breath samples from methane and non-methane producers under conditions where the minimum detectable absorption coefficient ( $\alpha_{\rm min}$ ) was $2.8 \times 10^{-8}\,{\rm cm}^{-1}$ over 6 s using a ring-down time acquisition rate of 20 Hz. Allan variance measurements indicated an optimum $\alpha_{\rm min}$ of $2.9\times 10^{-9}\,{\rm cm}^{-1}$ over 44 s.  相似文献

The identification of the fougerite mineral responsible for the bluish-green shade of gleysols in aquifers as being the FeII???III oxyhydroxycarbonate $\text{GR}(\text{CO}_{3}^{2-})^*$ of formula, $[\text{Fe}^{\rm II}_{6x}\text{Fe}^{\rm III}_{6(1 - x)}\text{O}_{12}\text{H}_{2(7-3x)}]^{2+}\bullet[\text{CO}_{3}^{2-}\bullet3\text{H}_{2}\text{O}]^{2-}$ where the ferric molar ratio x = [FeIII/Fetotal] is restricted to the domain [1/3–2/3] induces to study the reactivity of the synthetic green rust for reducing some major pollutants. The oxidation within the solid compound $\text{GR}(\text{CO}_{3}^{2-})^*$ in the presence of nitrates is followed by miniaturized Mössbauer spectrometer (MIMOS). Ratio x = [FeIII/Fetotal] increases up to 0.67 where $\text{GR}(\text{CO}_{3}^{2-})^*$ transforms gradually into magnetite. This could well explain the composition variability of fougerite occurrences.  相似文献

The low-lying level structure of ${^{10}_\Lambda{\rm Be}}$ and ${^{12}_\Lambda{\rm Be}}$ has been studied by using the antisymmetrized molecular dynamics for hypernuclei (HyperAMD). In these hypernuclei, it is interesting to reveal the changes of excitation spectra by adding Λ hyperon, because the ground and low-lying states with different deformation coexist in 9Be and 11Be. Based on the HyperAMD calculation, it is found that the first excited state 1/2+ of 9Be is shifted up by about 700 keV in ${^{10}_\Lambda{\rm Be}}$ . In ${^{12}_\Lambda{\rm Be}}$ , the parity-inverted ground state of 11Be is reverted by adding Λ hyperon. In this article, we discuss the reason for these structure changes related to the coexistence of ground and low-lying states with different deformation.  相似文献

Effects from an extended Higgs sector on the partial widths \(\Gamma _{{\rm Z} \to b\bar b} \) and \(\Gamma _{{\rm Z} \to \tau ^ + \tau ^ - } \) are analysed with emphasis on enhanced Yukawa couplings to the fermions with the weak isospinT 3=?1/2. Contributions from charged and neutral Higgs bosons are incorporated. Vertex corrections from a heavy top quark and from charged Higgs bosons are always negative. One can however find regions in the parameter space where neutral Higgs bosons lead to positive vertex corrections. The charged Higgs bosons decouple from the ratio \(\Gamma ^{_{{\rm Z} \to \tau ^ + \tau ^ - } } /\Gamma ^{_{{\rm Z} \to \mu ^ + \mu ^ - } } \) if their mass is beyond 80 GeV. This ratio is then sensitive to the neutral sector only.  相似文献

Three-charge-particle collisions with participation of ultra-slow antiprotons ( \(\overline {\rm {p}}\) ) is the subject of this work. Specifically we compute the total cross sections and corresponding thermal rates of the following three-body reactions: \(\overline {\rm p}+(e^+e^-) \rightarrow \overline {\rm {H}} + e^-\) and \(\overline {\rm p}+(\mu ^+\mu ^-) \rightarrow \overline {\rm {H}}_{\mu } + \mu ^-\) , where \(e^-(\mu ^-)\) is an electron (muon) and \(e^+(\mu ^+)\) is a positron (antimuon) respectively, \(\overline {\rm {H}}=(\overline {\rm p}e^+)\) is an antihydrogen atom and \(\overline {\rm {H}}_{\mu }=(\overline {\rm p}\mu ^+)\) is a muonic antihydrogen atom, i.e. a bound state of \(\overline {\rm {p}}\) and μ +. A set of two-coupled few-body Faddeev-Hahn-type (FH-type) equations is numerically solved in the framework of a modified close-coupling expansion approach.  相似文献

Quasi solid state dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have been fabricated with electrolytes containing $\text{ I }^{-}/\text{ I }_{3}^{-}$ redox couple using 80 % hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) doped with potassium iodide (KI) and a mixture of potassium iodide and tetrapropyl ammonium iodide ( $\text{ Pr }_{4}\text{ NI }$ ) salts. The quasi solid state gel polymer electrolytes were prepared using 1:1 ethylene carbonate (EC):propylene carbonate (PC) mixture. The solar cells have the structure of ITO/ $\text{ TiO }_{2}$ /N3-Dye/electrolyte/Pt/ITO. The conductivity of the electrolytes has been calculated from the bulk resistance value determined using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The performance of the DSSCs has been studied by varying the concentration of the doping salts in the electrolyte and incident light intensity. The DSSC fabricated with the KI salt electrolyte containing 9.9 wt% PVA, 39.6 wt% EC, 39.6 wt% PC, 10.9 wt% KI $(+\text{ I }_{2})$ exhibited the best power conversion efficiency of 1.97 %. However, the DSSC with a double-salt electrolyte containing 9.9 wt% PVA: 39.6 wt% EC: 39.6 wt% PC: (6.5 wt% KI: 4.4 wt% $\text{ Pr }_{4}\text{ NI }$ ) ( $+\text{ I }_{2}$ ) exhibited a higher efficiency of 3.27% under $100 \text{ mW/cm }^{2}$ light intensity. The efficiency of this cell increased to 4.59 % under dimmer light of intensity of $54 \text{ mW/cm }^{2}$ .  相似文献
