To any bounded lattice with section antitone bijections can be assigned an algebra with two binary, two unary and a nullary operations satisfying similar axioms as a basic algebra. Due to the doubled similarity type, this algebra is called a double basic algebra. Also conversely, every double basic algebra induces a bounded lattice equipped with antitone bijections in every section. We study properties of double basic algebras, their interval algebras and several conclusions of the so-called pseudo-commutativity. Pairing and Quantum Double of Multiplier Hopf Algebras   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
We define and investigate pairings of multiplier Hopf (*-)algebras which are nonunital generalizations of Hopf algebras. Dual pairs of multiplier Hopf algebras arise naturally from any multiplier Hopf algebra A with integral and its dual Â. Pairings of multiplier Hopf algebras play a basic rôle, e.g., in the study of actions and coactions, and, in particular, in the relation between them. This aspect of the theory is treated elsewhere. In this paper we consider the quantum double construction out of a dual pair of multiplier Hopf algebras. We show that two dually paired regular multiplier Hopf (*-)algebras A and B yield a quantum double which is again a regular multiplier Hopf (*-)algebra. If A and B have integrals, then the quantum double also has an integral. If A and B are Hopf algebras, then the quantum double multiplier Hopf algebra is the usual quantum double. The quantum double construction for dually paired multiplier Hopf (*-)algebras yields new nontrivial examples of multiplier Hopf (*-)algebras.  相似文献

In this paper, the double Ringel–Hall algebras of tame hereditary algebras are decomposed as the quantized enveloping algebras of the infinite-dimensional Lie algebras, which are the central extensions of the affine loop algebras and the infinite-dimensional Heisenberg algebras. By analogy with n-Lie algebras, which are a natural generalization of Lie algebras to the case of n-ary multiplication, we define the concept of an n-ary Mal'tsev algerba. It is shown that exceptional algebras of a vector cross product are ternary central simple Mal'tsev algebras, which are not 3-Lie algebras if the characteristic of a ground field is distinct from 2 and 3. The basic result is that every n-ary algebra of the vector cross product is an n-ary central simple Mal'tsev algebra.  相似文献

In this article we show that the notion of twisted comodule algebras is a generalization of Drinfeld's cocycle twisting construction of bialgebras or Hopf algebras, and that several other twisting constructions, such as Ferrer's twisting product and Lu's one-sided twisting, are also special examples of twisted comodule algebras. Some general properties on twisted comodule algebras are investigated, and applications to the generalized quantum double are given.  相似文献

A flat Lorentzian Lie algebra is a left symmetric algebra endowed with a symmetric bilinear form of signature (?, +,…, +) such that left multiplications are skew-symmetric. In geometrical terms, a flat Lorentzian Lie algebra is the Lie algebra of a Lie group with a left-invariant Lorentzian metric with vanishing curvature. In this article, we show that any flat nonunimodular Lorentzian Lie algebras can be obtained as a double extension of flat Riemannian Lie algebras. As an application, we give all flat nonunimodular Lorentzian Lie algebras up to dimension 4.  相似文献

By a basic algebra is meant an MV-like algebra (A, ⊕, ¬, 0) of type 〈2, 1, 0〉 derived in a natural way from bounded lattices having antitone involutions on their principal filters. In the previous paper (Botur and Hala?, Mult. Valued Log. Soft Comp., 2007) we have shown that finite basic algebras for which the operation ⊕ is commutative are MV-algebras. In this paper we generalize this result by considering commutative basic algebras for which the underlying lattice is complete.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to investigate the first Hochschild cohomology of admissible algebras which can be regarded as a generalization of basic algebras.For this purpose,the authors study differential operators on an admissible algebra.Firstly,differential operators from a path algebra to its quotient algebra as an admissible algebra are discussed.Based on this discussion,the first cohomology with admissible algebras as coefficient modules is characterized,including their dimension formula.Besides,for planar quivers,the fc-linear bases of the first cohomology of acyclic complete monomial algebras and acyclic truncated quiver algebras are constructed over the field fc of characteristic 0.  相似文献

By the theory of generalized path algebras, the representations, homological dimensions and radicals of these Hopf algebras are obtained. An inclusion of II 1 factors NM of finite index has as an invariant, a double sequence of finite-dimensional algebras known as the standard invariant. Planar algebras were introduced by V. Jones as a geometric tool for computing standard invariants of existing subfactors as well as generating standard invariants for new subfactors. In this paper we define a class of planar algebras, termed exchange relation planar algebras, that provides a general framework for understanding several classes of known subfactor inclusions: the Fuss–Catalan algebras (i.e. those coming from the presence of intermediate subfactors) and all depth 2 subfactors. In addition, we present a new class of planar algebras (and thus a new class of subfactors) coming from automorphism subgroups of finite groups.  相似文献
