研究了聚氯乙烯与固相法氯化聚乙烯的相容性与氯含量、共混方式以及CPE链结构的关系,动态力学性能表明PVC/CPE为部分相容体系,CPE中类似PVC的链段与PVC形成相间过渡层,共混方式影响共混体系的相容程度,透射电镜结构表明CPE呈连续网络结构分布于PVC粒子表面,共混条件一定时,共混物的抗张强度随相容性的改改善而增加。 相似文献

本文研究在不同条件固相氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的红外光谱,探讨了一步和两步氯化合成的CPE的结构差别,着重讨论了两步氯化的CPE结构特点。从观察表征结晶结构和—(CH_2)_n—链段氯分布的特征频率变化表明,低温固相氯化主要发生在无定形区,并且在CPE中形成高氯化和低氯化链段(或未氯化)的嵌段结构。在两步固相氯化时,晶区受到较大程度的破坏,氯化作用已不局限在无定形区,其结晶结构的破坏主要同第二步氯化程度有关,即使CPE氯含量相同,若前后两步氯化程度不同,结构有很大差异。 相似文献

The crystal structure of a solid electrolyte, beta-Al2O3, was investigated by XRD analysis and demonstrated by Diamond software. Its chemical formula was verified by the Ag ion molten salt exchange method and X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF). The chemical formula of β-Al2O3 is Na2O·8.52Al2O3, and its crystal is of hexagonal, space group P63/mmc, with a = 5.5941 and c = 22.5300 . The chemical formula of β'-Al2 O is Na2O·6.03Al2O3, and its crystal is of trigonal, space group R 3 m, with a = 5.6017 and c = 33.6219 . The maximum span in the sodion migration of β'-phase(2.4283 ) is only about a third of that for the β'-phase(6.9037 ), so the β'-phase has higher ionic conductivity than the β-phase. 相似文献

Recently, delafossite materials have captured the interest of numerous researchers due to their unique characteristics of p-type conductivity and transparency. These materials exhibit promising potential in various applications such as photovoltaics, sensors, and transparent electronics. This paper presents a detailed account of the preparation of CuCrO2 delafossite via the solid-state reaction method. The structural properties of the sample are analyzed using XRD which confirms rhombohedral crystal structure with R-3m space group. The optical band gap was determined to be 3.39 eV through UV-visible spectroscopy. The morphology is studied using Laser Confocal scanning optical microscopy and the estimated grain size is found to be within the range of 7 µm. 相似文献

通过一种简单的种子-固相法合成了橄榄球形铜铁氧体和纳米线形镍铁氧体,合成过程中不需使用任何模板或表面活性剂。通过对产物的晶体结构、形貌和磁特性研究表明:由于种子能为新相的形成提供晶核,种子-固相法有利于制得纯度较高且形貌可控的铁氧体。所制得CuFe2O4的形貌为宽0.4μm、长0.8μm且表面有不规则凹陷的橄榄形粒子,NiFe2O4为直径约10 nm、长径比大于50∶1的纳米线。室温下,橄榄球形CuFe2O4和纳米线形NiFe2O4均表现为典型的超顺磁性。在相同合成条件下,传统固相法合成的两种铁氧体均为纯度较低的铁磁性纳米颗粒。 相似文献

The syntheses of low‐molecular‐weight polyethylene (PE), in the presence of catalysts based on five different metallocene frameworks, have been compared. High yields and low molecular masses, typical of industrially relevant PE waxes, can be easily achieved by using overpressure of hydrogen. Particularly suitable for the production of PE waxes are catalytic systems based on the C2 symmetric rac‐dimethyl‐silyl‐bis‐(2‐methyl‐4‐phenyl‐1‐indenyl)‐zirconium dichloride ( 1 ) and the C2v symmetric bis‐cyclopentadienyl‐zirconium dichloride ( 5 ). The wax yields can be substantially increased by increasing the MAO/Zr molar ratio. The control of the PE molecular weight allows an easy control of physical properties. In fact, as Mn increases in the range 103–104 g/mol, the degree of crystallinity decreases from nearly 85 to 60% while the melting temperature increases from 125°C up to 135°C. 以七水硫酸锌、氢氧化钠为原料,采用室温一步固相反应合成ZnO纳米粒子,并分别利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电子显微分析(SEM)、透射电子显微分析(TEM)、N2吸附-脱附、紫外可见漫反射光谱分析(UV-Vis DRS)等方法对ZnO纳米粒子进行表征。实验结果表明:不需任何添加剂,室温下可通过一步固相反应合成ZnO纳米粒子,其形成过程首先是ZnSO4·7H2O和NaOH充分接触,然后反应形成Zn4SO4(OH)6·5H2O,最后NaOH的溶解热可使Zn4SO4(OH)6·5H2O转变为ZnO并逐渐长大形成纳米粒子。同时以甲基橙为降解对象评价了ZnO纳米粒子的光催化活性,实验结果表明:紫外光照射下,该方法合成的ZnO纳米粒子对甲基橙具有较好的光催化活性,且光催化动力学方程符合准一级反应动力学。 相似文献
