The synthesis and thermal behavior of the new [Pd(fum)(bipy)] n ·2nH2O (1), [Pd(fum)(bpe)] n ·nH2O (2) and [Pd(fum)(pz)] n ·3nH2O (3) {bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene and pz = pyrazine} fumarate complexes are described in this work as well their characterization by IR and 13C CPMAS NMR spectroscopies. TG curves showed that the compounds released organic ligands and lattice water molecules in the temperature range of 46–491 °C. In all the cases, metallic palladium was identified as the final residue.  相似文献

Four oxovanadium(IV) complexes, namely [VO(desa-met)(phen)]·MeOH·2H2O (1) (desa-met = Schiff base derived from 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde and dl-methionine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), [VO(o-van-met) (phen)]·MeOH·CH2Cl2·3H2O (2) (o-van-met = Schiff base derived from o-vanillin and dl-methionine), [VO(dtbs-napa)(phen)]·2H2O (3) (dtbs-napa = Schiff base derived from 3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde and 3-(1-naphthyl)-l-alanine) and [VO(hyna-napa)(phen)]·1.5H2O (4) (hyna-napa = Schiff base derived from 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and 3-(1-naphthyl)-l-alanine), were synthesized and characterized by IR, HRMS, UV–vis spectra, molar conductance and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD). X-ray structural analysis showed that the V(IV) atoms in all four complexes are six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment. In the crystals of complexes 1 and 2, ππ stacking interactions together with hydrogen bonds connect the molecular units into 2D networks. Meanwhile, CH–π stacking interactions are observed between the aromatic rings in the crystals of 1 and 4, while the ππ stacking interactions between aromatic rings in the crystals of 2 and 3 are arranged with a face-to-face mode. The in vitro anticancer activities of these complexes against A-549 and HeGp2 cells were tested by MTT assay.  相似文献

Three cobalt(II) coordination polymers {[Co(L1)(nda)(H2O)2]·2H2O} n (1), [Co(L2)(tbi)(H2O)] n (2) and [Co(L2)(bpdc)(H2O)] n (3) (L1 = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, L2 = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-propanol, H2nda = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, H2tbi = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid and H2bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Complex 1 exhibits a 1D loop-like structure, which is further extended into a 3D 3,3,4T31 network through two O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Complex 2 displays a 1D ladder-like chain, arranged into a 2D supramolecular network with 3,3,4L34 topology via classical O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions, whereas complex 3 features a 2D 3,4L13 layer structure and further assembles into a 3D framework with a twofold interpenetrating sqc65 topology through O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of these complexes for the degradation of Congo red in a Fenton-like process have been investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Ni(L1)(nip)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (1), [Co(L2)(tbip)] n (2), and {[Co2(L3)2(bptc)]·3H2O} n (3) (L1 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)butane, L2 = 1,4-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)-2-butylene, L3 = 1,3-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)propane, H2nip = 5-nitro-isophthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl-isophthalic acid, H4bptc = biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 and 2 both feature a two-dimensional (4,4) layer with (44 × 62) topology. Complex 3 possesses a uninodal 4-connected 2D htb network. The fluorescence spectra and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of methyl orange by sodium persulfate in a Fenton-like process are reported.  相似文献

A series of compounds of the general formula Cu(HL)X2 · nH2O (compound I, X = ClO4, n = 3; compound II, X = NO3, n = 2; compound III, X = Cl, n = 0.5; compound IV, X = 1/2SO4, n = 0) is isolated by the reactions of the copper(II) salts with quinolinaldehyde semicarbazone (HL). Regardless of the reactant ratio, only the compounds with a metal to ligand mole ratio of 1: 1 are formed, where the organic reactant is coordinated in the molecular form. The X-ray diffraction analyses of the [Cu(HL)(NO3)(H2O)](NO3) · H2O (II) and [Cu(HL)Cl2] · 0.5H2O(III) compounds show their substantially different organizations of the molecular structures depending on the specifics of the acido ligand. An ionic structure with one NO 3 ? anion incorporated into the inner coordination sphere of the metal as a bidentate chelate ligand is observed in compound II. Molecular tetragonal pyramidal complexes associated into a dimer due to the bridging function of one coordinated Cl? anion are formed in structure III. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom in structures II and III is an asymmetrically extended tetragonal bipyramid. The CuClCu angle equal to 90° and the distance between two planes in compound III equal to 2.978 Å determine the insignificant antiferromagnetic interaction in this compound (g = 2.1, J = ?2.5 cm?1).  相似文献

The complexation between the lanthanide metal ions Ce(III), Gd(III), Nd(III), Tb(III), and Er(III) and gliclazide produced 1 : 1 molar ratio metal: gliclazide (Glz) complexes coordinated in a monodentate fashion via the OH group and having the general formulas [M(Glz)Cl3(H2O)]·xH2O (M = Ce, Gd, Nd and x = 1, 3, 4, respectively) and [M(Glz)(H2O)4]Cl3·yH2O (M = Tb, Er and y = 1, 2, respectively). The structure of the synthesized lanthanide gliclazide complexes was assigned by IR, 1HNMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Thermal analysis and kinetic and thermodynamic parameters gave evidence for the thermal stability of the Glz complexes. The latter showed a significant antimicrobial effect against some bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

Three Co(II) coordination polymers, namely, {Co(btbb)0.5(ndc)(H2O)}n (1), {[Co(btbb)(bpdc)]·1.5H2O}n (2), and {[Co(btbp)2(3-npa)]·2H2O}n (3) (btbb = 1,4-bis(thiabendazole)butane, btbp = 1,3-bis(thiabendazole)propane, H2ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, H2bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid and 3-H2npa = 3-nitro phthalic acid) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their X-ray crystal structures show that complexes 1 and 2 both have 2D uninodal 3-connected hcb (honeycomb) structures. Complex 1 is further extended into a threefold interpenetrating 3D 4,4-connected mog (moganite) supramolecular architecture with the point symbol of {4.64.8}2{42.62.82} by O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. Complex 2 shows a 3D supramolecular framework involving π···π stacking interactions. Complex 3 features a uninuclear structure, which is further assembled into an ordered 2D hydrogen-bonded-driven pattern with O–H···O and O–H···N hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence spectra and photocatalytic properties of complexes 13 for degradation of methyl orange were investigated.  相似文献

Tetrazole–carboxylates with both rigid tetrazole rings and flexible carboxylate groups provide excellent building blocks for the construction of diverse coordination architectures. We have selected a bistetrazole–carboxylate, H2btzphda [H2btzphda = 1,3-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene-N2,N2′-biacetic acid] and a tristetrazole–carboxylate, H3ttzphta [H3ttzphta = 1,3,5-tris(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene-N2,N2′,N2′′-trisacetic acid] to construct new coordination compounds with CoCl2·6H2O, [Co(btzphda)(CH3OH)(H2O)2]·H2O (1), [Co3(ttzphta)2(H2O)12]·H2O (2). These coordination compounds were structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 has a two-dimensional layer structure with (4,4) grid topology, while complex 2 has a one-dimensional beaded chain structure. The luminescence spectra of complexes 1 and 2 at room temperature in the solid state show weaker emissions than those of the corresponding free ligands. The thermogravimetric properties of complexes 1 and 2 are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Two phenanthroline-manganese inclusion complexes with [MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]+ core have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses. Uncoordinated 2-mercaptothiazole (tzdtH) and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (bztzH) as guest molecules are included in the complexes with formulas [MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]Cl·tzdtH (1) and {[MnCl(H2O)(phen)2]Cl}2·bztzH (2). X-ray structural analyses for complexes revealed that the complex 1 is triclinic, space group P1 with a=9.724(1) Å, b=11.858(1) Å, c=12.644(2) Å; β=89.056(2)°; Z=2, D c=1.513 Mg m?3, F(000)=638 and the complex 2 is triclinic, space group P1 with a=9.861(1) Å, b=11.476(1) Å; c=12.908(3) Å; β=84.991(2)°; Z=1, D c=1.511 Mg m?3, F(000)=600. Two complexes exhibit high stability up to 650°C. The molar specific heat capacities for the two complexes 1 and 2 can be estimated as being 96.175±0.332 and 72.505±0.364 J mol?1 K?1 at 298.15 K by RD496-III microcalorimeter, respectively.  相似文献

Three two-dimensional coordination polymers [Cd(2,3-Pyma)Cl2] n (I), {[Cd(2,3-Pyma)(1,4-Chdc)] · 4H2O}n (II) and {[Zn2(2,3-Pyma)(1,2,4,5-Bttc)(H2O)4] · 6H2O} n (III) (2,3-Pyma = (2,3-pyridylmethyl) amine, H2-1,4-Chdc = 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, and H4-1,2,4,5-Bttc = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 989461 (I), 1055685 (II) and 1055686 (III)). Three complexes are all twodimensional layer networks bridged by the flexible 2,3-Pyma ligands or the carboxylate ligands. It is noted that the flexible 1,4-Chdc ligands bind the Cd2+ ions into a helical chain structure in complex II. The photoluminescence and thermal properties are investigated.  相似文献

Compounds with compositions [Rh(H2O)6]2(SO4)3·4H2O (I), (H3O)[Rh(H2O)6](SO4)2 (II), [Rh(H2O)5OH](SO4)·0.5H2O (III), and [Rh(H2O)6]2(SO4)·(H2SO4) x ·5H2O (IV) have been studied. The crystal structures of II, III, and IV were determined. All compounds crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system. Crystal data for II: a = 7.279(2) Å, b = 10.512(7) Å, c = 15.806(3) Å, β = 96.71(3)°, space group P21/n, Z = 2, d calc = 2.334 g/cm3; III: a = 20.433(4) Å, b = 7.820(2) c = 11.215(2) Å, β = 114.14(1)°, space group C2/c, Z = 8, d calc = 2.559 g/cm3; IV: a = 6.2250(4 Å), b = 27.0270(12) Å, c = 7.2674(5) Å, β = 97.04(3)°, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 2.143 g/cm3. The compounds were studied by IR spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction. All of the isolated crystalline phases are sparingly soluble in ethanol and well soluble in water.  相似文献

The (DienH3)[AuCl4]3 · H2O (I) and (DienH3)2[AuCl4]Cl5 (II) compounds were obtained by the reaction of HAuCl4 with diethylenetriamine trihydrochloride (DienH3Cl3) in hydrochloric acid. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. Crystals of I and II are monoclinic with space group P21/n. For I, a = 12.2314(3) Å, b = 14.6077(5) Å, c = 13.2680(5) Å, β = 106.7350(10)°, V = 2270.22(13) Å3, Z = 8. For II, a = 6.62990(10) Å, b = 17.9026(5) Å, c = 10.3661(3) Å, β = 101.9230(10)°, V = 1203.83(5) Å3, Z = 2. Both structures are ionic. The gold atoms in I and II have a 4 + 2 coordination environment. The Au-Cl bond lengths are within 2.276–2.294 Å, and the axial Au…Cl contacts are within 3.315–3.405 Å. The diethylenetriammonium cation in I and II has different conformations.  相似文献

Two ternary cobalt(II) coordination polymers (CPs), namely [Co(L1)(npht)] n (1) and {[Co2(L2)2(npht)2(H2O)]·H2O} n (2) (L1 = 4,4′-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl, L2 = 1,2-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, and H2npht = 4-nitrophthalic acid) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Both CPs feature similar 1D infinite chains containing two distinct loops. CP 1 further forms a 3D supramolecular network via weak C–H···O hydrogen bond interactions. CP 2 shows a 1D two-layer chain structure, assembled through ππ stacking interactions. The electrochemical, luminescence, and photocatalytic activities of the two CPs for the removal of methylene blue under visible or UV light were investigated. Possible photocatalytic mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of the rigid–flexible N-heterocycle 1,3-bis(5-(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl) propane (H2L) with MCl2 (M = Fe, Co, Cu or Zn) gave coordination complexes, {[Fe 2 III Cl4(H2L)2]·2Cl}·EtOH·H2O (1), {[Co3Cl5(HL)]·H2O} n (2), {[Co4Cl4(H2L)2(H2O)4]·[CoCl4]2}·H2O (3), [Cu2Cl3(HL)(H2O)]6·5H2O (4), [Cu 2 II CuICl4(HL)] n (5), {[Zn2Cl2(L)H2O]·H2O} n (6) and [Zn4Cl6(HL)2] (7), which have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analysis reveals that the pyridine triazole ligand attains versatile coordination modes in these complexes. Complexes 1, 3, 4 and 7 consist of 0D clusters with binuclear or tetranuclear units; complex 2 presents a 2D network accompanied by HL? and chloride bridges; complexes 5 and 6 show 1D chains with [Cu3] and [Zn2] subunits. In addition, the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry properties of selected complexes were investigated, revealing the stabilities and structural states of these complexes in solution. These results indicate that H2L is an excellent multiconnection linker for the construction of diverse coordination complexes.  相似文献

Four novel metal–organic frameworks, [Cu(Tmp)2(H2O)] · NO3 (I) (Tmp = 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl-1,10-phenanthroline), [Mn(Tmp)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3 · H2O (II), [Pb(Tmp)(CH3COO)2] · 3H2O (III) and [Zn(Tmp)2(H2O)2] · 2NO3 · 2H2O (IV), have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 88362–88365 for I–IV, respectively), IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Both I and II complexes are crystallized in monoclinic system with space groups C2/c, P21/c, respectively, while III and IV complexes are crystallized in triclinic system with space groups \(P\overline 1 \). Generally, these crystal structures are stabilized by O–H···O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the phenanthroline rings of neighboring molecules. Thermogravimetric analyses of compounds IIV display considerable thermal stability.  相似文献

The synthesis, an improved refined crystal and molecular structure re-determination, and the thermal decomposition behavior of two Zn(II) derivatives of isocinchomeronic acid (2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid or H22,5-pydc) are presented. [Zn(2,5-pydc)(H2O)3Zn(2,5-pydc)(H2O)2]2 (1) crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 7.106(2), b = 11.450(2), c = 11.869(1) Å, α = 107.29(1), β = 104.08(1), γ = 90.32(2)°, and Z = 2. [Zn(2,5-pydc)(H2O)2] · H2O (2) is orthorhombic (P212121 space group), with a = 7.342(1), b = 9.430(1), c = 13.834(2) Å, and Z = 4. The structures were refined to agreement R 1-factors of 0.0315 (1) and 0.0336 (2). Complex (1) is arranged as molecular Zn4(2,5-pydc)4(H2O)10 tetramers, the cages of which define channels that remain unblocked by anions. Compound (2) is polymeric with Zn(2,5-pydc)(H2O)2 and Zn(2,5-pydc)(H2O)3 units linked through bridging ligands. Both compounds were synthesized under mild conditions in aqueous media, without need to resort to hydrothermal media. Changing the pH from 4.51 to 5.75 suffices to direct the chemical processes toward the orthorhombic compound rather than to the triclinic one.  相似文献

Two new complexes {[Zn(H2L)(Bpp)] · H2O} n (I) and {[Ag(H3L)(Bpp)] · 0.25H2O} n (II) (H4L = 5-(2,3-dicarboxy phenoxy) isophthalic acid, Bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane) were prepared and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) (CCDC nos. 1578523 (I), 1578529 (II)), element analysis and powder XRD. Compound I showed a one-dimensional chain structure, in which the zinc(II) ion is fourcoordinated with a tetrahedral geometry. Compound II is a 1D chain structure with the H3L– suspension arms. Complexes I and II are further extended into three-dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. The solid state luminescent properties of compounds I and II have been investigated.  相似文献

Hexaamminecadmium hydrogen hexamolybdocobaltate(III) and hydrogen hexamolybdochromate(III) of compositions [Cd(NH3)6] · H[CoMo6O18(OH)6] · 6H2O (I) and [Cd(NH3)6] · H[CrMo6O18(OH)6] · 6H2O (II), respectively, were synthesized and studied by mass spectroscopy, thermo-gravimetry, X-ray powder diffraction, and IR spectroscopy. Crystals of I and II are monoclinic. For I: a = 10.79 Å, b = 3.70 Å, c = 11.95 Å, β = 91.05°, V = 470.12 Å3, ρcalc = 2.37 g/cm3, Z = 2; and for II: a = 10.80 Å, b = 3.68 Å, c = 11.97 Å, β = 91.07°, V = 468.98 Å3, ρcalc = 2.36 g/cm3, Z = 2.  相似文献
