Two new one-dimensional coordination polymers: {[Cu(L1)(H4TTHA)] · H2O} n (I), {[Cu2(L2)2(H4TTHA)2] · 10H2O} n (II) (L1 = 1,3,10,12,15,18-hexaazatetracyclodocosane; L2 = 3,10-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3,5,8,10,12-hexaazacyclotetradecane), based on a flexible hexapodal ligand H6TTHA (1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine hexaacetic acid), have been synthesized and structure characterized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the central metal atom displays distorted six-coordinate octahedral coordination geometry by coordination with four nitrogen atoms of L1 or L2, and two oxygen atoms of H6TTHA liagand. Both of the compounds show one-dimensional chain structures, which are constructed of [Cu(L)]2+ and [H4TTHA]2? anion with 1 : 1 ratio. Interestingly, the nature of the macrocycle influences the structure of the coordination polymer produced with H6TTHA for each of the two compounds. TG, IR, PXRD, and photoluminescent of the compounds are investigated.  相似文献

A new ferrocene-containing dicarboxylate ligand, L = 5-ferrocene-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, has been prepared. Self-assembly of L, M(II) salts (M = Co and Zn) and chelating ligands dpa or phen (dpa = 2,2′-dipyridylamine and phen = 1,10-phen) gave rise to four new coordination polymers {[Co(L)(dpa)] · 2MeOH}n (1), {[Zn(L)(dpa)] · 2MeOH}n (2), {[Co(L)(phen)(H2O)] · MeOH} (3), [Zn(L)(phen)(H2O)] · MeOH (4). The isostructural complexes 1 and 2 possess 1D helical chain structures with 21 screw axes along the b-direction, and the right- and left-handed helical chains are alternate arrayed into 2D layer structures through hydrogen-bonding interactions; while isostructural complexes 3 and 4 are 1D linear chain structures with phen and ferrocene groups of L as pendants hanging on the different sides of the main chain. A structural comparison of complexes 14 demonstrated that the characteristics of subsidiary ligands and slight difference in coordination models of L play very important role in the construction of the complexes. In addition, the redox properties of complexes 14, as well as the magnetic properties of complexes 1 and 3 are also investigated.  相似文献

Manganese(II) and nickel(II) coordination polymers, [Mn(L)(H2O)2] n (1) and [Ni(L)·14H2O] n (2), have been synthesized from a rigid viologen-based tetracarboxylic acid ligand, 1,1′-bis(3,5-dicarboxyphenyl)-4,4′-bipyridinium dichloride (H4L·2Cl) and the Mn(II)/Ni(II) chlorides. The compounds have been characterized by infrared spectra, elemental analyses, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analyses and thermogravimetric analyses. Compound 1 has a 2D coordination network with uncoordinated carboxyl groups, which further stack into a 3D supramolecular structure by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compound 2 shows a 3D supramolecular framework with 1D channels along the crystallographic b-axis, formed from zigzag chains through hydrogen-bonding interactions. Both compounds display prominent photochromic and photomagnetic behavior upon light irradiation, suggesting that they may be potential photomagnetic materials.  相似文献

A series of lanthanide(III) complexes with chelidamic acid ligand, [Ln(C7H2NO5)·3H2O]n·nH2O (Ln = La (1), Y (2), Sm (3), and Nd (4)), [Gd2(C7H2NO5)3·4H2O]n·2nH2O (5) and [Ce(C7H2NO5)·1.5H2O]n (6), have been synthesized by hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 14 are isostructural and possess 2D framework. Complex 5 contains two different Gd(III) ions linked through carboxylate group to form a 2D framework. Complex 6 exhibits a (44) topology 2D network. The variable-temperature magnetic properties of 3 and 5 have been investigated. Furthermore, the photoluminescent properties of 1, 2, 3, and 5 at room temperature were also studied.  相似文献

The first examples of two d 10 metal coordination polymers based on 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid and benzimidazole, namely, [Cd(bim)4(1,5-nds)] 1 and [Ag(bim)2]·½1,5-nds 2 (bim = benzimidazole, 1,5-nds = 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid) were synthesized successfully under solvothermal conditions. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG-DSC, PXRD, UV–Vis, and DFT. 1 exhibits a 3D supramolecular structure which started from 1D helical chain. 2 also shows a 3D architecture which was assembled via π–π interactions and hydrogen bonds. The hydrogen bonds formed by 1,5-nds play an important role in increasing the dimensionality of architectures of 1 (from 1D to 3D) and 2 (from 0D to 1D). Moreover, both 1 and 2 show excellent luminescent properties, 335 nm for 1 (λ ex = 286 nm) and 341 nm and 389 nm for 2 (λ ex = 234 nm), and may be the suitable candidates of fluorescent materials. From UV–Vis spectra, the remarkable absorption peaks can be found at 276 nm for 1 and 271 nm for 2. The simulated UV–Vis spectra (290.30 nm for 1 and 271.64 nm for 2) by Gaussian 09 DFT correspond well with the experimental results. From the electron density distribution of frontier molecular orbitals, it is known that the two absorption bands are attributed to the intra-ligand electron transition from HOMO?26 to LUMO and from HOMO?3 to LUMO+1 for 1, from HOMO?1 to LUMO+18 and LUMO+19 for 2.  相似文献

Three new CdII complexes with two analogous ligands of 2,2′-biimidazole (H2biim) and 2,2′-bibenzimidazole (H2bbim), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy as well as single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results reveal that the structures of the complexes range from one-dimensional (1D) chains in [Cd(H2biim)(N3)2]n (1) to two-dimensional (2D) layer in [Cd(bbim)0.5(Hbbim)]n (2) and three-dimensional (3D) network in [Cd3(biim)2(Hbiim)(N3)]n (3), with various modes of these ligands, which is tuned by different polarity of solvents and pH values. The fluorescent spectra of these complexes and ligands have been also investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers of Robson-type macrocycles, {[Cu4L1(4,4′-bipy)2]·4ClO4·H2O} (1), {[Cu4L2(4,4′-bipy)4]·2CH3CN·4ClO4·2H2O} (2), and {[Zn2L2(4,4′-bipy)2]·(ClO4)2} (3) (where H2L1 and H2L2 are the [2?+?2] condensation products of 1,3-diaminopropane with 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol and 2,6-diformyl-4-fluorophenol, respectively), have been synthesized and characterized. Magnetic susceptibility was measured for 1 and 2 from 2 to 300?K. The optimized magnetic data were J?=?–368.5?cm?1, J′?=?40.5?cm?1 with R?=?1.69?×?10?6 for 1 and J?=?–291.22?cm?1, J′?=?83.74?cm?1, ρ = 0.00168 with R?=?1.8?×?10?11 for 2, respectively. The data reveal strong antiferromagnetic interactions between two Cu(II) ions in the macrocyclic unit and ferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(II) ions in two adjacent macrocyclic units for 1 and 2.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of isonicotinic acid (HIso) and metal salts yielded two novel 3-D coordination polymers {[Cu4(Iso)4(μ3-O)2(C2H5OH)2]·2C2H5OH·C2H6N4}n (1), {[Cd(Iso)2(H2O)]·OHCCHO}n (2), in which 1 was constructed from 32-membered rings and 3-D interpenetrating network of 2 from 42-membered rings. The fluorescent characterizations show the emissions at 565 nm for 1 and 440 nm for 2 possibly assigned to LMCT and IL, respectively.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers (CPs), namely [Co(L)(tp)] n (1) and [Co(L)0.5(tbip)·H2O] n (2), (L = 1,6-bis(2-methylbenzimidazolyl) hexane, H2tp = terephthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. CP 1 possesses a 2D (4,4) corrugated layer structure, which further extends into a 3D supramolecular framework by π–π stacking interactions, while CP 2 has a 1D ladder-like chain structure and combines into a 2D layer via O–H?O hydrogen-bonding interactions. The thermal stabilities, luminescence and electrochemical properties of both CPs, as well as photocatalytic activities for the decomposition of methylene blue, were presented. The photocatalytic mechanism was investigated by introducing t-butyl alcohol, EDTA-2Na and benzoquinone as ?OH, (hole)+ and ·O2? scavengers, respectively.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Mn(dipt)(m-BDC)3] n (1) and [Pb(mip)(1,4-NDC)] n (2) [dipt?=?2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, mip?=?2-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, m-BDC?=?isophthalic acid, 1,4-NDC?=?naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid], have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 and 2 have 1-D chain architecture. Complex 1 has a 2-D-layered structure constructed from C–H···O hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 has a 2-D-layered structure constructed from N–H···O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. TG analyses suggest 1 and 2 have excellent thermal stabilities from hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. Mn(II) in 1 has trigonal bipyramidal geometry surrounded by three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three monodentate bridging m-BDC and two nitrogen atoms from one dipt. Pb(II) has [:PbN2O4] pentagonal bipyramidal geometry in 2. The luminescent properties for dipt, mip, 1, and 2 are also presented.  相似文献

Using an octadentate ligand, namely tetrakis[(3,5-dicarboxyphenoxy)methyl] methane (H8L), four coordination polymers, [Ni3L(OH)2(H2O)2][NH2(CH3)2]4·5H2O (1), [Co4L(H2O)4]·9H2O (2), [Zn4L(H2O)4]·DMF·11H2O (3) and [Li4(H4L)(H2O)4] (4) (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), have been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 is an anionic three-dimensional open framework built from tricluster {Ni3(COOR)8} and square planar L ligands to give a uninodal 6-connected pcu network. Complexes 2 and 3 are isostructural, possessing a non-interpenetrated three-dimensional network with rare (4,8)-connected scu topology. Complex 4 consists of 4-connecting {Li2(COOR)4} clusters which form a 2D Shubnikov tetragonal plane net with sql topology. Complexes 1–3 all have large solvent accessible voids, but only complex 3 possesses permanent porosity as confirmed by N2, H2, CO2 and CH4 gas adsorption measurements. In addition, complex 3 shows strong photoluminescent emissions at room temperature with a peak at 365 nm, owing to a ligand-centered excited state. The emission intensities of 3 varied upon contact with different solvents or analytes.  相似文献

Six new compounds: [M(dps)(dca)2] (1, M = Cd; 2, M = Fe), [Cu(dps)(dca)2(CH3OH)2] (3), [M(dps)2(SCN)2(H2O)2] (4, M = Cd; 5, M = Fe), [Cu(dps)4(SCN)2] (6), (dps = 4,4′-dipyridyl sulfide, dca = dicyanamide) were synthesized, characterized by FT-IR, element analysis and TG. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. According to the structure analysis, compounds 1 and 2 are three-dimensional microporous frameworks constructed by Cu-dps-Cu and Cu-dca-Cu bridges; compound 3 shows a zigzag chain constructed by a Cu-dps-Cu bridge; compounds 4 and 5 show double-stranded chains constructed by a Cu-(dps)2-Cu bridge while thiocyanate anions act as terminal groups; compound 6 is a mononuclear compound. Moreover, compound 1 shows visible yellow luminescence under UV light irradiation and such phenomenon is mainly attributed to inter-ligand transitions.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers,{[Cu_3(tci)_2(DMAc)_3]-6DMAc 2H_2O}_n(1) and {[Cu_3(tci)_2(tpt)_2(H_2O)_2].2DMAc-2H_2O}_n(2)(H_3tci = tris(2-carboxyethyI)isocyanurate,tpt = 2,4,6-tris(4-pyridyl)-l,3,5-triazine,DMAc = N,/V-dimethylacetamide),have been constructed under solvothermal conditions.Both polymers were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,IR spectra,thermogravimetric(TG) analyses and powder X-ray diffraction(RXPD).1 shows a(3,4)-connected 2D layer structure comprising Cu_2(CO_2)4 paddle-wheel units,which are further bridged by C-H…O interactions to give a 3D supramolecular network.The introduction of tpt produces different framework for 2 that comprises a dinuclear and a mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) building units,which are further bridged together by tci~(3-) and tpt ligands to give a 4-connected 2D topological net.Adjacent 2D layers are packed together via C-H…O interactions and π…π stacking interactions to form a 3D supramolecular structure.In addition,the luminescent properties and the solid-state UV-vis spectra of 1 and 2 were explored.Furthermore,antiferromagnetic exchange interactions were unveiled in the Cu_2(COO)_4 units of 1.  相似文献

Reactions of different metal salts with 4-amino-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (3-abpt) gave rise to five new complexes, namely [Cu4(CN)4(3-abpt)2]n (1), [CuBr(3-abpt)]n (2), [CuI(3-abpt)]n (3), [Cu3I3(3-abpt)]n (4) and [Cu(3-abpt)(SO4)(H2O)]n (5). Compounds 1, 3, 4 and 5 are all 2D structures. Compound 1 is a double-layered polymer with an uncommon 3-nodal 3-connected (103)(102.4)4 network, 3 shows a 2D square layered structure, 4 is also a double-layered polymer with 2-nodal 4-connected (3.4.5.62.7)2(3.42.52.7) network and 5 is a 2D structure which is ultimately stacked with an ABAB repeat pattern. Compound 2 is a 1D coordination polymer which exhibits a ladder-like network. The photoluminescence of 1-2 has also been investigated. The long emission lifetimes of 1-2 could be assigned to metal-to-ligand charge transfer triple excited states [MLCT].  相似文献

Four new coordination complexes, M2(Htmopa)4(H2O)4 (M = Zn2+ (1), Mn2+ (2), (M(Htmopa)2(H2O)2)n (M = Ni2+ (3), Co2+ (4)), have been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Htmopa (Htmopa = 2,3,6,7-tetramethoxyphenanthrene-9-carboxylic acid) with different transition metals at a suitable temperature. Single-crystal determinations revealed that 1 and 2 are isostructural and possess a dinuclear subunit, each connected into 3D networks by hydrogen bonds and C-H...pi interactions. 3 and 4 are also isostructural: the metal ions are bridged through water molecules and carboxylate oxygen atoms to form 1D wavelike double chains, and these double chains are further extended to a 3D network via hydrogen bonds and C-H...pi interactions. The photoluminescent properties of the free Htmopa ligand and its complexes have been studied in the solid state at room temperature. Both Htmopa and 1 exhibit strong blue emissions. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that 2 and 3 exhibit antiferromagnetic coupling, whereas 4 shows a ferromagnetic coupling and exhibits a single-ion behavior of the Co II ion at a higher temperature range.  相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers, namely, [Mn(ndc)(bpy)] n  · n(H2O) (1), [Mn(ndc)(phen)] n (2), and [Mn3(ndc)3(bpy)2] n (3) (H2ndc = 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 13 exhibit three-dimensional metal-organic frameworks (MOFs); 1 and 2 are assemblies of the same secondary building units (SBUs), linear infinite chains {Mn(CO2)2} n , forming one-dimensional channel, while complex 3 is constructed by trinuclear clusters {Mn3(CO2)6} SBUs. Magnetic properties of complexes 1 and 3 are also discussed with respect to the bridging mode of the carboxylate groups.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Nd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Dy(ClO4)3·6H2O, Er(ClO4)3·6H2O with 1,3-dicyanobenzene, give rise to four one-dimensional rare earth-based coordination polymers: [M(3-CNC6H4COO)3(H2O)2] n (where M?=?Nd (1), Gd (2), Dy (3), Er (4), 3-CNC6H4COO?=?3-cyanobenzoato), respectively. Their solid-state structures have been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. The results show that 1,3-dicyanobenzene hydrolyzed to give 3-cyanobenzoato under hydrothermal condition, and the four complexes are isomorphous. Five new 2D coordination polymers, [Co(nip)(CuL)(H(2)O)]·CH(3)OH (1), [Mn(ip)(NiL)]·0.63H(2)O (2), [Cu(ip)(CuL)] (3), [Mn(6)(CuL)(6)(btc)(4)(H(2)O)(4)]·7H(2)O (4), and [Cu(CuL)(Hbtc)(H(2)O)] (5)(ML, H(2)L = 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-diene; H(2)nip = 5-nitroisophthalic acid; H(2)ip = m-isophthalic acid; H(3)btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) have been synthesized by a solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1-5 exhibit different 2D layered structures formed by Co(2)Cu(2) (1), Mn(2)Ni(2) (2), Cu(4) (3), Mn(3)Ni(3) (4), Cu(4) (5) units, respectively, via the oxamide and diverse carboxylic acid bridges. Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 5 are uninodal 4-connected (4, 4)-grids topology, while complex 4 possesses a 2D network with (3, 4)-connected (4(2).8)(4)(4(3).6(2).8)(3) topology. The results of magnetic determination show pronounced antiferromagnetic interactions in 1-4.  相似文献

Two new isostructural complexes, namely, poly[aqua[μ3-2-(4-carboxyphenoxy)terephthalato-κ3O1:O4:O4′](1,10-phenanthroline-κ2N,N′)cobalt(II)], [Co(C15H8O7)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]n or [Co(μ3-Hcpota)(phen)(H2O)]n, I , and poly[aqua[μ3-2-(4-carboxyphenoxy)terephthalato-κ3O1:O4:O4′](1,10-phenanthroline-κ2N,N′)nickel(II)], [Ni(C15H8O7)(C12H8N2)(H2O)]n or [Ni(μ3-Hcpota)(phen)(H2O)]n, II , have been synthesized by solvothermal reactions. Complexes I and II were fully characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, and powder and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. They both present two-dimensional structures based on [M2(μ-COO)2]2+ (M = CoII or NiII) dinuclear metal units with a fes topology and a vertex symbol (4·82). Interestingly, the positions of the two dimeric metal motifs and the two partially deprotonated Hcpota2? ligands reproduce regular flying butterfly arrangements flipped upside down and sharing wings in the ab plane. Magnetic studies indicate antiferromagnetic interactions (J = ?5.21 cm?1 for I and ?11.53 cm?1 for II ) in the dimeric units, with Co…Co and Ni…Ni distances of 4.397 (1) and 4.358 (1) Å, respectively, that are related to double synanti carboxylate bridges.  相似文献
