Novel magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) beads using ractopamine as template for use in extraction was developed by microwave heating initiated suspension polymerization. Microwave heating, as an alternative heating source, significantly accelerate the polymerization process. By incorporating magnetic iron oxide, superparamagnetic composite MIP beads with average diameter of 80 μm were obtained. The imprinted beads were then characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and vibrating sample magnetometer. Highly cross-linked porous surface and good magnetic property were observed. The adsorption isotherm modeling was performed by fitting the data to Freundlich isotherm model. The binding sites measured were 3.24 μmol g−1 and 1.17 μmol g−1 for the magnetic MIP beads and the corresponding non-imprinted magnetic beads, respectively. Cross-selectivity experiments showed the recognition ability of the magnetic MIP beads to analytes is relative to degree of molecular analogy to the template. Finally, this magnetic MIP bead was successfully used for enrichment of ractopamine, isoxsuprine and fenoterol from ultrasonically extracted solution of pork and pig liver followed by high performance chromatography with fluorescence detection. The proposed method presented good linearity and the detection limits was 0.52-1.04 ng mL−1.The recoveries were from 82.0% to 90.0% and from 80.4% to 86.8% for the spiked pork and pig liver, respectively, with the RSDs of 5.8-10.0%. Combination of the specific adsorption property of the MIP material and the magnetic separation provided a powerful analytical tool of simplicity, flexibility, and selectivity.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) coated stir bar with ractopamine as template by glass capillary filling with magnetic core as substrate was prepared reproducibly. The ractopamine MIP coating was homogeneous and porous with the average thickness of 20.6 μm. The extraction apparatus for the stir bar was improved to avoid coating loss. The MIP-coated stir bar showed better extraction capacity and good selectivity than that of non-imprinted polymer (NIP) coated stir bar to ractopamine and its analogues. The extraction capacities of ractopamine, isoxsuprine, clenbuterol and fenoterol for MIP-coated stir bar were 3.3, 3.1, 2.8 and 2.4 times as much as that of the NIP coated stir bar, respectively. The MIP-coated stir bars could be used at least 40 times without apparent damage and kept in dried air for 8 months without reduce of extraction ability. A method for the determination of β2-agonists in complex samples by MIP-coated stir bar sorptive extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The linear ranges were 0.5–40 μg/L for ractopamine and 1.0–40 μg/L for isoxsuprine and clenbuterol. The detection limits were within the range of 0.10–0.21 μg/L. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of β2-agonists in spiked pork, liver and feed samples with the recoveries of 83.7–92.3%, 80.5–90.2% and 73.6–86.2%, respectively. The RSDs was within 2.9–8.1%. The method is very suitable for the determination of trace β2-agonists in pork, liver and feed samples.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection was used for the extraction and determination of three biogenic amines including octopamine, tyramine and phenethylamine in rice wine samples. Fluorescence probe 2,6-dimethyl-4-quinolinecarboxylic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester was applied for derivatization of biogenic amines. Acetonitrile and 1-octanol were used as disperser solvent and extraction solvent, respectively. Extraction conditions including the type of extraction solvent, the volume of extraction solvent, ultrasonication time and centrifuging time were optimized. After extraction and centrifuging, analyte was injected rapidly into high-performance liquid chromatography and then detected with fluorescence. The calibration graph of the proposed method was linear in the range of 5–500 μg mL−1 (octopamine and tyramine) and 0.025–2.5 μg mL−1 (phenethylamine). The relative standard deviations were 2.4–3.2% (n = 6) and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.02–5 ng mL−1. The method was applied to analyze the rice wine samples and spiked recoveries in the range of 95.42–104.56% were obtained. The results showed that ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was a very simple, rapid, sensitive and efficient analytical method for the determination of trace amount of biogenic amines.  相似文献

We present a new, precise and accurate method for quantitative analysis of chlormequat in soil and aqueous matrices. The method, which is based on LC–MS/MS, pressurised liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction, is eminently suitable for studying the fate of chlormequat in the soil environment. The limit of detection is 0.003–0.008 μg/L for rainwater, surface water and groundwater and 0.07–0.4 μg/kg for soil. In water samples amended to 0.04 μg/L, precision is better than 10%. The residual content of chlormequat in three agricultural topsoils analysed 4 months after its application was 23–55 μg/kg (12–23% of the amount applied). No trace of chlormequat was detected in groundwater from 66 water supply wells located in rural areas treated with chlormequat.  相似文献

Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-UV detection was applied for the extraction and determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples. An appropriate mixture of acetone (disperser solvent) and chloroform (extraction solvent) was injected rapidly into a water sample containing BPA. After extraction, sedimented phase was analyzed by HPLC-UV. Under the optimum conditions (extractant solvent: 142 μL of chloroform, disperser solvent: 2.0 mL of acetone, and without salt addition), the calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.5–100 μg L−1 with the detection limit of 0.07 μg L−1 for BPA. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 5) for the extraction and determination of 100 μg L−1 of BPA in the aqueous samples was 6.0%. The results showed that DLLME is a very simple, rapid, sensitive and efficient analytical method for the determination of trace amount of BPA in water samples and suitable results were obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient and sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of three trace sterols including ergosterol, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol in complicated biological samples was developed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with extraction using novel β-sitosterol magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (mag-MIP) beads. Physical tests suggested that β-sitosterol mag-MIP beads prepared by a rapid microwave synthesis method possessed the porous morphology, narrow size distribution, stable chemical and thermal property. Due to the greatly enlarging surface area and the strong recognition to the target molecules, β-sitosterol mag-MIP beads have a higher enrichment factor for β-sitosterol (~20-fold) and the higher selectivity for β-sitosterol and its analogs than that of β-sitosterol magnetic nonimprinted polymer (mag-NIP) beads. Under the optimum analytical conditions, all the target compounds achieved good chromatographic separation and sensitive detection without matrix interference. It was interesting that three target sterols were actually found in mushroom samples, and stigmasterol and β-sitosterol were actually found in serum and watermelon samples. The recoveries of spiked sample tests were in range of 71.6-88.2% with RSDs of 2.4-10.0% (n=3). This method is reliable and applicable for the simultaneous determination of trace sterols in real biological samples based on the β-sitosterol mag-MIP bead extraction.  相似文献

In this work, a headspace-solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) method for multielemental speciation of organometallic compounds of mercury, lead and tin in water samples was upgraded by the introduction of tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) as detection technique. The analytical method is based on the ethylation with NaBEt4 and simultaneous headspace-solid-phase micro-extraction of the derivative compounds followed by GC–MS/MS analysis. The main experimental parameters influencing the extraction efficiency such as derivatisation time, extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized. The overall optimum extraction conditions were the following: a 50 μm/30 μm divinyl-benzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) SPME fibre, 150 min derivatisation time, 15 min extraction time, sample agitation at 250 rpm and 40 °C extraction temperature. The analytical characteristics of the HS-SPME method combined with GC–MS and GC–MS/MS were evaluated. The combination of both techniques HS-SPME and GC–MS/MS allowed to attain lower limits of detection (4–33 ng l−1) than those obtained by HS-SPME–GC–MS (17–45 ng l−1). The proposed method presented good linear regression coefficients (r2 > 0.9970) and repeatability (4.8–21.0%) for all the compounds under study. The accuracy of the method measured as the average percentage recovery of the compounds in spiked river water and seawater samples was higher than 80% for all the compounds studied, except for monobutyltin in the river water sample. A study of the uncertainty associated with the analytical results was also carried out.  相似文献

Leakage of the residual template molecules is one of the biggest challenges for application of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) in solid-phase extraction (SPE). In this study, bisphenol F (BPF) was adopted as a dummy template to prepare MIP of bisphenol A (BPA) with a superparamagnetic core–shell nanoparticle as the supporter, aiming to avoid residual template leakage and to increase the efficiency of SPE. Characterization and test of the obtained products (called mag-DMIP beads) revealed that these novel nanoparticles not only had excellent magnetic property but also displayed high selectivity to the target molecule BPA. As mag-DMIP beads were adopted as the adsorbents of solid-phase extraction for detecting BPA in real water samples, the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 84.7% to 93.8% with the limit of detection of 2.50 pg mL−1, revealing that mag-DMIP beads were efficient SPE adsorbents.  相似文献

A procedure involving the simultaneous performance of liquid–liquid microextraction and polypropylene microporous membrane solid-phase extraction was carried out. The applicability of the proposed procedure was evaluated through extraction of several organochlorine pesticides from river water, tomato and strawberry samples. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were optimized by multivariable designs, and the analytical features were estimated. Under optimized conditions, analytes were concentrated onto 1.5 cm long microporous membranes placed directly into the sample containing 15 mL of water with 20 μL of 1-octanol. The best extraction conditions were achieved at 59 °C, with 60 min of extraction time and 2.91 g of sodium chloride. The desorption of the analytes was carried out using 30 μL of a mixture of toluene and hexane in the proportion of 60:40% (v/v) for 10 min. Detection limits in the range of 2.7–20.0 ng L−1, 0.50–1.15 μg kg−1, and 1.53–12.77 μg kg−1 were obtained for river water, strawberry and tomato samples, respectively. Good repeatability was obtained for all three sample types. The results suggest that the proposed procedure represents a very simple and low-cost microextraction alternative rendering adequate limits of quantification for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in environmental and food samples.  相似文献

In this study, novel GA3 magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (mag-MIP) beads were synthesized by a microwave irradiation method, and the beads were applied for the trace analysis of gibberellin acids (GAs) in plant samples including rice and cucumber coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). The microwave synthetic procedure was optimized in detail. In particular, the interaction between GA3 and functional monomers was further studied for the selection of the optimal functional monomers during synthesis. It can be seen that the interaction between GA3 and acrylamide (AM) finally selected was stronger than that between GA3 and other functional monomers. GA3 mag-MIP beads were characterized by a series of physical tests. GA3 mag-MIP beads had a porous and homogeneous surface morphology with stable chemical, thermal and magnetic properties. Moreover, GA3 mag-MIP beads demonstrated selective and specific absorption behavior for the target compounds during unsaturated extraction, which resulted in a higher extraction capacity (~708.4 pmol for GA3) and selectivity than GA3 mag-non-imprinted polymer beads. Finally, an analytical method of GA3 mag-AM-MIP bead extraction coupled with HPLC-MS detection was established and applied for the determination of trace GA1, GA3, GA4 and GA7 in rice and cucumber samples. It was satisfactory that GA4 could be actually found to be 121.5 ± 1.4 μg kg(-1) in real rice samples by this novel analytical method. The recoveries of spiked rice and cucumber samples were found to be 76.0-109.1% and 79.9-93.6% with RSDs of 2.8-8.8% and 3.1-7.7% (n = 3), respectively. The proposed method is efficient and applicable for the trace analysis of GAs in complicated plant samples.  相似文献

An extracting medium based on chitosan–polypyrrole (CS–PPy) magnetic nanocomposite was synthesized by chemical polymerization of pyrrole at the presence of chitosan magnetic nanoparticles (CS-MNPs) for micro-solid phase extraction. In this work, magnetic nanoparticles, the modified CS-MNPs and different types of CS–PPy magnetic nanocomposites were synthesized. Extraction efficiency of the CS–PPy magnetic nanocomposite was compared with the CS-MNPs and Fe3O4 nanoparticles for the determination of naproxen in aqueous samples, via quantification by spectrofluorimetry. The scanning electron microscopy images obtained from all the prepared nanocomposites revealed that the CS–PPy magnetic nanocomposite possess more porous structure. Among different synthesized magnetic nanocomposites, CS–PPy magnetic nanocomposite showed a prominent efficiency. Influencing parameters on the morphology of CS–PPy magnetic nanocomposite such as weight ratio of components was also assayed. In addition, effects of different parameters influencing the extraction efficiency of naproxen including desorption solvent, desorption time, amount of sorbent, ionic strength, sample pH and extraction time were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum condition, a linear calibration curve in the range of 0.04–10 μg mL−1 (R2 = 0.9996) was obtained. The limits of detection (3Sb) and limits of quantification (10Sb) of the method were 0.015 and 0.04 μg mL−1 (n = 3), respectively. The relative standard deviation for water sample spiked with 0.1 μg mL−1 of naproxen was 3% (n = 5) and the absolute recovery was 92%. The applicability of method was extended to the determination of naproxen in tap water, human urine and plasma samples. The relative recovery percentages for these samples were in the range of 56–99%.  相似文献

A novel high-throughput device based on 96-micro-solid phase extraction (96-μ-SPE) system was constructed for multiresidue determination of nine pesticides in aquatic samples. The extraction procedure was performed on a commercially available 96-well plate system. The extraction module consisted of 96 pieces of 1 cm × 3 cm of cylindrically shaped stainless steel meshes. The prepared meshes were fixed in a home-made polytetrafluoroethylene-based constructed ninety-six holes block for possible simultaneous immersion of meshes into the center of individual wells. Dodecyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate was copolymerized as a monolithic polymer and placed in the cylindrically shaped stainless steel meshes as extracting medium. A volume of 1 mL of the aquatic sample was transferred into the 96-well plate and the 96-μ-SPE device was applied for the extraction of the selected pesticides. Subsequently, the extracted analytes were analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Influential parameters such as polymer synthesis conditions, sorbent-to-sorbent reproducibility, ionic strength and extraction time were optimized. Intra and inter-sorbent reproducibility on 96-μ-SPE device were evaluated and results revealed that extraction yields are rather similar. Limits of detection were below 4 μg L−1 and the coefficient of determination was satisfactory (r2 > 0.99) for all the studied analytes. The developed method was successfully applied to the extraction and determination of the selected pesticides in surface water samples.  相似文献

In this work, a new stir cake sorptive extraction (SCSE) using polymeric ionic liquid monolith as sorbent was prepared. The sorbent was obtained by in situ copolymerization of an ionic liquid, 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoro methyl)sulfonyl]imide (AMII) and divinylbenzene (DB) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide. The influence of the content of ionic liquid and the porogen in the polymerization mixture on extraction performance was studied thoroughly. The physicochemical properties of the polymeric ionic liquid were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The usefulness of SCSE–AMIIDB was demonstrated by the enrichment of trace benzimidazole anthelmintics. Several parameters affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated, and under the optimized conditions, a simple and effective method for the determination of trace benzimidazoles residues in water, milk and honey samples was established by coupling SCSE–AMIIDB with high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detection (SCSE–AMIIDB–HPLC/DAD). Results indicated that the limits of detection (S/N = 3) for target compounds were 0.020–0.072 μg L−1, 0.035–0.10 μg L−1 and 0.026–0.076 μg L−1 in water, milk and honey samples, respectively. In addition, an acceptable reproducibility was achieved by evaluating the repeatability and intermediate precision with relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 9% and 11%, respectively. Finally, the established AMII–SCSE–HPLC/DAD method was successfully applied for the determination of benzimidazoles residues in milk, honey and environmental water samples. Recoveries obtained for the determination of benzimidazole anthelmintics in spiking samples ranged from 70.2% to 117.6%, with RSD below 12% in all cases.  相似文献

In this study, diverse types of Fe3O4 nanocomposites modified by polyaniline, polypyrrole, and aniline–pyrrole copolymer were synthesized through chemical oxidative polymerization process for dispersive-μ-solid phase extraction (D-μ-SPE) in the presence of various dopants. The results showed that the nanocomposite modified by polyaniline with p-toluene sulfonic acid as a dopant demonstrated higher extraction efficiency for lorazepam (LRZ) and nitrazepam (NRZ). Also the synthesized magnetic sorbents were characterized. The nanocomposite sorbent in combination with high performance liquid chromatography–UV detection was applied for the extraction, preconcentration and determination of lorazepam and nitrazepam in urine and plasma samples. Different parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including: sample pH, amount of sorbent, sorption time, elution solvent and its volume, salt content, and elution time were optimized. The obtained optimal conditions were: sample pH, 6; amount of sorbent, 5 mg; sorption time, 5.0 min; elution solvent and its volume, 0.5 mM cethyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in acetonitrile, 150 μL; elution time, 2.0 min and without addition of NaCl. The calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 1–2000 μg L−1. The limits of detection (LODs) were achieved in the range of 0.5–1.8 μg L−1 for NRZ and 0.2–2.0 μg L−1 for LRZ, respectively. The percent of extraction recoveries and relative standard deviations (n = 5) were in the range of 84.0–99.0, 6.1–7.8 for NRZ and 90.0–99.0, 4.1–7.0 for LRZ, respectively. Ultimately, the applicability of the method was successfully confirmed by the extraction and determination of NRZ and LRZ in human urine and plasma samples.  相似文献

A procedure involving bead-injection concept and sequential determination of copper and mercury ions in river-water samples is proposed. The method is based on the solid-phase extraction of both metal ions on the same beads surface (Chelex 100 resin) and in their subsequent reaction with the colorimetric reagents (APDC and Dithizone for copper and mercury ions, respectively). For this task, a resin mini-column is established in the optical path by the selection, introduction and trapping of a defined volume of the Chelex-100 resin beads suspension in the flow system. The passage of the sample solution through the resin mini-column promotes the sorption of Cu(II) ions and, making the APDC colorimetric reagent flows through the beads, the formation of the coloured complex on the solid phase surface occurs. The absorbance of the formed APDC-Cu complex is then monitored at 436 nm and the spent beads are discarded. Packing another resin mini-column in the flow cell and repeating the concentration step it is possible to carried out the mercury determination by using Dithizone as reagent. The absorbance of the Dithizone-Hg complex is monitored at 500 nm. After each measurement, the spent beads are wasted and a new portion of fresh one is trapped in the system, letting it ready for the next measurement. The bead injection system is versatile and can be used to concentrate different sample volumes, which permits the determination of a wide range of copper and mercury ions concentrations. When the sample-selected volumes are 100 and 1000 μl the analytical ranges were 5.0 up to 500.0 μg l−1 and 2.5 up to 30.0 μg l−1 for Cu(II) and Hg(II) ions, respectively. Under these conditions, the detection limit was estimated as 0.63 and 0.25 μg l−1 for copper and mercury ions determination. The system consumes 2 mg of Chelex 100 resin beads, 0.20 mg of APDC or 1.25 mg of Dithizone per determination and the traditional organic solvent extraction methodology, normally used in connection with APDC and Dithizone reagents, is not used here which permits to classify the present method as green.  相似文献

A new simultaneous derivatization and extraction method for the preconcentration of ammonia using new one-step headspace dynamic in-syringe liquid-phase microextraction with in situ derivatization was developed for the trace determination of ammonium in aqueous samples by liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (LC–FLD). The acceptor phase (as derivatization reagent) containing o-phthaldehyde and sodium sulfite was held within a syringe barrel and immersed in the headspace of sample container. The gaseous ammonia from the alkalized aqueous sample formed a stable isoindole derivative with the acceptor phase inside the syringe barrel through the reciprocated movements of plunger. After derivatization-cum-extraction, the acceptor phase was directly injected into LC–FLD for analysis. Parameters affecting the ammonia evolution and the extraction/derivatization efficiency such as sample matrix, pH, temperature, sampling time, and the composition of derivatization reagent, reaction temperature, and frequency of reciprocated plunger, were studied thoroughly. Results indicated that the maximum extraction efficiency was obtained by using 100 μL derivatization reagent in a 1-mL gastight syringe under 8 reciprocated movements of plunger per min to extract ammonia evolved from a 20 mL alkalized aqueous solution at 70 °C (preheated 4 min) with 380 rpm stirring for 8 min. The detection was linear in the concentration range of 0.625–10 μM with the correlation coefficient of 0.9967 and detection limit of 0.33 μM (5.6 ng mL−1) based on S N−1 = 3. The method was applied successfully to determine ammonium in real water samples without any prior cleanup of the samples, and has been proved to be a simple, sensitive, efficient and cost-effective procedure for trace ammonium determination in aqueous samples.  相似文献

The application of sulfur microparticles as efficient adsorbents for the solid-phase extraction (SPE) and determination of trace amounts of 10 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was investigated in sea water and wastewater samples using high performance liquid chromatography coupled with an ultraviolet detector (HPLC–UV). Parameters influencing the preconcentration of PAHs such as the amount of sulfur, solution flow rate and volume, elution solvent, type and concentration of organic modifier, and salt effect were examined. The results showed that at a flow rate of 10 mL min−1 for the sample solutions (100 mL), the PAHs could be adsorbed on the sulfur microparticles and then eluted by 2.0 mL of acetonitrile. For HPLC–UV analysis of extracted PAHs, the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.05–80.0 μg L−1; the coefficients of determinations (r2) were between 0.9934 and 0.9995. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for eight replicates at two concentration levels (0.5 and 4.0 μg L−1) of PAHs were lower than 7.3%, under optimized conditions. The limits of detection (LODs, <!-- no-mfc -->S/N<!-- /no-mfc --> = 3) of the proposed method for the studied PAHs were 0.007–0.048 μg L−1. The recoveries of spiked PAHs (0.5 and 4 μg L−1) in the wastewater and sea water samples ranged from 78% to 108%. The simplicity of experimental procedure, high extraction efficiency, short sample analysis, and using of low cost sorbent demonstrate the potential of this approach for routine trace PAH analysis in water and wastewater samples.  相似文献

An in-syringe demulsified dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (ISD–DLLME) technique was developed using low-density extraction solvents for the highly sensitive determination of the three trace fungicides (azoxystrobin, diethofencarb and pyrimethanil) in water samples by high performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry chromatography–diode array detector/electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry. In the proposed technique, a 5-mL syringe was used as an extraction, separation and preconcentration container. The emulsion was obtained after the mixture of toluene (extraction solvent) and methanol (dispersive solvent) was injected into the aqueous bulk of the syringe. The obtained emulsion cleared into two phases without centrifugation, when an aliquot of methanol was introduced as a demulsifier. The separated floating organic extraction solvent was impelled and collected into a pipette tip fitted to the tip of the syringe. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factors for azoxystrobin, diethofencarb and pyrimethanil were 239, 200, 195, respectively. The limits of detection, calculated as three times the signal-to-noise ratio (S N−1), were 0.026 μg L−1 for azoxystrobin, 0.071 μg L−1 for diethofencarb and 0.040 μg L−1 for pyrimethanil. The repeatability study was carried out by extracting the spiked water samples at concentration levels of 0.02 μg mL−1 for all the three fungicides. The relative standard deviations varied between 4.9 and 8.2% (n = 5). The recoveries of all the three fungicides from tap, lake and rain water samples at spiking levels of 0.2, 1, 5 μg L−1 were in the range of 90.0–105.0%, 86.0–114.0% and 88.6–110.0%, respectively. The proposed ISD–DLLME technique was demonstrated to be simple, practical and efficient for the determination of different kinds of fungicide residues in real water samples.  相似文献

The bisphenol A (BPA) imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by simple Pickering emulsion polymerization. Compared to traditional bulk polymerization, both high yields of polymer and good control of particle sizes were achieved. The characterization results of scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements showed that the obtained molecularly imprinted polymer microsphere (MIPMS) particles possessed regular spherical shape, narrow diameter distribution (30–60 μm), a specific surface area (SBET) of 281.26 m2 g−1 and a total pore volume (Vt) of 0.459 cm3 g−1. Good specific adsorption capacity for BPA was obtained in the sorption experiment and good class selectivity for BPA and its seven structural analogs (bisphenol F, bisphenol B, bisphenol E, bisphenol AF, bisphenol S, bisphenol AP and bisphenol Z) was demonstrated by the chromatographic evaluation experiment. The MIPMS as solid-phase extraction (SPE) packing material was then evaluated for extraction and clean-up of these bisphenols (BPs) from human urine samples. An accurate and sensitive analytical method based on the MIPMS-SPE coupled with HPLC-DAD has been successfully established for simultaneous determination of eight BPs from human urine samples with detection limits of 1.2–2.2 ng mL−1. The recoveries of BPs for urine samples at two spiking levels (100 and 500 ng mL−1 for each BP) were in the range of 81.3–106.7% with RSD values below 8.3%.  相似文献

Graphene, a novel class of carbon nanostructures, has great promise for use as sorbent materials because of its ultrahigh specific surface area. A new method using a column packed with graphene as sorbent was developed for the preconcentration of trace amounts of lead (Pb) using dithizone as chelating reagent prior to its determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Some effective parameters on the extraction and complex formation were selected and optimized. Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph was linear in the concentration range of 10.0–600.0 μg L−1 with a detection limit of 0.61 μg L−1. The relative standard deviation for ten replicate measurements of 20.0 and 400.0 μg L−1 of Pb were 3.56 and 3.25%, respectively. Comparative studies showed that graphene is superior to other adsorbents including C18 silica, graphitic carbon, and single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes for the extraction of Pb. The proposed method was successfully applied in the analysis of environmental water and vegetable samples. Good spiked recoveries over the range of 95.3–100.4% were obtained. This work not only proposes a useful method for sample preconcentration, but also reveals the great potential of graphene as an excellent sorbent material in analytical processes.  相似文献
