W/O/W乳液的渗透溶胀与夹带溶胀 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
研究了W/O/W乳液的溶胀,实验结果表明,渗透溶胀随内外相溶液间的渗透压差、表面活性剂及载体浓度的增大而增加,但随膜粘度的增加而降低,渗透压差较高时,水渗透的影响大于夹带的影响;膜相中含氧化合物对溶胀的影响大于含氮化合物,采用Span 80作乳化剂时,比采用E 644渗透溶胀约高6倍,夹带溶胀也较高;重复聚结再分散使夹带溶胀急剧增加,因而多级混合澄清槽对液膜操作似不适用。 相似文献

本文研究了分离,富集Cr(Ⅵ)的最佳液膜组成和实验条件,确立了兰113B-TOA-煤油-液体石蜡-NaOH液膜体系。用本法富集,测定工业废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),富集倍数达75,相对标准偏差为1.1%,回收率99%以上。 相似文献

研究了藻朊酸钠均质膜对有机液/水混合体系的渗透汽化特性。结果表明,藻朊酸钠对甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃及二氧六环等有机溶剂同水的混合液均表现为水优先透过,其渗透通量及选择分离系数都非常高。对80wt%的四氢呋喃水溶液,55℃下,通量Q达到2489g/m2·h,水对四氢呋喃的分离系数趋于无穷大;对80wt%的二氧六环水溶液,Q为2862g/m2·h,分离系数为39996(60℃)。通量与温度间呈Arrhenius关系。比较了两种藻朊酸钠样品对有机液/水混合体系的渗透汽化特性,讨论了化学组成、结构的不同,对膜性能的影响。 相似文献

采用明胶(Gel)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为原料,制备了Gel/聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)水凝胶系列;研究了原料配比、pH值及温度对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响。结果表明,当温度大于PNIPAM的最低临界溶液温度(LCST)值时,Gel/PNIPAM水凝胶的溶胀速度随着组分中PNIPAM的增加而降低,且溶胀过程以扩散渗透控制为主。而pH对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响与温度有关。Gel/PNIPAM配比为5/5,温度大于LCST时,水凝胶的pH敏感性受明胶控制;温度低于LCST时,pH对水凝胶的溶胀速度的影响很小。 相似文献

研究了液膜体系对水相中痕量镍离子的富集方法,镍离子从外相水溶液被膜相载体通过液膜运进含有反萃取剂的内相,从而达到富集效果,液膜富集一次回收率达98%,二闪富集倍数250倍,试验了载体,表面活性剂,液体石蜡,膜与内相水的水/油比,乳化液与外相水的乳/水比,内相酸度,外相PH值,富集时间的破乳剂用量等因素的影响,利用正交分析试验选出了最佳试验条件,并比较在相同条件下液膜法与萃取法提取镍的效果,通过液膜富集,使原子吸收法测定痕量镍达到了10^-9级。 相似文献

In this study, two viscous models, the Choi‐Schwalter and Phan‐Thien‐Pham models, are used to calculate the isotonic swelling ratio of emulsion liquid membrane. The purpose is to evaluate the usefulness of calculating isotonic swelling ratios of emulsion liquid membranes by viscous models through comparing theoretical isotonic swelling ratios with experimental swelling ratios of three kinds of emulsion liquid membranes. Comparison between theoretical swelling ratios and experimental swelling ratios indicates that experimental swelling ratios are close to those calculated by the Choi‐Schwalter model, but lower than those calculated by the Phan‐Thien‐Pham viscous model. But modified Phan‐Thien‐Pham viscous models predicts reasonable values. Therefore, the method of calculating the isotonic swelling ratio of emulsion liquid membrane by theoretical viscosity models is promising. 相似文献

We have investigated the formation and evolution of zinc oxalate particles in internal aqueous droplets and their effects of emulsion interface properties. The formation of particles follows an aggregation-controlled mechanism that depends on the size of droplets and surfactant. The size of droplets determines the final shape of the particles by affecting the supersaturation ratio to form rod-like and sheet-like particles. The surfactant adsorbed on the particles changes the wettability, leading to the aggregation of the primary particles at the internal water-oil interface. Moreover, the adsorption can cause a higher level of impurity and defects in as-synthesized particles. This effect could be directly employed to fabricate heterojunction rectifier. 相似文献

高未结合胆红素症 (Hyperbilirubinemia)是新生儿常见疾病 .胆红素在血液中的浓度过高 ,会伤害婴儿的大脑 (核黄疸 ) [1].肝昏迷患者的症状与胆红素在血液中含量过高也有直接关系 ,迅速有效地将其清除可使患者症状缓解[2 ],迄今为止 ,清除胆红素的研究主要集中在以吸附剂吸附为基础的血液灌流方法 ,所用的吸附剂主要有活性炭和大孔吸附树脂 ,活性炭的吸附选择性和血液相容性都比较差 ;大孔吸附树脂的吸附选择性和血液相容性等方面有待进一步提高[3],特别是在吸附未结合胆红素时 ,清除率低、清除速度慢 ,难以满足临床方面… 相似文献

Emulsion liquid membranes (ELM) have received significant attention in the separation of various metal ions from industrial wastewater. Still efforts are needed to get the desired level of stability to overcome the hindrance in the application of ELM at industrial scale. In this paper, the effects of various parameters such as emulsification speed, concentration of cosurfactant, surfactant, carrier and impeller speed during extraction on the stability of an emulsion liquid membrane are studied. Dispersion destabilization of w/o emulsion is checked by Turbiscan. Drop size distribution and photomicrographs of the emulsions are also analyzed to evaluate stability of the emulsion. Instability of emulsion liquid membrane during extraction process is measured in terms of membrane breakage. A stable emulsion is used for the extraction of mercury from aqueous solution in small scale as well as in large scale. 相似文献
