Chloride abstraction from [{M(η3 --- C3H5)Cl}n] (M = Pt, n = 4 or M = Pd, n = 2) by (NBu4)2[cis-Pt(C6F5)2(CCSiMe3)2] (1) gives rise to novel homo- and hetero-dinuclear zwitterionic derivatives (NBu4) [{cis-Pt(C6F5)2(CCSiMe3)2}M(η3-C3H5)] (M = Pt 2; M = Pd 3) which are formed by a M(η3-allyl)+ unit attached to both alkynyl ligands of the {cis-Pt(C6F5)2(CCSiMe3)2}2− fragment. The structure of 3 has been established by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to synthesize mononuclear ruthenium complex [RuCl2(CO)2{Te(CH2SiMe3)2}2] (1) by the reaction of Te(CH2SiMe3)2 and [RuCl2(CO)3]2. However, the stoichiometric reaction affords a mixture of 1 and [RuCl2(CO){Te(CH2SiMe3)2}3] (2). The X-ray structures show the formation of the cis(Cl), cis(C), trans(Te) isomer of 1 and the cis(Cl), mer(Te) isomer of 2. The 125Te NMR spectra of the complexes are reported. The complex distribution depends on the initial molar ratio of the reactants. With an excess of [RuCl2(CO)3]2 only 1 is formed. In addition to the stoichiometric reaction, a mixture of 1 and 2 is observed even when using an excess of Te(CH2SiMe3)2. Complex 1 is, however, always the main product. In these cases the 125Te NMR spectra of the reaction solution also indicates the presence of unreacted ligand.  相似文献

Nitrile-functionalized NCN-pincer complexes of type [MBr(NC-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6)] (6a, M = Pd; 6b, M = Pt) (NCN = [C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6]) are accessible by the reaction of Br-1-NC-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6 (2b) with [Pd2(dba)3 · CHCl3] (5a) (dba = dibenzylidene acetone) and [Pt(tol-4)2(SEt2)]2 (5b) (tol = tolyl), respectively. Complex 6b could successfully be converted to the linear coordination polymer {[Pt(NC-4-C6H2(CH2NMe2)2-2,6)](ClO4)}n (8) upon its reaction with the organometallic heterobimetallic π-tweezer compound {[Ti](μ-σ,π-CCSiMe3)2}AgOClO3 (7) ([Ti] = (η5-C5H4SiMe3)2Ti).The structures of 6a (M = Pd) and 6b (M = Pt) in the solid state are reported. In both complexes the d8-configurated transition metal ions palladium(II) and platinum(II) possess a somewhat distorted square-planar coordination sphere. Coordination number 4 at the group-10 metal atoms M is reached by the coordination of two ortho-substituents Me2NCH2, the NCN ipso-carbon atom and the bromide ligand. The NC group is para-positioned with respect to M.  相似文献

Reaction of [MX(CO)2(η7-C7H7)] (M=Mo, X=Br; M=W, X=I) with two equivalents of CNBut in toluene affords the trihapto-bonded cycloheptatrienyl complexes [MX(CO)2(CNBut)2(η3-C7H7)] (1, M=Mo, X=Br; 2, M=W, X=I). The X-ray crystal structure of 2 reveals a pseudo-octahedral molecular geometry with an asymmetric ligand arrangement at tungsten in which one CNBut is located trans to the η3-C7H7 ring. Treatment of 2 with tetracyanoethene results in 1,4-cycloaddition at the η3-C7H7 ring to give [WI(CO)2(CNBut)2{η3-C9H7(CN)4}], 3. The principal reaction type of the molybdenum complex 1 is loss of carbonyl and bromide ligands to afford substituted products [MoBr(CNBut)2(η7-C7H7)] 4 or [Mo(CO)(CNBut)2(η7-C7H7)]Br. Reaction of [MoBr(CO)2(η7-C7H7)] with one equivalent of CNBut in toluene at 60°C affords [MoBr(CO)(CNBut)(η7-C7H7)], 5, which is a precursor to [Mo(CO)(CNBut)(NCMe)(η7-C7H7)][BF4], 6, by reaction with Ag[BF4] in acetonitrile. In contrast with the parent dicarbonyl systems [MoX(CO)2(η7-C7H7)], complexes of the Mo(CO)(CNBut)(η7-C7H7) auxiliary, 5 and 6, do not afford observable η3-C7H7 products by ligand addition at the molybdenum centre.  相似文献

Two novel heterometallic trinuclear incomplete cubane-like clusters [(CH3CH2)4N][{M2CuS4}(edt)2(PPh3)] (M = Mo, W) have been synthesized by reaction of [(CH3CH2)4N]2[M2S4(edt)2] (M = Mo, W) with Cu(PPh3)2(dtp) [where edt is 1,2-ethane-dithiolato ligand, dtp is S2P(OCH2CH3)2]. The two crystals are isomorphous in space group P1 (No. 1). The unit cell contains two independent molecules, but the two discrete anions have the same orientation for the PPh3 ligands along one axis so the space group is undoubtedly non-centrosymmetric. The discrete anion contains two edt ligands and one PPh3 ligand attached to one incomplete cubane-like cluster core {M2CuS4}3+ (M = Mo, W). The bond lengths of Mo---Mo[W---W] and the two Mo---Cu[W-Cu] are 2.852(2)[2.844(1)], 2.802(2)[2.765(3)], 2.760(2)[2.762(3)] Å, respectively. The M 2S4(edt)2 (M = Mo, W) moiety remains almost unchanged, except that for the compound 1 the Mo=S double bond length elongates from av. 2.10 to av. 2.165 Å. The title clusters provide a new type of unsymmetric μ2-bridging sulphido ligand. The incomplete cubane-like cluster core {Mo2CuS4}3+ of compound 1 is distorted because the two Cu---μ2---S bond lengths are significantly different (2.313 Å and 2.409 Å), but the core {W2CuS4}3+ of compound 2 has approximately Cs symmetry. The IR spectra of the two title clusters and two starting materials are assigned.  相似文献

The rational development of multinuclear arene ruthenium complexes (arene = p-cymene, hexamethylbenzene) from generation 1 (G1) and generation 2 (G2) of 4-iminopyridyl based poly(propyleneimine) dendrimer scaffolds of the type, DAB-(NH2)n (n = 4 or 8, DAB = diaminobutane) has been accomplished in order to exploit the ‘enhanced permeability and retention’ (EPR) effect that allows large molecules to selectively enter cancer cells. Four compounds were synthesised, i.e. [{(p-cymene)RuCl2}4G1] (1), [{(hexamethylbenzene)RuCl2}4G1] (2), [{(p-cymene)RuCl2}8G2] (3), and [{(hexamethylbenzene)RuCl2}8G2] (4), by first reacting DAB-(NH2)n with 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and subsequently metallating the iminopyridyl dendrimers with [(p-cymene)RuCl2]2 or [(hexamethylbenzene)RuCl2]2. The related mononuclear complexes [(p-cymene)RuCl2(L)] (5) and [(hexamethylbenzene)RuCl2(L)] (6) were obtained in a similar manner from N-(pyridin-4-ylmethylene)propan-1-amine (L). The molecular structure of 5 has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and the in vitro anticancer activities of the mono-, tetra- and octanuclear complexes 1–6 studied on the A2780 human ovarian carcinoma cell line showing a close correlation between the size of the compound and cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Reactions between [Ru(thf)(PPh3)2(η-C5H5)]+ and lithium acetylides have given further examples of substituted ethynylruthenium complexes that are useful precursors of allenylidene and cumulenylidene derivatives. From Li2C4, mono- and bi-nuclear ruthenium complexes were obtained: single-crystal X-ray studies have characterised two rotamers of {Ru(PPh3)2(η-C5H5)}2(μ-C4), which differ in the relative cis and trans orientations of the RuLn groups. Protonation of Ru(CCCCH)(PPh3)2(η-C5H5) afforded the butatrienylidene cation [Ru(C=C=C=CH2)(PPh3)2(η-C5H5)]+, which reacted readily with atmospheric moisture to give the acetylethynyl complex Ru{CCC(O)Me}(PPh3)2(η-C5H5), also fully characterised by an X-ray structural study.  相似文献

Treatment of [(1,5-C8H12)PtCl(X)] (X=Cl, CH3, CH2CMe3) with C2 chiral cyclopentane-1,2-diyl-bis(phosphanes) C5H8(PR2)2, either as racemic mixtures or as resolved enantiomers, afforded the chelate complexes [C5H8(PR2)2Pt(Cl)(X)] (X=Cl: R=Ph (1), N-pip (2), OPh (3); X=CH3: R=Ph (4), N-pip (5), OPh (6); X=CH2CMe3: R=Ph (7), N-pip (8), OPh (9); ‘N-pip’=N(CH2)5), (+)-[(1R,2R)-C5H8{P(OPh)2}2PtCl2] [(R,R)-3], (−)-[(1S,2S)-C5H8{P(OPh)2}2PtCl2] [(S,S)-3], (−)-[(1R,2R)-C5H8(PPh2)2Pt(Cl)(X)], and (+)-[(1S,2S)-C5H8(PPh2)2Pt(Cl)(X)] (X=CH3: (R,R)-4, (S,S)-4; X=CH2CMe3: (R,R)-7, (S,S)-7). Reacting 4, 6, and 7 with AgO3SCF3 led to triflate derivatives [C5H8(PR2)2Pt(X)(OSO2CF3)] [X=CH3: R=Ph (11), OPh (12); X=CH2CMe3: R=Ph (13)] with covalently bonded OSO2CF3 ligands. The unusual Pt2 complex [μ-Cl{C5H8(PPh2)2PtCH3}2]O3SCF3 (14) containing an unsupported single Pt---Cl---Pt bridge was also isolated. In the presence of SnCl2, complexes 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 9 are catalysts for the hydroformylation of styrene forming 2- and 3-phenylpropanal together with ethylbenzene. Except for 1, they also catalyze the consecutive hydrogenation of the primary propanals to alcohols. High regioselectivities towards 2-phenylpropanal (branched-to-normal ratios ≥91:9) were obtained in hydroformylations catalyzed by 3 and 4, for which the influence of varied CO/H2 partial pressures, catalyst-to-substrate ratios and different reaction temperatures and times on the outcome of the catalytic reaction was also studied. When tin-modified complexes (R,R)-3, (S,S)-3, and (S,S)-4 were used as optically active Pt(II) catalysts, an only low stereoselectivity for asymmetric hydroformylation (e.e.<18%) was observed. The Pt---Sn complexes [C5H8(PR2)2Pt(CH3)(SnCl3)] [R=Ph (15), OPh (17)], resulting from SnCl2 insertion into the Pt---Cl bonds of 4 or 6, undergo rapid degradation in solution, forming mixtures composed of [C5H8(PR2)2Pt(X)(Y)] with R=Ph or OPh and X/Y=Cl/SnCl3 (16, 18), Cl/Cl (1, 3), and SnCl3/SnCl3 (19, 20), respectively. In the presence of SnCl2, triflate complex 11 also becomes a catalyst for styrene hydroformylation and consecutive hydrogenation of the aldehydes to alcohols. The crystal structures of 11 complexes — 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 (the previously prepared [C5H8{P(N-pip)2}2Pt(CH2CMe3)2]), 13, 14, 16, (R,R)-3, and (S,S)-3 — were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The aminoalcohols 1-HOCR2-2-NMe2C6H4 [R = Ph (1), R = C6H11 (2)] and 1-HOCPh2CH2-2-NMe2C6H4 (3) react with ZnCl2 in tetrahydrofuran to give the alcohol adducts [ZnCl2(THF){1-HOCR2-2-NMe2C6H4}] [R = Ph (4), R = C6H11 (5)] and [ZnCl2(THF){1-HOCPh2CH2-2-NMe2C6H4}] (6). The complexes 46 were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and 5 was also structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reactions of 5-R-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde-4-allyl-thiosemicarbazone {R: H (L1); Br (L2)} with [MII(PPh3)nCl2] (M = Ni, n = 2 and M = Ru, n = 3) in a 1:1 molar ratio have given stable solid complexes corresponding to the general formula [Ni(L)(PPh3)] and [Ru(HL)2(PPh3)2]. While the 1:1 nickel complexes are formed from an ONS donor set of the thiosemicarbazone and the P atom of triphenylphosphine in a square planar structure, the 1:2 ruthenium complexes consist of a couple from each of N, S and P donor atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry. These mixed-ligand complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis, APCI-MS, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopies. The structures of [Ni(L2)(PPh3)] (II) and [Ru(L1H)2(PPh3)2] (III) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Cyclodiphosphazanes having donor functionalities such as cis-[tBuNP(OR)]2 (R = C6H4OMe-o (2); R = CH2CH2OMe (3); R = CH2CH2SMe (4); R = CH2CH2NMe2 (5)) were obtained in good yield by reacting cis-[tBuNPCl]2 (1) with corresponding nucleophiles. The reactions of 2-5 with [RuCl26-cymene)]2, [MCl(COD)]2 (M = Rh, Ir), [PdCl2(PEt3)]2 and [MCl2(COD)] (M=Pd, Pt) result in the formation of exclusively monocoordinated mononuclear complexes of the type cis-[{tBuNP(OR)}2MLn-κP] irrespective of the reaction stoichiometry and the reaction conditions. In contrast, 2-5 react with [RhCl(CO)2]2, [PdCl(η3-C3H5)]2, CuX (X=Cl, Br, I) to give homobinuclear complexes. Interestingly, CuX produces both mono and binuclear complexes depending on the stoichiometry of the reactants and the reaction conditions. The mononuclear complexes on treatment with appropriate metal reagents furnish heterometallic complexes.  相似文献

The cationic complexes [({Ph3P}2C)Ag(C{PPh3}2)]X (2+, X = Cl, BF4) with a linear arrangement of the ligands were obtained from the reaction of C(PPh3)2 (1) with the appropriate AgX in THF. The 31P NMR spectrum of the cation 2+ exhibits a doublet with J(Ag,P) = 15.3 Hz. The cation was also formed when the adduct O2C ← 1 was allowed to react with AgX in CH2Cl2 in the first step as shown by 31P NMR; however, deprotonation of the solvent finally produced the cation (HC{PPh3}2)+, (H1)+ quantitatively. In the absence of coordinating anions, the tricationic complex [({Ph3P}2CH)Ag(CH{PPh3}2)](BF4)3 (3), containing the cation (H1)+ as ligand, could be isolated by reacting AgBF4 with the salt (H1)(BF4). All compounds were characterized by IR and 31P NMR spectroscopy; the structures of the compounds [2]Cl·1.25THF, 3·5CH2Cl2, 3·4C2H4Cl2, and (H1)(BF4) could be established by X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Reactions of CpRuCl(PPh3)2 with bis(phosphino)amines, X2PN(R)PX2 (1 R=H, X=Ph; 2 R=X=Ph; 3 R=Ph, X2=O2C6H4) give neutral or cationic mononuclear complexes depending on the reaction conditions. Reaction of 1 with CpRuCl(PPh3)2 gives one neutral complex, [CpRu(Cl)(η2-Ph2PN(H)PPh2)] (4) and two cationic complexes, [CpRu(η2-Ph2PN(H)PPh2)(η1-Ph2PN(H)PPh2)]Cl (5) and [CpRu(PPh3)(η2-Ph2PN(H)PPh2)]Cl (6), whereas the reaction of 2 with CpRuCl(PPh3)2 leads only to the isolation of cationic complex, [CpRu(PPh3)(η2-Ph2PN(Ph)PPh2)]Cl (7). The catechol derivative 3, in a similar reaction, affords an interesting mononuclear complex [CpRu(PPh3){η1-(C6H4O2)PN(Ph)P(O2H4C6)}2]Cl (8) containing two monodentate bis(phosphino)amine ligands. The structural elucidation of the complexes was carried out by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopic data.  相似文献

A series of homodinuclear Pt compounds containing the anionic, potentially terdentate NCN ligand (NCN=[C6H3(Me2NCH2)2-2,6]) or its 4-ethynyl derivative were prepared. The two platinum centres are linked together in two different fashions: (i) directly linked by an ethynyl or diethynylphenyl group (head-to-head) and (ii) indirectly bonded by a ethynyl- or butadiynyl-linked bis-NCN ligand (tail-to-tail). The reaction of the head-to-head σ,σ′-ethynylide complex {Pt}CC{Pt} ({Pt}=[Pt(C6H3{CH2NMe2}2-2,6)]+) with [CuCl]n yields {Pt}Cl and [Cu2C2]n, while with [Cu(NCMe)4][BF4] a Cu(I) bridged complex was formed: [(η2-{Pt}CC{Pt})2Cu][BF4]. The results of cyclic voltammetry experiments reveal that both connection modes of the two platinum centres lead to electrochemically independent Pt–NCN units. The X-ray crystal structure analysis of the neutral, tail-to-tail bridging butadiyne bis-NCNH ligand [C6H3(CH2NMe2)-1,3-(CC)-5]2 is reported.  相似文献

The paper presents a combined experimental and computational study of mono- and disubstituted Re(V) oxocomplexes obtained in the reactions of [ReOX3(EPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br; E = P, As) with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-benzimidazole (Hhpb). From the reactions of [ReOX3(PPh3)2] with Hhpb in molar ratio 1:1 cis and trans stereoisomers of [ReOX2(hpb)(PPh3)] were isolated, whereas the [ReOX3(AsPh3)2] oxocompounds react with Hhpb to give only cis-halide isomers. The [ReOX2(hpb)(EPh3)] and [ReO(OMe)(hpb)2]·MeCN complexes have been characterized spectroscopically and structurally (by single-crystal X-ray diffraction). The DFT and TDDFT calculations have been carried out for the trans-[ReOBr2(hpb)(PPh3)], cis-[ReOBr2(hpb)(AsPh3)] and [ReO(OMe)(hpb)2], and their UV–Vis spectra have been discussed on this basis.  相似文献

The reaction of MoO2Cl2(OPMePh2)2 with t-butylhydroperoxide (TBHP) in the presence of cis-cyclooctene yields the tetrameric complex Mo4O6(O2)23-O)2{(μ2-O,μ3-OC8H14}2(OPMePh2)2, (1). Additionally in the absence of cis-cyclooctene MoO(O2)Cl2(OPMePh2)2, MoO(O2)2(H2O)(OPMePh2), (2), and two novel yellow compounds can be isolated depending on the quantity of TBHP used and the reaction conditions. Both the starting material MoO2Cl2(OPMePh2)2 and tetramer 1 are capable of accomplishing the epoxidation of cis-cyclooctene as catalysts. The single crystal X-ray determined structures of complexes 1 and 2 are reported.Dedicated to Professor F. A. “Chief” Cotton on the occasion of his 75th birthday  相似文献

[Cp4Fe4(CO)4] (1) reacts with p-BrC6H4Li and MeOH in sequence to afford the functionalized cluster [Cp3Fe4(CO)4(C5H4-p-C6H4Br)] (2), while the reaction of 2 with n-BuLi and MeOH produces [Cp2Fe4(CO)4(C5H4Bu)(C5H4-p-C6H4Br)] (3). The double cluster [Cp3Fe4(CO)4(C5H4)]2(p-C6H4) (4) has been prepared by treatment of [Cp4Fe4(CO)4] with p-C6H4Li2 and MeOH in sequence. The electrochemistry of 2 and 4, as well as the crystal structure of 4 have been investigated.  相似文献

The reactions of OsO4 with excess of HSC6F5 and P(C6H4X-4)3 in ethanol afford the five-coordinate compounds [Os(SC6F5)4(P(C6H4X-4)3)] where X = OCH3 1a and 1b, CH3 2a and 2b, F 3a and 3b, Cl 4a and 4b or CF3 5a and 5b. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1 to 5 exhibit a common pattern with an osmium center in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination arrangement. The axial positions are occupied by mutually trans thiolate and phosphane ligands, while the remaining three equatorial positions are occupied by three thiolate ligands. The three pentafluorophenyl rings of the equatorial ligands are directed upwards, away from the axial phosphane ligand in the arrangement “3-up” (isomers a). On the other hand, 31P{1H} and 19F NMR studies at room temperature reveal the presence of two isomers in solution: The “3-up” isomer (a) with the three C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate ligand, and the “2-up, 1-down” isomer (b) with two C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate and the C6F5-ring of the third equatorial ligand directed towards the axial phosphane. Bidimensional 19F–19F NMR studies encompass the two sub-spectra for the isomers a (“3-up”) and b (“2-up, 1-down”). Variable temperature 19F NMR experiments showed that these isomers are fluxional. Thus, the 19F NMR sub-spectra for the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b) at room temperature indicate that the two S-C6F5 ligands in the 2-up equatorial positions have restricted rotation about their C–S bonds, but this rotation becomes free as the temperature increases. Room temperature 19F NMR spectra of 3 and 5 also indicate restricted rotation around the Os–P bonds in the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b). In addition, as the temperature increases, the 19F NMR spectra tend to be consistent with an increased rate of the isomeric exchange. Variable temperature 31P{1H} NMR studies also confirm that, as the temperature is increased, the a and b isomeric exchange becomes fast on the NMR time scale.  相似文献

The reaction of hydrogen sulphide with [Co(H2O)6](BF4)2 and triethylphosphine in the presence of sodium tetraphenylborate or tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate gave the paramagnetic clusters [Co63-S)8(PEt3)6](Y) (Y = BPh4, (1), PF6, (2)). These compounds can be easily reduced by sodium napthalenide to the diamagnetic species [Co63-S)8(PEt3)6] · 2C4H8O (3). The molecular structures of 1 and 3 have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data: (1) space group P , a = 19.481(9), b = 15.562(7), c = 12.390(b) Å, α = 92.70(8), β = 94.50(7), γ = 94.10(9)°, Z = 2, (3) space group R , a = 11.780(6) Å, α = 92.50(7)°, Z = 1. Both structures were solved by the heavy atom method and refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to the conventional R factors values of 0.050 for 1 and 0.044 for 3 on the basis of 4251 and 1918 observed reflections, respectively. The two clusters [Co63-S)8)(PEt3)6]1+,0 are isostructural, the inner core consisting of an octahedron of cobalt atoms with all the faces symmetrically capped by triply bridging sulphur atoms. Each metal centre is additionally linked to a triethylphosphine group so that each cobalt atom is co-ordinated by four sulphur atoms and one phosphorus in a distorted square pyramidal environment. The addition of one electron whilst leaving unchanged the geometry of the inner framework, induces small changes in the structural parameters, the average Co---Co and Co---P distances being 2.794 (3) and 2.162 (2) Å for 1 and 2.817 (3) and 2.138 (2) Å for 3 respectively. Electrochemistry in non-aqueous solvents shows the electron-transfer sequence
