The synthesis and CD spectra of (+)-5α-androsta-14,16-diene (2), (?)-bornol[2,3-b]cyclopenta-1,3-diene (3), (+)-2,3-dimethylenebornane (4b), (?)-borno[2,3-c]-2,5-diphenylcyclopenta-2,4-dien-1-one (9a), and related compounds are reported. A significant role is attributed to substituent chirality effects in these comparatively rigid, essentially planar cisoid conjugated diene systems.  相似文献

Thirty-five compounds including twenty-one alkaloids, lysicamine ( 1 ), liriodenine ( 2 ), atherospermidine ( 3 ), oxoxylopine ( 4 ), oxoanolobine ( 5 ), oxoglaucine ( 6 ), (-)-anonaine ( 7 ), (-)-asimilobine ( 8 ), (-)-xylopine ( 9 ), (-)-anolobine ( 10 ), (-)-norisocorydine ( 11 ), (+)-laurotetanine ( 12 ), (+)-isocorydine ( 13 ), (-)-N-methylasimilobine ( 14 ), (+)-N-methyllaurotetanine ( 15 ), (-)-norushinsunine ( 16 ), (-)-ushinsunine ( 17 ), (-)-N-formylanonaine ( 18 ), (+)-stepharine ( 19 ), (+)-orentaline ( 20 ), and (-)-kikemanine ( 21 ); four kauranes, ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid ( 22 ), 16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-al ( 23 ), 17-acetoxy-16β-ent-kauran-19-oic acid ( 24 ), and 16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-ent-kauran-19-oic acid ( 25 ); two amides, N-trans-femloyltyramine ( 26 ), and N-trans-caffeoyltyramine ( 27 ); one purine, adenosine ( 28 ); one lactam amide, squamolone ( 29 ); and six steroids, β-sitosterol ( 30 ), stigmasterol ( 31 ), β-sitostenone ( 32 ), stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one ( 33 ), 6β-hydroxy-β-sitosterone ( 34 ), and 6β-hydroxystigmasterone ( 35 ) are isolated from the stems of Annona cherimola. These compounds were characterized and identified by physical and spectral evidence. Among them, (-)-norisocorydine (11) was elucidated as a new enantiomer with a levorotary configuration, which is isolated for the first time.  相似文献

Two new ent-kaurane diterpenoids, ent-7a,14b-dihydroxykaur-16-en-15-one-20-oic acid(1) and 1,7a,12b,14b-tetrahydroxy-1,10-seco-ent-kaur-10,16-dien-15-one(2), together with six known ones(3–8), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of Isodon excisoides. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D NMR and 2D NMR analyses as well as HR-ESI-MS experiments.  相似文献

Two novel Michael adducts 9α-cyano-15,16-epoxy-7β-hydroxylabda-13(16),14-dien-6-one (2) and 9α-cyano-15,16-epoxy-7-hydroxylabda-7,13(16),14-trien-6-one (3) and the reduction product of 2, 9α-cyano-15,16-epoxy-6β,7β-dihydroxylabda-13(16),14-diene (4), were synthesized from the naturally occurring labdane diterpene hispanolone (1). Compounds 2-4 exhibited in planta activity against the pathogenic rice blast fungus Magnaporthe grisea.  相似文献

endo-Tricyclo[4.2.1.02,5]non-7-ene-3,4,9-trione (14) is prepared from the 5,5-diethoxy-cyclopcntadiene-diethyl maleate Diels-Alder adduct. Photolysis of the trione in CD2Cl2 solution at 192 K forms norborna-2,5-dien-7-one (2). The latter substance is thermally unstable and decomposes to benzene and CO with ΔG3 =15 kcal mol-1. This appears to be the lowest activation energy for a cycloreversion yet measured. A correlation is found for the kinetic and thermodynamic stabilities in a series of 18 orbital symmetry allowed cycloreversions by plotting ΔG3 vs ΔHr.  相似文献

Broussonetone A (1) and broussonetone B (2), two novel dimeric abietane diterpenes, have been isolated from Salvia broussonetii root cultures transformed by Agrobacterium rhizogenes. The structure of broussonetone A was determined from spectroscopic data and confirmed by X-ray analysis. This dimer can be formed by a [4+2]-cycloaddition of two molecules of 13β-hydroxyabieta-8(14),9(11)-dien-12-one. NMR data of broussonetone B indicated that the C-20 methyl in part B of the broussonetone A molecule had been substituted by an aldehyde group. Thus, broussonetone B could be formed by an analogous Diels Alder reaction between 13β-hydroxyabieta-8(14),9(11)-dien-12-one as the dienophile and its 20-oxo derivative as the electrophile.  相似文献

All four 7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one diastereomers have been synthesized from the common intermediate 1αH,10α-acetoxy-7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one obtained from (+)-dihydrocarvone. The spectral features of the four diasteromers have been correlated and the structure and absolute configuration of 1βH,10βH,7αH-guaia-4,11-dien-3-one isolated from Pleocarphus revolutus has been confirmed.  相似文献

Synthesis of endotetracyclo[5.5.2.0.2,608,12]tetradeca-3(4),8(12)-dien-13-one from 5-indanol and photoreactions in singlet and triplet excited state leading to complex polycyclic systems is reported. Three C-14 oxygenated taxanes, 2α,5α,10β,14β-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-diene (1), 2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-(2-methylbutyryloxy)taxa-4(20),11-diene (2), and yunanaxane (3), major products of callus cultures of Taxus spp., were regio- and stereoselectively hydroxylated at the 7β position by a fungus, Absidia coerulea IFO 4011. Intriguingly, when 1 was co-administered with β-cyclodextrin and incubated with the fungus cell cultures, three other compounds 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-14β-ol (7), 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-1β-ol (8) and 5α,9α,10β,13α-tetraacetoxy-11(15→1) abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-15-ol (9) were obtained.  相似文献

Isotachysterol, the acid-catalyzed isomerization product of vitamin D3, produces seven previously unknown oxygenation products in a self-initiated autoxidation reaction under atmospheric oxygen in the dark at ambient temperature. They are (5R)-5,10-epoxy-9,10-secocholesta-6,8(14)-dien-3β-ol (6a), (5S)-5,10-epoxy-9,10-secocholesta-6,8(14)-dien-3β-ol (6b), (10R)-9,10-secocholesta-5,7,14-trien-3β,10-diol (7a), (10S)-9,10-secocholesta-5,7,14-trien-3β,10-diol (7b), (7R,10R)-7,10-epoxy-9,10-secocholesta-5,8(14)-dien-3β-ol (8), 5,10-epidioxyisotachysterol (9) and 3,10-epoxy-5-oxo-5,10-seco-9,10-secocholesta-6,8(14)-dien-10-ol (10). The formation of these products is explained in terms of free radical peroxidation chemistry.  相似文献

We have developed an efficient and a general approach to chiral 2-substituted N-tosylpiperidines starting from chiral α-substituted-N-tosylaziridines. Using this approach, we have synthesized (+)-coniine. The synthesis of chiral N-tosyl-2-piperidinylethanol 15 and ent-15, was achieved from l- and d-aspartic acids, respectively in few steps. Piperidine 15 was converted into 2-(2-hydroxysubstituted)piperidines of type 2 in optically active form. By applying this strategy, asymmetric syntheses of halosaline (R,R)-2a, (+)- and (−)-sedamine 2b, (+)- and (−)-allosedamine 2c, (+)- and (−)-sedridine 2d, (+)- and (−)-allosedridine 2e, (+)-tetraponerine T-3 3a, T-4 3c, T-7 3b, and T-8 3d have been achieved in high yields. These stereoisomers can be interconverted via Mitsunobu inversion in excellent yields.  相似文献

Previously unknown seven-membered lactones, (1R,1??R,5S,5??S)-5,5??-oxybis(1,8,8-trimethyl-2-oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-one), 2,2-dimethyl-1,6-dioxaspiro[2.6]nonan-7-one, 4-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-7-methyloxepan-2-one, and (4R,4??R,7S,7??S)-4,4??-[oxybis(propane-2,2-diyl)]bis(7-methyloxepan-2-one), were synthesized by the Baeyer-Villiger reaction using Caro??s acid as a result of oxidative and skeletal transformations of bicyclic monoterpene ketones, (+)-camphor, (+)-nopinone, and (?)-isocaranone.  相似文献

The microbial degradation of deoxycholic acid 1 by Pseudomonas NCIB 10590 has been studied and two major products have been isolated and identified as 12β-hydroxyandrosta-1,4-dien-3,17-dione 2 and 12α-hydroxypregna-1,4-dien-3-one-20-carboxylic acid 9. Three minor products were isolated and evidence is given for the following structures: 12α-hydroxyandrosta-1,4-dien-3,17-dione 4, 12β-hydroxyandrosta-4-en-3,17-dione 7 and 12?, 17?-dihydroxyandrosta-1,4-dien-3-one 8.  相似文献

The [Co2 (CO)8]-catalyzed reaction between propyne and CO in acetone at 110° and 170 bar was re-investigated. There are five major products: (E)-3,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bifurylidene-5,5′-dione ( 4 ), 3,5,8-trimethylcoumarin ( 8 ), 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,7,7a-tetramethyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 9 ), 2,6-dimethyl-5H-furo [3,2, -b]- pyran-5-one ( 11 ), and 2,7-dimethyl-5H-furo 3,2-b-pyran-5-one ( 12 ); of these, only one, 4 . had previously been recognized. In parallel experiments were obtained 2,6-dipentyl-5 H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-5-one ( 13 ), 2,7-dipentyl–5H-furo[3,2-b]pyran-5-one ( 14 ), 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,7,7a-tetrapentyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 15 ). And 3a, 7a-dihydro-2,4,6,7a-tetrapentyl-1H-inden-1-one ( 16 ) from hept-1-yne, and two further types of products from two atypical 1-alkynes: 3,6,9-tri(tert-butyl)-1-oxaspiro[4.4]nona-3,6,8-trien-2-one ( 20 ) from (tert-butyl)acetylene and the exo-dimer 21 of 2,5-bis(trimethylsilyl)cyclopenta-2,4-dien-1-one ( 22 ) from (trimethylsilyl)acetylene. The structure and stereochemistry of crotocaudin, a new norditerpene occurring as a minor constituent in Crotoncaudatus Geisel (Euphorbiaceae) have been established as ent-8S,10S-15,16-epoxy-19-norcleroda-4,11,13(16), 14-tetraene 18,6S: 20,12-diolactone 7 from the detailed studies of 1H NMR spectra using lanthanide shift reagents, decoupling experiments and chemical reactions. The congener, teucvidin, ent-10S-15,16-epoxy-19-norcleroda-4,13(16), 14-triene-18,6S: 20,12R-diolactone 1 was obtained as a major component besides several triterpenoids viz taraxerone 2, taraxerol 3 and taraxeryl acetate 4. 13C NMR and 1H NMR spectra and a few novel reactions of teucvidin and its conversion to teucvin, ent-(6R,12R)-15,16-epoxy-19-nor-9,4-friedolabda-4,13(16),14-triene-18,6:20, 12-diolactone 6 are also reported.  相似文献

Seven kaurane-type diterpenoids were isolated from the Taiwanese liverworts Jungermannia truncata. Among them, three are new structures. They are: ent-16-kauren-3, 15-dione (6), ent-16(S)-kauran-3,15-dione (7), and ent-14α-hydroxy-16-kauren-15-one (11). From Plagiochila pulcherrima, three known kaurane alcohols were also isolated along with sesquiterpenoids plagiochilines A, B, C and ent-4β, 10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane.  相似文献

The Diels-Alder dimer of 2,3-dichlorocyclopentadienone, shown to be endo-4,5,7,8-tetrachlorotricyclo[5.2.1.02,6]deca-4,8-dien-3,10-dione 1, forms 2,3,8,9-tetrachlorobicyclo[4.3.0]nona-2,4,8-trien-7-one 3 on thermal extrusion of carbon monoxide. The eudesmane-type methylene lactones (isoalantolactone, alantolactone, 4,15-epoxyisoalantolactone, 2′,2′-dichloro-4H-spiro[cyclopropane-1′,4-eudesma-11(13)-en-8β,12-olide], and alantolactone) react with 8-bromoxanthines (8-bromocaffeine, 8-bromotheobromine, 8-bromo-3-butyltheobromine, 8-bromotheophylline, 8-bromo-9-butyltheophylline) under Heck reaction conditions to produce the target (E)-13-(2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-8-yl)eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-8β,12-olides and the subsequent endocyclic isomers - 11-(2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-8-yl)-13-normethyleudecma-4(15)-7(11)-dien-8α,12-olides. It was revealed that the yield and product ratio depends on the reaction conditions and the structure of methylene lactone. The effectiveness of Pd(OAc)2–caffeine catalytic system has been demonstrated in this reaction. The electric eel acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity of the eudecmanolide-xanthine hybrids was evaluated. Among the new type bisheterocycles compound 27 with butyl and 2-oxodecahydronaphtho[2,3-b]furan-3(2H)-ylidene)methyl substituents at C-7 and C-8 of the xanthine core showed moderate activity with IC50 value of 40 μM.  相似文献

A very short (three steps) asymmetric synthesis of enantiomerically pure 1,4-disubstituted tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepines 14 has been elaborated upon, starting from the trans- and cis-configured 11a-substituted 3-phenyl-2,3,11,11a-tetrahydro[1,3]oxazolo[2,3-b]-[3]-benzazepin-5(6H)-ones 6 and 7. The stereoisomerically pure lactams 6 and 7 were benzylated to give 6-benzyl-substituted products 8 and 9. NOE experiments showed a trans-configuration of the benzyl residue and the residue in the 11a-position indicated that the stereochemistry of the benzylation reaction was controlled by the stereocenter at the 11a-position. Reduction of the benzylated tricyclic benzolactams 8 and 9 with AlCl3/LiAlH4 (1/3) yielded the 1,3,4-trisubstituted 3-benzazepines 12 and 13, which were formed stereoselectively with the retention of configuration. Finally, removal of the N-(2-hydroxy-1-phenylethyl) residue by hydrogenolytic cleavage resulted in the formation of enantiomerically pure 1,4-disubstituted 3-benzazepines 14. The σ1, σ2, and NMDA receptor affinities of the enantiomerically pure 3-benzazepines 14 and ent-14 were investigated in competitive receptor binding studies. The butyl derivative ent-14c showed a high affinity towards σ1 and σ2 receptors, with Ki-values of 26 nM and 41 nM, respectively.  相似文献
