测量了 YBCO 样品在 LN_2温区及低中场的磁化曲线,得到了磁滞量△M=M^+—M^-与外场 Ba 及温度的关系.根据电磁理论的普遍关系及临界态方程,拟合了钉扎力 F_p 与磁场、温度的关系 F_p(B,T).发现存在两种类型的钉扎力:一类钉扎力很弱,在低场时起主要作用,等效于弱连接的贡献;另一类在中场和高场时起主要作用,反映了晶粒内部的钉扎性质.  相似文献

测量了Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Oy超导体多晶样品在不同外磁场和不同温度下的磁滞性质,利用临界态方程求出有效钉扎力随外磁场及温度的变化,有效钉扎力包括晶粒界面处及晶粒内的贡献,发现有效钉扎力有峰效应,峰位置随温度降低向较高磁场移动,峰效应被解释为两种钉扎机制产生的,即两种机制的贡献与外磁场的关系不同,还讨论与这些结果有关的问题。 关键词:  相似文献

我们通过对重Pb掺杂的Bi-2212((Bi,Pb)-2212)单晶磁化性质的测量来研究磁通钉扎性能,发现样品中存在与温度有明显依赖关系的鱼尾效应,且此鱼尾效应不仅体现在磁滞洄线上,还体现在不同磁场下零场冷的M~T曲线的交叠上.同时我们采用非线性磁通蠕动模型,并考虑表面位垒和体钉扎的影响,运用数值模拟分析了样品的磁化性质,结果表明(Bi,Pb)-2212单晶的鱼尾效应源于重Pb掺杂导致样品各向异性的降低所引起的强的体钉扎效应,而高温的磁化性质主要取决于表面位垒的作用.  相似文献

运用微磁学方法结合物质参数探究了垂直取向Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe磁性三层膜的磁化反转过程,计算出成核场、钉扎场以及磁滞回线随Ls(软磁相厚度)的变化,并与相关的实验和理论数据进行比较.由于考虑了退磁能量项,垂直取向的成核场比平行取向时低,在外磁场还没有反向时就发生了成核.随着软磁相厚度的增加,理论矫顽力从等于成核场(同时也等于钉扎场),到等于钉扎场,再到小于钉扎场,矫顽力机理由成核变为钉扎.  相似文献

利用观察磁化随时间变化的方法研究了高Tc氧化物YBa2Cu3Oy超导体临界态的磁通蠕动。实验结果表明,零场冷却的样品,加一个所选定场值的磁场,产生的磁化随对数时间线性衰减,同时伴随有磁通跳跃的发生。磁化衰减速率dM/dlnt随外场H的变化在H=3HP附近有一峰值,并认为与弱连结超导电性的存在有关。在77K以上温度,dM/dlnt随温度的升高而单调减小。讨论了钉扎磁通的热激活能U0关键词:  相似文献

在不同温度下测量了不同磁场扫描速率所对应的样品磁滞回线,据此定出样品的穿透场,利用穿透场与磁场扫描速率的关系得出了样品有效钉扎势,相对于其它方法而言,我们的方法具有数据处理的特点,用穿透场测量样品有效钉扎势,可能成为研究高温超导体的又一新方法。  相似文献

测量了 Bi2 Sr2 Ca Cu2 O8+δ单晶不同温度下的磁化曲线。根据 Bean临界态模型得到了不同温度下的钉扎力密度 FP 对磁场的依赖关系 ,发现在不同温度下的钉扎力密度可以标度在同一条曲线上。标度函数和最大钉扎力所对应的磁场与不可逆场 Hirr的比值都表明 Si2 Sr2 Ca Cu2 O8+δ单晶在磁通玻璃态的钉扎机制主要是正常相面钉扎。  相似文献

我们在低磁场下测量了 BiSrCaCuO 样品的临界电流和磁化曲线,发现 BiSrCaCuO 多相样品的临界电流比 YBaCuO 小一至二个数量级.从磁化曲线估计的晶粒区域的临界电流为10~3A/cm~2(77K),说明 BiSrCaCuO 体系中钉扎力相当小,有些样品的磁化曲线接近理想的第二类超导体.  相似文献

Magnetic flux penetrating Josephson tunnel junctions parallel and transverse to the tunnel barrier has been imaged using low temperature scanning electron microscopy. Employing this technique we have studied the behavior of magnetic flux quanta under the influence of external forces. The strength of pinning centers acting on vortices existing within the barrier has been determined by measuring the turning angle of these flux quanta in rotating magnetic fields. Trapped transverse flux quanta could be depinned by applying a sufficient Lorentz force or electron beam irradiation. The strength of the pinning centers has been determined.  相似文献

We studied the flux pinning properties by grain boundaries in MgB2 films prepared by using a hybrid physical chemical vapor deposition method on the c-axis oriented sapphire substrates. All the films we report here had the columnar grains with the growth direction perpendicular to the substrates and the grain sizes in the range of a few hundred nanometers. At very low magnetic fields, no discernable grain-boundary (GB) pinning effect was observed in all measuring temperatures, but above those fields, the effect of GB flux pinning was observed as enhanced critical current densities (Jcs) and reduced resistances when an external magnetic field (B) was aligned parallel to the c-axis. We interpret the B dependence of Jc in the terms of flux line lattice shear inside the columnar grains activated by dislocations of Frank–Read source while the flux lines pinned by GB act as anchors for dislocations. Magnetic field dependence of flux pinning force density for B parallel to the c-axis was reasonably explained by the above model.  相似文献

By comparing the contributions of pinning and viscous forces to the restoring force on flux ines in type II and highT c superconductors, it is shown that the flux flow in highT c superconducto rs should play an important role in determining the magnetic flux distribution and hence the hyste resis losses in a.c. fields. Both quantities are calculated in the extreme case of very large viscous forces with respect to the pinning force. The magnetic field and frequency dependence of the losses are changed with respect to the results obtained from the critical state model. The theoretical results are qualitatively confirmed by a.c. susceptibility measurements at different magnetic field amplitudes and frequencies. The quantitative differences indicate that the flux flow effects in highT c superconductors are by far not so strong as expected and supposed by some theories. The reasons for these discrepancies are discussed.  相似文献

We illustrate some results of the statistical theory of pinning as well as the processes which lead to the existence of volume pinning force, and calculate some quantities determining the pinning and other effects in type II superconductors by means of a model potential for both attractive and repulsive interactions between individual defects and individual flux lines. For some of these quantities (e.g. the volume pinning force) in superconductors with line defects perpendicular to the flux lines, we find large differences with respect to the shape and character (attractive, repulsive) of the interaction potential, whereas other quantities (e.g. the maximum reversible displacement of the flux line lattice, the force on the flux line lattice in the reversible regime) are rather little dependent on the shape and the character of the interaction potential.  相似文献

A series of Y123 single phase samples with various Ba vacancy concentration was prepared by making their Ba contents deviate from the stoichiometric composition. The measurements of their structure, superconductivity and flux pinning behaviour were systematically carried out. It is found that, compared with YBa2Cu3O6.96 sample, the strength of the flux pinning in YBaxCu3O7-δ(1.8≤x<2.0) samples is increased, and that there is an optimum value of Ba vacancy concentration for the maximum flux pinning force density. The possible origin of the flux pinning centers to determine the flux pinning behavior at higher field is discussed in detail. We suggest that the flux pinning effect at lower field may stein from the interaction between the vortex and the surfaces of grains, and that the flux pinning mechanism at higher field belongs to the core interaction.  相似文献

We have numerically solved the overdamped equation of vortex motion in a two-dimensional driven vortex lattice with disordered pinning, in which the driving Lorentz force, the pinning force due to point defects, the intervortex interacting force, and the thermal fluctuation force are taken into account. It is found that the vortex density and pinning strength are two important factors of affecting the melting transition of a vortex lattice. At low magnetic fields, there exist hysteresis loops of the average vortex velocity and the average pinning force vs. the driving force, from which the feature of a first-order melting transition of the vortex motion can be clearly seen. As the magnetic field is increased beyond a critical value, the hysteresis loops disappear and the melting transition is replaced by a second-order glass transition. We have also studied the influence of intervortex interactions on the vortex melting transition by comparing several forms of repulsive forces between the vortices.  相似文献

The volume pinning force in superconductors with randomly distributed line defects nearly perpendicular to the flux lines is calculated for model as well as realistic interaction potentials between single defects and single flux lines. Both attractive and repulsive interactions defect — flux line were considered. The line defects were constructed from point defects distributed with constant density on straight lines. The deviations of the results from the theory of Labusch are considerable for small elementary interaction forces between defects and flux lines. The deviations (as well as the differences between repulsive and attractive interaction potentials) are larger for the realistic interaction potential than those for the different model potentials. The threshold values for the flux line distortion (under which no net volume pinning can exist) is also given.  相似文献

本文用8个微型霍尔探头在场冷到兴氮温度再瞬时去场条件下测量了一大尺寸圆柱状YBa2Cu3O7-δ超导体的表面磁场垂直分量的分布,并选取一个简单的电流模型做模拟计算,从所得到的样品中体电流的大小推算出样品的钉扎力密度,此方法有可能经改进成为检测大块超导样品的钉扎力密度的简便方法。  相似文献
