重金属废水因其对环境污染严重、危害人类健康而越来越引起人们的重视。丙烯酸基高分子水凝胶由于含有多种功能基团和大量的活性吸附位点,在重金属吸附方面发挥了重要作用。本文主要综述了丙烯酸基高分子水凝胶在重金属废水处理方面的研究进展,总结和归纳了其制备方法和分类等,分析了聚丙烯酸基高分子水凝胶作为吸附剂在重金属废水处理方面存在的问题,并对其后续应用和研究进行了展望。  相似文献

Water gets polluted due to the dumping of untreated industrial waste into bodies of water, particularly those containing heavy metals and dyes. Industrial water contains both inorganic and organic wastes. Numerous adsorbents that are inexpensive and easily available can be used to address the issue of water deterioration. This review report is focused on polyacrylonitrile as an efficient constituent of adsorbents to extract toxic ions and dyes. It discusses the various formulations of polyacrylonitrile, such as ion exchange resins, chelating resins, fibers, membranes, and hydrogels, synthesized through different polymerization methods, such as suspension polymerization, electrospinning, grafting, redox, and emulsion polymerization. Moreover, regeneration of adsorbent and heavy metal ions makes the adsorption process more cost-effective and efficient. The literature reporting successful regeneration of the adsorbent is included. The factors affecting the performance and outcomes of the adsorption process are also discussed.  相似文献

重金属污染水体的修复,以及含重金属工业废水的处理关乎地球上生物的健康发展。利用低耗能、高修复效率、环境友好、适用范围广泛的藻类去除水体中的重金属,已越来越受到研究者的关注。本文综述了国内外藻类去除水体中重金属的研究进展。分析了藻类去除重金属的生化结构;重点阐述了藻类吸附及富集重金属的机理;讨论了活藻体和死亡藻体用于水体中重金属去除的应用及影响因素,并比较了两者的适用范围及筛选标准;最后指出此领域尚存在的问题,展望了藻类去除重金属的未来发展方向。  相似文献

Nowadays, very coarse wool fibers are considered waste biomass and are discarded at random or burned. Therefore, it is of actual interest to valorize coarse wool fibers as utile products. In this sense, we report herein an environmentally-friendly process for the preparation of a new material based on oxidized wool fibers and designed for efficient adsorption of heavy metals from wastewater. The morphology and the structure of the obtained product were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with an X-ray energy-dispersive module (EDX) and by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Likewise, the performances of the oxidized wool fibers for the adsorption of heavy metal cations (Cu2+, Cd2+, Pb2+) from aqueous solutions were tested. The adsorption kinetics data were analyzed by applying the pseudo-first-order (PFO) and pseudo-second-order (PSO) kinetic models. The equilibrium of the adsorption process was investigated by using the Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm models. According to the Langmuir isotherms registered at 300 K, the maximum adsorption capacities of the oxidized wool were found to increase from Cu2+ (9.41 mg/g) and Cd2+ (10.42 mg/g) to Pb2+ (30.71 mg/g). Consequently, the removal efficiency of metal ions was found to vary in the range of 96.8–99.7%. The thermodynamic parameters (e.g., enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs free energy) were calculated and discussed.  相似文献

通过乙二胺(EDA)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行还原制备了还原态氧化石墨烯(RGO),利用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热重分析和扫描电子显微镜等技术对制得的RGO进行了表征。 考察了RGO复合材料在静态吸附条件下对Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)和Mn(Ⅱ)金属离子的吸附性能。 结果表明,该吸附材料对上述4种重金属离子在25 ℃时的静态饱和吸附量分别为396.6、115.3、54.2和38.6 mg/g。 吸附于RGO上的Pb(Ⅱ)可用0.05 mol/L HCl溶液进行洗脱,再生后的RGO重复使用3次时吸附量能达到首次吸附量的85%。  相似文献

以新型无机矿物材料凹凸棒土作为吸附剂处理废水中的重金属离子。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱及等温吸附-脱附曲线对凹凸棒土进行了表征,并阐述了凹凸棒土对重金属离子的可能吸附机理。在室温下,分别将0.05 g凹凸棒土投入初始质量浓度为500 mg.L-1的Cu(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的溶液中,凹凸棒土对上述离子的平衡吸附量分别高达99、56、117、198 mg.g-1。结果表明,用凹凸棒土吸附废水中的重金属离子切实可行、经济有效。  相似文献

聚萘二胺是继聚苯胺和聚吡咯之后的又一类新型导电高分子,因聚合物中含有活性 的自由胺基和亚胺基而具有新的多功能性.作者根据近期研究工作和国外最新文献,系统论述了聚1,8-、1,5-、2,3-萘二胺的化学氧化合成和电化学氧化合成及其对重金属离子的络合和还原吸附功能,详细比较了两种聚合方法的特点. 指出通过萘二胺的电化学氧化聚合可以方便地获得对重金属离子如Ag+、Pb2+、Hg2+、Cu2+、VO2+敏感的修饰电极,而通过化学 氧化聚合可以高产率地获得对Ag+具有极大的还原吸附容量的聚合物颗粒.聚萘二胺在痕量 金属离子的分析与探测、工业废水中贵金属离子的回收和重金属离子的清除等领域展现了广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticles with monodisperse shape and size were prepared by a simple method and covered by silica. The prepared core-shell Fe3O4@silica nanoparticles were functionalized by amino groups and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) techniques. The synthesized nanoparticles were employed as an adsorbent for removal of Hg2+ from aqueous solutions, and the adsorption phenomena were studied from both equilibrium and kinetic point of views. The adsorption equilibriums were analyzed using different isotherm models and correlation coefficients were determined for each isotherm. The experimental data were fitted to the Langmuir–Freundlich isotherm better than other isotherms. The adsorption kinetics was tested for the pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order and Elovich kinetic models at different initial concentrations of the adsorbate. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model describes the kinetics of the adsorption process for amino functionalized adsorbents. The maximum adsorption occurred at pH 5.7 and the adsorption capacity for Fe3O4@silica-NH2 toward Hg2+ was as high as 126.7 mg/g which was near four times more than unmodified silica adsorbent.  相似文献

以海带为试验载体,利用葡聚糖凝胶柱,建立了海藻中类金属硫蛋白(MT-like)的分离、提取纯化技术;采用紫外分光光度法比对类金属硫蛋白与兔肝Zn-MTs的紫外吸收,并用凝胶电泳法对其分子量范围进行表征,同时利用质谱法精确测定其分子量;并在ZnCl2,CuCl2,ZnCl2+CuCl2不同条件下胁迫培养藻体,考察了海带对重金属的富集能力,探索藻体中MT-like对Zn及Cu元素的诱导响应。结果显示,MT-like与兔肝Zn-MTs在294 nm处有相似的紫外吸收峰,在SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳图上显像类似,分子量范围相近,经电喷雾离子源质谱测定该蛋白质的分子量约为6.5 ku。另外,海带对重金属的富集能力较强,对Zn元素的富集能力明显高于Cu元素;Zn2+对藻体MT-like的产生有促进作用,而MT-like随着Cu2+诱导时间的增长先增加后降低,且Cu2+对Zn2+诱导存在拮抗效应。  相似文献

重金属污染是目前最为严峻的环境问题之一,我国的重金属污染问题尤为突出。活性炭、纳米碳管和石墨烯等环境友好型碳质材料由于其比表面积大,吸附能力强等优点而被应用于水中重金属的去除,而进行官能团功能化改性后其吸附效果可以明显提高。本文重点阐述了活性炭、纳米碳管、石墨烯及生物质炭等碳质材料的巯基化(-SH)、氨基化(-NH2)等功能化改性方法及其应用,考察了功能化碳质复合材料对水中重金属离子的去除效果和影响因素,最后展望了功能化碳质复合材料对水中重金属污染物去除研究的发展方向。  相似文献

Crosslinked acrylonitrile/acrylamidoxime/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AN/AAx/AMPS) based hydrogels was prepared by radical solution polymerization technique. The structures of hydrogels were characterized by FTIR analysis and the results were consistent with the expected structures. These hydrogels were used for the separation of Cd(II), Cu(II), and Fe(III) ions from their aqueous solutions. The influence of the uptake conditions such as pH, time, and initial feed concentration on the metal ion binding capacity of hydrogel was also tested. The selectivity of the hydrogel toward the different metal ions tested was Cd(II)>Fe(III)>Cu(II). The recovery of metal ions was also investigated in acid media.  相似文献

基于国外最新文献,系统总结了近年来聚苯胺及其复合物的制备方法及其重金属离子吸附性能,重点分析了吸附性能特征,指出聚苯胺及其复合物具有吸附下限浓度低、达到吸附平衡快以及解吸附性能优异等特点.填充有聚苯胺颗粒的吸附柱在动态处理初始浓度为83 ng/L的汞离子溶液时,经一次吸附与解吸循环操作后,汞离子的富集倍数可达120倍.应用于冷原子吸收光谱的待测样品的浓缩与富集,可以将汞的测试下限拓展到0.05 ng/L.聚苯胺及其复合物在痕量重金属离子的高效富集与灵敏探测等方面展示了广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

重点研究了活化污泥法强化一级处理对城市污水中重金属离子的去除效果。以实际生活污水和Cd、Cu、Zn、Cr6+、Pb、Mn六种城市污水中常见的重金属离子配水,采用活化污泥法的正常工艺条件,发现这几种金属离子去除的难易顺序为:Cd>Pb>Cu>Zn>Mn>Cr6+。水中的重金属离子与有机物间存在竞争吸附作用,共存时双方的去除效果都有所下降,但对Cd、Pb来说,有机物的存在则可以提高其去除效果。  相似文献

The integration of graphene or graphene oxide nanosheets into three-dimensional (3D) graphene-based macromolecular assemblies (GMAs), in the form of sponges, beads, fibres, films, and crumpled nanosheets, has greatly advanced their environmental remediation applications. This is attributed to the outstanding physicochemical characteristics and superlative mechanical features of 3D GMAs, including precise and physically linked permeable networks, enormous surface area, profound porosity, and high-class sturdiness, amongst others. In this review, the recent advancements towards the exploration of 3D GMAs as an exciting new class of high-performance adsorbents, for eliminating toxic heavy metal ions from both wastewater and freshwater, are systematically summarized and discussed, from both fundamental and applied perspectives. In particular, the numerous surface modification techniques that are actively pursued to enrich the metal adsorption capacity of 3D GMAs, are comprehensively examined. Additionally, associated challenges are pointed out and tactical research strategies and improvements are proposed, with an eye on the conceivable future.  相似文献

The biosorption of several heavy metals such as cobalt(II), chromium(III), lead(II), cadmium(II), nickel(II), and manganese(II) from aqueous systems on living microalgae cultures, Scenedesmus quadricauda and Neochloris pseudoalveolaris were studied under laboratories conditions. The kinetic and statistical parameters were calculated by using the data obtained from batch cultivation and well fitted a pseudo-first-order rate equation. The initial metal concentrations in solution were about 5–40 mg · L?1. According to the pseudo-second-order model, the biosorption capacities of Scenedesmus quadricauda for Co(II), Cr(III), Pb(II), Cd(II), Ni(II), and Mn(II) ions were found in the ranges of 2.14–52.48, 1.98–81.98, 8.05–4.26, 7.81–24.96, 2.17–55.71, and 3.54–75.20 mg g?1, respectively. Kinetic studies revealed that the metal uptake capacity of each living green algae was rather fast. It was also observed that the biosorption kinetic rate decreased with increasing concentration for both microalgae. The application of diffusion-controlled models to the experimental results indicated that the contribution of intraparticle diffusion to the overall sorption kinetics was not very important. Results showed that Co(II), Cr(III), Pb(II), Cd(II), Ni(II), and Mn(II) ions could effectively be absorbed by using living microalga cultures from aqueous solutions.  相似文献
