The two-quantum photochemistry of aqueous solutions of cis,trans-[PtIV(en)(I)2(CH3COO)2] (complex 1) has been studied by laser flash photolysis using an irradiation wavelength of 355 nm. This compound can be considered as a model representative of the mixed-ligand Pt(IV) complexes tested for use in photodynamic therapy. The appearance of transient absorption, presumably due to two consecutively produced Pt(III) complexes, has been revealed. The spectral and kinetic characteristics of the intermediates have been determined. A mechanism of two-quantum photolysis of complex 1 is proposed on the basis of the data obtained. 相似文献

is coordinated to two sulfur atoms of thioureas and two cyanide carbon atoms in a pseudo-tetrahedral mode with the bond angles
in the range of 90.52(11)–162.2(3)°. The structures are stabilized by N-H—S, N-H—N, and C-H—N intramolecular and intermolecular

The rate constants were determined for a number of reactions of nucleophilic addition of para-substituted benzamidoximes 4-RC6H4C(NH2)=NOH to cis-[PtCl2(EtCN)2] at 23°C in acetone. A linear correlation between log (k R/k H) and σ para was found, and reaction constant ρ296(σ para ) was calculated. The prepared compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and HR ESI+-MS. 相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of tris(m-chlorophenyl)phosphine selenide, C18H12Cl3PSe (I), was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The trigonal rhombohedral structure of I (space group \(R\overline 3 c\), a = 14.110(2) Å, c = 32.360(4) Å, Z = 12) was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares in an anisotropic approximation (R = 0.029) for 1319 averaged measured reflections (CAD-4 automatic diffractometer, λCuKα). 相似文献

The paper presents the results of a theoretical study of the dynamics of nonadiabatic transitions between the ion-pair states E0 g + and D0 u + of the I2 molecule induced by collisions with the I2 molecule in the ground electronic state X0 g + . The potential energy surfaces and diabatic coupling matrix elements of electronic states were obtained using a model based on the diatomics-in-molecule approximation. Special perturbation theory for intermolecular interaction was used to show that the large transition dipole moment between the E0 g + and D0 u + states caused the appearance of additional long-range corrections, an electrostatic dipole-quadrupole correction to the diabatic coupling matrix elements and induction dipole-dipole correction to the potential energy surface. The influence of these corrections on nonadiabatic dynamics was studied at the level of the semiclassical approximation. The electrostatic correction was found to sharply increase the contribution of resonance (accompanied by minimum kinetic energy changes) vibronic transitions at large distances between the colliding molecules. The induction correction had the opposite effect because of the high transition probability at short distances. The results obtained were in qualitative agreement with experimental data. The conclusion was drawn that obtaining quantitative agreement required a more balanced inclusion of interactions at short and long distances. 相似文献

The kinetics of the interaction of glycine-l-leucine (Glyleu) with cis-[Pt(cis-dach)(OH2)2]2+ (dach = 1,2-diaminocyclohexane) has been studied spectrophotometrically as a function of [cis-[Pt(cis-dach)(OH2)2]2+], [Glyleu] and temperature at pH 4.0, where the complex exists predominantly as the diaqua species and Glyleu as a zwitterion.
The substitution reaction shows two consecutive steps: the first is the ligand-assisted anation and the second is the chelation
step. The activation parameters for both the steps were evaluated using Eyring’s equation. The low ∆H1≠ (51.9 ± 2.8 kJmol−1) and large negative value of ∆S1≠ (−152 ± 8 JK−1mol−1) as well as ∆H2≠ (54.4 ± 1.7 kJmol−1) and ∆S2≠ (−162 ± 5 JK−1mol−1) indicate an associative mode of activation for both the aqua ligand substitution processes. 相似文献

Hydroxymercuration-demercuration of N-p-tolysulfonyl-4,4a,9,9a-tetrahydro-3H-carbazoles and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,3a,4,8b-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indoles leads to the formation of the corresponding N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-2-ols and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,2,3,3a,4,8b-hexahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-2-ols. The latter are oxidized to 2-oxo derivatives with potassium dichromate. The oxidation of 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ol under analogous conditions gives 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolysulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-one. 相似文献

The trans(O)-cis(C)-bis(pyridine-2-carboxylato)dicyanocobaltate(III) ions, [Co(Pic)2(CN)2]?, crystallize from acid medium with three water molecules per two crystallographically nonequivalent complexes whose charge is compensated by protons. One of the water molecules forms an oxonium ion (H3O+) with a proton. The other two water molecules bound to each other through a short hydrogen bond O-H…O (2.403(2) Å) and thus forming (H5O2)+ cations is another proton site. Three tetrahydrobenzo[e]pyrano[4,3-b]pyridines formed in a diethyl 2,4,6-trioxoheptanedicarboxylic ether-substituted salicylic aldehyde-ammonium acetate system were studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. After the introduction of a methoxy group in the tricyclic system, the tetrahydropyridine and pyrane rings adopted the half-chair conformation, while in the unsubstituted compound, the tetrahydropyridine ring has a distorted boat conformation, and the pyrane ring has a C-envelope conformation. In the compounds, the N-H?O and O-H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds give rise to the development of chain structures. In two of the three compounds examined, the hydrogen atoms at the chiral centers are in the trans-position, as in the structure of natural tetrahydrocannabinols. 相似文献

Monocrystals of the trans and cis isomers of 3-cyano-4-[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)vinyl]-6,6-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran have been obtained and an X-ray structural
analysis of them has been carried out. Both compounds have a molecular structure corresponding to symmetry group C1. The heterocyclic ring is in a distorted envelope conformation. The crystals of the trans isomer are rhombic and have a fir-tree type of packing. The crystal packing of the cis isomer is formed by pairs of molecules, each of which consists of only one enantiomer.

The structure of the bismuth(III) complex with N-ethylthiourea (Ettu) has been determined for the first time. We found that the crystal structure of [Bi(Ettu)4(ClO4)2]ClO4 is built of distorted octahedral cations [Bi(Ettu–S)4(ClO4)2]ClO4]+ and anions ClO4-. The deviation of one of the two independent Ettu molecules from the plane structure is explained by the mutual repulsion of the ligands and the formation features of hydrogen bonds. The C2H5(Ettu) group is in the cis position relative to the thiocarbonyl group. 相似文献

cis-[Co(bipy)2(CN)2] complex was successfully prepared from the reaction of [Co(CN)2] with 2,2′-bipyridine in ethanol 96%. The product of complex synthesized was light brown crystal with percent yield of 75.86%.
The IR spectrum of this complex showed strong characteristics vibration band at 1471.9 and 1442.75 cm−1 for C=N stretching, 1664.57 cm−1 for C=C aromatic, 1600.9 cm−1 1 for HC=CH aromatic, 653.87 cm−1 for pyridine ring on 2,2′-bipyridine ligand, 3109.25 and 3080.32 cm−1 for C-H of aromatic ring. The thermogram of DTA-TG analysis showed 4 endothermic peaks at temperature of 53.4, 323.2, 444.2,
and 526.4°C, where the bond breaking of the complex occurred at different temperatures. The result of moment magnet measurement
of the complex showed that it was a high spin complex with moment magnet value of 3.68 BM, so it is a paramagnetic complex. 相似文献

The crystallochemistry of compounds containing s-metal atoms in the carbon environment has been analyzed using the method of Voronoi–Dirichlet intersecting sectors and polyhedra. The chemical nature of the s metal has been found to affect the characteristics of the Voronoi–Dirichlet polyhedra.
