The title complex [CaCo(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n with a formula of C6H12CaCoO12 and Mr = 375.17 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 14.195(9), b = 7.708(5), c = 13.441(8) (A),β = 119.575(9)°,V = 1279.0(14)(A)3, Dc = 1.948 g/cm3, μ = 1.803 mm-1, F(000) = 764 and Z = 4. The final R =0.0245 and wR = 0.0652 for 1344 observed reflections with I > 2o(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CoO6 octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation on a twofold axis is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms.The Co(Ⅱ) cation which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Co-Co distance of 6.961(5) (A). The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2 with bpe and 4,4'-dpdo in an aqueous-alcohol solution affords the formation of red crystals of [Co(H2O)2(bpe)(OAc)2](4,4'-dpdo (bpe = trans-1,2-bis(4- pyridyl)ethylene, 4,4'-dpdo = 4,4'-dipyridyl N,N'-oxide). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 7.6146(9), b = 8.6691(11), c = 10.344011 A, α = 88.311(3), β = 76.992(3), γ = 75.809(3)°, V = 644.7613 A3, Z = 1, C26H28CoN4O8, Mr = 583.45, Dc = 1.503 g/cm3, μ = 0.724 mm-1, F(000) = 303, T = 223(2) K, the final R = 0.0477 and wR = 0.1177 for 3199 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the crystal the cobalt atom is six-coordinated by oxygen atoms from two carboxylic molecules, two nitrogen atoms from the bpe ligands and two water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The structure of the title complex consists of neutral chains containing cobalt(II) ions bridged by mutually trans bpe molecules. The adjacent chains are connected through weak hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional structure.  相似文献

以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4)作为配体与碳酸钙在水中反应, 在DMF(N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺)和DMSO(二甲基亚砚)的混合溶剂中培养了单晶,其组 成为 [Ca_2(C_(10)H_8N_2O_4)_2(DMSO)_2(H_2O)_4]·2DMSO [C_(10)H_8N_2O~2- _4为2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙负离子]。测字了单晶的结构,该单晶为黄色,属单斜晶 系,空间群为P2(1)/C,晶胞参数a=1.0634(3)nm, b=1.7035(5)nm, c=1.2183(3) nm, β=106.180(5)°, V=2.1192(10)nm!, Dc=1.412Mg·m~(-3), Z=2, F(000) =944, μ=0.534m~(-1),GOF=0.867。所测单晶是以2-卷曲在丙酸水杨酰腙羧基上 的一个氧原子作为桥联的双核钙(II)配合物,两个Ca~(2+)均处于五角双锥的七 配位环境中,锥底为配体2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙中的三个配位原子,以及另一2-羰基 丙酸水杨酰腙羧基上的桥联氧原子和一个水分子的配位氧原子,锥顶为一配位水和 一想位的DMSO分子,即溶剂DMSO也参也了配位,从晶胞结构看,晶体中除配位的 DMSO分子外,还有自由的DMSO溶剂分子,它们与配位水以氢键连接存在于晶格之中 ,在空间形成的二维网状结构。通过TG-DTG还测定了配合物的热稳定性。  相似文献

Reaction of [Et4N]2[Mo2S2(μ-S)2(edt)2] with CoCl2(6H2O and Phen in MeCN followed by recrystallization in DMSO/Et2O gave rise to dark-red block crystals of {[Co(Phen)3]- [Mo2S2(μ-S)2(edt)2]}2·(DMSO)2·(Et2O) 1 (C88H86Co2Mo4N12O3S18). 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 24.631(4), b = 16.117(3), c = 24.791(4) (A), β = 92.835°, V = 9829.3(3) (A)3, Z = 4, Mr = 2438.57, Dc = 1.648 g/cm3, F(000) = 4928, μ = 12.61 cm-1, R = 0.0936 and wR = 0.1682 for 12998 observed reflections with I > 2.0σ(I). In the structure of 1, the Co atom of the [Co(Phen)3]2+ dication is octahedrally coordinated by three Phen ligands. The Mo atom of the [Mo2S2(μ-S)2(edt)2]2- dianion is coordinated by two μ-S, one terminal S and two S atoms from edt, forming a distorted square pyramidal geometry. A new mononuclear Co(II) complex, [Co(hmz)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, has been synthesized by the reaction of Co(CH3COO)2·4H2O with 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-mercaptotetrazole (Hhmz). It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.502(5), b = 6.718(3), c = 13.972(6) , β = 117.532(4)o, V = 1123.9(8) 3, Z = 2, M r = 553.45, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.635 g/cm3, μ = 1.008 mm–1, the final R = 0.0272 and wR = 0.0684 for 2194 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Co(II) is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two hmz–1 ligands and four water molecules, forming an octahedral geometry. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and offset-panel π-π stacking interactions between the adjacent molecules extend the compound into a three- dimensional supramolecular framework. The title compound emits strong blue fluorescent light (λem(max) = 427 nm) at room temperature and is red-shifted compared with free ligand Hhmz (λem(max) = 342 nm).  相似文献

A novel complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O was synthesized, of which qina- is the quinaldic acid radical and DMSO the dimethyl sulfoxide. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2)(A),β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N2O6PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6)(A)3, Dc= 1.981g/cm3,μ = 7.908 mm-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤ 19, -22≤l≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR =0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.  相似文献

The reaction of anhydrous cobalt(II) dichloride with 1-methylimidazoline-2(3H)thione in dichloromethane solution gave the title complex, [Co(C4H6N2S)2Cl2]. X-ray single-crystal analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 13.9707(10), b = 10.0435(7), c = 10.3910(6) (A), β = 91.181(3)o, V = 1457.70(17) (A)3, Z = 4, C8H12Cl2N4S2Co, Mr = 358.17, Dc = 1.632 g/cm3, μ = 1.813 mm-1, F(000) = 724, the final R = 0.0710 and wR = 0.1224 for 1549 observed reflections with I > 2((I). The Co atom is coordinated by two S atoms from two 1-methylimidazoline-2(3H)-thione ligands and two chloride ions in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry. The intramolecular classical hydrogen-bonding interactions involving chloride ions and N-H groups of the heterocyclic thione ligands are observed. The offset π-π stacking interactions between the imidazole rings of adjacent molecules with a face-to-face distance of 3.604 (A) are found in the packing diagram.  相似文献

合成了新型邻菲咯啉镁(II)配合物 [Mg(H2O)4(phen)](phen)[C6H4(COO)2]?H2O, 并对其进行了元素分析、IR、TG、X-射线衍射等表征。单晶衍射结果表明, 该配合物晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为 P21/c, 晶胞参数:a = 11.873(2), b = 31.992(6), c = 8.144(2) ?, β = 93.98(3), V = 3085.9(11)?3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1336, Dc = 1.375 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.120 mm?1。对于 6889[ Rint = 0.0264]个独立衍射点, 有 3939 个可观测点满足(I≥2σ (I)), 最终的偏离因子 R = 0.0430, wR = 0.1294。标题配合物由 1 个邻菲咯啉合镁阳离子[Mg(H2O)4(phen)]2+、1 个邻苯二甲酸根阴离子C6H4(COO)2)2–、1 个溶剂邻菲咯啉分子和 1 个结晶水分子组成。中心 Mg(II)离子为六配位, 六个配位原子形成畸变的 MgN2O4八面体构型。  相似文献
