桥联双核配合物[(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O的合成与晶体结构   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

new coordination polymer {[Zn(CF3COO)2(C5H5ON)]·H2O}n was synthesized based on the reaction of zinc(Ⅱ) trifluoroacetate and 3-hydroxypyridine(C5H5ON) in methanol medium for the first time. The structure of the coordination polymer was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the coordination polymer was also determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/m, and crystallographic data of the coordination polymer are: a= 0.863 1(4) nm, b=0.717 7(3) nm, c=1.116 4(5) nm, α=γ=90°, β=107.542(6)°, V=0.659 4(5) nm3; Dc=2.037 g·cm-3; Z=2; F(000)=400; μ=1.969 mm-1. Zinc(Ⅱ) atom lies at the center of an octahedron formed by the coordination of zinc atom and six O atoms which come from four different trifluoroacetate ions and two different 3-hydroxypyridine molecules where each trifluoroacetate ion and 3-hydroxypyridine are coordinated to two different zinc ions to form coordination polymer. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The final R value is 0.0358.In the crystal structure, one lead ion was represented by nine coor-dination geometry; the other was showed as ten coordination geometry.  相似文献

A mixed complex [Zn(CF3COO)2(C7H6NS)2] was synthesized based on the reaction of Zn(CF3COO)2 and 2-aminobenzothiazol (C7H6NS) in methanol. The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=3.174 3(9) nm, b=1.010 0(3) nm, c=1.723 1(5) nm, β=118.841(4)°, V=4.839(2) nm3; Dc=1.625 g·cm-3; Z=8; F(000)=2 368; μ=1.266 mm-1. Three tin (Ⅳ) complexes with N,N-dialkyl dithiocarbamates Ph3SnS2CN(CH3)C6H5 (1),Ph3SnS2CN(C4H8NH) (2) and Sn(Cl)2(S2CNEt2)2 (3) have been synthesized. The crystal structures have been determined by X-ray sin- gle crystal diffraction. A crystal of the complex 1 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.9485(3)nm, b=1.0491(3)nm, c=1.3631(4)nm, α=70.996(4)°, β=72.294(4)°, γ=79.609(4)°, Z=2, V=1.2168(6)nm3, Dc=1.453g·cm-3, μ=1.234mm-1, R=0.0442, wR=0.0858. A crystal of the complex 2 is monoclinic with space group P2(1)/c, a=1.2214(2)nm, b=1.1651(2)nm, c=1.5769(3)nm,β=99.039(2)°, Z=2, V=2.2162(7)nm3, Dc=1.532g·cm-3, μ=1.352mm-1, R=0.0267, wR=0.0591. A crystal of the complex 3 is triclinic with space group P1, a=0.7179(2)nm, b=0.9256(3)nm, c=1.5327(5)nm,α=93.857(4)°,β=98.992(4)°, γ=109.481(4)°, Z=2, V=0.9405(5)nm3, Dc=1.717g·cm-3, μ=2.076mm-1, R=0.0263, wR=0.0662. In the complexes 1 and 2 the tin atoms rendered five-coordination in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure and in the complex 3 the tin atom rendered six-coordination in a distorted octahedron structure. The novel copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and hexamethylenetetramine ligands, {Cu(μ2-C10H8N2O3)( μ2-C6H12N4)1/2}n (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal of the title coordination polymer belongs to monoclinic space group C2/c, the cell parameters are as follows: a=1.787 5(2) nm, b=0.730 93(9) nm, c=2.038 2(2) nm, β=92.890(2)°, and V=2.659 6(5) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.687 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo )=1.659 mm-1, F(000)=1 384, R=0.031 1, wR=0.079 0 for 2 454 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)) out of 2887 unique reflections. In this copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, each copper(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a geometry of distorted square-pyramid. Two oxygen atoms of the carboxyl of each C10H8N2O32- acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chainlike coordination polymer. Each chain is linked by coordinated hexamethylenetetramines with its neighbors to form an infinite two-dimensional network structure. CCDC: 255347.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex with the stoichiometric formula [Cu(PTA)(Phen)2](p-MBA)(H6O) (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, PTA=terephthalic acid, p-MBA=p-toluic acid) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C48H40CuN4O10, Mr=896.38) belongs to the monoclinic space group C2/c, with the following crystallographic parameters: a=1.778 6(3) nm, b=1.912 5(3) nm, c=1.389 9(2) nm, β=114.686(2)°, V=4.295 7(12) nm3, Dc=1.386 g·cm-3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0.574 mm-1, F(000)=1 860, final GooF=1.019, R=0.054 0, wR=0.148 3 for 2 644 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from one terephthalic acid molecule and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Six triphenyltin(Ⅳ)N-alkylpiperazinyldithiocarbamates have been synthesized by the reaction of triphenyltin chloride with N-alkylpiperazinyldithiocarbamates and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal structure of Ph3SnS2CN(C2H4)2NCH3(1) has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of the compound 1 belongs to triclinic with space group P1, a=1.033 56(18) nm, b=1.148 8(2) nm, c=1.191 6(2) nm, α=66.282(2)°, β=78.756(2)°, γ=67.476(2)°, Z=2, V=1.195 2(4) nm3, Dc=1.460 g·cm-3, μ=1.256 mm-1, R=0.025 1, wR=0.058 3. The title compound, {[n-Bu2Sn(O2CCH2CS2NC4H8)]2O}2, has been synthesized by the reaction of (tetrahydro-pyrrodithiolocarbamoylthio)acetic acid with the di-n-bubyltin oxide in 1∶1 molar ratio. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR. The crystal structure of it has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. And the results showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and some crystal parameters: a=1.220 2(9) nm, b=1.315 8(10) nm, c=1.380 4(10) nm, α=111.215(9)°, β=99.357(9)°, γ=96.075(10)°, V=2.006(2) nm3, Z=1, F(000)=908, μ=1.489 mm-1, Dc=1.474 g·cm-3, R1=0.037 5, wR2=0.0839. The complex has a centrosymmetric dimer structure mode with a four-membered central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which two bridged oxygen atoms both connect with an exo-cyclic tin atom which has a distorted octahedron. Each of the endo-cyclic tin atoms exhibits a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are bidentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using both oxygen atoms, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom only. The crystal structure shows that the coordination geometry of tin is a distorted trigonal bipyramid, and the ladder-like structure is shaped by three Sn2O2 planar four-membered rings. One dimensional chain cobalt coordination polymer has been synthesized with malic acid and cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride anhydrous, and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TGA and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21, a=0.575 61(9) nm, b=0.905 86(14) nm, c=0.841 02(13) nm, β=105.350(2)°; V=0.422 88(11) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.924 Mg·m-3, μ=2.044 mm-1, F(000)=250, and final R1=0.029 3, wR2=0.074 2. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two different malate molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by one malate groups in bis-monodentate mode, constructing a one dimensional chain structure along b axis, with the adjacent Co…Co distance being 0.530 9 nm. Moreover, the molecules are packed in three-dimensional supramolecular network though the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 704441.  相似文献

[Mn(ECZ)3](NO3)2 is newly prepared by the aqueous solutions of Mn(NO3)2 and ethyl carbazate (ECZ). The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray crystal diffraction analysis. It belongs to monoclinic with space group of P21/n. The crystal parameters are: a=1.3974(2) nm, b=0.8796(2) nm, c=3.4322(7) nm, β=91.25(1) °, V= 4.2175(1) nm3, Z=8. Its molecular weight is 491.30. Mn2+ is located on the center of the molecular structure. Ethyl carbazate serves as a bidentate ligand which coordinates to the metal cations with its carbonyl oxygen atom and the terminal hydrazine nitrogen atom, forming five-member chelating rings, and three such rings are formed in each molecule. The coordination number of the metal ion is six and the coordination configuration of the central ion is octahedral. Specially, antimer configuration phenomenon is found in the molecule. The complex is further characterized by element analysis and IR measurements. The thermal decomposition mechanism is studied by using TG-DTG and DSC techniques. CCDC: 215675.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer of terbium(Ⅲ) with p-methylbenzoic acid, 2,2′-bi-pyridine and 4,4′-bipyridine has been synthesized and characterized. The crystal data of this complex C39H37N3O8Tb are as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a=0.974 01(10) nm, b=2.605 8(3) nm, c=1.457 77(14) nm, β=96.108(2)°, V=3.678 9(6) nm3, Dc=1.507 g·cm-3, Mr=834.64, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=1.978 mm-1, F(000)=1 684, R1=0.032 4, wR2=0.063 4. The crystal structure of the complex shows that the terbium(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated with eight oxygen atoms, six from five p-methylbenzoic acid molecules and two from two water molecules, respectively, forming the distorted tetraprism geometry. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.770 3(4) nm, b=1.145 2(6) nm, c=1.537 0(9) nm, α=78.182(9)°, β=77.170(9)°, γ=89.784(9)°, V=1.292 8(12) nm3, Z=2, Mr=533.47, Dc=1.370 g·cm-3, μ=0.549 mm-1, F(000)=554, Rint=0.043 4, R=0.060 8 ,wR=0.148 4. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from phen and four oxygen atoms from four 3,5-dimethylbenzolate molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. The complex [Cu(μ3-I)INH]n has been synthesized in DMF solution with INH, CuI, where INH=isoniazid. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal belong to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.009 48(10) nm, b=0.467 51(5) nm, c=1.992 62(19) nm, β=101.413 0(10)°, and V= 0.921 81(16) nm3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=5.674 mm-1, F(000)=616.0, R1=0.031 6, wR2=0.082 5 [I>2σ(I)]. The copper(Ⅰ) atom locates in a distorted coordination tetrahedron. The copper(Ⅰ) atoms bridged by μ3-I to form a band stair-like chain, and INH occupying the remaining coordination site of the approximately tetrahedral. The stair-like chains extend along b axis. The results of TG analysis show the title complex was stable under 200℃. CCDC: 705346.  相似文献

A mononuclear Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [CoL(H2O)2]n (H2L: 4,4′,6,6′-Tetrabromo-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the complex belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=2.516 8(3) nm, b=1.023 43(18) nm, c=0.789 17(14) nm, β=91.375(2)°, V=2.032 1(5) nm3, Z=4, Dc=2.317 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo Kα)=8.747 mm-1, F(000)=1 356, R1=0.049 7, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure of [CoL(H2O)2]n indicates that the complex consists of one cobalt(Ⅱ) atom, one L2- unit and two coordinated water molecules, and the coordination number of the cobalt(Ⅱ) atom is six. One-dimensional chain supramolecular structure is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking of neighboring benzene rings. CCDC: 652649.  相似文献

A novel binucleus mixed-ligand[Cd2(phen)4(bmal)2]·3H2O (phen=phenanthroline; bmal=benzylmalonic acid radical) has been synthesized by the reaction of phen and bmal with cadmium(Ⅱ) salt. X-ray crystal structure analysis was carried out to determine the crystal structure of the title complex. The crystal of the title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.119 1(8) nm, b=2.480 5(17) nm, c=1.063 4(8) nm, β=142.042(12)°, Z=4, V=2.887(3) nm3, Dc=1.613 g·cm-3, R1=0.046 2, wR2=0.115 6, F(000)=1 424. One carboxyl of bmal is coordinated to Cd(1) with monodentate form, the others are coordinated to Cd(2) with bidentate form. The complexes form a 1-D chain structure bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in bmal, the 2-D network structure was formed by π-π interaction of neighbouring phen.
