对由二乙烯三胺与联苯甲酰合成的标题化合物进行了MS、IR、UV、NMR谱的表征及X射线单晶衍射结构分析.该化合物M_r=277.39,晶体属P2_1/n空间群,晶胞参数a=0.9442(2)nm,b=1.4344(4)nm,c=1.1824(3)nm.β=112.92(2)°,Z=4,D_c=1.25g·cm~(-3).晶体结构由直接法解出,1827个可观察衍射参与最小二乘法修正,最终偏差因子R=0.050.结果表明标题化合物是一非平面型,具有部分不饱和键的氮杂稠二环化合物,其母体六元环为椅式构型、五元环为半椅式构型,2个取代苯基间的夹角为73.5°.  相似文献

The title compound 3-benzyl-6-trichloromethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole I (C11HTC13N4S, Mr = 333.62) has been synthesized, and its structure was determined by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, and X-ray diffractions. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^-, with a = 5.898(3), b = 10.510(4), c = 11.580(5) A, α = 74.936(7), β= 75.476(7), γ = 79.647(7)°, V= 665.9(5)/A^3, F(000) = 336, Z= 2, Dc = 1.664 g/cm^3, 2 = 0.71073A, p = 0.834 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0605 and wR = 0.0900. The secondary bonding interactions (SBIs) S…N and π-π stacking interactions are found in the crystal structure and they link the molecules into a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The structures of two derivatives of the title compound [C24H22N2OS, Mr = 386. 5 for (1); C25H22N2O3S, Mr = 430. 5 for (2)] were determined by using X-ray single-crystal strcuture analysis method. The final discrepancies are R = 0. 071 and 0. 077, respectively, for the reflections measured on a four-circle diffractometer. The space group for compound (1) is P bca with a=1. 6639(4), b=2.0286(3), c= 1.1742(1) nm, V = 3. 964(1) nm3, F(000) = 1632 e, Z=8; and (2) belongs to P21/n space group, and the cell dimensions are a=1. 1115(4), b=0. 8932(7), c=2. 186(3) nm, β=97. 52 (1)°? V=2.151(4) nm3, F(000) = 904 e, Z=4.The molecular backbones are very similar, each is a tricyclic system. The central seven-membered ring is in a twisted-boat conformation, and is cis-fused to 1,2,4-oxa-diazolino ring, while the latter moiety is in an envelope form. An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrido[3',2':4,5] thieno[2,3-e][1,6] naphthyridine-8-one derivatives has been developed using a Pictet-Spengler reaction between 4-(3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from the alkylation of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones with 3-cyanopyridine-2-thione followed by a Thorpe-Ziegler isomerization, and aromatic aldehydes under p-TsOH as catalysis in good yields.  相似文献

The title compound 2-(2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl)-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-3a,4- diethoxy- 2,3,3a, 4-tetrahydrochromeno[3,4-d][1,2,3]diazaphosphole 2 (C29H30Cl2N3O7P, Mr = 633.44) was synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR, MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, ^31p NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1^-, a = 9.1549(3), b = 10.7168(4), c = 17.6272(6)A, α = 102.9363(12), β = 90.2713(9), γ = 117.4265(10)°, V= 1484.41(9)A^3, Z= 2,μ(MoKa) = 0.323, F(000) = 658, Z= 2, De= 1.417 g/cm^3, the final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.2066 for 4943 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the diazaphospholine ring is almost planar and the two ethoxy groups bonded on the 3a- and 4-positions are in trans configurations. Its antiproliferative activity was also tested in vitro against four human tumor cell lines.  相似文献
