Cyclobutanones reacted with alkynes in the presence of nickel(0) catalysts to produce cyclohexenones. Oxidative cyclization of the carbonyl group of the cyclobutanone and the alkyne with the nickel(0) was followed by beta-carbon elimination from the resulting oxanickelacyclopentene and subsequent reductive elimination. This reaction achieves a formal alkyne insertion between the carbonyl carbon and the alpha-carbon, providing a six-membered carbocyclic skeleton.  相似文献

The first examples of insertion of a C(triple bond)C bond of an alkyne into a C(carbene)-Calpha single bond of a carbene complex (C-Calpha insertion) are reported. (prim-Alkyl)carbene complexes [(OC)(5)M=C(OEt)CH(2)R] (1 a-f; M=Cr, W; R=nPr, C(7)H(7), Ph) undergo C-Calpha insertion of electron-deficient alkynes [PhC(triple bond)CC(XEt)NMe(2)]BF(4) (5 a,b; X=O, S) to give zwitterionic carbiminium carbonylmetalates 3 a-g, which are thermally transformed into (CO)(4)M chelate carbene complexes 4 a-g by elimination of CO. The overall reaction is highly regio- and stereoselective. It involves an unprecedented metalla(di-pi-methane) rearrangement as the key step.  相似文献

Intramolecular insertion of a C-C double bond into a C-C single bond was achieved by treatment of cyclobutanone bearing an o-styryl group at the 3-position with a catalytic amount of a cationic rhodium(I)-dppp complex. Initially, rhodium is inserted between the carbonyl carbon and the alpha-carbon of the cyclobutanone. Intramolecular coordination of the vinyl group results in its migratory insertion into the C-Rh linkage. Reductive elimination affords benzobicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-one. Notably, a ring-opened alpha,beta-unsaturated ketone was obtained when dppe was used instead of dppp. In this reaction, rhodium cleaved the bond between the alpha sp3 carbon and the beta sp3 carbon of the cyclobutanone. The coordinating vinyl group directs this new regioselectivity of cleavage observed with the dppe ligand.  相似文献

The treatment of the complex [Ir(η2-C2H4)2(L)][PF6] (L = κ3-N,N,N-(S,S)-iPr-pybox) with acetic acid (1:1 molar ratio) at −10 °C affords the complex [Ir(C2H5)(κ2-O,O-O2CCH3)(L)][PF6] (1). The dinuclear iridium(III) complex [Ir2(μ-Cl)2(C2H5)2(L)2][PF6]2 (2) is stereoselectively obtained by spontaneous intramolecular insertion of ethylene into the iridium-hydride bond of the mononuclear complex [IrClH(η2-C2H4)(L)][PF6]. The single bridging chloride dinuclear derivative [Ir2(μ-Cl)(C2H5)2Cl2(L)2][PF6] (3) is prepared by reaction of 2 with one equivalent of NaCl. The intramolecular insertion reaction of methyl and ethyl propiolate into the Ir-H bond of the complex [IrClH(MeCN)(L)][PF6] gives stereoselectively the dinuclear complexes [Ir2(μ-Cl)2(HCCHCO2R)2(L)2][PF6]2 (R = Me (4), Et (5)). The reaction of the complexes 4, 5 with one equivalent of NaCl or with an excess of sodium acetate yields the dinuclear [Ir2(μ-Cl)(HCCHCO2R)2Cl2(L)2][PF6] (R = Me (6), Et (7)) or the mononuclear [IrCl(HCCHCO2Et)(κ1-O-O2CMe)(L)] (8) complexes, respectively. The structure of the dinuclear complex 3 · CH2Cl2 has been determined by an X-ray monocrystal study.  相似文献

Room-temperature reaction of carbon monoxide with tri-tert-butylaluminum at atmospheric pressure yields the dimeric tert-butylacyl complex [tBu2AlC(O)tBu]2 (1). A detailed structural and thermodynamic study of a series of cobalt-hydride complexes is reported. This includes structural studies of [H(2)Co(dppe)(2)](+), HCo(dppe)(2), [HCo(dppe)(2)(CH(3)CN)](+), and [Co(dppe)(2)(CH(3)CN)](2+), where dppe = bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane. Equilibrium measurements are reported for one hydride- and two proton-transfer reactions. These measurements and the determinations of various electrochemical potentials were used to determine 11 of 12 possible homolytic and heterolytic solution Co-H bond dissociation free energies of [H(2)Co(dppe)(2)](+) and its monohydride derivatives. These values provide a useful framework for understanding observed and potential reactions of these complexes. These reactions include the disproportionation of [HCo(dppe)(2)](+) to form [Co(dppe)(2)](+) and [H(2)Co(dppe)(2)](+), the reaction of [Co(dppe)(2)](+) with H(2), the protonation and deprotonation reactions of the various hydride species, and the relative ability of the hydride complexes to act as hydride donors.  相似文献

An arylrhodium(I) complex containing a labile dative ligand was prepared, and its reactivity toward aryl imines was investigated. The arylrhodium(I) complex (DPPE)Rh(C5H5N)(p-tol), 2, was isolated in 65% yield from [(DPPE)Rh(mu-Cl)]2, pyridine, and p-tolyllithium. Reaction of 2 with the aldimine (p-tol)CH=N(C6H4-p-CO2Me) (3a-Tol) gave the Rh amide insertion product 4 in 88% isolated yield. The solid-state structure of 4 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The reaction of 2 with the electron-neutral and electron-rich aldimines (Ph)CH=NPh (3b) and (p-tol)CH=N(C6H4-p-OMe) (3c) also appeared to involve insertion, but the amido complexes formed from these insertions were not stable. Thus, reaction of 2 with 3b, followed by addition of Et3NHCl, gave the amine and ketimine products (Ph)(p-tol)CH-NHPh, 5, and (p-tol)(Ph)C=N(Ph), 6, in 25% and 50% yields. Several lines of data indicate that these products are formed by a sequence of transformations involving insertion of imine to give a Rh amide intermediate, beta-hydrogen elimination, cyclometalation to form a bound imine and H2, and protonolysis of the metallacycle upon addition of Et3NHCl. Consistent with this proposal, the proposed metallacycle containing the ortho-metalated ketimine ligand (p-tol)2C=N(C6H4-p-OMe) was isolated and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

本文利用[Ir(COD)(μ-Cl)]2与双膦螯合配位体之间的反应合成了三个新的配合物[Ir(COD)(diphos)]Cl(diphos=dmpe、depe、dppe),用IR、NMR、电导和元素分析测定了结构.以CH3CN为反应底物分别考察了它们活化sp^3C-H键的能力及其反应规律.在此基础上进一步研究了使CO、CO2插入生成的Ir-CH2CN键的可能性.结果表明:在温和条件下进行这一插入反应是可能的,并用光谱方法证实有相应的含羰基、羧基的金属配合物的生成.  相似文献

A rhenium complex, [ReBr(CO)3(thf)]2, catalyzed reactions of aromatic ketimines with aldehydes to give isobenzofuran derivatives in good to excellent yields. In contrast to ruthenium and rhodium catalysts, aldehydes, which are polar unsaturated molecules, inserted into the C-H bond after activation by the rhenium complex.  相似文献
