Two series of new adamantyl derivatives of polynitrogen heterocycles, 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl- 1,3,4-oxadiazoles and 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl-2H-tetrazoles, have been synthesized, and their structure has been determined by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and X-ray analysis. Biological studies in vitro have revealed high inhibitory activity of some of the synthesized 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl-2H-tetrazoles against H1N1 influenza A viruses in combination with a relatively low selectivity.  相似文献

Oxidative cleavage of exo- and endo-alkyl- and hydroxyalkyl-substituted bicyclo[n.1.0]alkan-1-ols with (diacetoxy-λ3-iodanyl)benzene gave the corresponding methyl alkenoates exclusively with E or Z configuration of the double bond. This reaction was used as the key stage in the syntheses of stereoisomerically pure components of pest insect pheromones: (E)-dodec-9-en-1-yl acetate (European pine shoot moth Rhyacionia buoliana), (Z)-tetradec-11-en-1-yl acetate (European oak leafroller Tortrix viridana), and (3E,8Z,11Z)-tetradeca-3,8,11-trien-1-yl acetate (tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta).  相似文献

(8Z)-Dodec-8-en-1-yl acetate (pheromone of oriental fruit moth Grapholita molesta) and (9Z)-dodec-9-en-1-yl acetate (pheromone of grape berry moth Paralobesia viteana) containing impurities of isomeric structures were synthesized via copper-catalyzed cross-coupling of (Z)-1-phenoxyhex-2-ene and (Z)-1-phenoxypent-2-ene, respectively, with Grignard compounds in the key stage.  相似文献

Macrocyclic and supermolecular complexes [Cu2(NiL)2Cl4] (I) and [Cd2(CuL)2Cl4] (II) (H2L = 2,3-dioxo-5,6,14,15-dibenzo-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclo-pentadeca-7,13-diene) have been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/n group, a = 10.9019(15), b = 14.3589(19), c = 12.4748(17) 0A, β = 108.645(2)°, Z = 4. Rh2(OAc)4-catalyzed reaction of 2-(2-carbonylvinyl)-3-phenyl-2H-azirines with diazo esters proceeds through an intermediate generation of azirinium ylide suffering a nonstereoselective ring opening to form (3Z)- and (3E)-2-azahexa-1,3,5-trienes. The former depending on configuration of the C 5 =C 6 bond may undergo cyclization either in derivative of 2,3-dihydropyridine, or in pyrrolium ylide that isomerizes into a derivative of 1H-pyrrole. According to DFT calculation, the preferred formation of pyrroles at increasing volume of Z-substituent at the atom C 6 and of substituents at the atom C 1 of 2-azahexatriene occurs due to the destabilization of more sterically loaded transition states of 1,6-cyclization.  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the layered coordination polymers M(C8H8NO2)2 [M = Mn (1), Co (2), Ni (3) and Zn (4)] are described. These isostructural compounds contain centrosymmetric trans-MN2O4 octahedra as parts of infinite sheets; the ligand bonds to three adjacent metal ions in μ3-N,O,O′ mode from both its carboxylate O atoms and its amine N atom. In each case, weak intra-sheet N–H?O and C–H?O hydrogen bonds may help to consolidate the structure. The reaction of cyclopentylamine with 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde, respectively, in methanol affords two new Schiff bases, 1-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)naphthalen-2-ol (HL1) and 4-nitro-2-(cyclopentyliminomethyl)phenol (HL2). Two new zinc(II) complexes, [Zn(L1)2] (I) and [Zn(L2)2] (II), derived from the Schiff bases, have been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, and elemental analysis. Complex I crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 17.834(4), b = 14.738(3), c = 9.868(2) Å, β = 91.20(3)°, V = 2593.1(9) Å3, Z = 4. Complex II crystallizes in the triclinic space group P \(\bar 1\) with a = 10.206(1), b = 10.502(1), c = 12.554(1) Å, α = 66.771(2)°, β = 78.133(2)°, γ = 76.292(2)°, V = 1191.8(1) Å3, Z = 2. The Zn atom in each complex is coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands, forming a tetrahedral geometry. The Schiff bases and the complexes were assayed for antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The phase diagram of the phloroglucinol (1,3,5-trioxybenzol)-dimethyl sulfoxide system is studied. The system is found to form a 1:1 molecular complex of phloroglucinol with dimethyl sulfoxide. The crystal structure of the complex is determined. The crystallographic data for C8H12O4S, M = 204.24, monoclinic system, P21/n space group, unit cell parameters: a = 9.0345(2)Å, b = 9.6895(3)Å, c = 10.9960(3)Å, β = 98.865(1)°, V = 951.09(4) Å3, Z = 4, d x = 1.426 g/cm3, R1 = 0.0283, T = 150 K. Two new oxovanadium(V) complexes, [VOL1(OCH3)(CH3OH)] (I) and [VOL2(OCH3)] (II), where L1 and L2 are the di-anionic form of N'-[1-(5-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]nicotinohydrazide and N'-(5-fluoro-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxynaphthylhydrazide, respectively, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray determination (CIF files CCDC nos. 891852 (I), 891853 (II)). The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/c, a = 8.061(1), b = 15.293(2), c = 13.471(2) Å, ß = 92.595(2)°, V = 1658.8(4) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 7.4454(9), b = 8.0833(9), c = 28.906(2) Å, ß = 92.644(2)°, V = 1737.8(3) Å3, Z = 4. The V atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and that in II is in a square-pyramidal coordination. The antibacterial activity of the compounds against various bacteria was assayed.  相似文献

Perovskite-like nonstoichiometric oxide La x Cu3V4O12 (space group Im \(\bar 3\), Z = 2, a = 7.313–7.354 Å) with cation-site vacancies has been prepared for the first time at high pressures (p = 6.0–8.0 GPa) and high temperatures (T = 700–1100°C). The nickel(II) complexes dichlorobis(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(tm t-Bu)2Cl2] (1), dinitratobis(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(tm t-Bu)2(NO3)2] (2), dichloro-bis(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazole)(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(pzPh,MeH)2(tm t-Bu)Cl2] (3) and dinitratobis(3-phenyl-5-methyl-pyrazole)(1-tert-butylimidazole-2-thione)nickel(II) [Ni(pzPh,MeH)2(tm t-Bu)(NO3)2] (4) have been synthesized and studied. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out for 1 and 4 {Bruker Kappa Apex-II CCD diffractometer, MoK α radiation}. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic C2/c, a = 16.949(2) Å, b = 8.6647(10) Å, c = 15.461(3) Å, β = 117.662(4)°, V = 2011.1(5) Å3, Z = 4, D calc = 1.460 g/cm3. Crystal data for 4: triclinic P-1, a = 9.9775(7) Å, b = 11.2254(8) Å, c = 14.8068(10) Å, α = 75.401(4)°, β = 87.422(4)°, γ = 74.874(4)°, V = 1548.86(19) Å3, Z = 2, D calc = 1.405 g/cm3. Coordination core of complex 1 adopts distorted tetrahedral geometry whereas core 4 has distorted octahedral geometry. The bonded nitrates are of two types coordinating as monodentate and bidentate ligands.  相似文献

Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed for anhydrous nitrate complexes Rb2[Pd(NO3)4] (I) and Cs2[Pd(NO3)4] (II). Crystal data for I: a = 7.843(1) Å, b = 7.970(1) Å, c = 9.725(1) Å; β = 100.39(1)°, V = 597.9(1) Å 3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.918 g/cm3; for II: a = 10.309(2) Å, b = 10.426(2) Å, c = 11.839(2) Å; β = 108.17(3)°, V = 1209.0(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 3.408 g/cm3. The structures are formed by isolated [Pd(NO3)4]2? complex anions and alkali metal cations. The plane-square environment of the Pd atom is formed from the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrate groups. The geometrical characteristics of the complex anions are analyzed. Compound II has a short contact Pd...Cs 3.252 Å.  相似文献

According to the 1H and 13C NMR data, 1-isopropenylpyrroles are characterized by larger dihedral angles between the heteroring and exocyclic double bond planes, as compared to isostructural 1-vinylpyrroles, due to steric effect of the α-methyl group in the propenyl fragment. As a result, p-π conjugation with the propenyl group is weaker than with the vinyl group. The propenyl group in 1-isopropenylpyrrole having no other substituents in the heteroring is forced out from the heteroring plane, while the 1-vinylpyrrole molecule is planar. If substituents are present in positions 2 and 5 of the pyrrole ring, the propenyl group on the nitrogen atom becomes orthogonal with respect to the pyrrole ring plane, so that no p-π conjugation is possible. The steric structures of (E)-1-(prop-1-en-1-yl)pyrrole and (Z)-1-(prop-1-en-1-yl)pyrrole are different: the propenyl group in the former is turned relative to the heteroring plane, while the latter molecule is planar.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

A four-step procedure to convert 4-(1-methyl-1-nitroethyl-1-ONN-azoxy)-3-cyanofuroxan into 3-(1-methyl-1-nitroethyl-1-ONN-azoxy)-4-aminofuroxan was developed. The pathways of transformation of the amino group of the synthesized compound into N-nitramino-, N-alkyl-N-nitramino-, N,N’-methylenediamino-, N,N’-methylene-N,N’-dinitramino-, and azo groups were studied.  相似文献

Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound 2-[({[(4-methylphenyl)sulfonyl]methyl}amino)carbonyl]-1,3-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-yl 2-thiophenecarboxylate is synthesized and studied by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure of the product is confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The structure is solved in the C2/c monoclinic space group with a = 16.739(3) Å, b = 11.087(3) Å, c = 23.194(4) Å, β = 93.32(3)°, V = 4297.2(16) Å3, Z = 8, R1 = 0.033 and wR2 = 0.088.  相似文献
