在298.15-338.15 K和283.15-338.15 K温度范围内,分别测量了N-烷基吡啶双三氟甲磺酸亚胺(烷基链分别为:乙基、丁基、戊基)三种疏水型离子液体的动力粘度和电导率.利用Arrhenius 方程和Fulcher 方程将测量的动力粘度和电导率对温度拟合,得到了动力粘度和电导率随温度变化方程式.从电导率和密度计算出了上述三种离子液体在283.15-338.15 K温度范围内的摩尔电导率.应用Walden 规则,描述了动力粘度与摩尔电导率之间的关系.  相似文献

根据经验和半经验方程及空隙模型理论,可以估算及预测离子液体在298.15K的物理化学性质.本文讨论了离子液体的分子体积,密度,标准熵,晶格能,表面张力,等张比容,摩尔蒸发焓,空隙体积,空隙率和热膨胀系数.通过实验测得的三种离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸乙酯([C2mim][EtSO4)]),1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸辛酯([C4mim][OcSO4])和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([C2mim][NTf2])的密度和表面张力估算了它们的其它物理化学性质.由这三种离子液体的分子体积及等张比容预测了同系列中其它离子液体[Cnmim][EtSO4],[Cnmim][OcSO4]和[Cnmim][NTf2](n=1-6)的分子体积及等张比容,由此计算出它们的密度及表面张力.进而预测了它们的物理化学性质.将预测的离子液体[C4mim][NTf2]和[C2mim][OcSO4]的密度值与文献报导的实验值进行比较,其偏差在实验误差范围内.最后,将由Kabo经验方程计算的七个离子液体[C2mim][EtSO4]、[C4mim][OcSO4]、[C2mim][NTf2]、[C4mim][NTf2]、丁基三甲基铵双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([N4111][NTf2])、甲基三辛基铵双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([N8881][NTf2])和1-辛基-3-甲基吡啶四氟硼酸盐([m3opy][BF4])的摩尔蒸发焓与由Verevkin简单规则预测的摩尔蒸发焓进行比较,发现两者符合很好.因此,在缺乏密度和表面张力实验数据的情况下,可以用Verevkin简单规则来预测离子液体的摩尔蒸发焓.  相似文献

The near-surface electronic structure of the room-temperature ionic liquid (RT-IL) 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([EMIM][Tf(2)N]) has been investigated with the combination of the electron spectroscopies metastable impact electron spectroscopy (MIES), ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS (HeI and HeII)), and monochromatized X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). We find that the top of the valence band states originates from states of the cation (see also ref 1). The ultimately surface-sensitive technique MIES proves that the surface layer consists of both cations and anions. The temperature dependence of the spectra has been measured between about 160 and 610 K. Information on the glass transition and the possibility for low-temperature distillation of [EMIM][Tf(2)N] at reduced pressures is derived from the present results.  相似文献

Poly(benzyl methacrylate) (PBzMA) and its copolymers exhibit lower critical solution temperature (LCST)-type phase separation in common hydrophobic ionic liquids (ILs) such as 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethane sulfone)imide ([C(2)mim][NTf2]). The turbidity measurements for PBzMA/IL mixed systems reveal that the LCST-type phase separation temperatures change significantly with the changes in the chemical structures of polymers and ILs. Moreover, cross-linked PBzMA gels show reversible and discontinuous volume phase transition in [C(2)mim][NTf2] with the changes in temperature.  相似文献

According to Fukumoto's method, a new series of ionic liquids (ILs) based on alanine, [Cnmim][Ala] ( n=2,3,4,5,6), which comprise 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium cation ([Cnmim](+)) and alanine anions ([Ala] (-)), were prepared and characterized. In terms of standard addition method, the density and surface tension of amino acid ILs [Cnmim][Ala] (1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium alpha-aminopropionic acid salt) were measured in the temperature range 293.15-343.15+/-0.05 K. The volume and surface properties of the ILs [Cnmim][Ala] were discussed. A new method of determining parachor of ionic compound was proposed and was applied to estimate the physicochemical properties of amino acid ionic liquids (AAILs): molecular volume, surface tension, molar enthalpy of vaporization, and thermal expansion coefficient. In comparison with Deetlefs's method of using neutral parachor contribution, the method proposed in this work makes smaller error in estimating properties of AAILs.  相似文献

An ionic liquid (IL), 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate [EMIM][CH3COO], was used in 0–4.0 M (∼60% IL, v/v), as a nonvolatile organic medium for the enzymatic resolution of amino acids. When dl-phenylalanine methyl ester was studied as a model substrate, high enantiomeric excesses (ee) of l-amino acid were obtained in all ionic concentrations; however, lower yields were observed at high IL concentrations. This IL is more enzyme-‘friendly’ than the hydrophilic organic solvent acetonitrile and those ILs containing chaotropic anions (such as [EMIM][OTs]). Among three proteases and two lipases investigated, lyophilized Bacillus licheniformis protease exhibited the best enantioselectivity and activity. Highly enantioselective resolutions were also produced for several other amino acids in 2.0 M IL. Interestingly, high ee were also found in deuterium oxide (D2O) rather than in ordinary water, and a further enhancement was achieved with the co-existence of [EMIM][CH3COO]. The heavy water effect was explained in terms of protein stabilization by D2O. The secondary structural changes of enzyme in various media were interpreted by the second derivatives of FT-IR spectra.  相似文献

The solid-liquid phase diagram of the (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis{(trifluoromethyl) sulfonyl} amide + benzene) system was determined and allowed us to identify and characterize an equimolar inclusion compound, [emim][NTf2].C6H6, with a congruent melting temperature: this type of behaviour, reported here for the first time, together with the X-ray structure of the inclusion compound lays emphasis upon the interactions that are responsible for the existence of liquid clathrates at higher benzene concentrations.  相似文献

Experimental measurements of density at different temperatures ranging from 293.15 to 313.15 K, the speed of sound and osmotic coefficients at 298.15 K for aqueous solution of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([Emim][Br]), and osmotic coefficients at 298.15 K for aqueous solutions of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([Bmim][Cl]) in the dilute concentration region are taken. The data are used to obtain compressibilities, expansivity, apparent and limiting molar properties, internal pressure, activity, and activity coefficients for [Emim][Br] in aqueous solutions. Experimental activity coefficient data are compared with that obtained from Debye-Hückel and Pitzer models. The activity data are further used to obtain the hydration number and the osmotic second virial coefficients of ionic liquids. Partial molar entropies of [Bmim][Cl] are also obtained using the free-energy and enthalpy data. The distance of the closest approach of ions is estimated using the activity data for ILs in aqueous solutions and is compared with that of X-ray data analysis in the solid phase. The measured data show that the concentration dependence for aqueous solutions of [Emim][Br] can be accounted for in terms of the hydrophobic hydration of ions and that this IL exhibits Coulombic interactions as well as hydrophobic hydration for both the cations and anions. The small hydration numbers for the studied ILs indicate that the low charge density of cations and their hydrophobic nature is responsible for the formation of the water-structure-enforced ion pairs.  相似文献

The hydrophobic ionic liquid (IL) 1-propyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide ([C3mim][NTf2]) was synthesized according to traditional methods. By adding different amounts of diethyl carbonate (DEC) solvent and lithium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide ([Li][NTf2]) salt to [C3mim][NTf2] IL, eight solution systems were prepared. First, the thermodynamic properties of the eight solution systems were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The semi-stable temperature of the system gradually disappeared with increasing lithium salt content, but the melting point temperature was not apparent in the experiment. These results indicate that DEC and lithium salts can dissolve in ILs within the tested temperature range. The basic properties of the eight systems, including thermodynamic and dynamic properties, were systematically studied at different temperatures. The variation in the self-diffusion coefficient of lithium ion ([Li]+) as a function of DEC concentration, density changes, viscosity, conductivity, and the viscosity/conductivity activation energy of the eight systems was calculated by the Vogel Fulcher Taman (VFT), Final Vogel Fulcher Taman (FVFT), and Arrhenius equations. The effect of temperature on the properties of the system was studied in detail. Within the temperature range measured herein, the deviation between the fitting equation and experimental value was small. Consequently, these equations were successfully used to calculate the properties of the system at various temperatures. All fitting parameters of the corresponding equations are provided herein. The viscosity for all systems decreased rapidly with increasing temperature, which increased the conductivity. Based on these experiments, the influence of DEC on the system microstructure was discussed in the context of the molecular dynamics simulation results. In particular, the interaction between [Li]+ and [NTf2]-/DEC was examined. In all solution systems, [NTf2]- coordinates to [Li]+ through only the O atom and not the N atom. Radial distribution function (RDF) analysis showed that the interaction between [Li]+ and [NTf2]- weakened with increasing DEC concentration. DEC molecules were observed in the first solvation layer of [Li]+ coordinating to [Li]+ through the carbonyl O atom. Although the interaction between [Li]+ and DEC was weakened, competition between [NTf2]- and DEC in the first solvation layer of [Li]+ was observed by the coordination number analysis of the O atom around [Li]+. Therefore, the introduction of DEC is beneficial for Li+ diffusion, which is consistent with the experimental results.  相似文献

在288.15-318.15 K温度范围内测定了不同浓度离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([C2mim][OAc])水溶液的表面张力和密度;在改进李以圭等人的溶液表面张力模型基础上,提出摩尔表面Gibbs自由能新概念,建立了摩尔表面Gibbs自由能随溶液浓度变化的线性经验方程,利用这个经验方程估算了[C2mim][OAc]水溶液的摩尔表面Gibbs自由能,并进一步预测了该溶液的表面张力,其预测值与相应的表面张力实验值高度相关并非常相似。由此可见,摩尔表面Gibbs自由能与等张比容极其类似,可能成为预测离子液体及其溶液性质的一种新的半经验方法。在指定溶液浓度下,根据溶液的摩尔表面Gibbs自由能随温度呈线性变化的规律,得到了新的Eötvös方程,与传统的Eötvös方程相比,新Eötvös方程的每一个参数都有明确的物理意义:斜率的负值是摩尔表面熵,截距是摩尔表面焓,在指定浓度的溶液中摩尔表面焓几乎不随温度变化。  相似文献

A calorimetric study of dissolution of the ionic liquids (ILs) 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide ([C2mim][NTf2]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)amide ([C6mim][NTf2]), and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tris(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)methide ([C6mim][CTf3]) into chloroform (CHCl3) is presented with particular focus on [C2mim][NTf2]. The interpretation of the calorimetric data for [C2mim][NTf2] was aided by additional NMR self-diffusion measurements and viscosity measurements that through the Stokes–Einstein equation provided information about the average size of the species present. It is evident that the main equilibrium species are ion pairs and aggregates. An estimate for the enthalpy contribution from aggregate formation for [C2mim][NTf2] was found to be ?2.09 kJ per mol of added IL at 288.2 K and slightly decreasing in magnitude to ?1.11 kJ·mol?1 at 318.2 K. While all three ILs release heat upon dissolution into CHCl3, different temperature trends are observed demonstrating the fine balance of competing contributions from breaking IL interactions, cavity formation for the solutes to reside in, and the establishment of new solute–solvent interactions.  相似文献

Within this work, viscosity and interfacial tension of selected ionic liquid cosolvent mixtures, [EMIM][EtOSO3] (1-ethyl-3-methyl-immidazolium ethyl sulfate) with water and ethanol, were studied as a function of composition by surface light scattering (SLS) and the pendant drop method in a consistent manner, allowing a close insight into the nature of interactions. Here, we show that the viscosity behavior clearly reflects the bulk structure of the ionic liquid cosolvent mixtures and correlates to the fluid structure at the phase boundary. In contrast to former work, we found the viscosity of ionic liquid [EMIM][EtOSO3] to be decreasing the stronger by small amounts of the cosolvents and the lower their dielectric constant. Furthermore, two distinct trends for the dependence of the viscosity on the cosolvent concentration were resolved. These were assigned to ion-dipole interactions dominating in the salt-rich region and to dipole-dipole interactions in the diluted one. A crossover between both regions is reflected by the interfacial tension data, where it seems that up to a "critical" concentration almost no cosolvent is present at the phase boundary.  相似文献

The effect of water and several organic solvents on the density, viscosity, and conductivity of ionic liquids (ILs) 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim][PF6]), 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]), and 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate ([bmim][CF3CO2]) was studied at 298.15 K in wide composition ranges. The density, viscosity, and conductivity of the three neat ILs were also determined at various temperatures. Upon the basis of the molar conductivity of the mixtures and that of the neat ILs of the same viscosity, the degree of dissociation of ILs in the solutions was investigated. It can be deduced that the organic solvents enhance the ionic association of the ILs, the effect depending on the solvent dielectric constant, while water promotes dissociation significantly due to its high dielectric constant and its ability to form strong hydrogen bonds with the anions of the ILs.  相似文献

The solubility of hydrogen sulphide in three ionic liquids, viz. 1-hexyl-3-methylilmidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([hmim][PF6]), 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([hmim][BF4]), and 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide ([hmim][Tf2N]), at temperatures ranging from 303.15 K to 343.15 K and pressures up to 1.1 MPa were determined. The solubility values were correlated using the Krichevsky–Kasarnovsky equation and Henry’s constants were obtained at different temperatures. Partial molar thermodynamic functions of solvation such as standard Gibbs free energy, enthalpy, and entropy were calculated from the solubility results. Comparison of the values obtained show that the solubility of H2S in these three ionic liquids was in the sequence: [hmim][BF4] > [hmim][PF6]  [hmim][Tf2N].  相似文献

Thermodynamic properties of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide ([C4mim]NTf2) ionic liquid have been studied by adiabatic calorimetry in the temperature range of 5 to 370 K. This compound has been found to form crystal, liquid, and glass. The temperature and enthalpy of fusion for [C(4)mim]NTf(2) have been determined to be T(fus) = 270.22 +/- 0.02 K and Delta(fus)H = 23.78 +/- 0.04 kJ.mol(-1), respectively. The heat capacity of crystalline [C(4)mim]NTf(2) in the T range of 205 to 255 K may vary by a few percent, subject to the procedure of the crystal preparation. The glass transition temperature for [C(4)mim]NTf(2) has been found to be T(g) = 181.5 +/- 0.1 K. On the basis of the results of DFT quantum chemical calculations, the experimental vibrational spectra, and the available literature data, thermodynamic properties of [C(4)mim]NTf(2) in the ideal-gas state have been calculated by the statistical thermodynamic methods. The entropy values for the gaseous compound obtained from the experimental data and the calculations are in satisfactory agreement.  相似文献

Compared to conventional molecular solvents, the ionic liquid [b-3C-im][NTf(2)] was found to promote transimination reactions with up to ~100-fold rate enhancement. This rate effect observed at ambient temperature might be explained by the fact that the ionic liquid displays weak Lewis acidity with very low, if any, nucleophilicity and its imidazolium cation is expected to interact by associating with, and thus electrophilically activating, the C=N bond of the starting imine, leading to increased stabilization of the polar, charged intermediate species and ultimately, rapid product formation. Moreover, the presence of 1 mol% Sc(OTf)(3) in [b-3C-im][NTf(2)] further facilitates the transimination reactions studied.  相似文献

Densities and viscosities of binary ionic liquids mixtures, 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([eOHmim][BF4]) + 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]), 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([eOHmim][BF4]) + N-butylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate ([bpy][BF4]) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]) + N-butylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate ([bpy][BF4]) were measured over the entire mole fraction from T = (298.15 to 343.15) K. The excess molar volumes were calculated and correlated by Redlich–Kiser polynomial expansions. The viscosities for pure ionic liquids were analyzed by means of the Vogel–Tammann–Fulcher equation and ideal mixing rules were applied for the ILs mixtures.  相似文献

制备了离子液体(1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸 [EMIM][PF6])负载量不同的多孔纳米氧化硅(SiOx), 并采用差式扫描量热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光Raman光谱、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱分析等手段研究离子液体负载纳米氧化硅后的熔点变化及相行为. 研究表明负载于纳米氧化硅表面的离子液体熔点明显下降, 且负载于不同表面羟基含量的氧化硅表面熔点下降幅度不同. 纯离子液体[EMIM][PF6]熔点为62 ℃, 在纳米氧化硅表面负载量为35%时熔点为52 ℃, 比负载前下降10 ℃; 负载于另两种不同羟基含量的纳米氧化硅表面后熔点分别下降20和17 ℃. 而同一种纳米氧化硅(比表面积为640 m2·g-1)在负载量小于50%时, 熔点下降明显; 进一步增大负载量, 熔点逐渐趋于本体. XRD和Raman光谱分析显示, 离子液体负载于氧化硅表面后其衍射峰或吸收峰相对强度发生明显改变. 分析负载前后纳米氧化硅的结构变化, 推断离子液体熔点下降的主要原因是离子液体分子与纳米氧化硅表面之间存在强烈的界面相互作用, 而表面羟基的密度及比表面积是影响负载后[EMIM][PF6]离子液体相行为的主要因素.  相似文献

The density and surface tension of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methylsulphate, [EMIM][CH3SO4] ionic liquid have been measured from (283.15 to 333.15) K. The coefficient of thermal expansion was calculated from the experimental density results using an empirical correlation for T = (283.15-338.15) K. Molecular volume and standard entropies of [EMIM][CH3SO4] ionic liquid were obtained from the experimental density values. The surface properties, critical temperature and enthalpy of vaporization were also discussed. Density and surface tension have been measured over the whole composition range for [EMIM][CH3SO4] with alcohols (methanol, ethanol, 1-butanol) binary systems at 298.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Excess molar volumes and surface tension deviations for the binary systems have been calculated and were fitted to a Redlich-Kister equation to determine the fitting parameters and the root mean square deviations.  相似文献

Intramolecular photoinduced charge separation and recombination within the donor-acceptor molecule 4-(N-pyrrolidino)naphthalene-1,8-imide-pyromellitimide, 5ANI-PI, are studied using ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy in the room-temperature ionic liquid, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide [EMIM][Tf2N]. The rate constants of both photoinduced charge separation and charge recombination for 5ANI-PI in [EMIM][Tf2N] are comparable to those observed in pyridine, which has a static dielectric constant similar to that of [EMIM][Tf2N] but a viscosity that is nearly 2 orders of magnitude lower than that of [EMIM][Tf2N]. The electron-transfer dynamics of 5ANI-PI in [EMIM][Tf2N] are compared to those in pyridine as a function of temperature and are discussed in the context of recently reported ionic liquid solvation studies.  相似文献
