 超短超强激光焦斑参数的精确测量是深入开展精密物理实验的前提。在SILEX-Ⅰ激光装置上,采用光学成像法和穿孔法测量了μJ级能量下的激光焦斑特性,采用光学成像方法得到了激光主瓣大小及能量集中度信息,通过穿孔法得到了激光能量透过率与不同大小孔径的关系曲线,并对两种方法得到的测量结果进行了比对研究。研究结果表明,光学焦斑测量法和穿孔法都可以比较准确地反映激光焦斑的能量分布情况,得到的能量分布偏差小于10%。  相似文献

基于真空中单电子运动模型,编程计算得到了高斯激光脉冲与初始位于激光传播轴上电子的相互作用结果。不同激光参鼍条件下,得到了电子的能量增益与激光强度、焦斑大小和脉冲宽度关系。结果表明,高斯激光脉冲焦斑较大时,电子没有明显的能量增益,高斯激光脉冲焦斑太小时,电子也没有明显的能量增益。电子的能量增益有一个最佳焦斑大小。在相同激光强度下,电子能量增益的最佳焦斑大小随脉冲宽度的增大而增大,但最佳焦斑大小与脉冲宽度的比值基本上是不变的。  相似文献

 根据实现快点火激光的预估参数要求,分析了非相干组束和相干组束是否可满足快点火所需的激光功率密度和能量。引入与实际情况相当的畸变波前分析远场焦斑,为了满足能量要求非相干组束需要组合更多的光束,并改进驱动器的稳定性将角漂控制在±2 μrad范围内;相干组束可获得更小的焦斑有利于提高功率密度,同时可降低对能量的要求,但仅对单路光分别进行波前补偿并不能提高能量集中度,需要引入复杂的监测和控制设备对整个通光孔径内的波前(包括束内和束间)进行全局控制。基于目前提出的参数要求和波前校正能力,非相干合成更易实现快点火,但相干合成则具有更广泛的应用潜力。  相似文献

为确定飞秒激光光束对微尺度结构的烧蚀深度,研究了给定功率条件下对应的激光束有效烧蚀焦距。提出采用激光焦点处获得的烧痕阵列图像及在离焦状态下提取烧痕图像特征,通过分析图像特征与离焦距离,获得激光束有效烧蚀焦距范围的方法。在激光束焦点附近的硅晶片表面烧蚀出斑痕阵列,向下逐渐减小焦距,采集硅晶片斑痕图像,提取斑痕平均像素面积及斑痕目标与背景之间的R分量灰度差,获得斑痕像素面积及灰度差随激光束焦距变化的曲线;向上逐渐增大焦距,提取并获得斑痕像素面积及灰度差随激光束焦距变化的曲线。结合激光束向下离焦阈值(633 μm)及向上离焦阈值(993 μm),确定20 mW输出功率条件下,飞秒激光在硅晶片材料表面的有效烧蚀深度为360 μm。采用中位值方法确定了激光束在硅晶片表面聚焦时的焦距为0.823 mm。实验表明,激光烧蚀斑痕像素面积及灰度差与激光束焦距之间的关系能够客观地反映激光束有效烧蚀焦距的变化范围。  相似文献

We have used high-resolution X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy to investigate structural modifications inside and outside the focal region of Si-implanted GaAs samples that have been irradiated at high power by a focused short-pulse laser. Si atoms implanted into the GaAs matrix generate exciton-induced local lattice expansion, resulting in a satellite on the lower-angle side of the Bragg peak. After the laser pulse irradiation, surface features inside and outside the focal spot suggest the presence of Bernard convection cells, indicating that a rapid melting and re-crystallization has taken place. Moreover, the laser irradiation induces a compressive strain inside the focal spot, since the satellite appears on the higher-angle side of the Bragg peak. The stress maximizes at the center of the focal spot and extends far outside the irradiated area (approximately 2.5-mm away from the bulls eye), suggesting the propagation of a laser-induced mechanical wave. The maximum compressive stress inside the focal spot corresponds to 2.7 GPa. Raman spectra inside the focal spot resemble that of pristine GaAs, indicating that rapid melting has introduced significant heterogeneity, with zones of high and low Si concentration. X-ray measurements indicate that areas inside the focal spot and annealed areas outside of the focal spot contain overtones of a minor tetragonal distortion of the lattice, consistent with the observed relaxation of Raman selection rules when compared with the parent zinc-blende structure. 提出了利用光克尔效应实现激光束波前动态调控,进而实现焦斑超快束匀滑(ps量级)的方案,其原理是利用抽运光动态改变光克尔介质的折射率分布,以对透射主激光束附加时空耦合的动态波前,进而使激光束在靶面的焦斑散斑产生更加快速、多样的变化,最终实现焦斑的超快束匀滑.当抽运光时间波形为高斯脉冲序列,且以小角度倾斜入射至光克尔介质时,由于抽运光和光克尔介质对主激光附加随时间横向移动的周期性球面相位,且球面相位的幅值随时间不断变化,因而可以同步实现激光束焦面散斑的横向和径向超快速扫动,从而更为有效地改善靶面辐照均匀性.  相似文献

A convex-lens-shaped microstructure with a diameter of 50 μm on a metallic mold substrate was fabricated in this paper. A laser ablation process, in which the laser beam was focused and irradiated on the metallic mold substrate in order to remove a part of the substrate, was used for that. The convex-lens-shaped microstructure has not been reported in any studies of microstructure using the laser ablation process. It was proposed that the unbalanced ablation and re-adherence of the melted particles was the processing mechanism of the convex lens shape. The convex-lens-shaped microstructure fabricated in this study is smaller than the focused spot. It was expected that the same convex-lens-shaped microstructure can be fabricated even if the focused spot size is increased, so long as the fluence of the laser can be maintained. Therefore, the method proposed in this paper will improve the low processing speed, which has been the problem of a laser ablation process. The fabricated convex-lens-shaped microstructure on the metallic substrate can be used as the mold for the micro lens.  相似文献

为研究激光冲击对E690高强钢激光熔覆修复层微观组织的影响,选用专用金属粉末对E690高强钢试样预制凹坑进行激光熔覆修复,并使用脉冲激光对激光熔覆层进行冲击强化处理,同时采用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线应力分析仪分别对激光冲击前后激光熔覆层的微观组织和表面残余应力进行检测。结果表明:激光熔覆修复后,激光熔覆层组织为等轴晶,熔覆层与E690高强钢基体之间冶金结合良好,其表面残余应力为均匀分布的压应力。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层截面晶粒得到细化,并观察到大量的形变孪晶,互相平行的孪晶界分割熔覆层粗大晶粒,在激光熔覆层的晶粒细化过程中发挥着重要作用;试样表层位错在{110}滑移面上发生交滑移,在晶界周围形成了位错缠结。经激光冲击后,激光熔覆层冲击区域表面残余压应力数值相较于冲击前提升了1.1倍。  相似文献

Aspects of steel sheet perforation are studied experimentally. Calculations show that the mechanisms of thin sheet perforation change as the focal spot size is increased at a constant laser power. If the spot is small, the melt is removed and the film is disrupted by steel boiling in the spot center. With larger spots, the melt is removed by the force of gravity. The hole diameter grows along with the focal spot size and sheet thickness and is reduced upon an increase in laser power.  相似文献

提出了一种基于双频光源和涡旋相位板实现光束快速互补旋转的集束匀滑方案。双频光源为集束中各子束提供频移,拓扑荷数相同但反号的涡旋相位板阵列用于将各个子束变换成拉盖尔—高斯(LG)光束,而通过偏振控制则可实现子束间两两的相干叠加。在此基础上,通过采用共轭连续相位板可使波长不同、偏振态不同的子束组合在靶面形成快速旋转且空间上互补填充的焦斑。结果表明,利用这一方案可实现子束散斑在靶面上快速旋转且散斑分布保持互补,进而有效改善靶面辐照均匀性,甚至为抑制激光等离子体不稳定性提供了一种潜在途径。  相似文献

针对高功率激光装置中靶面辐照均匀性的高要求,提出了一种利用束间动态干涉改善辐照均匀性的快速匀滑方法.基本原理是利用共轭相位板阵列对存在一定波长差的多束激光附加相位调制,从而使各子束在远场两两相干叠加以产生动态的干涉图样,进而引起焦斑内部散斑的动态扫动,在ps时间内抹平不均匀性.以典型惯性约束聚变装置中的激光集束为例,通过建立基于束间动态干涉的快速匀滑物理模型,定量分析了相位板类型、相位调制幅度和束间波长差等因素对焦斑动态干涉图样的影响及规律,进而对其束匀滑特性进行了讨论.结果表明,基于束间动态干涉的快速匀滑方法可以有效地实现多方向、多维度的焦斑内部散斑快速扫动,且通过与传统束匀滑技术的联用,可以在更短的时间内达到更好的焦斑均匀性.  相似文献

本文以方形激光输入、圆形均匀焦斑输出为例,分析比较了整体式和阵列式衍射光学器件获取圆形均匀焦斑的能力.通过在阵列式器件方形单元间附加线性相移来改变各子焦斑的相互位置、重叠区域,从而逼近于一定直径的近圆形均匀焦斑.该方法将二维问题转化为一维,减少计算量.采用基于爬山法与模拟退火法相结合的混合算法设计相位分布.结果表明了该方法的有效性,并具有获得任意形状均匀焦斑的灵活性。  相似文献

Wave-front correction and focal spot improvement of femtosecond laser beams have been achieved, for the first time to our knowledge, with a deformable mirror with an on-line single-shot three-wave lateral shearing interferometer diagnostic. Wave-front distortions of a 100-fs laser that are due to third-order nonlinear effects have been compensated for. This technique, which permits correction in a straightforward process that requires no feedback loop, is also used on a 10-TW Ti:sapphire-Nd:phosphate glass laser in the subpicosecond regime. We also demonstrate that having a focal spot close to the diffraction limit does not constitute a good criterion for the quality of the laser in terms of peak intensity.  相似文献

 分析了用光栅型波前曲率传感器测量热透镜焦距的基本原理,针对高功率固体激光器的工作特点,结合实验现象推导了在热透镜效应较强时热透镜焦距变化的计算公式。对半导体二极管(LD)侧面泵浦的百W级Nd:YAG激光棒在泵浦电流为15~25 A时的热透镜焦距值进行了测量,讨论了可能存在的误差。实验现象和理论分析一致,测量的热透镜焦距值与理论值符合得较好。  相似文献

利用多光束激光输出耦合叠加是一种提高激光器输出功率的有效方法。采用两束矩形激光对准系统,分析两光束不同对准情况下的焦斑特性。完全对准的情况下,两束光的远场焦斑重合在一起,焦斑能量是两光束能量之和。在实际光束对准系统中,讨论了三种常见的对准误差,并比较了这些误差对焦斑特性的影响。利用ZEMAX软件对设计系统进行了模拟分析,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,元件的位置误差会使远场焦斑能量集中度降低,焦斑半径增大。  相似文献

A new speckle analysing interferometer has been devised for the measurement of double exposure laser speckle records. The advantage is that it displays simultaneously, side-by-side on a screen, the fringe pattern and an incoherent record of the speckle negative image, upon which the actual spot under interrogation is illuminated.The device is simple to operate and inexpensive to manufacture. Reflected and back-scattered components of a laser beam shining obliquely through the negative are collated and passed to a screen. The surface relief effect on the negative is sufficient to provide all the necessary information for a noise-free bright record of the fringes. The actual photographic image on the speckle negative is focussed onto the screen via a projection system, where it can be photographically printed, processed and returned to the screen to form an index to mark the spot at which speckle analysis takes place.  相似文献
