Two new glycosides have been isolated from the total triterpene glycosides of the holothurianDuasmodactyla kurilensis: kurilosides A (III) and C (IV). 3, 5-Dibromocomanic acid (3, 5-dibromo- -pyrone -2-carboxylic acid) VI and its ethyl ester, hitherto not described in the literature, are synthesized by the following route: diethyl acetonedioxalate (I) diethyl dibromochelidonate (III) (mono) ethyl dibromochelidonate (IV) diethyl 3, 5-dibromocomanate (V) VI. Direct bromination of diethyl bromochelidonate gives the ester III. 6-Bromocomenic acid and its ethyl ester are prepared, as well as 2-bromo-3-hydroxy - -pyrone. Bromocomanic acid (x-bromo--pyrone-2-carboxylic acid) XVI is synthesized by the following route: I (mono) ethyl chelidonate ethyl comanate comanic acid XVI. Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the stems of Hedera colchica K. Koch, Araliaceae. Two of them are new natural substances. HCSt-A (1): 3-O--D-arabinopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 4)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-arjunolic acid. HCSt-B (2): 3-O--D-xylopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-hederagenin. The derivative of arjunolic acid is described for the first time in Araliaceae family. The synthesis of the 17(20)-16 analog of natural chiogralactone is described. Attempts to introduce a 6-oxo group directly into the -lactone proved unsuccessful, since the first stage — saponification — took place with the formation of three products: the 3-hydroxy--lactone, the 3-hydroxy-20(22)-lactone, and the 15,17(20)-dienoic acid. The synthesis of the desired compound was effected from the ethyl ester of the 5,16-dienoic acid by the scheme 3-acetate3-tosylate6-hydroxy-3,5-cyclosteroid6-oxo-3,5-cyclosteroid6-oxo-5H--lactone. It has been shown that the cyclopropane ring in the 3,5-cyclosteroid -lactone is extremely stable under the conditions of acid treatments.N. D. The structure of the branched polysaccharide glucoarabinogalactan was investigated by periodate oxidation, methylation, and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The main chain consists of -16-bonded galactopyranoses. 12-Bonded D-glucopyranoses and 13-bonded D-galactopyranoses are located on the unreducing ends. There is a short side chain with -13-bonded L-arabinopyranoses.  相似文献

Four triterpene glycosides were isolated from the roots of Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel (Ranunculaceae). Two new glycosides, chinensiosides A (1a) and B (2), were identified as 3-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)--L-arabinopyranosyl]-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid and 3-O-{-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(14)]--L-arabinopyranosyl}-28-O-[-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)--D-glucopyranosyl]-3,23-dihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid. The other two glycosides were identified as previously known hederasaponin C (3) from Hedera helix and glycoside III (4) from Pulsatilla cernua.  相似文献

The holothurianEupentacta pseudoquinquisemita Deichmann collected in Kraternaya Bay, Ushishir Islands has yielded two triterpene pentaosides — the previously known cucumarioside C2, and cucumarioside H, which is a new glycoside. With the aid of13C NMR spectroscopy and solvolytic desulfation its structure has been determined as 6-acetoxy-3-([3-O-methyl--D-xylopyranosyl-(1 3)--D-glucopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 4)] [-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 2)]--D-quinovopy-ranosyl-(1 2)-(4-O-sulfato--D-xylopyranosyloxy)holosta-7,22,24(trans)-triene. Conclusions The triterpene glycosides scabiosides D, E, F, and G have been isolated from the roots ofPatrinia scabiosofolia Fisch. et Link. Electron transitions in divinyl chalcogenides (CH2=CHXCH=CH2, where X is S, Se, or Te) have been analyzed using UV absorption spectra of dialkyl and alkyl vinyl chalcogenides. The following relations for the orbital energies are found: * < * < * < * for Te and * < * < * < * for S and Se. For chalcophenes, a correlation between the energy of the excited state (E *) of specific symmetry, the ionization potential (I) and the electron affinity (EA) is obtained:E *=const+(I+EA)/2. The electron affinity of divinyl chalcogenides is estimated. The effect of reduction of pressure on the shapes of the TG, DTG and DTA curves and the mass-spectra of hydroxide and carbonate phases was investigated in some typical Hungarian red muds. The pressure change caused different decomposition rates of the phases and resulted in better separation of the overlapping thermal curves; this led to advantages as regards phase analysis. For phase analysis the red muds were extracted with water, and the extracts and solid residues were identified by IR- and X-ray methods.
Zusammenfassung Die Wirkung der Druckänderung auf die Form der TG-, DTG- und DTA-Kurven, sowie der MS-Spektra der Hydroxid- und Carbonatphasen in einigen typischen ungarischen Rotschlamm-Sorten wurde geprüft. Die Druckänderung verursachte verschiedene Zersetzungsgeschwindigkeiten der Phasen, führte zur besseren Auftrennung der sich überlappenden thermischen Kurven, und war ausserdem auch hinsichtlich der Phasenanalyse vom Vorteil. Zur Phasenanalyse wurden die Rotschlämme mit Wasser extrahiert und die Extrakte und festen Rückstände mittels IR- und Röntgenmethoden identifiziert.

Résumé On a étudié dans quelques espèces typiques de boues rouges de Hongrie l'effet des variations de pression sur la forme des courbes TG, TGD et ATD ainsi que les spectres de masse des phases hydroxyde et carbonate. La variation de la pression entraîne des vitesses de décomposition différentes. Il en résulte une meilleure séparation des phénomènes dans le cas où ceux-ci se chevauchent ainsi que des avantages du point de vue de l'analyse des phases. L'analyse des phases présentes dans les boues rouges a été effectuée par extraction à l'eau. Les extraits et les résidus solides ont été identifiés par spectrométrie infrarouge et par diffraction des rayons X.

Abnormal fluctuations of chemiluminescence intensities have been observed in the CH2(COOH)2–BrO3–Ru(bipy) 3 2+,3+ system, when catalyst concentrations are insufficient for stable self-oscillations to be generated. Amplitude distribution of these fluctuations (reaction noise) are of the bell shape, which is typical for the normal Gaussian distribution. Their nature is similar to the large-scale fluctuations that are the nuclei for dissipative structures.

A polarographic investigation of solutions containing trioxalate complexes of Co(III) reveals that the overall electrode process Co(III) Co(0) is accompanied by slow formation of ionic associates between aquacomplexes of Co(II) and trioxalate complexes of Co(III). Use of a relatively high concentration of oxalate ions (0.001 M) quells this association. Under these conditions, it is possible to divide the measured current into two constituents related to the primary electroreduction Co(III) Co(II) and the subsequent process Co(II) Co(0). The earlier data on the rate constant and apparent transfer coefficient for the process Co(II) Co(0) are used for calculating corrected Tafel plots for the electrode reaction Co(III) Co(II). The plots are practically linear and independent of the concentration of the supporting-electrolyte cation in a wide range of potential drops (1 V) across the dense layer. A theoretically expected parallel shift of the plots is observed in solutions with a variable concentration of discharging species. This observation and similar data obtained for a mixed potassium–sodium supporting electrolyte bear testimony to good agreement between the obtained results and the theory.  相似文献

The reaction is first order both in vanadium(V) and substrate and is markedly inhibited by H+ ions. Kinetic evidence for the formation of a 11 complex of vanadium(V) and EDTA is obtained. The stability constant of this complex and its thermodynamic parameters were evaluated. A suitable mechanism is proposed.

Bioaccumulation of six metals (Cu2+, Cu+, Mo6+, Mn2+, V5+, Ni2+) and their combinations by algaScenedesmus quadricauda was determined by using radio nuclide X-ray fluorescence (RXFA). The metals were added into the cultivation medium in concentrations corresponding with EC50 value for each metal. The obtained results indicate that Ni2+, Cu2+ and Cu+ were accumulated in high amounts (20%, 17.5% and 15.19%) the Mo6+ ion (<0.2%) was accumulated in the lowest amount. For metal-metal interactions in accumulation of metal ions by algaS. quadricauda three types of answers were determined: inhibition (MoCu2+, Ni, Mn, V; VNi, Mn; MnNi, Cu2+, Cu+; Cu+Ni; Cu2+Ni; NiMn, V), enhancement (VCu+; Cu2+Mn;Cu+V, Mn; MnV; NiCu2+, Cu+) and neutral effect (VMo; Cu2+Mo; Cu+Mo; MuMo; NiMo).  相似文献

The Hückel approximation in MO LCAO is used to show that the anion system of cyclopent-4-ene-1,3-dione should have two * transitions: a weak one at long wavelengths, NV1, and a strong one at short wavelengths, C=C(1,3)V1. An ethylene, phenyl, or acyl group at position 2 gives rise to a new strong band, NC=C(2), Nbenz, or NC=O (2). A p-nitrophenyl group at position 2 gives rise to a strong NNO2 band, which overlaps the weak NV1 band, while the Nbenz band becomes weak and is virtually lost from the spectrum.  相似文献
