The title compound (C40H42N2) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-(1-naphthyl)-1-phenyl-3-chloropropylene and bis(4-(diethylamino) phenyl)methanone, and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 17.047(3), b = 10.807(2), c = 1&494(4) (A), β = 105.727(4)°, V=3279.4(11) A3, Mr = 550.76, Z = 4, Dc = 1.115 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.085 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0625 and wR = 0.1384 for 2276 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis reveals that the butadiene fragment adopts a planar cisiod conformation and makes a dihedral angel of 69.4(2)° with the naphthalene ring.  相似文献

The title compound[Zn(btzb)2Cl2]·2H2O(1·2H2O,btzb=1,2-bis(5-tetrazolyl)benzene)was synthesized in situ by the[2 3] cycloaddition reaction of phthalonitrile with NaN3 in water in the presence of ZnCl2 under refluxing conditions.1·2H2O crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a=9.0119(18),b=7.5566(15),c=18.076(5)(A),β=114.67(2)°,V=1118.6(4)(A)3,Z=2,Dc=1.784 g/cm3 T=223(2)K,C16H16N16O2Cl2Zn,Mr=600.74,F(000)=608,μ(MoKα)=1.393 mm-1,S=1.081,R=0.0306 and wR=0.0669 for 1896 observed reflections with Ⅰ >2σ(Ⅰ).The Zn2 ion of 1 is coordinated by four N atoms from two btzb ligands and two Cl atoms,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.A number of intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between molecules 1 and/or the solvated water molecules result in a 3D hydrogen-bonded structure.The luminescent property of 1·2H2O was also investigated.  相似文献

One new cadmium complex [Cd(phen)3]·(ClO4)2·(p-MBA)2·(H2O)2 has been hydro-thermally synthesized by reacting p-methylbenzoic acid (p-MBA),1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and cadmium perchlorate. It crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1,with a=1.2809(3),b= 1.3431(3),c=1.3734(3) nm,α=84.259(4),β=71.603(3),γ=74.424(3)o,V=2.1594(8) nm3,Dc= 1.532 g/cm3,Z=2,F(000)=1008,μ=0.697 mm-1,R=0.0646 and wR=0.1648. The crystal structure shows that the cadmium ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules,forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of electrochemical property analysis shows that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction is irreversible.  相似文献

In this paper=5′-O-tosyl-2,3′-anhydrothymidine has been synthesized and its crystal structure was analyzed. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system=space group P1=with a=5.397(2)=b=6.1886(18)=c=3.507(5) =α =87.74(2)=β =89.84(4)=γ =73.79(2)°=C17H18N2O6S=Mr=378.39=Z=1=V=432.8(3)3=Dc=1.452 g/cm3=F(000)=198 and Flack =-0.11(14). The compound [Cd(L)2(NO3)]NO3·0.5H2O (L = N-benzyl-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)aceta- mide) 1 has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopy. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.7175(13), b = 11.8873(13), c = 14.0958(16) , α = 74.889(2), β = 78.228(2), γ = 78.831(2)o, V = 1835.0(4) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.502 Mg/m3, Mr = 1660.17,μ = 0.662 mm-1, F(000) = 846, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0585 and wR = 0.0577 for all observed reflections. The results show that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion with a square antiprismatic geometry is coordinated by a N2O6 donor set, two NO2 sets from two ligands and two O atoms from a bidendate nitrate group. In the crystal, the O-H···O and N-H···O hydrogen bonds are helpful to consolidate the three- dimensional network.  相似文献

Four novel Cu(Ⅰ) complexes,[Cu(o-PYO)(PPh3)2]BF4(1),[Cu(o-PYO)(DPEphos)]BF4(2),[Cu2 (o-PYO)(PPh3)3(CH3CN)](BF4)2(3) and [Cu2(o-PYO)(DPEphos)2 ](BF4)2(4) (o-PYO=2,5bis(pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole,PPh 3=triphenylphosphine,DPEphos=bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl)ether),have been synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The central cuprous ions in all complexes are surrounded by N and P atoms to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry,although one of the cuprous ions in complex 3 is coordinated by a PPh3 and an acetonitrile molecule due to the steric hindrance and weak coordination ability from monodentate PPh3 ligand.The UV-vis absorption spectra in CH2Cl2 show the characteristic metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption bands in the region of 360-480nm.Four Cu(I) complexes exhibit yellow to orange-red phosphorescence with the emission maximum at 572,577,562 and 597nm,respectively in the solid state.  相似文献

It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 2.4596(6), b = 1.2124(3), c = 1.9824(5) nm, β = 97.088(5)o, V = 5.866(3) nm3, Dc = 1.474 g/cm3, Z = 4, Mr = 1301.82, μ(MoKα) = 0.417 mm-1 F(000) = 2688, R = 0.0493 and wR = 0.1025. Structural deter- mination indicates that the nickel(II) ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from three phens, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric analysis shows that the electron transfer in the electrode reaction is irreversible.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /n with a = 8.436(3), b = 16.988(5), c = 12.106(4), β = 92.204(5)°, V = 1733.6(9)3, Z = 4, C17 H17 N5 O4 Zn, Mr = 420.73, Dc = 1.612 g/cm3, F(000) = 864, μ(MoKa) = 0.452 mm-1, the R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1645. In the mononuclear complex, each Zn(II) is five-coordinated by one carboxylate O and one pyridyl N atoms from one pdc anion, one carboxylate O atom from another pdc anion, and two N atoms from two bib ligands. The Zn(II) ions are connected by pdc ligands to form skeleton chains, and bbi ligands further link them to construct a 2D framework. The thermal and luminescence properties of the complex were also investigated.  相似文献

A new chain-like coordination polymer, namely, [CuL ]n(1, Na2 L = 2-[(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-amino]-benzenesulfonic acid sodium salt), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.2296(16), b = 10.4754(18), c = 12.200(2) A, β =102.392(2)°, V = 1152.0(3) A3, C13H9 CuN O4S, Mr = 338.83, Dc = 1.953 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 684,μ = 2.089 mm-1, the final R = 0.0376 and w R = 0.0956. X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that 1displays a square-pyramidal metal center with NO4 donor sets. The sulfonate-derived Schiff base serves as a common N,O,O′-tridentate and a unique O-bridged ligand connecting the metals.Dinuclear copper complexes serve as secondary building blocks(SBUs) to construct an unusual2 D coordination network. In the crystal, the components form a stable 3D supramolecular architecture by C–H···O interactions and π-stacking.  相似文献
