This paper investigates the collision between two nonlinear waves with arbitrary angle in two-dimensional nonlinear lattice. By using the extended Poincarge-Lighthill-Kuo perturbation method, it obtains two Korteweg-de Vries equations for nonlinear waves in both the ζ and η directions, respectively, and derives the analytical phase shifts after the collision of two nonlinear waves. Finally, the solution of u(υ) up to O(ε^3) order is given. 相似文献

通过使用推广的 Poincar-Lighthill-Kuo 摄动方法,研究了二维热离子等离子体中两个沿不同方向传播的离子声孤波的相互作用,得到了两个分别描述沿ξ和η方向传播的孤波的KdV方程以及两个孤波以任意夹角碰撞后的相移和轨道.同时还研究了离子温度比σ、热容比γ和碰撞夹角α对孤波相移的影响.研究表明,这些参量可以明显地改变孤波的相移,且在该系统中存在压缩型孤波.

报道了中心对称光折变晶体与线性电介质界面表面波的形成及能量变化. 通过调节传播常数和波导参数的方法,可以得到非局域、振荡、局域三种类型的表面波. 波导参数和传播常数之差大于阈值时,线性电介质和中心对称光折变晶体界面可以形成局域表面波. 波导参数为正值时,局域表面波主要聚集在中心对称光折变晶体内,随着传播常数的增大,波能量随之单调递增,表面波可以稳定传播. 在给定的条件下,调节决定非线性作用强度的可变参量可以控制局域表面波模的阶数和传播波形.

We study analytically and numerically the effect of nonlinearity on transmission of waves through a random medium. We introduce and analyze quantities associated with the scattering problem that clarify the lack of uniqueness due to the nonlinearity as well as the localization of waves due to the random inhomogeneities. We show that nonlinearity tends to delocalize the waves and that for very large scattering regions the average transmitted energy is small. 相似文献

Linear and nonlinear studies of dust lattice waves in a dusty plasma crystal have been carried out on the basis of the Schrödinger equation which is deduced from Poisson's equation for small dust grain potentials. The spatial distribution of the potential in the dust-lattice includes the effect of the whole system of the dust particles. Such a self-consistent analysis gives a dispersion relation for the dust lattice wave, which is different from the expression found earlier. The frequency of the lattice oscillation increases considerably for large grain charges. Furthermore, it is found that an ideal lattice can only exist if the dusty plasma parameters satisfy a definite relationship between the dusty plasma Debye radius, the inter-grain separation, and the grain size. Finally, accounting for the weak nonlinearities, we also derive a Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation for the nonlinear dust lattice waves in the long wavelength approximation (kd≪1), where k is the wave number and d the inter-grain spacing. 相似文献

本文采用双模晶体相场模型,计算了双模二维相图;模拟了形变诱导六角相向正方相转变过程的多级微结构演化,详细分析了位相差、形变方向对位错、晶界、晶体结构、新相形貌的影响规律.模拟结果表明:形变方向影响正方相晶核的形核位置和生长方向,拉伸时正方相优先在变形带上形核,垂直于形变方向长大,而压缩时正方相直接在位错和晶界的能量较高处形核,平行于形变方向长大;位相差对形变诱发晶界甄没过程有显著影响,体现在能量峰上为,小位相差晶界位错的攀滑移和甄没形成一个能量峰,大位相差晶界位错攀滑移和甄没因分阶段完成而不出现明显的能量峰;形变诱导相变过程中各种因素相互作用复杂,是相变与动态再结晶的复合转变. 相似文献

把平面波展开方法(PWM)用于2维光子晶体掺杂情况下透射特性的研究,计算得到了粗细不同的空气柱掺杂、相同半径不同介质柱掺杂、不同柱体形状掺杂情况下2维光子晶体的透射系数与入射光频率的关系曲线。结果表明2维光子晶体的禁带的宽度、位置、透过率与掺杂体半径、掺杂体介电常数、掺杂体柱体几何形状等因素有关,掺杂因素相差越大透射曲线变化越明显,特别是损耗介质的掺入更使得禁带可调要素增加。 相似文献

For two-dimensional unmagnetized dusty plasmas with many different
dust grain species, a Kadomtsev--Petviashvili (KP) equation, a
modified KP (mKP) equation and a coupled KP(cKP) equation for small,
but finite amplitude dust-acoustic solitary waves are obtained for
different physical conditions respectively. The influence of an
arbitrary dust size distribution described by a polynomial
expressed function on the properties of dust-acoustic solitary waves
is investigated numerically. How dust size distribution affects
the sign and the magnitude of nonlinear coefficient A(D) of KP
(mKP) equation is also discussed in detail. It is noted that
whether a compressive or a rarefactive solitary wave exists
depends on the dust size distribution in some dusty

We analyze quasi-phase-matched (QPM) conversion efficiency of the five possible types of periodic two-dimensional nonlinear
structures: Hexagonal, square, rectangular, centered-rectangular, and oblique. The frequency conversion efficiency, as a function
of the two-dimensional quasi-phase-matching order, is determined for the general case. Furthermore, it is demonstrated for
two basic feasible motifs, a circular motif and a rectangular motif. This enables to determine the optimal motif dimensions
for achieving the highest conversion efficiency. We find that a rectangular motif is more efficient than a circular motif
for quasi-phase-matched processes that rely on a single reciprocal lattice vector (RLV), and that under optimal choice of
motif dimensions, it converges into a one-dimensional periodic structure. In addition, in a few specific cases we found that
higher order QPM can be significantly more efficient than lower order QPM. 相似文献

The effects of head-on collision on dust acoustic (DA) solitary and shock waves in dusty plasma are investigated considering positively charged inertial dust, Boltzmann distributed negatively charged heavy ions, positively charged light ions, and superthermal electrons in the plasma system. The nonlinear Korteweg-de-Vries (KdV) Burger equations are derived taking the extended Poincaré-Lighthill-Kuo method into account to study the characteristic properties of nonlinearity and production of solitary shock due to collisions. The study reveals that the amplitudes and widths of the DA shock waves are decreasing with increasing viscosity, electron to dust density ratio, and dust to ion temperature ratio, while they are increasing due to the presence of superthermal electrons. The nonlinearity of DA waves are enhanced with increasing density ratio of electron to dust and temperature ratio of dust to ion and electron, respectively, but it is reducing with superthermal electrons. The phase shifts of DA solitary waves are found to decrease with rising superthermality of electrons and increase with the density ratio of electron to dust. 相似文献

In this paper, the internal field distribution of higher order MDRs of water droplets is calculated and the result shows that the higher order MDRs should dominate the nonlinear couple process. Furthermore, the phase matching required for four-wave mixing (FWM) process in the droplet is interpreted as the concept of angular momentum conservation. The slight mismatch in angular momentum leads to significant improvement of phase matching than that in optical cell. 相似文献

本文系统研究了基于泰伯效应(Talbot) 的位相可调掺镁铌酸锂二维六角位相阵列光栅及其光衍射成像, 对光栅占空比D、不同位相差Δφ、及泰伯分数β条件下的光栅近场光衍射强度分布进行了理论研究, 结果表明当光栅占空比D=52%、位相差Δφ=0.75 π、 泰伯分数β=0.2时, 光栅近场衍射光图像效果最佳. 实验设计与 制备了掺镁铌酸锂二维六角位相阵列光栅, 并对其进行了Talbot衍射光成像实验研究, 得到了不同位相差和不同泰伯分数β条件下光栅近场衍射 光图像, 实验结果与理论研究结果相符.

兰姆波在声子晶体薄板中的传播特性因其在无损检测、 减振技术和传感器件等领域的潜在应用价值而受到越来越多的关注. 本文采用超原胞平面波展开法和有限元法系统地研究了复合对称结构声子晶体薄板中的兰姆波超宽部分禁带. 结果表明: 对于在薄板侧面对称地嵌入双层矩形空气柱构成的复杂系统, 低阶兰姆波部分带隙结构极为丰富. 将晶格常数(L)和板厚(H) 比值具有匹配关系的兰姆波声子晶体衔接构成复合结构, 低阶兰姆波部分禁带宽度因各组分结构的部分禁带交叠而得到显著拓宽, 可在低频超宽频带内实现对特定低阶兰姆波模式良好的模式选择功能. 该研究结果对兰姆波缺陷无损检测中模式优化选择及兰姆波单向导通器件设计等方面具有重要意义. 相似文献

本文建立了外加电场调制二维六角位相阵列光分束器的倒格矢理论模型, 利用数值模拟方法开展了阵列光分束器的理论研究, 对可调位相差阵列光分束器进行了分析, 得到了不同分数泰伯距离以及外加电场条件下的光强分布图. 实验设计与制备了铌酸锂二维六角位相阵列光分束器, 并对其进行了Talbot衍射光分束实验研究, 当外加电压为0.5 kV(电场为1 kV/mm)时, 观测到了Talbot衍射光分束现象, 随着外加调制电场的增大, 其衍射光分束图像越清晰, 该实验结果和理论研究结果相符. 相似文献
