在乙酰乙酸乙酯和氧化亚铜共同催化下, 二-(1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二硫)合锌酸四乙基铵盐分别与2-碘吡啶(1a)、 3-碘吡啶(1b)和4-碘吡啶(1c)反应, 制得硫酮化合物2,3-二(2-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-硫酮(2a)、 2,3-二(3-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-硫酮(2b)和2,3-二(4-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-硫酮(2c). 在醋酸汞催化下, 硫酮化合物2a, 2b和2c分别被氧化为2,3-二(2-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-酮(3a)、 2,3-二(3-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-酮(3b)和2,3-二(4-吡啶硫基)-1,3-二硫环戊烯-2-酮(3c). 以亚磷酸三乙酯为偶联剂, 氧酮化合物3a, 3b和3c分别发生自偶联反应生成2,3,6,7-四(2-吡啶硫基)四硫富瓦烯(4a)、 2,3,6,7-四(3-吡啶硫基)四硫富瓦烯(4b)和2,3,6,7-四(4-吡啶硫基)四硫富瓦烯(4c). 采用核磁共振波谱(NMR)、 傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和质谱(MS)分析了所合成化合物的结构和组成, 通过X射线衍射分析确认了吡啶基四硫富瓦烯衍生物4b和4c的晶体结构. 循环伏安法研究结果表明, 化合物4a, 4b和4c呈现准可逆的两电子转移过程, 结合量子化学计算, 分析了不同位置取代的吡啶基对四硫富瓦烯电化学电势的影响.  相似文献

A series of mixed-ligand coordination complexes, namely, [Cd 2(bimb) 2(L (1)) 2] ( 1), [Cd(bpimb) 0.5(L (2))(H 2O)] ( 2), [Zn 5(bpib) 2(L (3)) 4(OH) 2(H 2O) 2] ( 3), [Zn(bpib) 0.5(L (4))] ( 4), and [Cd(bib)(L (4))] ( 5), where bimb = 1,4-bis((1 H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene, bpimb = 1,4-bis((2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1 H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene, bpib = 1,4-bis(2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1 H-imidazol-1-yl)butane, bib = 1,4-bis(1 H-imidazol-1-yl)butane, H 2L (1) = 4-((4-(dihydroxymethyl)phenoxy)methyl)benzoic acid, H 2L (2) = 4,4'-methylenebis(oxy)dibenzoic acid, H 2L (3) = 3,3'-methylenebis(oxy)dibenzoic acid, and H 2L (4) = 4,4'-(2,2'-oxybis(ethane-2,1-diyl)bis(oxy))dibenzoic acid, have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. In 1, (L (1)) (2-) anions link the metal-neutral ligand subunits to generate a 2-fold parallel interpenetrating net with the 6 (3) topology. In 2- 4, neutral ligands connect the various metal-carboxylic ligand subunits to give a 2-fold parallel interpenetrating net with (4,4) topology in 2, a 2-fold parallel interpenetrating net with (3,6)-connected topology in 3, and a 3-fold parallel interpenetrating net with (4,4) topology in 4. Compounds 1- 4 display both polyrotaxane and polycatenane characters. Compound 5 is a 5-fold parallel interpenetrating net with (4,4) topology. By careful inspection of these structures, we find that different topological structures showing both polyrotaxane and polycatenane characters have been achieved with increase of the carboxylic ligand length. It is believed that various carboxylic ligands and N-donor ligands with different coordination modes and conformations are important for the formation of the different structures. In addition, the luminescent properties of these compounds are discussed.  相似文献

Analogues of the ligand 2,2'-(2-hydroxy-5-methyl-1,3-phenylene)bis(methylene)bis((pyridin-2-ylmethyl)azanediyl)diethanol (CH(3)H(3)L1) are described. Complexation of these analogues, 2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)-4-methylphenol (CH(3)HL2), 4-bromo-2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)phenol (BrHL2), 2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)-4-nitrophenol (NO(2)HL2) and 4-methyl-2,6-bis(((2-phenoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)phenol (CH(3)HL3) with zinc(II) acetate afforded [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), [Zn(2)(NO(2)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), [Zn(2)(BrL2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)) and [Zn(2)(CH(3)L3)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), in addition to [Zn(4)(CH(3)L2)(2)(NO(2)C(6)H(5)OPO(3))(2)(H(2)O)(2)](PF(6))(2) and [Zn(4)(BrL2)(2)(PO(3)F)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](PF(6))(2). The complexes were characterized using (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, microanalysis, and X-ray crystallography. The complexes contain either a coordinated methyl- (L2 ligands) or phenyl- (L3 ligand) ether, replacing the potentially nucleophilic coordinated alcohol in the previously reported complex [Zn(2)(CH(3)HL1)(CH(3)COO)(H(2)O)](PF(6)). Functional studies of the zinc complexes with the substrate bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl) phosphate (BDNPP) showed them to be competent catalysts with, for example, [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)](+), k(cat) = 5.70 ± 0.04 × 10(-3) s(-1) (K(m) = 20.8 ± 5.0 mM) and [Zn(2)(CH(3)L3)](+), k(cat) = 3.60 ± 0.04 × 10(-3) s(-1) (K(m) = 18.9 ± 3.5 mM). Catalytically relevant pK(a)s of 6.7 and 7.7 were observed for the zinc(II) complexes of CH(3)L2(-) and CH(3)L3(-), respectively. Electron donating para-substituents enhance the rate of hydrolysis of BDNPP such that k(cat)p-CH(3) > p-Br > p-NO(2). Use of a solvent mixture containing H(2)O(18)/H(2)O(16) in the reaction with BDNPP showed that for [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)) and [Zn(2)(NO(2)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), as well as [Zn(2)(CH(3)HL1)(CH(3)COO)(H(2)O)](PF(6)), the (18)O label was incorporated in the product of the hydrolysis suggesting that the nucleophile involved in the hydrolysis reaction was a Zn-OH moiety. The results are discussed with respect to the potential nucleophilic species (coordinated deprotonated alcohol versus coordinated hydroxide).  相似文献

Theophylline-7-acetic acid (acefylline) ( 3 ) and its derivatives are pharmacologically active compounds and generally recognized as bronchodilators for the treatment of respiratory diseases like acute asthma for over 70 years. In this article, synthesis of 2-((5-((1,3-dimethyl-2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-7(6H)-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio)-N-arylacetamides ( 10a-j ) has been reported. All the synthesized derivatives ( 10a-j) were structurally verified by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and evaluated for their anti-cancer (using MTT assay), hemolytic and thrombolytic potential. N-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-(5-((1,3-dimethyl-2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-7(6H)-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio)acetamide ( 10g ) was found to be the most active against human liver cancer cell lines (Huh7) having cell viability 53.58 ± 1.28 using 100 μg/mL concentration of compound which was further in-silico modelled to describe the possible mechanistic insights for its anti-proliferative activity. The results of hemolytic and thrombolytic activities indicated that these derivatives were less toxic and hold considerable potential as a drug candidate. 2-(5-((1,3-Dimethyl-2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-7(6H)-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio)-N-(2-fluorophenyl)acetamide ( 10c ) of the series was found to be least toxic with 0.1% hemolysis relative to ABTS (95.5%) as positive control. 2-(5-((1,3-Dimethyl-2,6-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-purin-7(6H)-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-ylthio)-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)acetamide ( 10j ) exhibited potent clot lysis activity (90%) as compared to negative control DMSO (0.57%).  相似文献

Acylation of 6-methyl-N-[4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diamine, 4-methyl-N-[4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diamine, and N-[4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl]benzene-1,3-diamine with maleopimaric and citraconopimaric acid chlorides, with benzotriazolyl maleopimarate afforded N-[3-(pyrimidin-2-yl)aryl]amides of maleopimaric and citraconopimaric acids. In the present study, nonaqueous capillary electrophoretic separation of imatinib mesylate (IM) and related substances, N-(5-amino-2-methylphenyl)-4-(3-pyridyl)-2-pyrimidinamine (PYA), N-(4-methyl-3-(4-(pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)phenyl)-4-((piperazin-1-yl)methyl) benzamide (NDI) and 4-chloromethyl-N-(4-methyl-3-((4-(pyridin-3-yl) pyrimidin-2-yl) amino) phenyl) benzamide (CPB) was developed. The influential factors affecting separation, including type and concentration of the electrolyte, applied voltage, and buffer modifier were investigated. Baseline separation of the studied analytes was obtained using a buffer of 50 mM Tris and 50 mM methanesulfonic acid in methanol at a apparent pH (pH*) of 1.65. To enhance the sensitivity, large-volume sample stacking was employed for online concentration. The strongest analytical signal with a suitable separation was achieved when the injection time was 100 s. The linearity ranges of PYA and NDI were 0.100-2.50 μg mL(-1) , and that of CPB was 0.125-2.50 μg mL(-1) , with good coefficients (r(2) > 0.9948). The relative standard deviations of intra- and interday were satisfactory. Under the optimized conditions, seven batches of the synthesized samples were analyzed and CPB was detected in two batches. Owing to its simplicity, effectiveness, and low price, the developed method is promising for quality control of IM.  相似文献

Coordination polymers and a macrocycle formed from the reactions between flexible bis(2-pyridyl) ligands and AgCF(3)SO(3) are reported. The type of structure formed depends on the choice of ligand and the stoichiometry of the reaction. When 1 equiv of 1,4-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)benzene (L2), 4,4'-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)biphenyl (L4), or bis((4-pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl)methane (L5) is used, 1D chain coordination polymers held together via Ag-N bonds are generated. When a 2:1 ratio of L2 and silver ion is used, a 2D porous network is formed. The reaction between silver ions with a mixture of ligands (L1 and L2 in 1:1 ratio, L1 = 1,4-bis((pyridin-2-yl-methyl)thio)benzene) results in a novel 1D ABAB type coordination copolymer where L1 and L2 act as a bis-bidentate and a bis-monodentate ligand, respectively. The reaction of 1-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)-4-((pyridin-2-yl-methyl)thio)benzene (L3) with silver ions in a 1:1 ratio gives a bimetallic macrocycle rather than a polymeric species. Structural analyses of the polymeric compounds suggest that interactions between the aromatic rings play a significant role in stabilizing the polymeric structures.  相似文献

Palladium(II) complex with 6-(2-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one was synthesized for the first time. The ligand was prepared from 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazin-5(2H)-one and 4-methylphenol via nucleophilic substitution of hydrogen (SNH reaction). The complex was readily soluble in basic medium, and it effectively catalyzed Mizoroki-Heck reaction.  相似文献

An ionization method that uses metal-complex-based ionization probes, malonic acid 3-[2,6-bis(4,4-dimethyloxazolin-2-yl)pyridin-4-yloxy]propyl ethyl ester (EM-TMpybox) and potassium N-{3-[2,6-bis(4,4-dimethyloxazolin-2-yl)pyridine-4-yloxy]propyl} aminoacetate (Sar-TMpybox), was developed for isotope ratio analysis and the effective ionization of unsubstituted carbon clusters. The preparation of Sar-TMpybox and EM-TMpybox and their applications in cold-spray ionization mass spectrometry are reported. Dinuclear (V(IV)V(V)) oxophenoxovanadates of general formula [V2O3L] have been synthesized in excellent yields by reacting bis(acetylacetonato)oxovanadium(IV) with H3L in a 2:1 ratio in acetone under an N2 atmosphere. Here L3- is the deprotonated form of 2,6-bis[{{(2-hydroxybenzyl)(N',N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}amino}methyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L1), 2,6-bis[{{(5-methyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)(N',N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}amino}methyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L2), 2,6-bis[{{(5-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzyl)(N',N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}amino}methyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L3), 2,6-bis[{{(5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzyl)(N',N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}amino}methyl]-4-methylphenol(H3L4), 2,6-bis[{{(5-bromo-2-hydroxybenzyl)(N'N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}amino}methyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L5), or 2,6-bis[{{(5-methoxy-2-hydroxybenzyl)(N'N'-(dimethylamino)ethyl)}methyl]-4-methylphenol (H3L6). In [V2O3L1], both the metal atoms have distorted octahedral geometry. The relative disposition of two terminal V=O groups in the complex is essentially cis. The O=V...V=O torsion angle is 24.6(2) degrees . The V-O(oxo)-V and V-O(phenoxo)-V angles are 117.5(4) and 93.4(3) degrees , respectively. The V...V bond distance is 3.173(5) A. X-ray crystallography, IR, UV-vis, and 1H and 51V NMR measurements show that the mixed-valence complexes contain two indistinguishable vanadium atoms (type III). The thermal ellipsoids of O2, O4, C10, C14, and C15 also suggests a type III complex in the solid state. EPR spectra of solid complexes at 77 K display a single line indicating the localization of the odd electron (3d(xy)1). Valence localization at 77 K is also consistent with the 51V hyperfine structure of the axial EPR spectra (3d(xy)1 ground state) of the complexes in frozen (77 K) dichloromethane solution: S = 1/2, g(parallel) approximately 1.94, g(perpendicular) approximately 1.98, A(parallel) approximately 166 x 10(-4) cm(-1), and A(perpendicular) approximately 68 x 10(-4) cm(-1). In contrast isotropic room-temperature solution spectra of the family have 15 hyperfine lines (g(iso) approximately 1.974 and A(iso) approximately 50 x 10(-4) cm(-1)) revealing that the unpaired electron is delocalized between the metal centers. Crystal data for the [V2O3L1].CH2Cl2 complex are as follows: chemical formula, C32H43O6N4Cl2V2; crystal system, monoclinic; space group, C2/c; a = 18.461(4), b = 17.230(3), c = 13.700(3) A; beta = 117.88(3) degrees ; Z = 8.  相似文献

A series of novel pyrimidine derivatives with (pyridin-3-ylmethyl)thio and phenylamino moieties were synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate, thiourea, 3-pyridinylmethyl chloride hydrochloride, and substituted anilines by multi-step reactions. The structures of the target compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The in vitro antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were evaluated. The result showed that N-phenyl-6-methyl-2- ((pyridin-3-ylmethyl)thio) pyrimidin-4-amine (4a) displayed high inhibition activity against Botrytis cinerea with 87.5%inhibition at 100 µg/mL; 4a, and N-(4-isopropylphenyl)-6-methyl-2-((pyridin-3-ylmethyl)thio)pyrimidin-4-amine (4c), N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-2-((pyridin-3-ylmethyl)thio)pyrimidin-4-amine (4d) and N-(2-hydroxy-5-chloro)-6-methyl-2-((pyridin-3-ylmethyl)thio)pyrimidin- 4-amine (4h) exhibited sufficient activities against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum with 86.6% –93.7% inhibitions at the same concentration.  相似文献

In an attempt to prepare structural and functional models for the active site of the hydrolytic enzyme zinc phosphotriesterase, five new zinc complexes of the ligands 2,6-bis[N-(N-(carboxylmethyl)-N-((1-methylimidazol)methyl)amine)methyl]-4-methylphenolate (BCIMP) and the corresponding asymmetric ligand 2-(N-isopropyl-N-((1-methylimidazolyl)methyl)aminomethyl)-6-(N-carboxylmethyl-N-((1-methylimidazolyl)methyl)aminomethyl)-4-methylphenol (ICIMP) have been synthesized, viz. Na[Zn(2)(BCIMP)Ac(2)] (1), [Zn(2)(BCIMP)(Ph(2)Ac)] (2), [Zn(2)(ICIMP)Ac(2)] (3), [Zn(4)(ICIMP)(2)(Me(3)Ac)(2)][ClO(4)](2) (4), and [Zn(4)(ICIMP)(2)(Ph(2)Ac)(2)][ClO(4)](2) (5). The X-ray structure of complex 5 has been determined and reveals that the complex is a dimer of dimers in the solid state, which in solution dissociates to potent structural models. Studies using NMR show that only one carboxylate coligand bridges the dizinc units in the case of diphenyl acetate and pivalate, while the steric bulk of acetate is sufficiently small to permit the coordination of two acetates/dizinc unit. Functional studies involving the hydrolysis/transesterification of 2-hydroxypropyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate (HPNP) show that the complex with ICIMP (compound 5) has a significantly higher rate of catalysis than the BCIMP complex (compound 2). This is attributed to the vacant/labile coordination site that is available in the ICIMP complex but not the BCIMP complex.  相似文献

为了寻找高效的抗肿瘤药物,设计并合成了一系列含苯并噻唑砌块的2,4,6-三取代嘧啶衍生物.采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法对目标化合物在人类四种癌细胞[EC-109(人食管癌细胞)、MGC-803(人胃癌细胞)、PC-3(人前列腺癌细胞)、Hep G-2(人肝癌细胞)]、GES-1(人正常胃黏膜上皮细胞)和HEEC(人正常食管细胞)中进行抗肿瘤活性评价,结果显示部分化合物对MGC-803和PC-3细胞表现出中度至强效的抗肿瘤活性.其中2-(((4-(4-(吡啶-2-基)哌嗪-1-基)-6-(三氟甲基)嘧啶-2-基)硫基)甲基)苯并[d]噻唑(13h)和2-(((4-(4-(嘧啶-2-基)哌嗪-1-基)-6-(三-氟甲基)嘧啶-2-基)硫代)甲基)苯并[d]噻唑(13i)对PC-3表现出比较好的抗肿瘤活性, IC50值分别3.82和2.29μmol/L,且化合物13h和13i对GES-1的细胞增值毒性明显小于阳性对照5-氟尿嘧啶.  相似文献

The thioethers 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L3) and 4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBu-L4) react with PdCl2(NCMe)2 to give the dinuclear palladium thiophenolate complexes [(L3)Pd2Cl2]+ (2) and [(L4Pd2(mu-Cl)]2+ (3) (HL3= 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylimino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol, HL4 = 2,6-bis((2-(dimethylamino)ethylamino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol). The chloride ligands in could be replaced by neutral (NCMe) and anionic ligands (NCS-, N3-, CN-, OAc-) to give the diamagnetic Pd(II) complexes [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ (4), [(L3)Pd2(NCS)2]+ (5), [(L3)Pd2(N3)2]+ (6), [{(L3)Pd2(mu-CN)}2]4+ (7) and [(L3)Pd2(OAc)]2+ (9). The nitrile ligands in and in [(L3)Pd2(NCCH2Cl)2]3+ are readily hydrated to give the corresponding amidato complexes [(L3)Pd2(CH3CONH)]2+ (8) and [(L3)Pd2(CH2ClCONH)]2+ (10). The reaction of [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+ with NaBPh4 gave the diphenyl complex [(L3)Pd2(Ph)2]+ (11). All complexes were either isolated as perchlorate or tetraphenylborate salts and studied by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. In addition, complexes 2[ClO4], 3[ClO4]2, 5[BPh4], 6[BPh4], 7[ClO4]4, 9[ClO4]2, 10[ClO4]2 and 11[BPh4] have been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Cyclometalation of the ligand 1,3-bis(1-alkylbenzimidazol-2-yl)benzene (1) with palladium carboxylates leads to a trimeric complex [Pd(3)(ligand)(3)(carboxylate)(3)] (3). Studies in solution show that the trinuclear core is stable but that the carboxylates are labile, undergoing intra- and intermolecular exchange on an NMR time scale. The structural analogue of 1, 2,6-bis(1-alkylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine (4), gives only the mononuclear species [Pd(4)(carboxylate)(2)], characterized by X-ray diffraction. This complex forms a trimer if one carboxylate is labilized by the addition of strong acid; the resulting trinuclear species is readily cleaved by nucleophiles but can include weakly basic anions within its cavity.  相似文献

The structure and O2-reactivity of copper(I) complexes supported by novel ligands, Pye2 (1,3,5-triethyl-2,4-bis((N-benzyl-N-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-)aminomethyl)benzene), Pye3 (1,3,5-triethyl-2,4,6-tris((N-benzyl-N-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethyl))aminomethyl)benzene), MePym2 (1,3,5-triethyl-2,4-bis((N-benzyl-N-(6-methylpyridin-2-ylmethyl))aminomethyl)benzene), and MePym3 (1,3,5-triethyl-2,4,6-tris((N-benzyl-N-(6-methylpyridin-2-ylmethyl))aminomethyl)benzene) have been examined. The ligands are designed to construct mono-, di-, and trinuclear copper(I) complexes by connecting two or three pyridylalkylamine metal-binding sites to a 1,3,5-triethylbenzene spacer. Thus, the reaction of the ligands with [CuI(CH3CN)4]X (X = PF6, CF3SO3) or CuICl gave the expected mononuclear copper(I) complexes [CuI(Pye2)(CF3SO3)] (1) and [CuI(Pye3)](CF3SO3) (2), dinuclear copper(I) complex [CuI2(MePym2)(Cl)]CuICl2 (3), and trinuclear copper(I) complex [CuI3(MePym3)(CH3CN)3](CF3SO3)3 (4), the structures of which were determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The mononuclear copper(I) complexes, 1 and 2, exhibit a distorted three-coordinate T-shape structure and a trigonal planar structure, respectively, which are very close to the coordination geometry of the CuA site of PHM (peptidylglycine alpha-hydroxylating monooxygenase) and the CuB site of CcO (cytochrome c oxidase). Notably, 1 and 2 showed a significantly high oxidation potential (990 mV vs SCE), thus showing virtually no reactivity toward O2. On the other hand, the metal centers of the dinuclear and trinuclear copper(I) complexes, 3 and 4, exhibit a distorted trigonal planar geometry and a trigonal pyramidal geometry, respectively. In contrast to the mononuclear copper(I) complexes, these dinuclear and trinuclear copper(I) complexes reacted with O2 to induce an aromatic ligand hydroxylation reaction involving an NIH-shift of one of the ethyl substituents on the benzene spacer. The NIH-shift of the alkyl substituent on the aromatic ring is strong evidence of the electrophilic aromatic substitution mechanism, although the active oxygen intermediate could not be directly detected during the course of the reaction. The biological relevance of the copper(I) complexes is also discussed on the basis of structure and O2-reactivity.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of 2-ppds (2-ppds = di[4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidinyl]disulfide) with ZnX2 (X = Cl, ClO4) in mixed CH3OH–CH2Cl2 solvent have been investigated. To better understand these reactions, solution analysis was conducted in parallel with single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the in situ generated coordination complexes. At 120 °C, solvothermal reaction of 2-ppds with ZnCl2 resulted in a discrete mononuclear coordination complex formulated as [ZnCl2(L1)] (1), in which the zwitterion L1 (1-methyl-4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidin-1-ium-2-olate) was formed in situ from 2-ppds, and solution analyses based on TLC and ESI–MS further showed that the reaction solution also contains in situ transformed products of L2 (bis(4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)sulfane) and L3 (2-methoxy-4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidine). At 90 °C, solvothermal reaction between 2-ppds and Zn(ClO4)2 led to a discrete mononuclear coordination complex formulated as [Zn(SH)(L2)]ClO4 (2) that features a terminally bound –SH group, while the reaction solution was also found to contain a library of in situ reaction products of 2-ppds including L1, L2, L3 and L4 ((4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl) 4-(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidine-2-sulfonothioate). Thus, the heterocyclic disulfide 2-ppds is transformed in situ into various organic products in a series of reactions involving C–S/S–S bond cleavage.  相似文献
